Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a child seat 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, and the child seat 100 is illustrated as applied to a stroller 1000, and the child seat 100 is mounted on a frame 200, and it will be appreciated that the child seat 100 may be a seat applied to a variety of suitable child carriers such as a child safety seat, a baby carrier, and the like. As can be seen, the child seat 100 may include a seat body 1, first and second shoulder straps 41, 42, first and second shoulder buckles 51, 52, first and second lap belts 61, 62, a crotch strap assembly 2, and a crotch buckle 3, i.e., a five-point seat belt system is provided on the seat body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the seat body 1 may include a seat cushion 11 for supporting buttocks of a child and a backrest 12 for supporting the back of the child. The first shoulder belt 41 and the second shoulder belt 42 are respectively connected to the upper sides of the back 12, the first waist belt 61 and the second waist belt 62 are respectively connected to the lower sides of the back 12, the first shoulder belt 41 and the first waist belt 61 are respectively connected to the hole 341 and the hole 361 of the first shoulder belt buckle 51, and the second shoulder belt 42 and the second waist belt 62 are respectively connected to the hole 342 and the hole 362 of the second shoulder belt buckle 52.
The seat cushion 11 has a crotch strap attachment portion 110 at a central position thereof, the crotch strap assembly 2 is attached to the crotch strap attachment portion 110, and the crotch strap buckle 3 is positionally adjustably attached to the crotch strap assembly 2, thereby allowing the distance between the crotch strap buckle 3 and the crotch strap attachment portion 110 to be varied. The distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap attachment portion 110 refers to a linear distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap attachment portion 110 when pulled outward. The distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection part 110 may also be referred to as the height of the crotch buckle 3, and the distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection part 110 corresponds to the height of the crotch buckle 3. Thus, when a child sits in the child seat 100, the height of the crotch strap buckle 3 can be adjusted in addition to the length of each shoulder strap and each waist strap, so that the five-point seat belt system has more adjustment options, and the seat belt system of the child seat 100 can better accommodate children of different sizes. It should be noted that although the child seat 100 shown in fig. 1 is configured with a five-point seat belt system, the above-described crotch strap buckle 3 and crotch strap assembly 2 are also applicable to a three-point seat belt system including two shoulder straps and one crotch strap.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of a crotch strap assembly 2 is shown in this example, the crotch strap assembly 2 may include a first crotch strap guard 21 and an adjustment strap 23. The first crotch strap protection sheet 21 is connected with the crotch strap connection portion 110, for example, at the bottom thereof, for example, by sewing. The adjustment strap 23 is connected to the first crotch strap protection sheet 21, and preferably the adjustment strap 23 is connected to the front side of the first crotch strap protection sheet 21 so as not to contact the child. The crotch strap fastener 3 is connected to the adjustment strap 23 in a position adjustable manner. Wherein the first crotch strap guard 21 may have a suitable width to provide a sufficiently large contact area for the child, in some embodiments the width of the bottom of the first crotch strap guard 21 is narrowest, with a width W of no less than 50mm, for example. The adjusting belt 23 can be made of a webbing, for example, and has a relatively narrow width. The crotch buckle 3 is positionally adjustably connected with the adjustment strap 23 so that the distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection 110 can be varied.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preferred connection of the crotch strap fastener 3 to the adjustment strap 23 is shown in this embodiment. The adjustment belt 23 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first crotch belt guard 21 in the middle of the first crotch belt guard 21, and the longitudinal length of the adjustment belt 23 is smaller than the longitudinal length H of the first crotch belt guard 21. The first end 23a and the second end 23b of the adjustment belt 23 are connected to the first crotch belt guard 21, respectively, for example, by sewing. The lower edge of the crotch buckle 3 comprises an adjustment buckle part 31, which adjustment buckle part 31 is position-adjustably mounted on the adjustment strap 23. When the adjustment operation is not performed on the crotch buckle 3, the position of the adjustment buckle portion 31 on the adjustment strap 23 can be kept relatively fixed, keeping a certain distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection portion 110. When the adjustment operation is performed on the crotch buckle 3, the adjustment buckle portion 31 can be moved to a proper position along the adjustment belt 23, so that the distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch belt connection portion 110 is adjusted to a proper distance.
Referring to fig. 3, there is shown a preferred embodiment of the adjustment buckle portion 31, which is located at the body edge of the crotch buckle 3, for example, a four-bar buckle portion (which may also be referred to as a "eye buckle portion"), comprising a mounting hole 310 and two cross bars 311 located in the mounting hole 310 at intervals, the two cross bars 311 dividing the mounting hole 310 into a first perforation 3111, a second perforation 3112 and a third perforation 3113, the adjustment strap 23 passing through the first perforation 3111, the second perforation 3112 and the third perforation 3113 in this order, the adjustment strap 23 bypassing the two cross bars 311 in this order when passing through these perforations. The adjusting buckle portion 31 of this structure has advantages of simple structure and low cost, and the position of the adjusting buckle portion 31 on the adjusting belt 23 is also easy to adjust. When the position of the adjustment buckle 31 on the adjustment strap 23 is adjusted to a proper position, the adjustment buckle 31 can be securely engaged with the adjustment strap 23, with no undesired displacement of the adjustment strap 23.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, there is shown a child seat 100 provided in a second embodiment of the present invention, which is a modification of the first embodiment described above, and the differences between the first embodiment and the second embodiment are mainly described below.
