Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring abnormal rotational speed of a clutch fan according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be performed by a clutch fan rotational speed abnormality detection device, the clutch fan rotational speed abnormality detection device may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and the clutch fan rotational speed abnormality detection device may be configured in an electronic device. The electronic device may include, but is not limited to, an in-vehicle terminal or the like. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, obtaining the current running state of the engine of the vehicle, and determining the abnormal pre-warning condition of the target fan rotating speed of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch according to the current running state of the engine.
Wherein the current engine operating state may be used to reflect the state of the vehicle engine. The current operating state of the engine may include a start state and an un-start state. The target fan speed abnormality early warning condition can be a condition matched with the current running state of the engine, and whether the clutch fan speed of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is abnormal or not is judged. The target fan speed abnormality warning condition may be stored in a memory of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current running state of the engine of the vehicle can be obtained first, then the target fan speed abnormality early warning condition corresponding to the current running state of the engine and judging whether the clutch fan speed of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is abnormal can be determined based on the current running state of the engine.
Alternatively, when the current running state of the engine is the start-up state, the start-up state may be further subdivided into a first start-up state (minimum power operation state) and a second start-up state (maximum power operation state). When the running states of the engine are different, the target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning conditions corresponding to the current running states of the engine are also different.
And 120, triggering a target timer when the electric control silicone oil clutch fan meets the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan rotating speed, and generating a fan rotating speed abnormal early warning signal when the target timer overflows in a timing way.
The target timer may be any timer having a timing function. Alternatively, the target timer may have a correspondence with the target fan rotation speed abnormality warning condition, for example, the timing duration of the target timer corresponding to different target fan rotation speed abnormality warning conditions may be different. The target timer may not have a corresponding relation with the abnormal target fan speed early warning condition, and the timing duration of the target timer corresponding to different abnormal target fan speed early warning conditions may be the same. The abnormal fan speed early warning signal can be a signal for prompting a user to control the abnormal fan speed of the silicone oil clutch fan so as to enable the user to repair the vehicle as soon as possible based on the signal. The fan speed anomaly warning signal may be a text signal and/or a voice signal. The fan rotating speed abnormality early warning signal can be broadcasted and displayed through the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data related to the abnormality judgment of the fan corresponding to the abnormality early warning condition of the target fan can be obtained, the data related to the abnormality judgment of the fan is compared with the abnormality early warning condition of the target fan, if the data related to the abnormality judgment of the fan meets the abnormality early warning condition of the target fan, the electric control silicone oil clutch fan is determined to meet the abnormality early warning condition of the target fan, the target timer is triggered synchronously, and when the target timer overflows, a fan abnormality early warning signal is generated to prompt a user that the fan of the electric control silicone oil clutch fan is abnormal, so that the user can check the condition of the vehicle in time, maintain the vehicle as soon as possible, and prevent the vehicle from being damaged further due to faults. If the data associated with the abnormal judgment of the fan does not meet the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan speed, the electronic control silicone oil clutch fan is determined to not meet the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan speed, a target timer is not required to be triggered, and the fact that the fan speed of the electronic control silicone oil clutch fan is abnormal can be determined.
Optionally, after generating the abnormal rotation speed early warning signal of the fan, the open-loop control of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan can be implemented, so that the fault that the water temperature of the engine is too high or too low can be avoided before a user performs vehicle maintenance.
According to the technical scheme, the current running state of the engine of the vehicle is obtained, the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan speed of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is determined according to the current running state of the engine, then when the fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch meets the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan speed, the target timer is triggered, and when the target timer overflows, a fan speed abnormal early warning signal is generated. According to the technical scheme, the target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition determined according to the current running state of the engine is divided into the fan rotating speed abnormality judgment based on the running state of the engine, the judgment of the actual fan rotating speed abnormality can be more accordant, when the electric control silicone oil clutch fan meets the target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition, the time length meeting the target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition is further monitored based on the target timer, early warning is carried out when the time length arrives, false alarm is prevented, the reliable early warning is carried out when the fan rotating speed abnormality is guaranteed, the problem that a user cannot know the condition that the closed loop control of the electric control silicone oil clutch fan fails due to the fact that the fan rotating speed abnormality is not found in time is solved, the running safety is influenced is solved, the fan rotating speed abnormality can be found in time, the user is prompted, the condition that the closed loop control of the electric control silicone oil clutch fan fails is known in time, and the running safety of the user is guaranteed.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring abnormal rotational speed of a clutch fan according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is embodied based on the foregoing embodiment, and provides a specific alternative implementation manner for determining an abnormal rotational speed early warning condition of a target fan of an electrically controlled silicone oil clutch according to a current running state of an engine. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 210, obtaining the current running state of the engine of the vehicle, and obtaining a fan rotating speed abnormal early warning condition set according to the current running state of the engine.
