本发明公开了一种固态胺吸附剂及其胺基改性方法。所述胺基改性方法包括如下步骤:S1:将有机胺改性剂和有机胺混合,并加入分散剂,搅拌使其混合均匀,自然冷却至室温;S2:将吸附剂载体加入到S1得到的混合物溶液中,使用搅拌器持续搅拌,使分散剂逐渐挥发;S3:待搅拌至分散剂挥发后,将样品放入真空干燥箱真空干燥,直至分散剂完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为合成的固态胺吸附剂;所述有机胺改性剂为分子量不大于200的多羟基醇类化合物。所述胺基改性方法简单经济、合成的固态胺吸附剂具有优秀的抗尿素性能,在高温纯CO2脱附条件的循环过程中具有高稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及固态胺吸附剂技术领域,特别涉及一种固态胺吸附剂及其胺基改性方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于世界工业化发展排放的大量CO2所引起的温室效应导致了海平面上升和全球变暖等一系列气候问题。其中碳捕集技术作为目前唯一可以实现负排放的减碳技术,对于实现我国的“双碳目标”具有重大意义。我国碳排放主要来源于电力、建筑、工业生产、交通运输、农业等领域,其中:能源电力占比最大,为40%左右,有数据表明燃煤发电厂每年排放的CO2已经达到十亿吨级,减碳任务十分艰巨。
目前,液胺化学吸收技术作为当前最主流的碳捕集技术,已经实现规模化工业化应用。但是液胺具有腐蚀性、挥发性和低毒性以及容易腐蚀设备等缺点,很难在短时间内克服。由多孔载体和有机胺通过浸渍法或嫁接法合成的固态胺吸附剂作为一种新型低温CO2吸附剂,有着吸附速率快、选择性高和吸附容量大等优点,具有广阔应用前景。
目前固态胺吸附剂的主要脱附再生方式为变温吸附,在吸附完成后,将吸附剂升高到所需温度并切换吹扫气进行脱附反应将CO2释放出来。在此过程中为保证脱附气纯度,往往需要将纯CO2作为脱附吹扫气。如图1所示,在高温和CO2气氛下,吸附剂中的有机胺面临着不可逆尿素化合物生成的化学性失活问题,在循环吸脱附过程中吸附剂的性能将逐步下降直至完全失活。当前固态胺吸附剂循环应用的核心问题是抑制固态胺吸附剂在高温和CO2气氛下脱附过程尿素类化合物生成。因此,需要提供一种合成简单且经济的、可以在高温纯CO2脱附条件的循环过程中具有高稳定性的固态胺吸附剂,以推动实现固态胺吸附剂的工业化应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提出了一种固态胺吸附剂及其胺基改性方法。
本发明提供一种固态胺吸附剂的胺基改性方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将有机胺改性剂和有机胺混合,并加入5~25倍体积的分散剂,在300~1200 rpm转速下搅拌3~15分钟使其混合均匀,自然冷却至室温;
S2:将吸附剂载体加入到S1得到的混合物溶液中,在室温~60℃通风环境下使用搅拌器在300~1200 rpm转速下持续搅拌4~8小时,使分散剂逐渐挥发;
S3:待搅拌至分散剂挥发后,将样品放入真空干燥箱,在50-105℃下真空环境下干燥4-6小时,直至分散剂完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为合成的固态胺吸附剂;
所述有机胺改性剂为分子量不大于200的多羟基醇类化合物。实验表明多羟基醇对于固态胺吸附剂的循环稳定性有明显的促进作用,特别是分子量在200之内的丙三醇和聚乙二醇200的效果明显,分子量的进一步增加后稳定效果减弱。因此本发明中的含羟基多元醇优选的是分子量不大于200的多羟基醇类化合物。
进一步的,所述的有机胺为乙醇胺(MEA)、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、四乙烯五胺(TEPA)、五乙烯六胺(PEHA)和聚丙烯胺(PAA)中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述有机胺改性剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、丁四醇和聚乙二醇中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述吸附剂载体为纳米SiO2。可选的纳米SiO2材料为市面常见的商品纳米SiO2,参考型号有SAB-15、MCM-41、远翔M-560和德固赛-310,形貌是粉末状或者颗粒状。
进一步的,所述分散剂为甲醇、水和乙醇中的任意一种。在负载过程中分散剂的作用是使有机胺和有机胺改性剂可以完全分散混合均匀并逐步负载进入载体的孔隙结构中。
