Description

Intangible asset management system, implementation method, device and medium
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to an intangible asset management system, an implementation method, equipment and a medium.
Background
Intangible assets (i.e., intangible Assets) refer to identifiable non-monetary assets that have no physical form. Intangible assets have broad and narrow meanings, and broad intangible assets include financial assets, long term equity investments, patent rights, trademark rights, etc. because they have no physical entity, but rather appear as some legal right or technology. However, accounting generally has a narrow understanding of intangible assets, i.e., patent rights, trademark rights, etc. are referred to as intangible assets. Intangible assets have the characteristics of intangibility, non-volatility, non-standardization, high dependence and the like; intangible refers to an asset without physical form, and the value and rights mainly come from knowledge, technology, brands and other aspects; non-volatile refers to intangible assets that are not as easily destroyed, worn, or lost as tangible assets, and their value and equity can typically last a long time; non-standardized means that intangible assets themselves have different properties, characteristics and values, and are therefore relatively complex in terms of assessment, auditing, supervision, etc.; highly dependent means that many enterprises' core competence and profitability are dependent on intangible assets and therefore require effective management and protection.
With the rapid development of economies, intangible assets within an enterprise are increasing, including brands, patents, software, brands, copyright, trade secrets, and the like. With the increasing importance and value of intangible assets, these intangible assets play a vital role in the development and competitiveness of an enterprise, and thus intangible asset management is becoming increasingly important in modern enterprise management. However, in view of the characteristics that the value of intangible assets is often difficult to quantify and evaluate, and various types of intangible assets, the value of the intangible assets is difficult to evaluate accurately in the current management mode, and standardized and unified management and maintenance are difficult to perform.
In summary, how to scientifically, efficiently and uniformly manage and maintain intangible assets is a problem to be solved at present.

Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific intangible asset management system module framework, and, with respect to the previous embodiment, the present embodiment further describes and optimizes a technical solution.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
the asset adding module 11 may specifically include: a form display unit 111 and an information display unit 112.
A form display unit 111, configured to display, in an intangible asset addition interface, a preset form to be filled in corresponding to an asset type of a target intangible asset; the to-be-filled form comprises all to-be-filled asset attributes;
an information display unit 112, configured to display a filling manner and a filling requirement corresponding to the property of the property to be filled in the form to be filled in, so that the terminal user adds the property information of the target intangible asset based on the filling manner and the filling requirement in the intangible asset adding interface.
It may be understood that in this embodiment, according to the asset types of the target intangible asset to be added, the system may display, in the intangible asset adding interface, a preset form to be filled corresponding to the asset types of the target intangible asset, that is, the adding operation may switch the corresponding form to be filled according to different asset types, where the form to be filled includes all the attributes of the asset to be filled, and the different asset types have partially common same attributes and are displayed in the list, and meanwhile, each asset type also has a special attribute. In addition, the filling modes and filling requirements corresponding to different properties of the assets to be filled can be set specifically, so that the terminal user can add the property information of the target intangible asset based on the filling modes and filling requirements in the intangible asset adding interface.
The intangible asset types include patent rights certificates, copyright certificates, trademark rights certificates, software product certificates, compatible authentication certificates, test report certificates, qualification certificates, honor certificates, domain names and other types; the property of the to-be-filled asset comprises the name, type, number, rights holder, expiration date, expiration time, description, remarks and accessories of the intangible asset; the filling mode comprises a selection frame and a hook option; the fill-in requirements include a fill-in item and a fill-out item.
For example, the general asset attributes for each asset type are as follows, with the fill-in and fill-out requirements in brackets: name (mandatory item), type (selection box, mandatory item), number (option), rights to which the rights belong (mandatory item), whether there is a term (checkup item), expiration time (display after checkup, mandatory item), description (option), remark (option), attachment (option). In addition, for some special attributes, such as certificate class (patent rights, copyright rights, trademark rights, software products, compatibility certification, test report, qualification, honor), with issuing authority (obligation), issuing time (obligation); patent rights, copyright rights, software products, compatibility certification, test reports with associated products (selection boxes, retrieved from a product dictionary, must fill items); patentees have the inventor (plural selection boxes, obtained from personnel); the patent right and the domain name have annual fee payment date selection (selecting frame month and day), the patent right is fixed to be a payment interval of 1 year, and the domain name can select a payment interval (integer input frame, year is unit); the qualification certificate and the honor certificate have associated products (checkboxes), and the products are checked and represented as product certificates, and the associated products can be selected (selection boxes).