As can be seen in fig. 4 to 6, the crotch strap buckle 3 comprises a connection hole 301, which connection hole 301 is provided at the lower edge of the crotch strap buckle 3. The first end 23a of the adjustment belt 23 is attached to, for example, the bottom of the first crotch belt guard 21, and the second end 23b is folded back through the attachment hole 301 to be attached to the adjustment belt 23 at a proper position. The corner position where the second end 23b is folded back is referred to herein as the folded back position of the second end 23b, and it is understood that the crotch strap fastener 3 is connected to each of the shoulder strap fasteners at the folded back position that is slid to the second end 23b of the adjustment strap 23 in the use state. Thus, by connecting the second end 23b to a different position of the adjustment strap 23, the folded-back position of the second end 23b can be changed, i.e., the distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection portion 110 can be changed.
Fig. 5 shows a connection of the second end 23b of the adjusting strap 23 to the adjusting strap 23 after folding back. The position of the adjusting belt 23 near the first end 23a is provided with a magic tape 233, the position of the adjusting belt 23 near the second end 23b is provided with a magic tape 234, and the magic tape 234 and the magic tape 233 are detachably adhered together. The folding position of the second end 23b can be changed by changing the bonding position of the velcro tape 234 and the velcro tape 233.
Fig. 6 shows an alternative way of connecting the second end 23b of the adjusting strap 23 to the adjusting strap 23 after folding back. The adjustment belt 23 is provided with at least one boss 231 and a plurality of adjustment holes 232. For example, the posts 231 may be provided in a plurality and near the second end 23b of the adjustment strap 23, with the plurality of posts 231 being spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the adjustment strap 23. A plurality of adjustment holes 232 are provided adjacent the first end 23a of the adjustment strap 23, the plurality of adjustment holes 232 being spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the adjustment strap 23. The plurality of bosses 231 and the plurality of adjustment holes 232 are selectively engaged, so that the folded-back position of the second end 23b can be changed. In some embodiments, not shown, the plurality of posts 231 and the plurality of adjustment holes 232 may be replaced with a snap-fit or button structure.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7 in combination, it is preferable that the first crotch strap protection sheet 21 is further provided with a stopper structure for restricting the left-right movement range of the adjustment strap 23 and the crotch buckle 3 with respect to the first crotch strap protection sheet 21, so that the adjustment strap 23 and the crotch buckle 3 can be prevented from sliding out of the range of the first crotch strap protection sheet 21 in the left-right direction (corresponding to the width direction of the first crotch strap protection sheet 21) to come into direct contact with the child. In this embodiment, the limiting structure may include a shielding portion 293 and a movable sleeve 294, the shielding portion 293 is located in front of the first crotch strap guard 21, both side edges of the shielding portion 293 are fixed to the first crotch strap guard 21, for example, by sewing, the movable sleeve 294 is connected to an upper edge of the shielding portion 293 and is sleeved outside the first crotch strap guard 21, for example, by sewing, the adjusting strap 23 may pass between a front side of the first crotch strap guard 21 and the shielding portion 293 and between a front side of the first crotch strap guard 21 and the movable sleeve 294, and the crotch strap buckle 3 may be located between the front side of the first crotch strap guard 21 and the movable sleeve 294. Wherein the movable sleeve 294 can be folded down for the user to adjust the adjustment strap 23 and the crotch buckle 3. Preferably, the movable sleeve 294 may include a shielding sheet 2941 located in front of the first crotch strap guard 21 and an elastic belt 2942 located behind the first crotch strap guard 21, the use of the elastic belt 2942 allowing the aperture of the movable sleeve 294 to be elastically enlarged or reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, there is shown a child seat 100 provided in a third embodiment of the present invention, which is a modification of the above-described second embodiment, and the differences between the present embodiment and the above-described second embodiment are mainly described below.
In this embodiment, the adjusting buckle 24 is mounted in the middle of the adjusting strap 23, and the first end 23a of the adjusting strap 23 is connected to the bottom of the first crotch strap guard 21, for example, and the second end 23b of the adjusting strap 23 is folded back through the connecting hole 301 of the crotch strap buckle 3 and connected to the adjusting buckle 24. By changing the position of the adjustment buckle 24 on the adjustment strap 23, the folding position of the second end 23b can be changed, and thus the distance between the crotch buckle 3 and the crotch strap connection portion 110 can be changed. It will be appreciated that the adjustment clasp 24 may be configured to: when the adjustment operation is not performed on the adjustment buckle 24, the position of the adjustment buckle 24 on the adjustment belt 23 can be kept relatively fixed. When the adjustment operation is performed on the adjustment buckle 23, the adjustment buckle 24 can be moved to a proper position along the adjustment strap 23 so that the crotch buckle 3 is spaced apart from the crotch strap connection portion 110 by a proper distance.
