Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Considering that the fixed-frequency air conditioner is based on the protection requirement of the control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is provided with an overload protector, but the overload protector has no overload protection feedback function, and the main reason is that the external machine controller of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is simpler and simpler in structure compared with the variable-frequency air conditioner. For example: the outer machine controller of the fixed-frequency air conditioner only has an outer fan, a starting capacitor of the compressor and a simple tube temperature feedback circuit, even the outer ring temperature sensing detection device is not used, once the compressor is in overload protection, the overload protection of the actual compressor is not fed back to the control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, so that other loads continue to operate, the human body comfort experience of a user is influenced, and a user complaining event is easily caused.
Particularly, under the condition that the fixed-frequency air conditioner operates in a heating mode, if overload protection occurs to a compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, cold air can be blown out indoors, so that human comfort experience of a user is affected, customer complaints can be suffered, and after-sales feedback failure rate can be improved. Furthermore, the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is frequently started and stopped in a short time, so that a refrigerant pipeline of a control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is frequently impacted by pulse pressure, the risk of pipe explosion of the refrigerant pipeline is increased, and the safety of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the use of a user is affected.
Therefore, the scheme of the invention provides an overload protection method of a fixed-frequency air conditioner, in particular to an implementation method of an overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, which is characterized in that by utilizing the only detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and combining the change condition of the state parameters of a control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded, whether the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded or not is judged, so that when the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is judged to have overload protection, prompt is timely carried out and corresponding intervention treatment is given, so that the human comfort experience of a user is improved, and the after-sale quick finding of abnormal problems is facilitated. The only detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be seen from the examples shown in the table below.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an overload protection method for a fixed-frequency air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention. The overload protection method of the constant-frequency air conditioner can comprise the following steps: step S110 to step S140.
At step S110, under the condition that the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is powered on and then runs, the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is obtained, and the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained.
In some embodiments, in step S110, when the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is powered on and then runs, the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is obtained, and the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained, which is described in the following exemplary description.
In the following, referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention for obtaining the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is further described, where the specific process for obtaining the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in step S110 includes: step S210 to step S220.
Step S210, under the condition that the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is powered on and then runs, acquiring the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. Wherein, the complete machine power parameter of fixed frequency air conditioner includes: the whole machine current of the fixed-frequency air conditioner or the whole machine power of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
Step S220, if the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is not obtained, obtaining the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
Specifically, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for implementing an overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, a method for implementing an overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner according to the present invention includes:
step 1, when the operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner relates to a mode that the compressor needs to be started and operated, such as refrigeration, dehumidification, heating and the like, if the compressor is determined to be electrified, step 2 is executed to acquire the only detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
In step 1, for the fixed-frequency air conditioner, whether the internal machine is powered or the external machine is powered, whether the compressor is powered or whether the compressor is powered is determined, and if the compressor is determined to be powered or the compressor is determined to be powered, the compressor is determined to be powered. For example: taking the domestic interior pin 35 model of check force air conditioner as an example, its possible air conditioner power supply mode is the interior machine power supply, and the power cord is the connecting wire of interior machine own, when receiving the indoor target ambient temperature that the user set for, when needing the compressor to start, the relay actuation of interior machine mainboard, that is the interior machine switch-on circuit to can confirm that the compressor obtains supplying power or that the compressor is in the switch-on state.
Step 2, in the running process after the compressor is started, the complete machine current I of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is controlled Total (S) Acquiring the inner tube temperature t of an indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner Inner pipe And the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring And (3) acquiring the detection parameters only of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and after acquiring the detection parameters only of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, executing at least one step of the steps 3 and 4 to judge whether the compressor is overloaded.
At step S120, under the condition that the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is obtained, determining whether overload protection occurs to the compressor according to the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
In some embodiments, in step S120, according to the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, a specific process of determining whether overload protection has occurred in the compressor is described in the following exemplary description.