Further, the intangible asset management system further includes:
the encryption storage module 19 is configured to determine information to be encrypted in an intangible asset set in advance, and store the information to be encrypted in an encrypted manner by using a preset encryption algorithm.
It will be appreciated from the foregoing that after adding the target intangible asset and the corresponding attribute information to the intangible asset addition interface, the save button may be clicked to save, and these information are all saved in the database. Therefore, the security of the database is also very important, and some important information needs to be kept secret, namely encrypted for storage, so as to improve the security, specifically, which information in the intangible asset needs to be encrypted can be preset, and then the information is encrypted for storage by using a preset encryption algorithm. For example, a patent is one of the core intangible assets of an enterprise, including patent application, grant, maintenance, rights scope after patent grant, maintenance status, etc.; wherein, the information such as the application content, the technical proposal and the like in the process of the patent application needs to be kept secret. Business secrets are one of the important intangible assets of an enterprise, including information on customer lists, sales data, financial statements, business plans, etc., for which strict secrecy is required for some sensitive business plan information, such as new product development plans, market expansion plans, etc. Copyright is one of intellectual property rights of enterprises, and includes software, documents, music, film and television works and the like, wherein information such as source codes of the software, version histories of the documents and the like needs to be kept secret. Trademarks are one of the branded assets of an enterprise, including trademark registration, use, maintenance, etc., and strict secrecy is required for some branded brands of trademark information. Besides the encryption mode, the system can also be protected through measures such as backup, authority management and audit so as to ensure the safety of the intangible asset, and the intangible asset management system has good safety performance.
In addition, intangible asset management has problems and technical disadvantages of asymmetric information, difficult data acquisition, difficult assessment and pricing, difficult protection and maintenance, and the like. In response to these problems and technical shortcomings, the present embodiments may use various information collection and management techniques, such as data mining, natural language processing, machine learning, etc., to perform in-depth analysis and mining on intangible assets of an enterprise, improving knowledge and understanding of the assets. Pricing and assessment techniques based on market data, statistical models, etc. may also be employed to accurately price and assess intangible assets. For example, collaborative filtering algorithms are used to match the similarity of patents, which are evaluated by historical transaction and market demand information. And in combination with the intangible asset management system, the asset information is uniformly managed and monitored, and the data quality and accuracy are improved.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the application discloses a method for implementing an intangible asset management system, which is applied to the intangible asset management system, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S11: when an adding request of a target intangible asset is acquired, the control system display interface jumps from an intangible asset management main interface to an intangible asset adding interface so that a terminal user adds the target intangible asset and corresponding attribute information in the intangible asset adding interface;
step S12: when an editing request of a target intangible asset is acquired, a control system display interface jumps from an intangible asset management main interface to an intangible asset editing interface so that a terminal user modifies attribute information of the target intangible asset in the intangible asset adding interface;
step S13: and when a deletion request of the target intangible asset is acquired, deleting the target intangible asset in an asset list of an intangible asset management main interface.
When the adding request of the target intangible asset is obtained, the control system display interface jumps from the intangible asset management main interface to the intangible asset adding interface, so that the terminal user adds the target intangible asset and corresponding attribute information in the intangible asset adding interface; when an editing request of a target intangible asset is acquired, a control system display interface jumps from an intangible asset management main interface to an intangible asset editing interface so that a terminal user modifies attribute information of the target intangible asset in the intangible asset adding interface; and when a deletion request of the target intangible asset is acquired, deleting the target intangible asset in an asset list of an intangible asset management main interface. Therefore, through the scheme of the application, functions such as adding, editing, deleting and the like of the intangible asset can be provided for the terminal user, and when the system acquires a specific request, the control system displays the interface to jump to the interface corresponding to the request, so that the terminal user can operate in the interface after jumping. Therefore, the intangible asset management system can scientifically, efficiently and uniformly automatically manage and maintain the intangible asset, reduces labor cost and improves management efficiency.
