The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing folium Eucommiae, fructus Perillae, radix Paeoniae alba, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix Angelicae sinensis, flos Rosae Rugosae, pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride, and rhizoma Cyperi respectively to 120 mesh, mixing, sterilizing at 121deg.C for 15 min, and cooling;
(2) Adding purified water into lactobacillus and maltose, dissolving, adding into the mixture obtained in step (1), stirring, placing into a fermentation tank, and fermenting at 35+ -2deg.C for 48 hr;
(3) Taking 40mL of phosphate buffer (pH 5.8), adding taurine and ampelopsis grossedentata flavone, and continuously stirring until the taurine and the ampelopsis grossedentata flavone are dissolved for later use;
(4) Adding the solution obtained in the step (3) into the material obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring;
(5) Taking propylene glycol, adding soybean lecithin, cholesterol and a nonionic surfactant, heating to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, and cooling for standby;
(6) And (3) adding the solution in the step (5) into the solution in the step (4) under the stirring state, fixing the volume to 100mL by using phosphate buffer (pH 5.8), and emulsifying and homogenizing by 1000 Bar for 10 minutes to obtain the liposome.
Wherein the ph=5.8 phosphate buffer is formulated as follows: 8.34g of monopotassium phosphate and 0.87g of dipotassium phosphate are taken, and water is added to dissolve the monopotassium phosphate and the dipotassium phosphate into 1000mL to obtain the aqueous solution.

Example 2 preparation of formulations for soothing liver and improving nutrient metabolism in poultry

(2) Adding purified water into lactobacillus and maltose, dissolving, adding into the mixture obtained in step (1), stirring, placing into a fermentation tank, and fermenting at 35+ -2deg.C for 48 hr;
(3) Vacuum drying the fermentation product at 50-55deg.C until the water content is below 10%, pulverizing, sieving, adding taurine and Ampelopsis grossedentata flavone, and mixing.
Note that: in this example, the traditional Chinese medicine is not made into liposome after fermentation.
EXAMPLE 5 Effect of the formulation of the invention on avian gout
The method is carried out according to the following steps:

The results show that the preparation can obviously remove uric acid in blood and improve metabolic capability under the condition of high protein feeding, and meanwhile, the process conditions of the preparation have obvious difference on the use effect.

The preparation for soothing the liver and improving the nutrition metabolism of the poultry is characterized by comprising the following components: 3-5g of eucommia ulmoides leaves, 3-5g of perilla seeds, 2-4g of white paeony roots, 2-4g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 5-6g of Chinese angelica, 4-5g of roses, 4-6g of green tangerine peel, 3-6g of nutgrass galingale rhizome, 4-5g of taurine, 4-5g of vine tea flavone, 4-6g of lactobacillus, 4-6g of maltose, 6-8g of soybean lecithin, 2-3g of cholesterol, 1-2g of nonionic surfactant, 20-25mL of propylene glycol and a phosphate buffer solution with pH value of=5.8, wherein the phosphate buffer solution is added to 100mL.
2. The preparation for soothing liver and improving nutritional metabolism of poultry according to claim 1, wherein the nonionic surfactant is prepared by mixing tween-80 and span-80 according to a mass ratio of 1:1.
3. The method for preparing the preparation for soothing liver and improving nutritional metabolism of poultry according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the process is as follows:
(1) Taking eucommia ulmoides leaves, perilla seeds, white paeony root, szechuan lovage rhizome, chinese angelica, rose, green tangerine peel and nutgrass galingale rhizome, respectively crushing the eucommia ulmoides leaves, the perilla seeds, the white paeony root, the szechuan lovage rhizome, the Chinese angelica, the rose, the green tangerine peel and the nutgrass galingale rhizome to 100-150 meshes, uniformly mixing, and sterilizing for standby;
(2) Adding lactobacillus and maltose into purified water, dissolving, adding into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and stirring uniformly; placing the mixture in a fermentation tank, and fermenting for 40-50 hours at the constant temperature of 35+/-2 ℃;
(3) Taking 40mL of phosphate buffer solution with pH value of 5.8, adding taurine and ampelopsis grossedentata flavone, and continuously stirring until the taurine and ampelopsis grossedentata flavone are dissolved for later use;
(4) Adding the solution obtained in the step (3) into the material obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring;
(5) Taking propylene glycol, adding soybean lecithin, cholesterol and nonionic surfactant, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until all the components are dissolved, and cooling for standby;
(6) And (3) adding the solution obtained in the step (5) into the solution obtained in the step (4) under the stirring state, and using a phosphate buffer solution with pH=5.8 to fix the volume to 100mL, emulsifying and homogenizing to obtain the liposome.
4. A method for preparing a formulation for soothing liver and improving nutritional metabolism of poultry as claimed in claim 3, wherein ph=5.8