The following is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of determining whether overload protection has occurred in the compressor according to the overall power parameter in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 3, further describing a specific process of determining whether overload protection has occurred in the compressor according to the overall power parameter in step S120, including: step S310 to step S330.
Step S310, determining whether: and in the continuous first set time, whether the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a preset protection power parameter threshold value or not. The first set time is time T1. Preset protection power parameter threshold, e.g. preset protection current threshold I Threshold value
Step S320, if yes, determining that overload protection of the compressor occurs.
And step S330, if not, determining that the overload protection condition of the compressor does not occur, and controlling the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current operation mode.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation method of the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the invention further includes: step 3, if the fixed frequency air conditioner has the current (or power) detection function, the complete machine current I of the fixed frequency air conditioner can be obtained Total (S) In the continuous time T1, the time T1 can take a value of 10s, and whether the complete machine current I of the constant-frequency air conditioner is met or not is judged Total (S) A preset protection current threshold I is less than or equal to Threshold value : if yes, judging that the compressor is overloaded, and executing step 5 to execute a preset compressor overload protection mechanism. If the air conditioner is not in the normal running state, judging that the compressor is not overloaded, and controlling the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue normal running.
Wherein, the complete machine current I of the fixed frequency air conditioner Total (S) The current is the current of the whole machine of the specified frequency air conditioner, namely the current detected by a current detection module on the main board of the internal machine of the fixed frequency air conditioner. Or, the whole power of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can also be adopted, namely the power detected by a power detection module on an inner machine main board of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. Since the compressor power or the compressor current duty ratio is maximized, it is possible to determine whether the compressor is overloaded through current detection or power detection.
Specifically, the load power of the fixed frequency air conditioner includes, but is not limited to, the following load powers: the fan motor of the inner machine, the inner machine electric auxiliary heat, the inner machine controller, the outer machine fan motor and the outer machine compressor. Taking a fixed frequency machine type of 1.5P as an example, the rated power of a fan motor of the internal machine is 15W, and the maximum power is normally operatedThe power of the internal machine electric auxiliary heat is generally 800-1000W and the highest power is generally not more than 1100W. The power of the fan motor of the external machine is generally 35W, and the maximum power is generally not more than 50W. The rated power of the compressor is 1000W, generally between 800W and 1200W, and is higher than the total power of the whole fixed-frequency air conditioner. According to power P Threshold value Calculating a desirable maximum, e.g. P Threshold value When the heating mode is concerned, the maximum power of electric auxiliary heat is increased by 1100W, p Threshold value heating=1080W. I Threshold value Then the voltage conversion is sufficient. Here, since the duty ratio of the other load power is small in addition to the compressor power, it is only necessary to determine the relationship between the compressor power and the corresponding threshold value.
In step S130, under the condition that the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained, determining whether overload protection of the compressor occurs according to the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
In some embodiments, in step S130, a specific procedure of determining whether overload protection has occurred in the compressor according to a tube temperature of an indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and a target ring temperature of an indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner is described in the following exemplary description.
In the following, a flowchart of an embodiment of determining whether the overload protection has occurred in the compressor according to the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 4 is further described, where the specific process of determining whether the overload protection has occurred in the compressor according to the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit in step S130 includes: step S410 to step S440.
Step S410, determining an absolute value of a difference between a tube temperature of an indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and a target ring temperature of an indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and recording the absolute value as an absolute value of an indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. And determining whether an absolute value of an indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner isIs greater than or equal to a preset normal temperature threshold. Tube Wen Ruding of indoor heat exchanger of fixed-frequency air conditioner is inner tube temperature t of indoor heat exchanger of fixed-frequency air conditioner Inner pipe The target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is equal to the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring A preset normal temperature threshold such as a set normal temperature t Normal threshold value
Step S420, if it is determined that the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is greater than or equal to the preset normal temperature threshold, determining whether the following conditions are satisfied: and in a continuous second set time, whether the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the constant-frequency air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a preset overload temperature threshold value or not. Preset overload temperature threshold, e.g. set overload temperature t Overload threshold
Step S430, if yes, determining that overload protection of the compressor occurs.
