A cutting adjustment part 32 provided in the cutting assembly mount 31;
and a synchronous cutting part 33 connected with the cutting adjusting part 32, wherein the synchronous cutting part 33 is used for cutting cloth.
The embodiment of the application is provided with the cutting adjusting part 32 and the synchronous cutting part 33, and the cutting adjusting part 32 and the synchronous cutting part 33 work cooperatively to realize flexible adjustment of the cutting position and meet the cutting requirements of different clothing production.
In the present embodiment, the clipping adjusting portion 32 includes:
the adjusting motor 321, the adjusting motor 321 is fixedly installed in the cutting assembly installation seat 31;
a clipping adjusting rod 322 fixedly connected with the adjusting motor 321, wherein the clipping adjusting rod 322 is rotatably installed in the clipping component installation seat 31;
a cutting sleeve seat 323 sleeved on the cutting adjusting rod 322, a swing motor 325 is fixedly arranged on the cutting sleeve seat 323, the output end of the swing motor 325 is fixedly connected with the synchronous cutting part 33, and
at least one group of cutting guide rods 324, wherein the cutting guide rods 324 are fixedly arranged in the cutting assembly mounting seat 31, and the cutting guide rods 324 are in sliding connection with the cutting sleeve seat 323.
It should be noted that, the adjusting motor 321 is fixedly installed in the clipping component mounting seat 31 through a fastening bolt, the output end interference fit of the adjusting motor 321 is connected with a clipping adjusting rod 322, one end of the clipping adjusting rod 322 is rotationally connected with the clipping component mounting seat 31 through a bearing, the clipping sleeve setting seat 323 can be a female screw sleeve setting seat, the clipping adjusting rod 322 can be a threaded rod, the clipping guide rod 324 is a round rod or a square rod with polished surface, and two ends of the clipping guide rod 324 are fixedly installed in the clipping component mounting seat 31 through a buckle.
When the position of the synchronous cutting part 33 needs to be adjusted, the adjusting motor 321 is started, the adjusting motor 321 drives the cutting adjusting rod 322 to rotate, and the cutting adjusting rod 322 drives the cutting sleeving seat 323 to move along the cutting guide rod 324, so that the position of the synchronous cutting part 33 is adjusted.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, the synchronous clipping unit 33 includes:
a synchronous swing arm 331, wherein the synchronous swing arm 331 is fixedly connected with the output end of the swing motor 325;
note that, the swing motor 325, the reciprocating motor 332, and the adjusting motor 321 may be servo motors, and the types thereof are not limited herein.
The reciprocating motor 332, the reciprocating motor 332 is fixedly mounted on the synchronous swing arm 331, and the output end of the reciprocating motor 332 is fixedly connected with a reciprocating cutting seat 333;
a synchronous cutting blade 334 mounted on the reciprocating cutting seat 333, the synchronous cutting blade 334 being used for cutting cloth.
In this embodiment, the synchronous cutting tool 334 may be made of hard tungsten steel or other alloy materials, and the synchronous cutting tool 334 may have a disc-shaped or pyramid-shaped structure.
When the cutting machine works, the swing motor 325 is started, the swing motor 325 drives the synchronous swing arm 331 to rotate, so that the cutting position is further adjusted, the synchronous swing arm 331 rotates and can drive the reciprocating motor 332 to move, the reciprocating motor 332 drives the synchronous cutting blade 334 to reciprocate, and the cutting position is flexibly adjusted.
In summary, the present application provides a cloth cutting device for clothing production, when in operation, the positioning driving part 21 is opened, the positioning driving part 21 drives the cloth positioning assembly to move, so that the cloth positioning assembly clamps and fixes the cloth to be cut, meanwhile, the cloth positioning assembly can synchronously drive the cutting driving part 23 to move, and the cutting driving part 23 drives the synchronous cutting assembly 3 to move up and down, thereby realizing synchronous cutting of the cloth.
The cloth positioning assembly, the cutting driving part 23 and the synchronous cutting assembly 3 are arranged in the embodiment of the application, the cloth positioning assembly is arranged to fix and limit cloth, and meanwhile, the cloth positioning assembly can also be linked with the cutting driving part 23, so that the cutting driving part 23 drives the synchronous cutting assembly 3 to move up and down, synchronous cutting of cloth is realized, the cloth positioning assembly does not need to be additionally operated to work in cooperation with the synchronous cutting assembly 3, and the difficulty of cloth cutting is reduced.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing embodiments are all illustrated as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other order or concurrently in accordance with the present application. the synchronous cutting assembly (3), the synchronous cutting assembly (3) is driven by the cutting driving part (23), and the synchronous cutting assembly (3) and the cloth positioning assembly synchronously move for cutting work of cloth.
2. The cloth cutting apparatus for clothing production as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the positioning drive unit (21) comprises:
the positioning driving piece (211), the positioning driving piece (211) is fixedly arranged in the right base (12);
and the positioning transmission piece (212) is fixedly connected with the positioning driving piece (211), and one end, far away from the positioning driving piece (211), of the positioning transmission piece (212) extends into the cloth positioning assembly and is connected with the cloth positioning assembly.
3. The cloth cutting apparatus for clothing production as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cloth positioning assembly includes:
the cloth positioning part (22), the cloth positioning part (22) is slidably arranged on the cutting guide seat (13), and the cloth positioning part (22) is also connected with the positioning transmission piece (212);
and the cloth fastening part (24) is in sliding connection with the cloth positioning part (22), and the cloth fastening part (24) is used for compacting and fastening the cloth to be cut and assisting the synchronous cutting assembly (3) to work.
