Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In general, there are many schemes recommended for users in the field of financial and scientific shopping, but there are no better schemes for users really want to select. Today, with rapid development of intelligence, a set of more intelligent, accurate and perforable systems is needed to help users to complete more operations and serve more users.
Accordingly, the present application is directed to a mobile-end product recommendation method, system, computer and readable storage medium to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a mobile terminal product recommendation method according to an embodiment of the application is shown. The mobile terminal product recommendation method is exemplarily applied to a mobile terminal intelligent device, for example, the mobile terminal intelligent device can be a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a mobile-end product recommendation method may include:
s110, when the user needs to browse the products, acquiring type data of each product in the current group display products, wherein the type data comprises product IDs of the corresponding products.
Specifically, the type data of each displayed product includes data of a profit situation, a picture, a product introduction, a number of purchased people, a contractor, a net worth, a rise, a product ID, and an intelligent ranking of the product. And the display products are acquired one group at a time and then displayed one group at a time.
For example, if the number of the display products acquired each time is set to be 30, the system will extract 30 display products from the product database to form a group for display, and when the user browses the group of 30 display products, the system will automatically acquire the next group of 30 display products and display the next group in sequence. It should be noted that, considering that the mobile terminal display screen can only display a preset number of products, each group of display products is not displayed at a time, but is displayed in a sliding manner by the user. For example, if the mobile phone screen can only display 5 products at a time, the acquired 30 products are firstly ordered, the first to fifth products are displayed first, and then the currently displayed 5 products are updated according to the sliding speed of the touch screen of the user. If the user slides one product downwards, updating the first to fifth products into the second to sixth products and displaying the products; if the user slides down the two products, the first to fifth products are updated to the third to seventh products and displayed. Until the screen displays the thirty-th product, the next 30 display products are automatically acquired. The number of the display of each group can be customized, and can be freely selected according to different scenes, which is not limited herein.
S210, based on the corresponding product ID, obtaining the corresponding display serial number of each product.
Specifically, when a set of display products is obtained, each display product needs to be numbered, i.e., a display serial number. The corresponding products can be displayed in turn according to the display serial numbers. For example, if the display serial numbers corresponding to the product a, the product B, the product C, the product D, the product E, the product F, the product G, and the product H are 1, 2, …, 7, and 8, respectively.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, the display serial number of the product is obtained in one of the following two manners:
mode one: and according to the order of obtaining the products, sequentially marking the product IDs to obtain the display serial numbers.
Specifically, since the system acquires a group of display products one by one each time, each display product in the group is acquired sequentially, and each display product ID is marked according to the sequential acquisition order to obtain the display serial number. As shown in fig. 2, each display serial number and the corresponding product ID establish an association table, and the type data corresponding to the product is acquired sequentially through acquiring the corresponding product ID through the association table.
Exemplarily, if the sequentially acquired product sequence is product a, product C, product F, and product D, the display serial numbers corresponding to product a, product C, product F, and product D are 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Mode two: and (5) numbering the product IDs in sequence randomly to obtain a display serial number.
And S310, obtaining display data corresponding to the product based on the type data.
Specifically, the display data is data that the product needs to display, for example, a picture of the product, a product introduction, and the number of purchased people if the product needs to be displayed. Each display area will only display the corresponding picture of the product, the introduction of the product and the number of purchased people.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, as shown in fig. 3, based on type data, display data corresponding to a product is obtained, including:
s311, a selection box for each type of data is displayed.
S312, acquiring a checking result of a user checking the selection frame.
S313, based on the checking result, obtaining display data corresponding to the product.
Specifically, each type of data corresponds to a selection frame, and the user can display the type of data of the corresponding product by checking the selection frame in advance. The selection frame can be always displayed on a product display page, or the selection frame can be triggered to be displayed by a set button. The system can further display the corresponding checked type data for the products in every other display area according to the checked result.
Typically, if the user has only pictures, product introduction, and purchased people to pick up. Only the picture of the corresponding product, the introduction of the product and the number of purchased people are displayed in each display area of the display screen.
And S410, displaying the display data on a display screen of the mobile terminal based on the display serial number.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, based on the display serial number, displaying display data on a display screen of the mobile terminal includes:
and according to the size of the display serial number, displaying the display data corresponding to the display serial number on a display screen of the mobile terminal in sequence from small to large.
