Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, the dye backflow mechanism includes a mounting groove 43 disposed on an inner wall of a top of the fixed cover plate 4, a plurality of second return springs 44 distributed equidistantly are disposed on the inner wall of the top of the mounting groove 43, the bottom ends of the plurality of second return springs 44 are provided with a same scraper 42, backflow holes 46 are disposed on the inner wall of the scraper 42, an inlet of the backflow holes 46 is in contact with the fabric body 12, an outer wall of a bottom of the scraper 42 is in an arc structure, transfer rollers 19 are connected to inner walls of two sides of the fixed cover plate 4 through bearings, and the scraper 42 is attached to the surface of the transfer rollers 19.
Specifically, by setting the second return spring 44, the scraper 42 can be supported, so that the arc surface at the bottom of the scraper 42 is fully attached to the fabric body 12 wound on the surface of the transfer roller 19, and after dyeing, when the fabric body 12 passes through the transfer roller 19, the excessive dye will reflow from the reflow hole 46 to the fabric body 12 subsequently conveyed when being extruded by the transfer roller 19.
Referring to fig. 2, 8 and 9, in a preferred embodiment, the ironing mechanism includes a first mounting hole 35 provided on the top outer wall of the mounting box 21, the inner wall of the mounting hole is connected with an ironing roller 20 through a bearing, one end of the ironing roller 20 is provided with a second driving roller 25, one side outer wall of the mounting box 1 is provided with a second motor 8, one end of an output shaft of the second motor 8 is connected with one end of the ironing roller 20, the top inner wall of the mounting box 21 is provided with a baffle 36, the baffle 36 is provided in an arc structure, and the ironing roller 20 contacts with the fabric body 12.
Specifically, the dye vapor generated by heating in the dyeing tank 14 can be polymerized by arranging the mounting box 21, wherein one part of the dye vapor is printed again on the printed fabric body 12 by the fanning of the fan guide plate 41, the other part of the dye vapor is heated at high temperature on the ironing roller 20 positioned in the mounting box 21, and the heated ironing roller 20 can iron and dry the printed fabric body 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, a second driven roller 26 is disposed at one end of the rotating shaft 34, the outer walls of the second driving roller 25 and the second driven roller 26 are sleeved with a same second driving belt 27, a liquid inlet pipe 16 and a liquid outlet pipe 17 are respectively disposed on the outer wall of one side of the printing and dyeing box 14, and a plurality of heaters 15 distributed equidistantly are disposed on the inner walls of two sides of the printing and dyeing box 14 near the bottom.
Working principle: when the dyeing machine is used, firstly, the fabric body 12 to be dyed is wound on the unreeling roller 5, then one end of the fabric body 12 is connected to the reeling roller 9 after sequentially bypassing the dyeing roller 18, the supporting roller 29 and the transfer roller 19, the fabric body 12 on the unreeling roller 5 starts to transfer towards the reeling roller 9 under the driving action of the first motor 7 connected to the reeling roller 9, in the transfer process of the fabric body 12, the wound fabric body 12 can be fully contacted with the dye in the dyeing box 14 by arranging the dyeing roller 18, so that the fabric body 12 fully absorbs the dye, meanwhile, the fabric body 12 after absorbing the dye is conveyed to the subsequent supporting roller 29, the transported fabric is periodically beaten by the round-corner roller surface of the supporting roller 29, so that the fabric after absorbing the dye can be more fully dyed by the dye, in the transfer process of the fabric body 12, when the fan guide plate 41 and the connecting plate 39 are arranged to rotate together around the rotating shaft 34, the steam collected in the mounting box 21 can be rotationally stirred, the steam is guided to one side close to the movable plate 30, when the steam is impacted towards the movable plate 30, the blocking fan plate 38 of the one-way switch can be opened by impact, the steam can reach the other side of the movable plate 30 through the second mounting hole 37, meanwhile, a contact pad arranged on one side of the connecting plate 39 can strike the supporting cap 32 on one side of the movable plate 30 in the rotating process, the movable plate 30 can reciprocate to perform swinging motion under the cooperation of the sliding rod 33 of the first reset spring 31, dye steam is sprayed onto the fabric body 12 through the steam outlet hole 28 by utilizing the reciprocating fanning of the movable plate 30, and the printed and dyed fabric is subjected to supplement printing and dyeing by utilizing the steam, so that the high-temperature high-pressure steam is fully utilized.
It should be noted that, in the actual use process, the rotation directions of the first motor 7 and the second motor 8 are both clockwise, so that the second motor 8 drives the ironing roller 20 to contact the fabric body 12 to be rolled and is opposite to the conveying direction of the fabric body 12, and therefore, the rotation direction of the fan guiding plate 41 is also clockwise by the driving of the second driving belt 27, and the steam is stably guided to the direction of the steam outlet hole 28.
