by alternately pushing and releasing the swinging states of the two groups of outer connecting plates 404 through the reciprocating rotation of the swinging plate 301 and simultaneously performing the cyclic extrusion and release actions on the two groups of negative pressure bags 606, the cleaning action on the dustproof heat dissipation ports 206 can be efficiently realized on the basis of a simple mechanism.
Preferably, a post via 309 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner post 307 is formed at the top corner of the spring 302, so as to provide a space for the movement of the inner post 307 along with the deformation of the inner spring 308.
Preferably, a balancing weight 407 is fixed on the outer side of the lower end of each set of outer connecting plates 404, so as to increase the swing amplitude of the outer connecting plates 404.
