Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition consists of the following medicines: 4-8 parts of radix bupleuri, 12-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 12-20 parts of Chinese yam, 12-18 parts of white paeony root, 12-18 parts of medlar, 12-18 parts of schisandra chinensis, 12-18 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 6-14 parts of gardenia, 6-14 parts of radix curcumae and 3-9 parts of liquorice. The traditional Chinese medicine composition can effectively prevent and treat drug-induced liver injury.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury, and also relates to a preparation method and application of the composition.
Background
In the use process of the medicine, liver injury caused by the medicine itself or/and its metabolite or the hypersensitivity or tolerance of the special physique to the medicine is called medicine liver injury, and also called medicine liver disease. Clinically, the medicine can be used for treating various acute and chronic liver diseases, and light people can recover by themselves after stopping taking medicine, and heavy people can endanger lives and need active treatment and rescue. The drug-induced liver injury can occur in healthy people without liver disease history in the past, and also can occur in patients with serious diseases in the past; can occur when the dosage is excessive or under the condition of normal dosage. At present, more than 1000 medicines capable of causing drug-induced liver injury are explicitly reported, and drug-induced liver injury becomes a serious public health problem which cannot be ignored.
The medicine for treating the medical liver injury clinically comprises glycyrrhizic acid preparations, silymarin, tiopronin, reduced glutathione, N-acetylcysteine, polyene phosphatidylcholine, ademetionine, glucurolactone, compound coenzyme, potassium magnesium aspartate, ademetionine, potassium magnesium aspartate, ursodeoxycholic acid and the like. In addition, some Chinese medicinal preparations such as Huganning, huganpian, dicyclo alcohol, wu Zhi capsule, etc. can also be selected. There is still a need for a Chinese medicinal product for treating drug-induced liver injury with clear effect and no side effects.

The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury.
The invention also aims at providing a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a preparation of the Chinese medicinal composition.
The invention also aims at providing the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing medicines for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury, which consists of the following drugs: 4-8 parts of radix bupleuri, 12-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 12-20 parts of Chinese yam, 12-18 parts of white paeony root, 12-18 parts of medlar, 12-18 parts of schisandra chinensis, 12-18 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 6-14 parts of gardenia, 6-14 parts of radix curcumae and 3-9 parts of liquorice.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine composition, preferably, the north bupleurum is vinegar north bupleurum, the astragalus is astragalus, the white peony root is stir-fried white peony root, the gardenia is stir-fried gardenia, and the liquorice is liquorice.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the invention is preferably composed of the following drugs: 5-7 parts of radix bupleuri, 14-18 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 14-18 parts of Chinese yam, 14-18 parts of white paeony root, 14-18 parts of medlar, 14-18 parts of schisandra chinensis, 14-18 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 8-12 parts of gardenia, 8-12 parts of radix curcumae and 4-8 parts of liquorice.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the invention is preferably composed of the following drugs:
6 parts of bupleurum chinense, 15 parts of astragalus, 15 parts of Chinese yam, 15 parts of white peony root, 15 parts of medlar, 15 parts of schisandra chinensis, 15 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 10 parts of gardenia, 10 parts of radix curcumae and 6 parts of liquorice; or alternatively
7 parts of bupleurum chinense, 16 parts of astragalus, 16 parts of Chinese yam, 14 parts of white peony root, 14 parts of medlar, 14 parts of schisandra chinensis, 14 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 9 parts of gardenia, 12 parts of radix curcumae and 6 parts of liquorice; or alternatively
5 parts of bupleurum chinense, 16 parts of astragalus, 16 parts of Chinese yam, 14 parts of white peony root, 14 parts of medlar, 14 parts of schisandra chinensis, 14 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 10 parts of gardenia, 10 parts of radix curcumae and 7 parts of liquorice.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the Chinese medicinal composition is prepared from only the above 10 medicines, and does not contain other therapeutic medicines.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the step of extracting the medicine with water to prepare an extract.
According to the preparation method of the present invention, preferably, the north bupleurum root, astragalus root, yam, white peony root, medlar, shizandra berry, virgate wormwood herb, gardenia, turmeric root-tuber and liquorice are mixed, extracted by adding water, concentrated and dried to obtain the extract.
According to the preparation method of the invention, preferably, the north bupleurum root, astragalus root, chinese yam, white paeony root, medlar, shizandra berry, virgate wormwood herb, gardenia, turmeric root-tuber and liquorice are respectively extracted by adding water, concentrated and dried to obtain each medicine extract, and each medicine extract is mixed to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. In practical applications, this embodiment can be obtained by mixing the formulation granules of each drug.
The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for preventing and treating the drug-induced liver injury, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine preparation, the preparation is preferably an oral preparation, and is selected from any one of decoction, tablets, pills, powder, capsules, granules and oral liquid.
The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing medicines for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury.
In the medicinal composition, the vinegar-processed bupleurum root and the stir-fried white paeony root are taken as monarch drugs for soothing liver and regulating qi and harmonizing liver and spleen; the raw astragalus and the Chinese yam have the effects of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, the medlar and the shizandra berry have the effects of replenishing water to contain wood, banking up earth and growing gold, and are jointly used as ministerial drugs; herba Artemisiae Scopariae, fructus Gardeniae preparata, and radix Curcumae as adjuvant drugs for clearing heat, promoting diuresis and eliminating jaundice; licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae regulates the action of other drugs and acts as a guiding drug. The whole body is nourished by water, wood, earth and gold, and simultaneously nourishes yin and moistens lung, thereby achieving the aim of preventing and treating liver injury.