进一步的,所述有机胺改性剂和有机胺的质量比例为1:(1~19)。
进一步的,所述的胺基改性方法步骤S3之后还包括如下评价步骤:将步骤S3合成的吸附剂使用热重分析仪或固定床,并根据样品的性质选择适合的程序进行单次吸附和循环吸附测试,对比未改性的固态胺吸附剂,比较吸附量和循环稳定性;采用红外光谱法测试循环吸附后的样品的特征官能团来判断尿素化合物的生成情况;采用动力学模型拟合吸附曲线来比较吸附速率;从而综合比较评定合成方法的有效性。
进一步的,所述评价步骤中所述吸附剂吸附性能的测试程序中单次吸附的程序设置如下:第一阶段,以100% Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30min进行脱气处理,脱除样品中的水分、CO2以及附着的其他杂质,然后将温度降至吸附温度,所述吸附温度为30~105℃;第二阶段,待温度降至吸附温度,立即将载气切换为100%CO2,并在该吸附温度下稳定60 min,样品进行吸附;第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% Ar或100% CO2,升温至特定脱附温度开始脱附,所述脱附温度为100~150℃,并在该脱附温度下稳定30 min或40 min后,结束程序。
进一步的,所述评价步骤中所述吸附剂吸附性能的测试程序中单次吸附的程序还可以设置如下:
第一阶段,按照上述脱气程序脱气,在脱气温度下稳定15 min后,将温度降至特定吸附温度(60~90℃);第二阶段,待温度降至吸附温度,立即将载气切换为100% CO2或15%的CO2,并在该温度下稳定30 min,样品进行吸附;第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100%Ar或100% CO2,并升温至特定脱附温度(100~120℃)开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定15min或30 min,随后将温度降至特定吸附温度;第四阶段,开始循环,待降温完成,重复第二阶段和第三阶段的程序9次,完成10次循环吸附-脱附。吸附气氛和温度由吸附剂的性质决定,没有特定限制。
进一步的,所述评价步骤中所述吸附速率的评价方法使用一级反应模型(1)、二级反应模型(2)、阿乌拉米模型(3)和双指数模型(4)来拟合吸附曲线,根据吸附剂的性质选择相应的模型,没有特定限制。

优选的,步骤4中所诉红外光谱法是采用傅里叶变换光谱仪通过压片法测试样品的特征官能团。测试前,将样品与预先在80℃下干燥脱水2 h的KBr按1:100的比例混合均匀并压成薄片制样。以8 cm-1的分辨率和64次·min-1的扫描次数进行测试,在400-4000 cm-1的波长范围记录吸收强度数据。
本发明还提供所述的胺基改性方法制备得到的固态胺吸附剂。
综上,与现有技术相比,本发明达到了以下技术效果:
1.本发明的固态胺改性方法,采用经济环保的有机胺改性剂如丙三醇作为改性剂,如图2所示,与有机胺直接搅拌混合后即可直接用于负载合成固态胺吸附剂,极大的简化了合成步骤和成本,场地要求低并且操作简便。
2. 本发明的固态胺改性方法,有机胺改性剂如丙三醇同时作为一种表面活性剂,可以提高有机胺在载体孔隙内的分散性,从而提升吸附剂的吸附反应速率。图3和图5可以看出加入丙三醇后,吸附剂的吸附量相同的情况下,改性吸附剂具有更好的吸附动力学,在工业应用中可以更快达到吸附平衡,极大的提高了吸附的效率。
3. 本发明的固态胺改性方法,通过添加有机胺改性剂如丙三醇,利用丙三醇分子的羟基,在纯CO2脱附的环境下,可以与有机胺分子的胺基基团形成氢键,在反应过程中可以大大的减少胺基基团不可逆的向尿素基团转化,提高了固态胺吸附剂的循环稳定性,图4可以看出未改性的吸附剂吸附性能迅速下降,而丙三醇改性吸附剂在循环过程中具有优秀的稳定性,平均每次吸附的性能下降仅在1%左右。图6也显示在循环后,未改性的吸附剂出现了3个尿素特征峰,而改性的吸附剂仅出现一个微弱的尿素特征峰,因此本方法的丙三醇改性固态胺吸附剂在应用中具有优秀的抗尿素性能,极大地推动了固态胺吸附剂的工业化应用进程。

图3是丙三醇改性和未改性的PEI负载到介孔SiO2载体上制备的固态胺吸附剂的单次吸附图,PEI的负载量均为50%,吸附温度和气氛分别是90℃,100% CO2。
图4是丙三醇改性和未改性的PEI(负载量均为50%)负载到介孔SiO2载体上制备的固态胺吸附剂在90℃,100% CO2吸附,150℃,100% CO2气氛下脱附的10次循环吸脱附的吸附曲线图。
图5是图3曲线的阿乌拉米动力学拟合图。
图6是丙三醇改性和未改性的PEI负载到介孔SiO2载体上制备的固态胺吸附剂,循环10次后的红外谱图。
