Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating main steps of a control method of a washing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the washing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps S101 to S103.
Step S101: in response to the received equipment cleaning instruction, detecting whether clothes exist in a clothes containing device in the washing equipment, and if so, executing step S102; if not, step S103 is performed.
In this embodiment, the washing apparatus may determine whether there is laundry in the laundry accommodating device by detecting the weight of the laundry accommodating device in the washing apparatus through the load detecting device, and if the current weight value of the laundry accommodating device is greater than a preset weight threshold, consider that there is laundry in the laundry accommodating device; and if the weight value of the current clothes containing device is smaller than or equal to the preset weight threshold value, judging that no clothes exist in the clothes containing device.
In one embodiment, the washing device may also determine whether there is laundry in the laundry device by detecting the pressure of the laundry device in the washing device using the pressure sensor, and if the current pressure value of the laundry device is greater than the preset pressure threshold, consider that there is laundry in the laundry device; and if the pressure value of the current clothes containing device is smaller than or equal to the preset pressure threshold value, judging that no clothes exist in the clothes containing device.
In one embodiment, the washing device may further determine whether the laundry is present in the laundry-holding device by collecting image information by the image-collecting device, and if the image information is analyzed to determine that the laundry is present in the laundry-holding device, then consider that the laundry is present in the laundry-holding device; if the image information is analyzed and then the image information of the clothes is contained, the clothes containing device is considered to be free of clothes.
It should be noted that, in order to detect whether the laundry is present in the laundry-holding device, any of the above embodiments or other embodiments capable of detecting whether the laundry is present in the laundry-holding device may be used for detection, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Step S102: and adjusting a preset equipment washing and drying program into a clothes washing program and controlling the washing equipment to execute the adjusted clothes washing program to wash clothes.
In this embodiment, the preset equipment washing and drying program is a preset equipment washing and drying program for execution when an equipment cleaning instruction is received. The preset equipment washing and drying program can be an equipment washing and drying program preset by a user according to experience data, or can be an equipment washing and drying program obtained by adjusting the set equipment washing and drying program according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the above.
In one embodiment, the preset equipment washing and drying program comprises a washing program and a drying program, when the clothes containing device is determined to contain clothes, the washing parameters of the washing program are adjusted according to the clothes attributes of the clothes, a rinsing program and a dehydrating program which are sequentially operated are added between the washing program and the drying program, the clothes washing program is generated according to the washing program, the rinsing program, the dehydrating program and the drying program with the washing parameters adjusted, and the washing equipment is controlled to execute the generated clothes washing program to finish washing the clothes.
Further, the clothing attributes include, but are not limited to, clothing weight, clothing material, clothing category, etc.; washing parameters of the washing program include, but are not limited to, the amount of wash water, temperature, agitation speed, washing time, etc. Here, the parameters of the washing program can be adjusted in a targeted manner according to the properties of the laundry, avoiding damage and injury to the laundry. Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the amount of wash water, temperature, agitation speed, and wash time of the washing process are adjusted according to the laundry weight of the laundry. Specifically, a person skilled in the art may preset the correspondence between the laundry weight and the water amount, temperature, agitation speed and washing time of the washing water according to experience, or may adjust the correspondence between the laundry weight, which has been set, and the water amount, temperature, agitation speed and washing time of the washing water according to actual needs to obtain a new correspondence. Further, the sloshing speed refers to a rotational speed at which the motor rotates the laundry accommodating device in forward and reverse directions at a predetermined number of washing revolutions per minute (Revolutions Per Minute, RPM) when the washing machine performs a washing course, and thus laundry in the laundry accommodating device can be washed by mechanical forces generated during the forward and reverse rotations of the laundry accommodating device. The washing water in the laundry-holding device forms an agitating water stream along with the forward and directional rotation of the laundry-holding device, and the agitating speed is also referred to as the speed of the agitating water stream.
In one embodiment, the preset equipment washing and drying program comprises a washing program and a drying program, when the clothes containing device is determined to contain clothes, the water quantity, the temperature, the agitation speed and the washing time of washing water of the washing program are adjusted according to clothes materials of the clothes, a rinsing program and a dewatering program which are sequentially operated are added between the washing program and the drying program, the clothes washing program is generated according to the washing program, the rinsing program, the dewatering program and the drying program with the washing parameters adjusted, and the washing equipment is controlled to execute the generated clothes washing program to finish washing the clothes. Specifically, a person skilled in the art may preset the correspondence between the laundry material and the water amount, temperature, agitation speed and washing time of the washing water according to experience, or may adjust the correspondence between the laundry material and the water amount, temperature, agitation speed and washing time of the washing water according to actual needs to obtain a new correspondence. In addition, the material of the clothes can be obtained by collecting the label information on the clothes through the image collecting device or the mobile terminal of the washing equipment, or the user can directly input the material of the clothes through the washing equipment or the mobile terminal, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the above.
Further, when the washing apparatus is operated to the dehydrating process, a load eccentricity value of the washing apparatus is obtained, a dehydrating speed of the dehydrating process is adjusted to a preset target dehydrating speed corresponding to the load eccentricity value, and the washing apparatus is controlled to perform a dehydrating operation of the dehydrating process according to the target dehydrating speed.
