Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 5, a material guide plate 109 is disposed at a position, close to the lower side of the first rectangular opening 102, of the inner side of the chassis 1, a material supporting plate assembly 6 is rotatably disposed at one side, close to the lower side of the material guide plate 109, of the inner side of the chassis 1, the material supporting plate assembly 6 comprises a material supporting plate 602, a metal shaft 601 is disposed on the material supporting plate 602, the metal shaft 601 is rotatably connected with inner walls of two sides of the chassis 1, a second rectangular opening 603 is disposed on the upper portion of the material supporting plate 602, a pressing roller 604 is rotatably disposed in the second rectangular opening 603, a bending portion 606 is formed by bending the lower side of the material supporting plate 602 upwards, and a strip-shaped opening 605 is disposed on the lower side of the material supporting plate 602.
The packaging method of the packaging equipment for producing the PVC calendered film comprises the following steps:
s1: installing a roll core, arranging channels matched with strip-shaped protrusions 311 at two ends of the roll core, then placing the roll core between two carrier roller bracket assemblies 3, shrinking through a control cylinder 401, matching with a second hinging block 402 and a pulling arm 403 which are arranged to realize that the two carrier roller bracket assemblies 3 are mutually close, inserting roll shaft lining cylinders 310 on the two carrier roller bracket assemblies 3 into two ends of the roll core, dropping the strip-shaped protrusions 311 into the channels, continuing to control the cylinder 401 to pull, enabling a sliding block 312 to slide along a strip-shaped slideway 305, inserting an inserting rod 309 into a rectangular frame 314, locking the positions of the carrier roller bracket assemblies 3, and finishing the installation of the roll core;
s2: penetrating films, namely bypassing a rolled film to be wound around the upper part of the first metal sleeve 202, passing through a gap between the first cross rod 203 and the first metal sleeve 202, bypassing the second metal sleeve 208, passing through a gap between the pressing plate 206 and the second metal sleeve 208, bypassing the rolled film from the upper part of the first guide roller 5, bypassing the lower part of the second guide roller 7, and finally winding the rolled film on a winding core;
s3: winding the film, controlling a motor 304 on the carrier roller bracket assembly 3 to work, driving a roller shaft lining cylinder 310 provided with a winding core to rotate together by matching with a first belt pulley 307, a belt 306 and a second belt pulley 303, and realizing the winding of the rolled film, wherein in the process, the U-shaped frame 201 is pulled to rotate due to the traction effect in the winding process, so that the pressing plate 206 and the trigger block 107 are close to each other, and move upwards against the pressing plate 206 to compress the rolled film, thereby realizing the effect of flattening the rolled film;
s4: unloading, cut off the calendering membrane, stretch out through control cylinder 401, cooperation second hinge piece 402 and tractive arm 403 realize that two carry roller support assemblies 3 are mutually expanded to realize that the core of coiling has the calendering membrane breaks away from roller bushing 310, the material book of breaking away from is along stock guide 109 landing to holding in the palm flitch 602 and stay on kink 606, owing to the gravity effect of material book, drive to hold in the palm flitch 602 rotation, thereby pinch roller 604 is rotatory to be close to second guide roller 7, clamp the calendering membrane end department of cutting off, avoid it to drop, carry out the bundling of bundling belt through the bar opening 605 on holding in the palm flitch assembly 6.

Claims (9)