图7是实施例2和对比例2循环吸附10次的吸附量变化折线图。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改性固态胺吸附剂的合成方法。本方法通过浸渍法将有机胺和富含羟基的有机胺改性剂如丙三醇负载到载体上,制备得到改性的固态胺吸附剂。为实现固态胺吸附剂的高效利用,引入额外的羟基化合物来使其具有更高的热稳定性和抗尿素性。有机胺表面的伯胺(-NH2)和仲胺(-NH)在吸附CO2的过程中可以与丙三醇分子上的羟基(-OH)通过氢键相互作用,生成氨基甲酸酯并使得丙三醇分子上的羟基质子化,进一步地,质子化的羟基发生脱水反应使得尿素化合物生成过程得到抑制,具体反应方程式如下:
(1).CO2+ ROH + R2NHROH2 ++ R2NCOO-;
(2).ROH2 +=R++H2O;
从而使得有机胺的胺基基团稳定性显著提高,在变温吸附过程中可以有效的提高循环稳定性。另一方面有机胺改性剂如丙三醇作为一种表面活性剂,可以有效提高有机胺在载体表面的分散性,对于吸附过程中CO2的扩散和吸附具有促进作用,能有效提高固态胺吸附剂的动力学性能从而提高吸附效率。
实施例1
一种固态胺吸附剂的胺基改性方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1.称取0.1 g丙三醇和0.9 g PEI加入到装有25 mL甲醇烧杯内,以400 rpm转速持续搅拌5分钟后自然冷却至室温待用;
步骤2.将1 g商业SiO2(远翔M-560,孔体积VP=1.2 g·cm-3)加入到烧杯中,继续以600 rpm转速搅拌约6小时,使烧杯内甲醇溶液逐渐挥发;
步骤3.待烧杯内甲醇溶液挥发后,将烧杯放入真空干燥箱,在60℃下真空干燥6小时,直至甲醇溶液完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为所合成的固态胺吸附剂;
步骤4.将上述合成的吸附剂的进行吸附性能测试,单次吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,以100% Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30 min进行脱气处理,然后将温度降至90℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定60 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% Ar,升温至120℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定30 min后,结束程序。如图3所示,测试得到的单次吸附量为3.65 mmol·g-1。改性前后的吸附剂吸附量相同,说明改性过程不会降低有机胺的利用效率。循环吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,按照上述脱气程序脱气,在脱气温度下稳定15 min后,将温度降至特定吸附温度90℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定30 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,升温至150℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定15 min,随后将温度降至90℃。第四阶段,开始循环,待降温完成,重复第二阶段和第三阶段的程序9次,完成10次循环吸附-脱附。如图4所示,循环10次后的吸附性能仍保留90%。丙三醇改性的固态胺吸附剂吸附曲线的拟合曲线的R2值比未改性吸附剂更接近于1,具有更加优秀的动力学性能。说明固态胺吸附剂添加丙三醇后,在CO2捕集过程中可以促进CO2的扩散和有机胺的吸附过程,可以更快的达到动力学平衡。对单次吸附的吸附曲线使用阿乌拉米模型拟合分析,如图5所示,相关性系数R2值为0.9896,动力学常数kA为0.7685。丙三醇改性的固态胺吸附剂具有优秀的循环稳定性,10次循环过程中单次性能约下降仅为1%;未改性吸附剂循环10次后的吸附性能只有初始性能的23.5%。因此丙三醇改性吸附剂可以实现固态胺吸附剂的高效稳定利用。对循环后的样品进行红外光谱测试,谱图结果如图6所示,表明本样品的抗尿素性能优秀,仅在1683cm-1处出现一个微弱的尿素特征峰。未改性吸附剂循环10次后的红外光谱显示在波长1683、1500和1274位置均出现了尿素的特征峰,说明该吸附剂在循环过程中有大量的尿素化合物生成,吸附剂中有机胺的胺基失活较多;而丙三醇改性的固态胺吸附剂仅在波长1683处出现一个微小的尿素特征峰,说明丙三醇的加入可以有效的抑制吸附剂在循环过程中的尿素化合物的生成,保障了有机胺上胺基的活性,从而实现固态胺吸附剂的高效循环利用。