Step S440, if not, determining that the overload protection condition of the compressor does not occur, and controlling the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current operation mode.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation method of the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the invention further includes: step 4, when the fixed-frequency air conditioner is operated in a mode that the compressor needs to be started, such as refrigeration, dehumidification, heating and the like, and after the compressor is powered on or electrified, starting to detect the inner tube temperature t of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner Inner pipe And the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring During which |t is satisfied Inner pipe -t Inner ring Normal temperature t set equal to or greater than Normal threshold value After that, the judgment proves that the compressor is normally started, the fixed-frequency air conditioner has the refrigerating or heating effect, and the set normal temperature t Normal threshold value It is recommended to take the value of 1℃or more. Then continuously detecting, in the continuous time T2, suggesting the value of time T2 to be 10s-30s, judging whether the value of T is satisfied Inner pipe -t Inner ring Overload temperature t less than or equal to Overload threshold Set overload temperature t Overload threshold Recommended values are 0.1-0.3 deg.C: if yes, judging that the compressor is overloaded, and executing step 5 to execute a preset compressor overload protection mechanism. If not, thenAnd judging that the compressor is not overloaded, and controlling the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to normally operate. Here, after the compressor is overloaded, there will be no refrigerating or heating effect, and in theory, the inner tube temperature t of the indoor heat exchanger Inner pipe With the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring The same applies here to the determination of the time period, i.e. the continuous time T2.
That is, when determining whether the compressor is overloaded, in step 3, the detected current or the detected power on the main board of the internal machine is used for determining whether the compressor is overloaded, if no device for detecting the current or the detected power is located on the main board of the internal machine, the overload phenomenon and the corresponding parameters can be used for determining whether the compressor is overloaded, that is, step 4 is executed.
At step S140, if it is determined that overload protection occurs to the compressor, the compressor is reminded of the overload protection, and the running conditions of other loads except the compressor in the fixed-frequency air conditioner are adjusted in combination with the current running mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, so as to avoid that the running conditions of other loads of the fixed-frequency air conditioner affect the human comfort experience of the user under the condition that overload protection occurs to the compressor.
The invention provides a method for realizing overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner, which combines the change condition of the state parameter of a control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when a compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded by utilizing the detection parameter only of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, establishes a current threshold or a power threshold for comparison or judges by utilizing the difference value between the tube temperature and the ring temperature of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and sets different processing schemes for different loads in different modes when the compressor is overloaded. After the overload protection of the compressor is recognized for many times, the result is output in time, the protection is stopped, the human body comfort experience of a user is improved, and the service life of the whole machine of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is prolonged.
In some embodiments, step S140 reminds that overload protection has occurred in the compressor, and in combination with the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, adjusts the operation conditions of other loads in the fixed-frequency air conditioner except for the compressor, which is described in the following exemplary embodiments.
The following is a flowchart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention shown in fig. 5 for reminding the compressor of overload protection and adjusting the operation conditions of other loads in combination with the current operation mode, further describing the specific process of reminding the compressor of overload protection and adjusting the operation conditions of other loads in combination with the current operation mode in step S140, where the specific process includes: step S510 to step S540.
Step S510, displaying a status code corresponding to the condition that the overload protection has occurred in the compressor, and/or initiating a reminder message of the condition that the overload protection has occurred in the compressor.
And step S520, controlling the fan in the outdoor unit load of the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate.
And step S530, if the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is a refrigeration mode, controlling the indoor unit load of the fixed-frequency air conditioner to normally operate.
Step S540, if the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is a dehumidification mode or a heating mode, controlling the motor in the indoor unit load of the fixed-frequency air conditioner to be turned off.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation method of the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the invention further includes:
and 5, displaying a state code or a reminding message of the overload of the compressor under the condition of determining the overload of the compressor, and performing corresponding intervention according to the running mode of the constant-frequency air conditioner, wherein the corresponding intervention in the steps 6, 7 and 8 can be executed to avoid the influence of the overload of the compressor on the human body comfort experience of a user.