1. the roller support assembly (3) comprises a support plate (302), a hinge groove (301) is formed in one end of the support plate (302), a first hinge block (103) is hinged in the hinge groove (301), the first hinge block (103) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the case (1) close to the position of a first rectangular notch (102), an outer cylinder (317) is arranged at one end, away from the hinge groove (301), of the support plate (302) in a rotating mode, a second belt pulley (303) is fixed at one end of the outer cylinder (317), a roller shaft lining (310) is fixed in the outer cylinder (317), a strip-shaped protrusion (311) which is arranged along the length direction is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the roller shaft lining (310), a power part which drives the second belt pulley (303) to rotate is arranged on the support plate (302), a strip-shaped slide way (305) is arranged on the upper portion of the support plate (302), a slide block (312) is arranged in a sliding manner, a rectangular frame (314) is arranged on one side of the slide block (312), a connecting pin (313) is arranged at the top of the rectangular frame (314), a guide rod (316) is arranged in the slide way, and a guide rod (316) is arranged on the guide rod (316) in the guide rod, and the guide rod (316) is arranged on the guide rod (316). The packaging device for producing PVC calendered films according to claim 2, wherein the calendered film tensioning assembly (2) comprises a U-shaped frame (201), the U-shaped frame (201) is formed by bending a metal tube, the lower ends of two sides of the U-shaped frame (201) are bent and extended and are connected with the same second cross rod (204), a first cross rod (203) transversely arranged is arranged at the middle position of the U-shaped frame (201), supporting arms (106) are arranged at the positions, close to the arc-shaped notch (105), of two sides of the chassis (1), of the two supporting arms (106) are respectively connected with two ends of the first cross rod (203) in a rotating mode, a first metal sleeve (202) is arranged at the top of the U-shaped frame (201) in a rotating mode, a third cross rod (207) is arranged between the inner side, close to the first cross rod (203) and the second cross rod (204), a second metal sleeve (208) is arranged at the outer wall of the third cross rod (207) in a rotating mode, a pressing plate (206) is arranged at the position, close to the lower position, close to the second metal sleeve (208) of the U-shaped frame (201) in a sliding mode, two sliding plates (206) are arranged at the positions, two sliding sleeves (209) are respectively sleeved on the two sides of the U-shaped frame (201), a first spring piece (210) is sleeved between the sliding sleeve (209) and the third transverse rod (207) on two sides of the U-shaped frame (201).
4. A packaging device for producing a PVC calendered film according to claim 3, wherein the lower parts of both sides of the chassis (1) are provided with arc-shaped guide grooves (104) for sliding the second cross bar (204).

The packaging device for producing PVC calendered films according to claim 1, wherein a material guide plate (109) is arranged at a position, close to the lower side of the first rectangular opening (102), on the inner side of the case (1), a material supporting plate assembly (6) is rotatably arranged at one side, close to the lower side of the material guide plate (109), of the inner side of the case (1), the material supporting plate assembly (6) comprises a material supporting plate (602), a metal shaft (601) is arranged on the material supporting plate (602), the metal shaft (601) is rotatably connected with inner walls on two sides of the case (1), a second rectangular opening (603) is arranged on the upper portion of the material supporting plate (602), a pressing roller (604) is rotatably arranged in the second rectangular opening (603), and the lower side of the material supporting plate (602) is bent upwards to form a bent part (606).
6. The packaging device for producing PVC calendered films according to claim 5, wherein a strip-shaped notch (605) is arranged on the lower side of the material supporting plate (602).
7. The packaging device for producing PVC calendered films according to claim 6, wherein a trigger block (107) is arranged at the bottom of the chassis (1) near the lower position of the pressing plate (206), and the trigger block (107) is of a trapezoid structure.

The packaging device for producing the PVC calendered film according to claim 7, wherein a rectangular bar (108) is fixed at one side of the bottom of the chassis (1) close to the second cross bar (204), and a plurality of tension springs (205) are connected between the rectangular bar (108) and the second cross bar (204).

s2: penetrating films, namely bypassing a rolled film to be wound around a gap between a first transverse rod (203) and a first metal sleeve (202) above the first metal sleeve (202), bypassing a second metal sleeve (208), bypassing a gap between a pressing plate (206) and the second metal sleeve (208), bypassing above a first guide roller (5), bypassing below a second guide roller (7), and finally winding the rolled film on a winding core;
s3: winding an upper film, controlling a motor (304) on a carrier roller bracket assembly (3) to work, and driving a roller shaft lining cylinder (310) provided with a winding core to rotate together by matching with a first belt pulley (307), a belt (306) and a second belt pulley (303), so as to realize the winding of the rolled film, and in the process, pulling a U-shaped frame (201) to rotate due to the traction effect in the winding process, thereby realizing the approaching of a pressing plate (206) and a trigger block (107), pushing the pressing plate (206) upwards, and compacting the rolled film to realize the effect of flattening the rolled film;