实施例2
使用PEG-200作为胺基改性剂进行如下实验:
步骤1.称取0.1 g PEG-200和0.9 g PEHA加入到装有25 mL甲醇烧杯内,以300rpm转速持续搅拌5分钟后自然冷却至室温待用;
步骤2.将1 g商业SiO2(SBA-15,孔体积VP=1.5 g·cm-3)加入到烧杯中,继续以500rpm转速搅拌约6小时,使烧杯内甲醇溶液逐渐挥发;
步骤3.待烧杯内甲醇溶液挥发后,将烧杯放入真空干燥箱,在50℃下真空干燥5小时,直至甲醇溶液完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为所合成的固态胺吸附剂;
步骤4.将上述合成的吸附剂的进行吸附性能测试,循环吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,以100 %Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30 min进行脱气处理,然后将温度降至75℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定30 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,升温至150℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定15 min,随后将温度降至特定吸附温度75℃。第四阶段,开始循环,待降温完成,重复第二阶段和第三阶段的程序9次,完成10次循环吸附-脱附。如图7所示,循环10次后的吸附性能仍保留92%。
对比例1
不添加胺基改性剂、有机胺为聚乙烯亚胺进行如下实验:
步骤1.称取1.0 g PEI加入到装有25 mL甲醇烧杯内,以600 rpm转速持续搅拌5分钟后自然冷却至室温待用;
步骤2.将1 g商业SiO2(远翔M-560,孔体积VP=1.2 g·cm-3)加入到烧杯中,继续以600 rpm转速搅拌约8小时,使烧杯内甲醇溶液逐渐挥发;
步骤3.待烧杯内甲醇溶液挥发后,将烧杯放入真空干燥箱,在60℃下真空干燥6小时,直至甲醇溶液完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为所合成的固态胺吸附剂;
步骤4.将上述合成的吸附剂的进行吸附性能测试,单次吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,以100% Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30 min进行脱气处理,然后将温度降至90℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定60 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% Ar,升温至120℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定30 min后,结束程序。如图3所示,测试得到的单次吸附量为3.64 mmol·g-1。循环吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,按照上述脱气程序脱气,在脱气温度下稳定15 min后,将温度降至90℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定30 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% CO2,并升温至150℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定15 min,随后将温度降至特定吸附温度90℃。第四阶段,开始循环,待降温完成,重复第二阶段和第三阶段的程序9次,完成10次循环吸附-脱附。如图4所示,循环10次后的吸附性能保留23.5%。对单次吸附的吸附曲线使用阿乌拉米模型拟合分析,如图5所示,相关性系数R2值为0.9350,动力学常数kA为0.6444。对循环后的样品进行红外光谱测试,谱图结果如图6所示,本样品在1683、1500、1274cm-1处均出现明显的尿素特征峰,样品失活比例较大。
对比例2
不添加胺基改性剂,有机胺为五乙烯六胺进行如下实验:
步骤1.称取1.0 g PEHA加入到装有25 mL甲醇烧杯内,以300 rpm转速持续搅拌5分钟后自然冷却至室温待用;
步骤2.将1 g商业SiO2(SBA-15,孔体积VP=1.5 g·cm-3)加入到烧杯中,继续以500rpm转速搅拌约8小时,使烧杯内甲醇溶液逐渐挥发;
步骤3.待烧杯内甲醇溶液挥发后,将烧杯放入真空干燥箱,在50℃下真空干燥5小时,直至甲醇溶液完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为所合成的固态胺吸附剂;
步骤4.将上述合成的吸附剂的进行吸附性能测试,循环吸附程序设置如下:第一阶段,以100% Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30 min进行脱气处理,然后将温度降至75℃,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该温度下稳定30 min,样品进行吸附。第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% CO2,并升温至150℃开始脱附,并在该脱附温度下稳定15 min,随后将温度降至特定吸附温度90℃。第四阶段,开始循环,待降温完成,重复第二阶段和第三阶段的程序9次,完成10次循环吸附-脱附。如图7所示,循环10次后的吸附性能仅保留17.7%。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种固态胺吸附剂的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将有机胺改性剂和有机胺混合,并加入分散剂,搅拌使其混合均匀,自然冷却至室温;
S2:将吸附剂载体加入到S1得到的混合物溶液中,使用搅拌器持续搅拌,使分散剂逐渐挥发;
S3:待搅拌至分散剂挥发后,将样品放入真空干燥箱真空干燥,直至分散剂完全蒸干,剩余的固态物质即为合成的固态胺吸附剂;
所述有机胺改性剂为分子量不大于200的多羟基醇类化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述的有机胺为乙醇胺、聚乙烯亚胺、四乙烯五胺、五乙烯六胺和聚丙烯胺中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述有机胺改性剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、丁四醇和聚乙二醇中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述吸附剂载体为纳米SiO2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为甲醇、水和乙醇中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述有机胺改性剂和有机胺的质量比为1:(1~19)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述的胺基改性方法步骤S3之后还包括如下评价步骤:
将步骤S3合成的吸附剂使用热重分析仪或固定床,并根据样品的性质选择适合的程序进行单次吸附和循环吸附测试,对比未改性的固态胺吸附剂,比较吸附量和循环稳定性;采用红外光谱法测试循环吸附后的样品的特征官能团来判断尿素化合物的生成情况;采用动力学模型拟合吸附曲线来比较吸附速率;从而综合比较评定合成方法的有效性。
8.根据权利要求7所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述评价步骤中所述吸附剂吸附性能的测试程序中单次吸附的程序设置如下:
第一阶段,以100% Ar作为载气,将样品从30℃升温至120℃,在此温度下稳定30 min进行脱气处理,脱除样品中的水分、CO2以及附着的其他杂质,然后将温度降至吸附温度,所述吸附温度为30~105℃;
第二阶段,待温度降至吸附温度,立即将载气切换为100% CO2,并在该吸附温度下稳定60 min,样品进行吸附;
第三阶段,吸附结束后,将载气切换为100% Ar或100% CO2,升温至脱附温度开始脱附,所述脱附温度为100~150℃,并在该脱附温度下稳定30 min或40 min后,结束程序。
9.根据权利要求7所述的胺基改性方法,其特征在于,所述评价步骤中所述吸附速率的评价方法使用一级反应模型、二级反应模型、阿乌拉米模型和双指数模型中的任意一种来拟合吸附曲线。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的胺基改性方法制备得到的固态胺吸附剂。