And 220, when the current running state of the engine is an un-started state, taking the first fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition in the fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition set as a target fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition.
The fan rotation speed abnormality pre-warning condition set may be a preset set of pre-warning conditions for distinguishing the fan rotation speed abnormality. The first fan speed abnormality early warning condition may be a fan speed abnormality condition in a fan speed abnormality early warning condition set, for discriminating that the current running state of the engine is a fan speed abnormality condition in an un-started state.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current running state of the engine is determined to be the un-started state, a first fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition corresponding to the un-started state of the engine is inquired from the fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition set, and the first fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition is used as a target fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition.
Step 230, when the current running state of the engine is a starting state, a PWM signal of the fan speed regulator is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current running state of the engine is determined to be a starting state, a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation ) signal of a fan rotating speed regulator of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is further obtained.
And 240, when the amplitude of the PWM signal is the first amplitude, taking the second fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition in the fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition set as a target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition.
The first amplitude may be an amplitude of a PWM signal of a fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch at a minimum power. Illustratively, the first amplitude may be 0. The second fan speed abnormality early warning condition may be a fan speed abnormality condition in the fan speed abnormality early warning condition set, for discriminating that the current running state of the engine is a start state, and the amplitude of the PWM signal is the first amplitude.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current running state of the engine is a starting state and the amplitude of the PWM signal is a first amplitude, namely the current running state of the engine is represented as a first starting state, determining a second fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition for abnormality of the fan rotating speed when the current running state of the engine is the starting state and the amplitude of the PWM signal is the first amplitude from a fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition set, and taking the second fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition as a target fan rotating speed abnormality early-warning condition.
And 250, when the amplitude of the PWM signal is the second amplitude, taking the third fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition in the fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition set as a target fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition.
The second amplitude may be an amplitude of a PWM signal when the fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch rotates at maximum power. The second amplitude may be, for example, 100.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current running state of the engine is a starting state and the amplitude of the PWM signal is a second amplitude, namely the current running state of the engine is represented as a second starting state, the current running state of the engine is determined to be the starting state from the fan speed abnormality early-warning condition set, and when the amplitude of the PWM signal is the second amplitude, the abnormal third fan speed abnormality early-warning condition of the fan speed is judged, so that the abnormal third fan speed early-warning condition is taken as the abnormal target fan speed early-warning condition.
And 260, triggering a target timer when the electric control silicone oil clutch fan meets the abnormal early warning condition of the target fan rotating speed, and generating a fan rotating speed abnormal early warning signal when the target timer overflows in a timing way.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, when the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets the abnormal pre-warning condition of the target fan speed, triggering the target timer may include: and triggering a target timer when the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets any one of the first fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition, the second fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition or the third fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition.
Specifically, when the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets any one of the first fan speed abnormality early warning condition, the second fan speed abnormality early warning condition or the third fan speed abnormality early warning condition, the target timer can be triggered synchronously.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan satisfies the first fan rotation speed abnormality early warning condition, and may include: and when the current running state of the engine is an un-started state and the real-time rotating speed of the fan is larger than a first rotating speed threshold value, determining that the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets the first fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition.
The first rotation speed threshold may be a preset rotation speed threshold that is compared with a real-time rotation speed of the fan when the current running state of the engine is an inactive state. The first rotational speed threshold may be 0. The real-time rotating speed of the fan is the current rotating speed of the fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the current running state of the engine is determined, the real-time rotating speed of the fan can be obtained, when the current running state of the engine is the non-starting state, the real-time rotating speed of the fan can be compared with the first rotating speed threshold, and if the real-time rotating speed of the fan is larger than the first rotating speed threshold, the electrically-controlled silicone oil clutch fan can be determined to meet the first abnormal rotating speed early warning condition of the fan.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan satisfies the second fan speed abnormality warning condition, and may include: when the current running state of the engine is a starting state and the amplitude of the PWM signal is a first amplitude, and the real-time rotating speed of the fan is smaller than a second rotating speed threshold value, determining that the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets the abnormal rotating speed early warning condition of the second fan.
