Abstract

一种摆动装置,由两个以上弹性片的两端分别与基体和承体相连,各弹性片与基体或承体相连的一端为固定连接,另一端为铰接。所述装置在承体受力时可产生往复摆动,由于弹性片一端铰接,既可产生较大的摆幅,又有较好的屈服强度。

一种摆动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及摆动装置。
背景技术
中国专利00227772.7号给出了一种有回弹力的摆动装置。该装置由两个以上弹性片两端分别与基体和承体相连。如图l和图2。承体受力相对基体运动,弹性片弯曲变形将承体的动能转换为弹性势能,然后再释放势能推动承体移动,从而实现减振或往复摆动。该装置的两个以上弹性片以板面相对的方式平行或不平行并列,在产生弹性变形时两个弹性片相互制约,相互限制变形量,即限制了承体的摆动幅度。如果使用的弹性片太短,则该装置的刚性偏强,可产生摆动的幅度较小,作为减振装置使用其振幅太小,减振效果欠佳;作为摆动装置使用就可能无法满足所需的摆幅。如果使用的弹性片太长,虽可产生较大的摆动幅度,但承体与基体的连接刚性太弱,可能削弱了整个装置的屈服强度,作为减振机构使用其安全性偏差。本发明是对上述专利的改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在给出一种既可产生较大的摆动幅度,又不致削弱基体与承体的屈服强度的摆动装置。
本发明所述的摆动装置,由两个以上弹性片两端分别与基体和承体相连,各弹性片与基体或承体相连的一端为固定连接,另一端为铰接。
本发明所述的摆动装置,连接基体和承体的各弹性片两端的其中一端为铰接。在承体运动时,各弹性片产生弹性变形又相互制约变形量,但各铰接点可转动。因为弹性片另一端是固定连接的,又约束了弹性片不可能产生大角度的转动。即各弹性片在相互制约弹性变形量的同时,各铰接点还可产生受约束的微小转动,可增加摆动幅度。所述的摆动装置可使用较短的弹性片,既可保证有较大的摆动幅度又可保证有较好的屈服强度。所述的装置结构简单,成本低,几乎无需维修,适于作为机械减振装置,或产生往复运动的机械振动装置。

具体实施方式
实施例一,如图5
一种使反射光线摆动的光学仪器,定义支座为基体2反光镜面为承体3,两个弹性片1分别与基体2和承体3相连,且一端铰接4。无论基体2或承体3受一个固定周期的外力,即可产生镜面的摆动,则其反射的光线按一定频率摆动。
实施例二,如图3
两个弹性片1的两端分别与基体2和承体3相连,两个弹性片1板面相对且平行,弹性片1与基体2及承体3的连接为一端固定连接,另一端铰接4。本实施例的两个弹性片1,一个一端与基体2铰接另端与承体3固定连接;另一个一端与承体3铰接另端与基体固定连接,即两个弹性片1的铰接端相异。
承体3受力弹性片1弯曲变形且在铰接处产生微小转动,承体3可相对基体2产生往复摆动。
实施例三,如图4
两弹性片1的板面相对但不平行,从侧视图看,基体2与弹性片1共同构成三角形。两个弹性片均与基体2铰接4,即两弹性片1的铰接端相同。承体3受力可小角度摆动,其余与实施例一相同。
实施例四,如图6
所述装置用于自行车减振。基体2和承体3是相对的。本实施例定义车架为基体2,车轮和车座定义为承体3。事实上也可反过来定义。基体2上铰接两个弹性片1,两弹性片1的另一端分别与承体3固定连接。各组弹性片1板面相对且不平行。
实施例五,如图7
两个弹性片1平行地连接基体2和承体3,两个弹性片1的不同端分别与基体2和承体3铰接4。其余与实施例三相同。
实施例六
所述装置用于建筑物减振,曾有在先公开的先有技术如图8,其基体2与地基相连,承体3与建筑物相连,两者之间有多个弹性片1相连,各弹性片与基体2、承体3的连接线4不平行,受压时同时产生弯曲和扭曲变形,压缩变形过大有导致弹性片撕裂的危险。本实施例如图8、9、10,有多个柱座5两侧铰接4弹性片1,各弹性片1分别与基体2和承体3固定相连,且各弹性片1与基体2及承体3的连接线连接是相互平行的。在柱座5之间装有弹性件6进一步限制摆动幅度。

Claims (2)

1、一种摆动装置,由两个以上弹性片(1)两端分别与基体(2)和承体(3)相连,其特征在于各弹性片(1)与基体(2)或承体(3)相连的一端为固定连接,另一端为铰接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的摆动装置,其特征在于两个弹性片(1)的铰接端相异。
