Further, the starting button 210 is fixedly connected with a pressing rod 212 and a protruding block 211, and the pressing rod 212 is pressed against the inclined surface 221 to unlock the third safety mechanism; the base 240 is provided with a limit groove 241 along the axial direction, and the protruding block 211 moves in the limit groove 241 to limit the travel of the start button 210; the limiting groove 241 is also internally provided with a breaking block 242, the breaking block 242 divides the limiting groove 241 into an upper area and a lower area, the normal lower protruding block 211 is positioned in the upper area, after the trigger piece 140 is pressed against the starting key 210, the starting key 210 drives the protruding block 211 to break the breaking block 242 to move to the lower area, meanwhile, the pressing rod 212 is pressed against the inclined plane 221 to slide into the yielding groove 222 at the tail end of the inclined plane 221 and drives the second unlocking piece 223 to enter the straight groove 243 from the chute 244, and the third safety mechanism is unlocked to complete the automatic needle pulling action; the design of the breaking block 242 provides restraining force to the actuation button 210 and also makes the spike assembly 200 a single-use device preventing the needle from being reused.
With further reference to fig. 11 and 12, a puncture guide 247 is coaxially provided at the bottom end of the base 240 to guide the puncture needle 224 to stably pass through the indwelling hose of the base 240; the bottom end of the bottom 240 is fixedly connected with an alignment seat 245 and an alignment bulge 246, an alignment port 303 is arranged on the retention needle assembly, the retention needle assembly 300 is assembled in the alignment seat 245 to be assembled with the puncture assembly 200, and the alignment bulge 246 and the alignment port 303 are matched to facilitate the alignment of the puncture assembly 200 and the retention needle assembly 300; the third slider 180 is further provided with a notch 184 on the side wall, the edge of the remaining needle assembly 300 is provided with a baffle 301, the baffle 301 extends out of the third slider 180, when the remaining needle assembly 300 is rotated into the needle aid 100, the baffle 302 is coordinated into the notch 184, and when the housing 170 is pressed down, the housing abuts against the baffle 301 and drives the remaining needle assembly 300 to be adhered to the skin of a patient so as to complete implantation.

Claims (10)

1. An indwelling needle device, which is characterized by comprising a needle aid (100), a puncture assembly (200) and an indwelling needle assembly (300) which are assembled and matched;
the needle aid (100) comprises: the device comprises a shell (101), a trigger piece (140), a first sliding block (130), a second sliding block (160) and a third sliding block (180), wherein the trigger piece (140), the first sliding block (130), the second sliding block (160) and the third sliding block (180) are fixedly connected to the shell (101), are coaxially arranged, and can slide relative to the shell (101); a first elastic piece (120) is arranged between the first sliding block (130) and the shell (101), a second elastic piece (150) is arranged between the second sliding block (160) and the shell (101), a first safety mechanism is arranged on the first sliding block (130), and a second safety mechanism is arranged on the shell (101);
the puncture assembly (200) comprises a base (240), a needle seat (220) and a starting key (210), wherein the needle seat (220) and the starting key (210) are coaxially arranged in the base (240) and can move relative to the base (240), a puncture needle (224) is fixedly connected to the needle seat (220), a third elastic piece (230) is arranged between the needle seat (220) and the base (240) in a compressed mode, the third elastic piece (230) can drive the needle seat (220) to drive the puncture needle (224) to retract, and a third safety mechanism is arranged on the needle seat (220) and the base (240);
the indwelling needle assembly (300) comprises an indwelling hose (304) and an infusion port (302), the puncture needle (224) penetrates through the indwelling hose (304), and the infusion port (302) is communicated with the indwelling hose (304);
the third slider (180) drives the second slider (160) to slide upwards relative to the shell (101) after being stressed, so as to push the first slider (130) to move and unlock the first safety mechanism, the third slider (180) continues to slide upwards to press and unlock the second safety mechanism, after the first safety mechanism and the second safety mechanism are unlocked, the trigger piece (140) is close to and presses the puncture assembly (200), so that the third safety mechanism is unlocked, and the third elastic piece (230) drives the needle seat (220) to drive the puncture needle (224) to retract.

The indwelling needle device according to claim 1, wherein the second safety mechanism is a limiting jaw (171) fixedly connected to the housing (101), one end of the limiting jaw (171) is fixedly connected to the housing (101), the other end of the limiting jaw extends along a moving path of the puncture assembly (200), when the limiting jaw (171) abuts against the base (240), the base (240) and the housing (101) synchronously move, and the trigger piece (140) is stationary relative to the puncture assembly (200); when the limiting claw (171) and the base (240) are separated, the puncture assembly (200) and the shell (101) move relatively, and the trigger piece (140) can move close to and press the starting key (210).

The indwelling needle device according to claim 2, wherein a first unlocking member (181) is fixedly connected to the third slider (180), and the first unlocking member (181) moves along with the third slider (180) to be close to and press-connected with the limiting jaw (171) so as to drive the limiting jaw (171) and the puncture assembly (200) to be separated.

A needle indwelling device according to claim 3, in which the first safety mechanism is an annular hem (131) provided on the first slider (130), the annular hem (131) being movable with the first slider (130) closer to the limit jaw (171) to limit the limit jaw (171) against the puncture assembly (200) or farther from the limit jaw (171) to release the limit.

The indwelling needle device according to claim 4, wherein the housing (101) comprises a casing (170) and an upper cover (110) fixedly connected to the casing (170), the triggering member (140) passes through the first slider (130) and is fixedly connected to the upper cover (110) so as to limit the first slider (130), and the first slider (130) can slide on the triggering member (140) to be close to or far from the limiting claw (171).

An indwelling needle device according to claim 5, in which the first resilient member (120) is located between the upper cover (110) and the first slider (130), the first slider (130) having a tendency to slide closer to the limiting jaw (171) under the action of the first resilient member (120).

The indwelling needle device according to claim 1, wherein said third safety mechanism comprises a straight groove (243), a chute (244) and a second unlocking member (223), said straight groove (243) being axially disposed along said base (240), said chute (244) communicating at one end with said straight groove (243) and intersecting with an axially different face of said base (240); the second unlocking piece (223) is fixedly connected to the needle seat (220) and moves in the straight groove (243) and the chute (244); when the second unlocking piece (223) is positioned in the chute (244), the needle seat (220) compresses the third elastic piece (230) to be close to the bottom surface of the base (240).

The indwelling needle device according to claim 7, wherein an inclined plane (221) is provided at the upper end of the needle holder (220), a yielding groove (222) is provided at the end of the inclined plane (221) on the needle holder (220), the starting button (210) is pressed against the inclined plane (221) to drive the needle holder (220) to slide downwards and rotate along the chute (244), the second unlocking piece (223) enters the straight groove (243) from the chute (244), at this time, the third safety mechanism is unlocked, the starting button (210) slides into the yielding groove (222) from the inclined plane (221), and the needle holder (220) is driven to retract by the third elastic piece (230).

The indwelling needle device according to claim 8, wherein the activating key (210) is fixedly connected with a pressing rod (212) and a bump (211), and the pressing rod (212) is in press connection with and pushes the inclined surface (221) to unlock the third safety mechanism; the base (240) is provided with a limit groove (241) along the axial direction, and the protruding block (211) moves in the limit groove (241) to limit the stroke of the starting key (210).