In step 6, because the overload of the compressor is caused by overheat and overcurrent in general, the fan load of the external machine is controlled to continue to run in the process of displaying the overload status code or reminding message so as to help the heat dissipation of the compressor.
And 7, if the operation mode of the air conditioner is a refrigeration mode, controlling the normal operation of the internal machine load in the process of displaying the overload state code or the reminding message so as to increase the heat convection.
Step 8, because for the dehumidification mode of the air conditioner, there is no dehumidification function already in case of compressor overload. For the heating mode of the air conditioner, in the case of overload of the compressor, cold air blowing needs to be avoided so as to avoid affecting user comfort experience. Therefore, if the operation mode of the air conditioner is a dehumidification mode or a heating mode, the internal motor is controlled to be turned off during the process of displaying the overload state code or the reminding message.
Referring to the examples shown in steps 5 to 8, the compressor is overloaded due to an abnormal cause such as overheat, and the overload of the compressor is actually an abnormal operation of the compressor, so heat dissipation is required when the compressor is overloaded in order to protect the service life of the compressor. If the compressor is judged to be overloaded, an overload state code is displayed or a reminding message is sent out, and in the process of displaying the overload state code or sending out the reminding message, the load of the external fan continues to operate to help the compressor to dissipate heat, and the overload of the compressor is caused by overheating and overcurrent generally. In addition, if the refrigerating mode is adopted, the internal machine load normally operates, and the heat convection is increased. If dehumidification or heating is performed, the internal motor is turned off, and because the compressor is overloaded for dehumidification and has no dehumidification function, and cold air blowing is avoided for heating, so that user comfort experience is affected.
In addition, in the scheme of the invention, if dehumidification or heating is carried out, the internal motor is closed, so that uncomfortable experience of a user is avoided, the real-frequency air conditioner is free from faults, if power supply of the internal motor is uninterrupted (namely, a power supply relay of the internal motor is in a suction state), the overload of the compressor can be recovered, and the overload of the compressor can be recovered as long as the temperature of the compressor is reduced, and the overload of the compressor can be recovered. And, because the compressor overload itself can be recovered, if the compressor overload protection of the fixed frequency air conditioner is recognized several times, for example, 3 times, the shutdown process can be performed.
According to the scheme, the only detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are utilized, and the state of whether the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded is judged by combining the change condition of the state parameters of the control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded, so that when overload protection of the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is judged, prompt is timely carried out, corresponding intervention treatment is given, the human body comfort experience of a user is improved, and the quick after-sale finding of abnormal problems is facilitated. Like this, through in time discernment to compressor overload protection to output and remind, make things convenient for after-sale investigation problem and carry out after-sale maintenance according to the problem that corresponds, can promote the accuracy of after-sale treatment efficiency and treatment result. In addition, different overload processing results are output according to different modes, after the compressor is identified to be overloaded for a plurality of times, the compressor is controlled to be protected and stopped, a complete machine system of the compressor and a fixed-frequency air conditioner can be protected, the phenomenon that the service life of the compressor is reduced due to frequent overload protection and stopping is avoided, and human body comfort experience of a user and a public praise of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be improved.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the fixed-frequency air conditioner operates in a mode requiring starting of the compressor, after the compressor is electrified and starts to operate, the working current of the whole machine of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the inner tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the inner ring temperature of the indoor machine are obtained. And under the condition that the working current of the whole machine of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is obtained, judging whether the compressor is overloaded according to the working current of the whole machine of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. Under the condition that the inner tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the inner ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained, judging whether the compressor is overloaded or not according to the inner tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the inner ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. And then, under the condition that the overload of the compressor is judged, reminding the overload of the compressor, and intervening the operation conditions of other loads according to the operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. Therefore, whether the compressor is overloaded or not is judged according to the detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and reminding and intervention are carried out when the compressor is overloaded, so that other loads are prevented from running according to the previous state after the compressor is overloaded and stopped, and the human comfort experience of a user is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, an overload protection device of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is also provided, which corresponds to the overload protection method of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention is shown. The overload protection device of the constant frequency air conditioner may include: an acquisition unit 102 and a control unit 104.
