Abstract
本发明提供能够提高猪肉的生产性、能够缓解猪的冷应激、热应激的猪用饲料。猪用饲料,其特征在于,含有0.1~10ppm的脱落酸及/或其盐;猪的饲养方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取该猪用饲料;猪的由寒冷及/或炎热引起的生产性降低的预防及/或改善方法;提高猪的饲料效率的方法;改善猪的体重增加的方法;及通过增加猪体内的还原型谷胱甘肽来提高猪的抗氧化能力的方法。

技术领域
本专利申请主张基于日本专利申请2020-208576号(于2020年12月16日提出申请)的巴黎公约规定的优先权及利益,通过在此引用,将上述申请中记载的全部内容并入本说明书中。
本发明涉及配合有脱落酸(以下也称为“ABA”)的猪用饲料。
背景技术
世界范围内的主要食用肉来源是牛、猪、鸡、绵羊(包括山羊)。其中,猪肉的生产量与鸡肉的生产量大致相等,遥遥领先于其后的牛肉、羊肉的生产量,也有统计显示食用肉的约3成是猪肉。猪肉作为食用肉的需求非常大。
饲养的猪主要用于食用肉用。因此,在养猪场中,目标是大量产出仔猪,进行育肥使其尽快长大。生产仔猪的雌猪(育成母猪)在开始表现发情(容易妊娠的时期)的6月龄·体重约为100kg左右时被引入,在2个月后(出生后8月龄)的体重约为130kg时开始交配。妊娠期约为114天,母猪在一次分娩中产出10头左右的仔猪。分娩后,母猪对仔猪哺乳3~4周左右(21~28天),在离乳后约1周再次迎来发情,重复交配、妊娠、分娩。在健康猪的情况下,在2年中进行约5次分娩,因此平均由1头母猪在1年内所产的仔猪达20头以上。刚出生的仔猪的体重为1.3kg左右。离乳的仔猪作为育肥猪而被饲养,经过哺乳前期、哺乳后期(~约21日龄)、离乳期(约21~70日龄)、育成期(约70~120日龄)、育肥期(约120~180日龄),能够在约6月(25周)龄·体重为110~115kg时出栏。
就猪的喂食而言,按照上述各发育阶段进行4~5种喂食(供食)来进行育肥。刚出生的仔猪用母乳或人工乳喂养约20天,至体重达到6kg左右。在此期间培养生长所需的免疫力、体力。接下来,给予易消化的离乳食,使其从母猪离乳。离乳后转移到育成用的猪舍,换成离乳期用的饲料进行养育约50天直至达到30kg左右时。之后,给予育成期用的饲料,接着给予育肥期用的饲料,从出生起经过合计约180天,培育成能够作为肉猪出栏的状态。
如上所述,作为食用肉的猪肉的需求极大,猪肉的消耗正在扩大。为了提高猪肉的生产性,在养猪中重视的性质有产肉能力、强健性、繁殖能力。为了提高这些性质,在养猪中进行了品种的交配等各种研究。
在家畜中,猪是发育速度极快的动物。相应地包括营养的供给,卫生对策在内,饲养环境对猪的生长发育·生理带来的影响较大。作为猪周围的环境,可以举出热环境(温热环境),物理环境,化学环境,生物环境及社会环境,特别是热环境(温热环境)对猪的生产性造成的影响较大。热环境是指寒冷及炎热的环境。特别是从新生儿到仔猪期,发育、健康状态受到环境温度的影响很大,因此精心管理是重要的。
对于猪来说,在过热的情况下,可见饲料摄取量的减少、呼吸频率的增加等,在过冷的情况下,可见饲料摄取量的增加、僵直、发抖等行为。若寒冷、炎热环境的热环境不进行调节,则对猪来说会导致冷应激、热应激。在应激环境下,猪有时会像人类一样导致抑郁症。在现代的工厂型养猪中,可以说与以前相比,猪具有容易应激而容易导致抑郁症的倾向。抑郁症有降低饲料效率(feed efficiency)的可能性,而且,也是咬尾症的重要原因。与人类一样,抑郁症在一部分猪中减轻体重,在其它猪中蓄积更多的皮下脂肪。胃溃疡也是猪中常见的疾病,特别是在应激环境下能够观察到。猪的胃溃疡是常见的疾病,据报道,90%以上出栏至屠宰场的猪可见胃溃疡的症状。其主要原因之一是环境温度。
