Although the above embodiment can solve the problem of improving the stability of the tire rim when the tire bead is attached to a certain extent, in the practical application process, the section of the tire rim is divided into different specifications, and most of the steel wires are wound and formed, so that if certain bulges exist on the surface of the tire rim or the steel wires on the tire rim are misplaced in the process of attaching the tire rim to the apex, the phenomenon of deflection still occurs after the tire rim is attached to the apex. In view of this, modifications are made to the technical solution based on the first embodiment, and the solution is as follows.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, an auxiliary tool for bonding radial tire beads comprises a fixed disk 8 and an adjusting plate 6, wherein the upper end surface of the adjusting plate 6 is rotationally connected with a first rotating frame 7, the upper end surface of the first rotating frame 7 is provided with a second rotating frame 41, the upper end surface of the second rotating frame 41 is fixedly connected with the fixed disk 8, the middle part of the upper end surface of the fixed disk 8 is rotationally connected with a turntable 12, the upper end surface of the turntable 12 is rotationally connected with fifth connecting rods 10 distributed in an array, one end of each fifth connecting rod 10, which is far away from the turntable 12, is rotationally connected with a sliding block 14 which is in sliding connection with the fixed disk 8, and one end of each sliding block 14, which is far away from the turntable 12, is fixedly connected with an arc plate 9.
The vertical spout 42 has been seted up at the middle part of arc 9, and the upper and lower both ends of vertical spout 42 all are equipped with fixture 40, and hollow 43 has been seted up to the inside of arc 9, and the middle part of vertical spout 42 is connected with arc piece 44 through the support rotation, and the one end of arc piece 44 is through extensible member 45 and hollow 43 fixed connection, and the other end of arc piece 44 is through elastic component and hollow 43 fixed connection.

Then the control system controls the driving part connected with the first worm 24 to operate, the driving part drives the first worm 24 to rotate, and the fourth bevel gear 39 and the first worm wheel 23 are positioned in the same straight line and connected through the vertical rod, so that in the process of rotating the first worm 24, the first worm 24 synchronously drives the fourth bevel gear 39 to rotate through the first worm wheel 23, and the first bevel gears 25 distributed in the circumferential array of the fourth bevel gear 39 are meshed with the fourth bevel gear 39, so that when the fourth bevel gear 39 rotates, the first bevel gear 25 synchronously rotates, the first bevel gear 25 drives the second bevel gear 28 to rotate through the sleeve 27 and the bump rod 26, the second bevel gear 28 synchronously drives the second chute rod 31 to rotate through the third bevel gear 30 meshed with the second bevel gear 28, the second chute rod 31 synchronously extrudes the second guide post 32 when rotating, the second guide post 32 drives the lower clamping plate 11 to move towards the middle part of the arc plate 9 through the first connecting plate 48 and the L-shaped sliding block at the bottom of the arc plate 9, the second guide post 32 drives the first connecting plate 48 to move towards the middle part of the arc plate 9, the sixth connecting rod 33 at the bottom of the arc plate 9 is forced to extrude the seventh connecting rod 34, the seventh connecting rod 34 is deflected, the sixth connecting rod 33 at the top of the arc plate 9 is synchronously driven to deflect in the process of deflecting the seventh connecting rod 34, after the sixth connecting rod 33 at the top of the arc plate 9 deflects, the first connecting plate 48 synchronously drives the upper clamping plate 11 to move towards the middle part of the arc plate 9, finally, the clamping plates 11 at the upper side and the lower side of the arc plate 9 can clamp the steel ring, and the clamping plates 11 at the upper side and the lower side can not influence the joint between the triangular glue and the steel ring after clamping the steel ring because the length of the clamping plates 11 is smaller than the thickness of the steel ring, meanwhile, the clamping plates 11 on the upper side and the lower side synchronously move towards the middle of the arc-shaped plate 9, so that the clamping plates 11 on the upper end and the lower end of the arc-shaped plate 9 can squeeze the steel ring with deflection in the clamping process of the clamping plates 11 on the steel ring, the axis of the steel ring and the axis of the fixed disc 8 are in the same straight line, and the phenomenon of deflection when the steel ring is attached to the triangular glue can be avoided.
Because the opposite one side of two grip blocks 11 on same arc 9 all is equipped with flexible detection portion 46 to in the process of two grip blocks 11 on same arc 9 extrude the steel ring, the both ends of steel ring are synchronous to be the sliding block 47 that the array distributes on the grip block 11 and extrude, sliding block 47 receives the inside shrink of back to grip block 11, thereby make the spring between sliding block 47 and the grip block 11 take place deformation, because the section of steel ring divide into different specifications, and the steel ring is formed by the steel wire winding, through the ratio of the spring deflection volume between detection sliding block 47 and grip block 11, thereby can confirm the section shape of steel ring, simultaneously because grip block 11 is carrying out the location to the steel ring at two terminal surfaces to the steel ring, can fix a position the centre gripping to the steel ring of different specifications, different shapes under the cooperation of arc 9 and grip block 11, avoid frequently changing the laminating dish.