The obtaining unit 102 is configured to obtain a complete machine power parameter of the fixed frequency air conditioner and obtain a tube temperature of an indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and a target ring temperature of an indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner when the compressor of the fixed frequency air conditioner is powered on and operates. The specific function and process of the acquisition unit 102 refer to step S110.
In some embodiments, the obtaining unit 102 obtains a complete machine power parameter of the fixed frequency air conditioner and obtains a tube temperature of an indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and a target ring temperature of an indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner when the compressor of the fixed frequency air conditioner is powered on and runs, and includes:
the obtaining unit 102 is specifically further configured to obtain the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is powered on and then runs. Wherein, the complete machine power parameter of fixed frequency air conditioner includes: the whole machine current of the fixed-frequency air conditioner or the whole machine power of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. The specific function and processing of the acquisition unit 102 is also referred to in step S210.
The obtaining unit 102 is specifically further configured to obtain the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner if the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is not obtained. The specific function and processing of the acquisition unit 102 is also referred to in step S220.
Specifically, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of an implementation apparatus of an overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, an implementation device for an overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner according to the present invention includes:
step 1, when the operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner relates to a mode that the compressor needs to be started and operated, such as refrigeration, dehumidification, heating and the like, if the compressor is determined to be electrified, step 2 is executed to acquire the only detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
The control unit 104 is configured to determine whether overload protection occurs to the compressor according to the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is obtained. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 refer to step S120.
In some embodiments, the control unit 104 determines, according to the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, whether the overload protection condition has occurred in the compressor, including:
the control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine whether: and in the continuous first set time, whether the overall power parameter of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a preset protection power parameter threshold value or not. The first set time is time T1. Pre-preparation A preset protection power parameter threshold, e.g. a preset protection current threshold I Threshold value . The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S310.
The control unit 104 is in particular further configured to determine that an overload protection situation has occurred for the compressor if this is met. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S320.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine that the overload protection condition does not occur in the compressor if the overload protection condition does not exist, and control the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current operation mode. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S330.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation device for the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the present invention further includes: step 3, if the fixed frequency air conditioner has the current (or power) detection function, the complete machine current I of the fixed frequency air conditioner can be obtained Total (S) In the continuous time T1, the time T1 can take a value of 10s, and whether the complete machine current I of the constant-frequency air conditioner is met or not is judged Total (S) A preset protection current threshold I is less than or equal to Threshold value : if yes, judging that the compressor is overloaded, and executing step 5 to execute a preset compressor overload protection mechanism.
Taking a fixed frequency model of 1.5P as an example, the rated power of a fan motor of the internal machine isThe maximum power of 15W in normal operation is generally not more than 30W, the power of internal machine electric auxiliary heat is generally 800-1000W, and the highest power is generally not more than 1100W.
The control unit 104 is further configured to determine whether overload protection of the compressor has occurred according to the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner when the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner are obtained. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 is also referred to in step S130.
In some embodiments, the control unit 104 determines whether the overload protection condition has occurred in the compressor according to the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed frequency air conditioner, including:
the control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine an absolute value of a difference between the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and record the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner. And determining whether the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is larger than or equal to a preset normal temperature threshold value. Tube Wen Ruding of indoor heat exchanger of fixed-frequency air conditioner is inner tube temperature t of indoor heat exchanger of fixed-frequency air conditioner Inner pipe The target ring temperature of the indoor unit of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is equal to the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring A preset normal temperature threshold such as a set normal temperature t Normal threshold value . The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S410.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine whether the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is greater than or equal to a preset normal temperature threshold value, if it is determined that: and in a continuous second set time, whether the absolute value of the indoor temperature difference of the constant-frequency air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a preset overload temperature threshold value or not. Preset overload temperature threshold, e.g. set overload temperature t Overload threshold . The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S420.