Referring to fig. 9, there is shown a preferred embodiment of the adjustment clasp 24. The adjustment clasp 24 is, for example, a three-gear clasp (also referred to as a "day" clasp) comprising a rectangular frame 241 and a cross member 242 positioned in the middle of the rectangular frame 241. The cross member 242 is connected to the cross member 242 by passing the second end 23b of the adjustment strap 23 through the first half hole 2411, the second half hole 2412 and the connection hole 301 in this order, with the center Kong Oufen of the rectangular frame 241 being the first half hole 2411 and the second half hole 2412.
In addition, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the structure of the attachment hole 301 of the crotch buckle 3 in the present embodiment is changed on the basis of the attachment hole 301 in the above-described second embodiment. For ease of illustration, in fig. 9, the adjustment strap 23 and crotch strap fastener 3 are removed from the restraining structure. As shown in fig. 9, a cross bar 3013 is provided in the connection hole 301, the cross bar 3013 divides the connection hole 301 into a first through hole 3011 and a second through hole 3012, and the second end 23b of the adjustment strap 23 passes through the first through hole 3011 and the second through hole 3012 in order and is connected to the cross bar 242 of the adjustment buckle 24. This configuration of the attachment holes 301 helps to increase the friction between the crotch buckle 3 and the adjustment strap 23, which in turn helps to prevent relative movement of the crotch buckle 3 and the adjustment strap 23.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, another structure of the crotch buckle 3 is also shown in this embodiment. The crotch buckle 3 may be provided with a slide groove 303 communicating with the connecting hole 301, the slide groove 303 having an open end 3030 and a bottom wall (not numbered in the figures) opposite the open end 3030. The crotch strap buckle 3 further comprises a push rod 32 and an elastic member 33. Wherein the push rod 32 is inserted into the slide groove 303 through the open end 3030 to divide the connection hole 301 into a first through hole portion 3011 and a second through hole portion 3012, and the adjustment strap 23 is inserted through the first through hole portion 3011 and the second through hole portion 3012. The elastic member 33 is used for applying force to the push rod 32 to clamp the adjusting strap 23 between the wall of the connecting hole 301 and the push rod 32, so as to effectively prevent the crotch buckle 3 and the adjusting strap 23 from moving relatively. When it is necessary to change the relative positions of the crotch buckle 3 and the adjustment strap 23, the push rod 32 may be manually operated to move the push rod 32 away from the open end 3030 against the elastic force of the elastic member 33, and then the adjustment strap 23 may be freely pulled.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the ejector pin 32 may be further provided with a slip stopper 321 protruding toward the open end 3030, and the slip stopper 321 may have a large friction coefficient, so that the friction between the adjustment belt 23 and the crotch buckle 3 may be further increased. Preferably, the push rod 32 may have a pressing portion 322 extending to the outside of the open end 3030, and the push rod 32 may be easily pushed by the pressing portion 322 to move the push rod 32 in a direction away from the open end 3030. In some embodiments, the ejector pin 32, the slip stopper 321, and the pressing portion 322 may be an integral piece.
In some embodiments, the resilient member 33 may include a first resilient arm extending from the ejector pin 32 to abut against the bottom wall of the chute 303. Alternatively, as shown in the present embodiment, the elastic member 33 may include a second elastic arm extending from the wall of the chute 303 to abut against the ejector rod 32, and in addition, the ejector rod 32 may be provided with a groove 3202 for accommodating the second elastic arm. In other embodiments, the resilient member 33 may be a separate component and be sandwiched between the ejector pin 32 and the bottom wall of the chute 303.
Referring to fig. 13, this embodiment shows another preferred embodiment of the spacing structure. The stopper structure includes two side flaps 291 and 292 located on both sides of the first crotch strap protection sheet 21, and the two side flaps 291 and 292 are foldable with respect to the first crotch strap protection sheet 21 and then detachably connected to each other to wrap the crotch strap adjustment belt 23 therein. In some embodiments, the two wings 291 and 292 are bonded together, for example, by velcro strips 2911 and 2922 that mate with each other. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the two side wings 291 and 292 may be attached together by snaps or hooks.
Referring to fig. 14, this embodiment shows yet another preferred embodiment of the spacing structure. The restraining structure may include a pocket 292 movably disposed about the exterior of the first crotch strap guard 21 with the adjustment strap 23 adapted to pass through the pocket 292, the pocket 292 being removable from the first crotch strap guard 21.
It is understood that the limiting structure in this embodiment is also applicable to the second embodiment described above, and the limiting structure in the second embodiment described above is also applicable to this embodiment. It will be appreciated that various embodiments of the spacing structure are possible and are not limited to the examples herein.