特别是猪的汗腺几乎都已退化,因此防止夏季的热应激是重要的。作为猪的热应激对策,已知有对作为猪饲料的红米和紫黑米的抗氧化能力进行评价的研究(非专利文献1)。非专利文献1中记载了在有效利用了红米及紫黑米的抗氧化能力的炎热环境下,繁殖猪的氧化应激降低,以及通过向雌种猪供给,能够降低炎热环境下的氧化应激。
并且,作为猪的热应激对策,已知关于饲料用米、大麦、制茶加工残渣的混合供给和其粉碎粒度的差异对炎热环境下的育肥猪的发育、胴体品质及肉质带来的影响的研究(非专利文献2)。这涉及有效利用了饲料用米、大麦的营养特性和制茶加工残渣的功能特性的育肥猪的炎热对策技术。
脱落酸(ABA)是天然的植物激素,广泛存在于植物中,是在细胞间进行生理活性、信息传递的物质。
当植物暴露于干燥、低温这样的环境应激时,脱落酸在细胞内合成,在耐干燥性、生长抑制、种子的休眠等方面发挥作用。包含脱落酸的市售的制剂在农业及园艺中被用作所谓的植物生长调节剂,其在收获时及种植时或者它们的前后改善抗逆性,另外减缓生长速率,调节开花期等。
脱落酸或其盐或酯还用于维生素缺乏症的治疗(专利文献1)、糖尿病、免疫***疾病的治疗(专利文献2),神经退行性疾病的治疗(专利文献3)。据报道,ABA及作为其生物合成前体的黄氧素是人苦味G蛋白偶联受体(Bitter Taste G-protein Coupled Receptor)的抑制剂(非专利文献3)。作为ABA的代谢产物的菜豆酸(phaseic acid)显示出在缺血性脑损伤中具有神经保护作用(neuroprotective)(非专利文献4)。
作为将脱落酸用于家畜、鱼的例子,可举出专利文献4~8。专利文献4中记载了通过供给以含有脱落酸作为有效成分为特征的饲料,能够改善家畜及养鱼的饲养效率、增重及增肉量,缩短饲养期间,削减或不使用抗生素的施予量。
专利文献5中记载了包含脱落酸、其盐、衍生物及类似物的组合物、及使用了该组合物的改善动物的子孙的出生后的体重增加的方法。
专利文献6中记载了包含脱落酸、其盐及衍生物的组合物、及包括对家畜或鱼施予脱落酸、其盐及衍生物的、提高饲料效率的方法。
专利文献7中记载了包含脱落酸、其盐、衍生物及类似物的组合物、及包括对妊娠的动物施予脱落酸的、提高动物的生殖的生产性的方法。

发明所要解决的课题
如上所述,作为食用肉的猪肉的需要极大,猪肉的消耗正在扩大。因此,本发明的目的在于提供提高猪肉的生产性的饲料。另外,冷应激、热应激会带来生产性降低、饲料摄取量减少等各种弊端。因此,本发明的目的在于提供能够缓解冷应激、热应激的饲料。
用于解决课题的手段
本申请的发明人为了开发能够提高猪肉的生产性、能够缓解冷应激、热应激的饲料而进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过在猪的饲料中配合规定量的脱落酸及/或其盐,能够达成上述目的,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明涉及:猪用饲料,其特征在于,含有脱落酸及/或其盐;使用了该猪用饲料添加组合物或猪用饲料的猪的饲养方法;猪的由寒冷及/或炎热引起的生产性降低的预防及/或改善方法;以及提高猪的饲料效率的方法。
因此,本发明包括以下内容。
[1]猪用饲料,其中,在饲料中含有0.1~10ppm的脱落酸及/或其盐。
[2]如[1]中记载的猪用饲料,其用于冷应激及/或热应激的缓解。
[3]如[2]中记载的猪用饲料,其中,冷应激及/或热应激的缓解是由冷应激及/或热应激引起的猪的生产性降低的预防及/或改善。
[4]如[3]中记载的猪用饲料,其中,该生产性降低是饲料效率及/或育成率的降低。
[5]猪的饲养方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取[1]中记载的猪用饲料。
[6]猪的由寒冷及/或炎热引起的生产性降低的预防及/或改善方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取[1]中记载的猪用饲料。

发明效果