The second rotation speed threshold may be preset, and is compared with a real-time rotation speed of the fan when the current running state of the engine is a starting state and the amplitude of the PWM signal is the first amplitude. The second rotational speed threshold may include, but is not limited to, 500 revolutions per minute.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the current running state of the engine is determined, the real-time rotating speed of the fan can be obtained, if the current running state of the engine is a starting state, the amplitude of the PWM signal is further obtained, and when the amplitude of the PWM signal is a first amplitude and the real-time rotating speed of the fan is greater than a second rotating speed threshold value, the condition that the fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch meets the abnormal rotating speed early warning condition of the second fan can be determined.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan satisfies a third fan rotation speed abnormality early warning condition, and may include: when the current running state of the engine is a starting state, the amplitude of the PWM signal is a second amplitude, the absolute difference value between the real-time fan rotating speed and the engine rotating speed does not fall into a third rotating speed threshold value interval, and the engine rotating speed signal is a normal signal, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan is determined to meet the abnormal rotating speed early warning condition of the third fan.
Wherein the absolute difference may be the absolute value of the difference of the two data. The third speed threshold interval may be a preset speed interval for comparison with an absolute difference between the fan real-time speed and the engine speed. For example, the third speed threshold interval may include, but is not limited to (0 rpm, 100 rpm).
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current running state of the engine is a starting state, the amplitude of the PWM signal, the real-time rotating speed of the fan, the engine rotating speed signal and the engine rotating speed are obtained, so that when the amplitude of the PWM signal is a second amplitude, the absolute difference value of the real-time rotating speed of the fan and the engine rotating speed is calculated, the calculated absolute difference value is compared with a third rotating speed threshold interval, and if the absolute difference value of the real-time rotating speed of the fan and the engine rotating speed does not fall into the third rotating speed threshold interval and the engine rotating speed signal is a normal signal, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan is determined to meet the abnormal pre-warning condition of the rotating speed of the third fan.
Alternatively, the fan speed anomaly warning signal may be classified into at least two levels. And when the electric control silicone oil clutch fan meets the abnormal early warning condition of the third fan rotating speed and the target timer overflows, the generated abnormal early warning signal of the fan rotating speed is the highest-level early warning. When the electric control silicone oil clutch fan meets the second fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition or the first fan rotating speed abnormality early warning condition, and the target timer overflows in a timing way, the generated fan rotating speed abnormality early warning signal is in a low-level early warning mode.
According to the technical scheme, the current running state of the engine of the vehicle is obtained, and the fan speed abnormality early-warning condition set is obtained according to the current running state of the engine, so that when the current running state of the engine is in an un-started state, a first fan speed abnormality early-warning condition in the fan speed abnormality early-warning condition set is used as a target fan speed abnormality early-warning condition, when the current running state of the engine is in a starting state, a PWM signal of a fan speed regulator is obtained, further when the amplitude of the PWM signal is in a first amplitude, a second fan speed abnormality early-warning condition in the fan speed abnormality early-warning condition set is used as a target fan speed abnormality early-warning condition, and further when the amplitude of the PWM signal is in a second amplitude, a third fan speed abnormality early-warning condition in the fan speed abnormality early-warning condition set is used as a target fan speed abnormality early-warning condition, and therefore when an electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan meets the target fan speed abnormality early-warning condition, a target timer is triggered, and when the target timer overflows, a fan speed abnormality early-warning signal is generated.
In a specific example, when the engine is not started, the silicone oil clutch fan should also have no rotational speed. After the engine is started, when the PWM output of the fan speed PID regulator is 0, the clutch of the fan delivers a minimum torque, at which time the fan operates at a minimum speed. However, due to mechanical limitations, the fan speed is not less than a certain threshold (second speed threshold). After the engine is started, when the amplitude of the PWM signal output of the fan speed PID regulator is 100, the clutch of the fan is completely closed, and the fan and the engine should run at the same speed, and clutch fan speed abnormality monitoring logic shown in fig. 3 is designed based on the principle.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of fan speed abnormality processing logic provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a PWM signal and a fan real-time speed output by a fan speed controller of an electrically controlled silicone oil clutch are obtained in real time, whether the fan speed signal is abnormal or not is determined based on the PWM signal, the fan real-time speed and a target fan speed abnormality pre-warning condition, if it is determined that the abnormality exists, a fan speed abnormality pre-warning signal is generated and prompted, and if it is determined that the abnormality does not exist, a step of determining whether the fan speed signal is abnormal is returned.
Example III
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a clutch fan rotation speed abnormality detection device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a rotational speed abnormality pre-warning condition determination module 310, and a rotational speed abnormality pre-warning signal generation module 320, wherein,
the abnormal rotating speed early warning condition determining module 310 is used for obtaining the current running state of the engine of the vehicle and determining the abnormal rotating speed early warning condition of the target fan of the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch according to the current running state of the engine;
the rotation speed abnormality early warning signal generating module 320 is configured to trigger a target timer when the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch fan satisfies a target fan rotation speed abnormality early warning condition, and generate a fan rotation speed abnormality early warning signal when the target timer overflows.