Exemplary, if the display serial numbers corresponding to the products a, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are 1, 2, …, 7, and 8, respectively. Then product a, product B, product C, product D, product E, product F, product G, product H are displayed in sequence. If the display screen can only display 4 products at a time, products A to D are displayed firstly according to the sequence of the display serial numbers, if the user slides down 2 products, products C to F are displayed on the display screen at the moment, and the like. The display serial numbers of the 4 products displayed at a time are consecutive.
S510, acquiring reference data of the display data.
Specifically, reference data of a product corresponding to the display data is obtained, wherein the reference data comprises exposure time, clicking times, forwarding times and the like. And calculating whether the product is a recommended product or not by using the reference data.
S610, obtaining recommended products based on the reference data.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, the reference data includes an exposure time period and a number of clicks clicked by a user, and the recommended product is obtained based on the reference data, including:
and obtaining the recommended score of each product based on the exposure time and the clicking times clicked by the user.
And taking the product corresponding to the highest recommendation score as a recommended product.
Specifically, the recommended product is selected from all the products in the same group each time.
For example, if there are 30 products in the current group and the corresponding recommendation scores are 1, 2, 3, …, and 30 respectively, the 30 th product is taken as the recommended product because the recommendation score corresponding to the 30 th product is the highest.
Further, the calculation formula of the recommendation score is:
Q=a*M+b*N。
wherein Q is a recommended fraction, M is an exposure time, N is a clicking frequency, and a and b are proportionality constants of the exposure time and the clicking frequency respectively.
Specifically, a and b may be freely set in advance according to actual conditions, and are not limited herein.
Exemplarily, a is set to 0.4 and b is set to 0.6. If the clicking times of the product A are 0 times and the exposure time is 12 seconds, the recommended score of the product A is 4.8; if the clicking times of the product B are 5 times and the exposure time is 8 seconds, the recommended score of the product A is 6.2.
S710, based on the recommended products, obtaining the next group of display products of the user.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, as shown in fig. 4, each user corresponds to a user ID, and based on the recommended products, obtaining a next set of display products for the user includes:
s711, the product ID of the current recommended product is associated with the user ID.
Specifically, the product ID of the current recommended product is associated with the user ID, so that the user can recommend the recommended product according to the product associated with the current user when the user needs to display a group of products next time.
S712, obtaining the current optimal serial number based on the display serial number of the current recommended product.
Specifically, the display serial number corresponding to the currently obtained recommended product is used as the current optimal serial number. For example, if the recommended score of the 20 th product is the highest in the current 30 products, the 20 th product is the recommended product, and the optimal serial number is 20.
S713, the current optimal serial number is associated with the user ID.
And S714, adding the current recommended products and/or the preset number of the same type of the current recommended products into the next group of display products each time the user needs to acquire the next group of display products, and replacing the display serial numbers of the current recommended products added into the next group with the current optimal serial numbers.
Specifically, in the first scheme, the current recommended product is added to the next recommended product group.
Exemplarily, if the recommended product obtained from the 30 products of the current group is product B, the 30 products of the next group include product B, i.e., the other 29 products are new products obtained additionally.
And in the second scheme, the same type of products of the current recommended products are added into the next recommended product group.
Each product is provided with a category label, when the current recommended product is obtained, the category label of the current recommended product is bound with the current user ID, and a preset number of products of the same category are placed in the next product.
Illustratively, if product A, product G, product Y, product X, and product Z all bear the same category label. If the product A is calculated to be a recommended product from 30 products in the current group, if the preset number is 3, randomly extracting 3 products from the products G, Y, X and Z and adding the 3 products to the display products in the next group, namely, the rest 27 display products are other types of products.
And thirdly, adding the current recommended product and the products of the same type as the current recommended product into the next recommended product group.
In some embodiments of the mobile terminal product recommendation method, each display serial number corresponds to an accumulated number, and the current optimal serial number is obtained based on the current display serial number of the recommended product, including:
when the recommended product is acquired for the first time, the display serial number of the recommended product is used as the optimal serial number.
And adding one to the accumulated number corresponding to the display serial number of the recommended product of each group, and taking the display serial number with the largest accumulated number as the current optimal serial number when the recommended product is not acquired for the first time.
