a rotary table (33) is fixedly connected to the surface of the outer ring of one side, extending into the circular bin (3), of the driving shaft of the first auger (12), and the rotary table (33) is attached to the inner cavity surface of the circular bin (3); two scraping plates (34) are fixedly connected to the turntable (33);
the inner cavity of the circular bin (3) is close to the end face of one side of the first charging barrel (1), is positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the driving shaft of the first auger (12), is rotationally connected with a cross plate (35) through a rotating shaft, and the cross plate (35) is partially intersected with the scraping plate (34);