Example 1
6 parts of bupleurum chinense, 15 parts of astragalus, 15 parts of Chinese yam, 15 parts of white paeony root, 15 parts of wolfberry, 15 parts of shizandra berry, 15 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 10 parts of gardenia, 10 parts of radix curcumae and 6 parts of liquorice are mixed, water is added for decoction for 3 times, the water adding amount is 6 times of the total weight of the medicine, the time of each decoction is 40 minutes, the water decoctions are combined, concentrated and dried, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition is obtained.
Example 2
Taking 7 parts by weight of bupleurum, 16 parts by weight of astragalus, 16 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 14 parts by weight of white paeony root, 14 parts by weight of medlar, 14 parts by weight of shizandra berry, 14 parts by weight of virgate wormwood herb, 9 parts by weight of gardenia, 12 parts by weight of turmeric root-tuber and 6 parts by weight of liquorice, respectively adding water into each medicine for decoction for 3 times, wherein the water adding amount is 6 times of the medicine weight, the water adding amount is 40 minutes for each decoction time, concentrating the water decoction, drying to obtain each medicine extract, and mixing the medicine extracts to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Example 3
Mixing 5 parts by weight of bupleurum, 16 parts by weight of astragalus, 16 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 14 parts by weight of white paeony root, 14 parts by weight of medlar, 14 parts by weight of shizandra berry, 14 parts by weight of virgate wormwood herb, 10 parts by weight of gardenia, 10 parts by weight of radix curcumae and 7 parts by weight of liquorice, adding water, reflux-extracting for 3 times, wherein the water adding amount is 8 times of the total weight of the medicine, the reflux time is 30min each time, combining the reflux liquid, concentrating and drying to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

Claims (10)

A traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury, which is characterized by comprising the following drugs: 4-8 parts of radix bupleuri, 12-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 12-20 parts of Chinese yam, 12-18 parts of white paeony root, 12-18 parts of medlar, 12-18 parts of schisandra chinensis, 12-18 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 6-14 parts of gardenia, 6-14 parts of radix curcumae and 3-9 parts of liquorice.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the north bupleurum root is vinegar north bupleurum root, the astragalus root is astragalus root, the white peony root is stir-fried white peony root, the gardenia is stir-fried gardenia, and the liquorice is liquorice.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it consists of the following drugs: 5-7 parts of radix bupleuri, 14-18 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 14-18 parts of Chinese yam, 14-18 parts of white paeony root, 14-18 parts of medlar, 14-18 parts of schisandra chinensis, 14-18 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 8-12 parts of gardenia, 8-12 parts of radix curcumae and 4-8 parts of liquorice.

A Chinese medicinal composition according to claim 3, wherein the composition consists of medicaments comprising: 6 parts of bupleurum chinense, 15 parts of astragalus, 15 parts of Chinese yam, 15 parts of white peony root, 15 parts of medlar, 15 parts of schisandra chinensis, 15 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 10 parts of gardenia, 10 parts of radix curcumae and 6 parts of liquorice.
5. The method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the step of extracting the pharmaceutical with water to prepare an extract.

The method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 5, wherein the extracts are obtained by mixing the bupleurum, astragalus, yam, white peony root, wolfberry fruit, schisandra fruit, virgate wormwood herb, gardenia, curcuma root and licorice, extracting with water, concentrating, and drying.

The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition according to claim 5, wherein the north bupleurum root, astragalus root, yam, white peony root, wolfberry fruit, schisandra fruit, virgate wormwood herb, cape jasmine, turmeric root-tuber and licorice root are respectively extracted by adding water, concentrated and dried to obtain each medicinal extract, and each medicinal extract is mixed to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