Specifically, the display serial number of the current recommended product added to the next group is replaced with the current optimal serial number. The purpose of this is to find the location where the sequence number is displayed where the number of clicks the user browses is the greatest. And recommending the best product for the user by utilizing the best position. Thus, the habit of the user can be found, and the user can quickly find the most needed product.
If the product a of the current group is a recommended product and the display serial number of the product a is 5, the 5 is taken as the optimal serial number, and if the product a is put into the product of the next group, the display serial number corresponding to the product a is set to be 5, namely, when the product is displayed next time, the 5 th product a is still displayed, and the display serial numbers of the other products are set according to the method.
Optionally, if the same kind of product a is put into the next group of products, if the number of the same kind of products of the next group of products a is greater than 1, randomly setting a corresponding display serial number in the same kind of products of the product a to be 5, and setting the display serial numbers of the rest products according to the method.
For example, if product a is calculated as a recommended product from the 30 products in the current group, the corresponding display serial number is 8, and the current optimal serial number is 8. If the preset number is 3, randomly extracting 3 products from the products G, Y, X and Z, and adding the extracted 3 products to the next group of display products, namely, the rest 27 display products are other types of products. If the extracted products of the same category are the product G, the product Y and the product X respectively, the display serial number corresponding to any one of the product G, the product Y and the product X is set to be 8, and the rest products are set according to the setting rules.
It should be noted that, the accumulated number corresponding to the display serial number of each group of recommended products is added by one, and when the recommended products are not acquired for the first time, the display serial number with the largest accumulated number is used as the current optimal serial number.
For example, if the product a is currently calculated as the recommended product, the corresponding display serial number is 8, and the current optimal serial number is 8. And adding 1 to the accumulated number of the display serial numbers, and in all subsequent displayed product groups, recalculating for each group to obtain recommended products, and adding one to the accumulated number of the display serial numbers corresponding to the recommended products.
For example, if the first group calculates that the product C is the recommended product and the corresponding display serial number is 2, the current optimal serial number is 2, and the accumulated number of the display serial number 2 is 1;
the second group calculates that the product V is a recommended product, the corresponding display serial number is 3, the current optimal serial number is 3, and the accumulated number of the display serial number 3 is 1; if the two display sequence numbers are the same as each other, the display sequence number that has reached the last display sequence number is regarded as the optimal sequence number, and the display sequence number 3 is regarded as the optimal sequence number because the display sequence number 3 is the same as the display sequence number 2 in this case, but the display sequence number 3 has reached 1 last.
And the third group calculates that the product B is a recommended product, the corresponding display serial number is 3, the current optimal serial number is 3, and the accumulated number of the display serial number 3 is 2. Thus, product B and/or the same class of products as product B is added to the next group of products and the corresponding display serial number is 3.
And the fourth group calculates that the product N is a recommended product, the corresponding display serial number is 5, the current optimal serial number is 5, and the accumulated number of the display serial number 5 is 1. Thus, product N and/or the same class of products as product N is added to the next group of products and the corresponding display serial number is 3.
The embodiment of the application provides a mobile terminal product recommendation method, which is characterized in that the visual range of mobile terminal intelligent equipment such as a mobile phone and the like and the user parking time are fully utilized to determine the attention point of a user, and the corresponding product is obtained through the position so as to determine the product required by the user. The method and the device can accurately obtain the product required by the user, effectively recommend the product, help most users to narrow the browsing range, save the browsing time, and help some users to overcome the difficulty of selection, thereby improving the experience and satisfaction of the users.
In addition, a further improvement strategy is covered in the scheme, so that the actual attention point and visual habit of a user can be further grasped, the defect of the scheme can be effectively overcome, and the scheme is accurate and adjustable.
Another embodiment of the present application further proposes a mobile-end product recommendation system 800, as shown in fig. 5, the system 800 includes:
the first obtaining unit 810 is configured to obtain, when the user needs to browse the products, type data of each product in the current group of display products, where the type data includes a product ID of the corresponding product.
And a numbering unit 820, configured to obtain a display serial number corresponding to each product based on the corresponding product ID.
And a selection unit 830, configured to obtain display data corresponding to the product based on the type data.
The first display unit 840 is configured to display data on a display screen of the mobile terminal based on the display serial number.
A second acquisition unit 850 for acquiring reference data of the display data.