The control unit 104 is in particular further configured to determine that an overload protection situation has occurred for the compressor if this is met. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S430.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine that the overload protection condition does not occur in the compressor if the overload protection condition does not exist, and control the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current operation mode. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 is also referred to in step S440.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation device for the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the present invention further includes: step 4, when the fixed-frequency air conditioner is operated in a mode that the compressor needs to be started, such as refrigeration, dehumidification, heating and the like, and after the compressor is powered on or electrified, starting to detect the inner tube temperature t of the indoor heat exchanger of the fixed-frequency air conditioner Inner pipe And the inner ring temperature t of the indoor unit Inner ring During which |t is satisfied Inner pipe -t Inner ring Normal temperature t set equal to or greater than Normal threshold value After that, the judgment proves that the compressor is normally started, the fixed-frequency air conditioner has the refrigerating or heating effect, and the set normal temperature t Normal threshold value It is recommended to take the value of 1℃or more. Then continuously detecting, in the continuous time T2, suggesting the value of time T2 to be 10s-30s, judging whether the value of T is satisfied Inner pipe -t Inner ring Overload temperature t less than or equal to Overload threshold Set overload temperature t Overload threshold Recommended values are 0.1-0.3 deg.C: if yes, judging that the compressor is overloaded, and executing step 5 to execute the pre-treatmentAnd the overload protection mechanism of the compressor is provided. If the air conditioner is not in the normal running state, judging that the compressor is not overloaded, and controlling the constant-frequency air conditioner to continue normal running.
The control unit 104 is further configured to, if it is determined that overload protection occurs to the compressor, remind that overload protection occurs to the compressor, and adjust operation conditions of other loads except the compressor in the fixed-frequency air conditioner in combination with the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, so as to avoid that the operation conditions of other loads of the fixed-frequency air conditioner affect human comfort experience of a user under the condition that overload protection occurs to the compressor. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S140.
The invention provides an implementation device for an overload protection logic function of a fixed-frequency air conditioner, which utilizes the detection parameters of the fixed-frequency air conditioner only, combines the change condition of the state parameters of a control system of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when a compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is overloaded, establishes a current threshold or a power threshold for comparison or utilizes the difference value between the tube temperature and the ring temperature of the fixed-frequency air conditioner for judgment, and sets different processing schemes for different loads in different modes when the compressor is overloaded. After the overload protection of the compressor is recognized for many times, the result is output in time, the protection is stopped, the human body comfort experience of a user is improved, and the service life of the whole machine of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the control unit 104 reminds that overload protection has occurred in the compressor, and adjusts the operation conditions of other loads except the compressor in the fixed-frequency air conditioner in combination with the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, including:
the control unit 104 is specifically further configured to display a status code corresponding to the condition that the overload protection has occurred in the compressor, and/or initiate a reminder message of the condition that the overload protection has occurred in the compressor. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S510.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to control the fan in the outdoor unit load of the fixed-frequency air conditioner to continue to operate. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S520.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to control the indoor unit load of the fixed frequency air conditioner to operate normally if the current operation mode of the fixed frequency air conditioner is a cooling mode. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 is also referred to in step S530.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to control the motor in the indoor unit load of the fixed-frequency air conditioner to be turned off if the current operation mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is a dehumidification mode or a heating mode. The specific function and process of the control unit 104 also refer to step S540.
As shown in fig. 7, the implementation device for the overload protection logic function of the fixed-frequency air conditioner provided by the scheme of the present invention further includes:
and 5, displaying a state code or a reminding message of the overload of the compressor under the condition of determining the overload of the compressor, and performing corresponding intervention according to the running mode of the constant-frequency air conditioner, wherein the corresponding intervention in the steps 6, 7 and 8 can be executed to avoid the influence of the overload of the compressor on the human body comfort experience of a user.