The eccentric state Of the washing apparatus is classified into a static eccentric (OOB) and a dynamic eccentric (Dynamic Out Of Balance, DOOB). The static eccentricity is usually an eccentricity value obtained by testing the washing equipment after the lower rotating speed is stable, the dynamic eccentricity is usually an eccentricity value obtained by testing the washing equipment in the process of climbing to a certain higher rotating speed, and the detection is usually carried out by adopting a waveform identification-based method, wherein the method judges the eccentricity grade according to the continuous power-off times during the detection period or the rotating speed sequence of sampling points and obtains the eccentricity value. The method is a conventional acquisition method in the technical field of washing equipment, and is not described in detail in the embodiment of the invention. In the embodiment of the invention, the load eccentric value is dynamic eccentric, and is the difference value between the central line of the clothes containing device of the washing equipment and the central line preset by the washing equipment, if the difference value is within the preset threshold value, the clothes containing device cannot strike the outer cylinder and/or the barrel of the washing equipment, so that the damage of the washing equipment is reduced, and the service life of the washing equipment is prolonged.
Further, a deviation between the temperature of the washing water in the washing process before the washing parameter is adjusted and the temperature of the washing water in the washing process after the washing parameter is adjusted is greater than a preset first deviation threshold, i.e., the temperature of the washing water in the washing process before the washing parameter is adjusted is greater than the temperature of the washing water in the washing process after the washing parameter is adjusted. Specifically, the temperature of the washing water in the washing procedure before the washing parameters are adjusted needs to be washed and sterilized by adopting a high-temperature washing mode, and when the clothes are washed by adopting the high-temperature washing mode in the clothes containing device, the clothes are damaged and shrunk, so that when the clothes are in the clothes containing device, the clothes are washed by adopting a normal-temperature washing mode, and the clothes in the clothes containing device are protected from being damaged. In addition, the high temperature refers to a temperature greater than a preset temperature threshold, and the user can adjust the temperature according to actual needs, and the low temperature refers to a temperature less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, and the user can adjust the temperature according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
Further, a deviation between the agitation speed of the washing water in the washing process before the washing parameter is adjusted and the agitation speed of the washing water in the washing process after the washing parameter is adjusted is greater than a preset second deviation threshold, i.e., the agitation speed of the washing water in the washing process before the washing parameter is adjusted is greater than the agitation speed of the washing water in the washing process after the washing parameter is adjusted. Specifically, the washing water in the washing procedure before the washing parameters are adjusted is agitated at a high speed to wash the inner wall of the clothes containing device by mechanical force generated in the high-speed agitation mode, so that stains on the inner wall of the clothes containing device can be effectively washed away, and if the clothes in the clothes containing device are washed by the mechanical force generated in the high-speed agitation mode, the clothes are deformed and damaged, therefore, the washing water in the washing procedure is agitated at a low speed under the condition that the clothes are in the clothes containing device, and the damage of the clothes caused by the mechanical force generated in the agitation mode by the washing equipment can be effectively prevented. In addition, the high speed refers to the oscillation speed greater than the preset speed threshold, and the user can adjust according to the actual needs, the low speed refers to the oscillation speed less than or equal to the preset speed threshold, and the user can adjust according to the actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, the preset first deviation threshold value and the preset second deviation threshold value may be values preset by a person skilled in the art according to experience, or may be values obtained by a person skilled in the art after adjusting the preset first deviation threshold value and the preset second deviation threshold value according to actual needs, which are not limited by the person skilled in the art.
Step S103: and controlling the washing equipment to execute a preset equipment washing and drying program to clean the clothes containing device.
In this embodiment, the set equipment washing and drying program is a preset equipment washing and drying program for execution when an equipment cleaning instruction is received. The preset equipment washing and drying program can be an equipment washing and drying program preset by a user according to experience data, or can be an equipment washing and drying program obtained by adjusting the set equipment washing and drying program according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the above.
Further, the present embodiment is exemplified: the preset equipment washing and drying program comprises a washing program and a drying program, when a cleaning instruction of the equipment is received and no clothes are in a clothes containing device, the washing program is firstly controlled to be executed by the washing equipment, the water temperature in the washing program can be 90 ℃ and wash the inner wall of the clothes containing device at a high speed in a continuous 150rpm speed agitating mode, after the washing time reaches 30 minutes, water is discharged, the drying program is then controlled to be executed by the washing equipment, the drying heating device is started, the clothes containing device is made to rotate at a high speed of 600rpm to dry the clothes containing device, meanwhile, the humidity value in the clothes containing device is detected by adopting a humidity sensor, when the humidity value is lower than a preset humidity threshold, the drying heating device is controlled to be closed by the washing equipment, the temperature in the clothes containing device is detected by adopting a temperature sensor, and when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature threshold, the cleaning operation of the washing equipment is finished by the drying program of the washing equipment.
Based on the steps S101-S103, whether clothes exist in a clothes containing device in the washing equipment is detected, if not, the washing equipment is controlled to execute a preset equipment washing and drying program, and the clothes containing device is cleaned; if the clothes are washed and dried by the preset equipment, the preset equipment washing and drying program is adjusted to be a clothes washing program, and the washing equipment is controlled to execute the adjusted clothes washing program to wash the clothes, so that the corresponding program can be flexibly executed according to whether the clothes exist in the washing equipment, damage and injury to the clothes caused by the existence of the clothes in the washing equipment when the clothes storage device of the washing equipment is cleaned are avoided, the condition of impacting the clothes storage device is reduced, the service life of the washing equipment is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