If the inner ring of the steel ring does not have the above condition, the spring deformation quantity connected with the sliding block 47 on the clamping plates 11 at the upper side and the lower side is always in a certain proportion range when the steel ring moves along the annular channel formed by the clamping plates 11; if a single steel wire of the inner ring of the steel ring is raised or recessed, the change value of a spring connected with the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11 is increased or reduced after the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11 contacts with the raised or recessed position of the single steel wire in the process that the steel ring moves along an annular channel formed by the clamping plate 11, so that the steel ring can be judged to be defective and needs to be replaced; if the steel wire runs in the process of piling up from top to bottom, the staggered phenomenon of the steel wire is caused, so that the steel ring can be in the moving process along the annular channel formed by the clamping plates 11, after the sliding blocks 47 on the clamping plates 11 are contacted with the staggered parts of the steel wire on the steel ring, the deformation of the springs connected with the sliding blocks 47 on the clamping plates 11 can be disordered, and the steel ring can be judged to be a defective product and needs to be replaced.
After judging the section shape of the steel wire, the control system controls a driving component connected with the second worm 35 to rotate, the driving component drives the second worm 35 to rotate, the second worm 35 drives the second worm wheel 36 to rotate, and one end of the second worm wheel 36 is rotationally connected with the first rotating frame 7, and the other end of the second worm wheel 36 is fixedly connected with the second rotating frame 41, so that the second worm wheel 36 drives the second rotating frame 41 to rotate in the process of rotating the second worm 35, and the second rotating frame 41 synchronously drives the steel ring to rotate through the fixed disc 8 and the clamping mechanism 40 in the process of rotating; because the steel ring is attached to the triangular glue in the process of attaching the triangular glue, the triangular glue base groove on the triangular glue is attached to the outer ring of the steel ring after the triangular glue is firstly supported by the supporting drum on the attaching machine, and because the steel ring is rotated to be in a rotating state at this time and the second worm wheel 36 and the adjusting plate 6 are in a vertical state in the initial state, in the rotating process of the steel ring, if abnormal changes occur in the deformation quantity of the spring connected with the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11, the contact between the steel ring and the inner side wall of the triangular glue base groove is indicated, and the triangular glue base groove and the steel ring are in a dislocation state.
If the spring deformation amount on the upper clamping plate 11 on all the arc plates 9 is reduced in all the equal ratio, and the spring deformation amount on the lower clamping plate 11 on all the arc plates 9 is increased in all the equal ratio, the fact that the inner side wall of the triangular glue base groove and the outer side wall of the steel ring are mutually extruded and rubbed is indicated, the center lines of the triangular glue base groove and the center lines of the steel ring sections are two parallel straight lines, at the moment, the control system obtains the distance between the two center lines according to the ratio of the spring deformation amounts on the upper clamping plate 11 and the lower clamping plate 11, so that the driving part connected with the second threaded rod 21 is controlled to operate, the driving part drives the second threaded rod 21 to rotate, the included angles among the first connecting rod 2, the second connecting rod 3, the third connecting rod 4 and the fourth connecting rod 5 are changed through the displacement block 20, so that the adjusting plate 6 is lifted, the clamping plate 11 drives the steel ring to move, the two center lines are mutually overlapped, the spring deformation amount on the two opposite clamping plates 11 is restored to a relatively stable state, the phenomenon that the triangular glue base groove is attached to the steel ring, the outer ring is prevented from being attached to the outer ring, and the phenomenon that the outer ring is attached to the outer ring is prevented, and the rotation of the base groove is stopped, and the outer ring is convenient to rotate, and the outer ring is attached to the base groove.
If the deformation of the springs on the clamping plates 11 at the upper ends of the single arc-shaped plates 9 is reduced in an equal ratio, and the deformation of the springs on the clamping plates 11 at the upper ends of the remaining arc-shaped plates 9 is enlarged in an equal ratio, the apex base groove on the support drum is deflected, so that in the process of attaching the apex base groove to the outer side wall of the steel ring, the part closest to the outer side wall of the steel ring firstly applies pressure to the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11, and the part far away from the outer side wall of the steel ring applies pressure to the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11, so that the deformation of the springs on the clamping plate 11 is changed in an equal ratio, the deflection angle of the apex base groove on the support drum can be determined according to the ratio of the deformation of the springs on the clamping plates 11 at the upper ends of all the arc-shaped plates 9, and the control system controls the driving part connected with the third threaded rod 37 to operate according to the deflection angle, the driving part drives the third threaded rod 37 to rotate, because the first threaded block 13 is in threaded connection with the third threaded rod 37, and the first threaded block 13 is in rotary connection with the first rotating frame 7, so that the first threaded block 13 can drive the first rotating frame 7 to deflect around the first rotating frame 7 and the adjusting plate 6 through the first threaded block 13 when rotating, the first rotating frame 7 drives the steel ring to change in angle through the second rotating frame 41 and the clamping mechanism 40 so as to adapt to the angle of deflection of the triangular glue base groove (at the moment, the included angle between the second worm wheel 36 and the adjusting plate 6 corresponds to the angle of deflection of the triangular glue base groove), the phenomenon that the triangular glue base groove is deflected from the outer ring of the steel ring after the triangular glue base groove is attached to the outer ring of the steel ring is avoided, then the driving part connected with the second worm 35 is controlled to stop rotating, so that the rotation of the steel ring is stopped, the triangular glue base groove is convenient to be attached to the outer ring of the steel ring.

The application also provides a use method of the auxiliary tool for bonding the tire bead of the radial tire, which is realized by using the auxiliary tool for bonding the tire bead of the radial tire, and comprises the following steps:

s4: the second worm 35 is controlled to rotate, and the second worm 35 drives the steel ring to rotate through the second worm wheel 36 and the second rotating frame 41; in the rotating process of the steel ring, if abnormal changes occur in the deformation quantity of the spring connected with the sliding block 47 on the clamping plate 11, the triangular glue base groove and the steel ring are in a dislocation state; the second threaded rod 21 or the third threaded rod 37 is driven to adjust according to different conditions, and the dislocation phenomenon of the triangular glue base groove and the steel ring is eliminated.