本发明的猪用饲料能够缓解猪的冷应激、热应激,能够预防及/或改善由冷应激及/或热应激引起的生产性降低。即,本发明的猪用饲料即使在冷应激及/或热应激的环境下也能够作为在增重、饲料效率方面优异的猪饲料而用于猪的饲养。
具体实施方式
作为本发明的猪用饲料中配合的“脱落酸及/或其盐”,优选作为脱落酸的对映体之一的(S)-(+)-脱落酸(以下也称为“S-脱落酸”或“S-ABA”)及/或其盐。S-脱落酸具有以下的结构。

作为本发明中能够使用的脱落酸盐的例子,可举出无机酸盐,例如铵盐、锂盐、钠盐、钾盐及镁盐;及有机酸盐,例如三乙醇胺盐、二甲醇胺盐及乙醇胺盐。本发明中,不限于这些盐,也能够使用其它盐。本发明中优选的盐为铵盐。本发明中优选的其它盐为钠盐及钾盐。盐的制造能够通过使脱落酸与足够量的所希望的碱接触,以常规方法进行。通过将该盐用适当的稀释酸溶液、例如经稀释的硫酸、盐酸或磷酸进行处理,能够再生游离的酸。游离的酸与各自的盐的形态在某种物理特性上(例如在极性溶剂中的溶解度)不同,但本发明中均可使用。本发明中能够使用的脱落酸盐可以是药学上可接受的盐。
ABA的粒径优选为0.03~3mm,更优选为0.1~1mm。所添加的ABA的粒径能够通过筛来调节。
脱落酸本身的制造没有特别限定,能够采用以往已知的方法。例如,已知利用葡萄孢属(Botrytis)菌的制造法(日本特公昭61-35838号公报)及利用蔷薇生尾孢菌(Cercospora rosicola)的制造法[Experimenta33、1556(1977)、日本特开昭58-36393号公报、日本特开昭56-160996号公报]等。
在ABA的制造中使用的菌只要是属于葡萄孢属、尾孢菌属的脱落酸产生菌,则没有特别限定,也包括通常的变异菌、通过变异处理产生的菌。作为属于葡萄孢属菌的脱落酸产生菌的菌株的具体例,可举出灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)FERM P-6156。具有该产脱落酸能力的灰霉菌的菌学性质已经在日本特公昭61-35838号公报中进行了研究。
作为在脱落酸生产中使用的培养基,使用固体、液体的培养基。在该培养基中,分别单独含有或混合两种以上含有:麸皮、小麦、米、甘薯、马铃薯、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、麦芽提取物、蔗糖、糊精、糖蜜、淀粉等碳源;脱脂大豆粉、大豆粉、面筋、酵母提取物、蛋白胨、肉提取物、玉米浆等氮源。此外,例如能够添加镁盐、钾盐、钠盐、磷酸盐等无机物质,以及维生素类、油脂类等。
这样得到的培养基通过常规方法实施灭菌处理,制成实质上无菌的培养基后,接种菌。采用下述方法:对于进行灭菌处理后的培养基,使用包含属于葡萄孢属的脱落酸产生菌株的孢子部分的灭菌水,使孢子均匀地分散在培养基中,从而接种种孢子。当然,在这种情况下即使孢子以外的菌丝体部分混入也无妨。通过接种种孢子进行培养,能够进行更均匀的培养,能够使脱落酸以高浓度且高速度积累。
对于培养条件而言,培养温度通常为10~40℃,优选为20~30℃,培养基的pH通常为3~12,优选为4~8,培养期间通常为1~30天,优选为5~15天左右,使用排除了杂菌混入的培养***进行培养。并且,特别优选进行通气搅拌培养。虽然静置培养中也生成脱落酸,但通过通气搅拌培养更显著地促进其生成。
接下来,在培养结束后,能够采用通常的方法从培养基分离脱落酸,例如能够使用下述的方法。首先,通过离心分离从培养基中除去菌体,使其上清液吸附于活性炭,利用有机溶剂洗脱。作为此时的洗脱溶剂,例如使用丙酮、甲醇、乙醇等溶剂。移入洗脱液中的脱落酸能够通过应用通常的分级提取、吸附、分配、薄层色谱法、蒸馏等一般的纯化法及通常的有机化合物的纯化法从培养后混合物中分离、纯化。
本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料能够通过在通常使用的猪用饲料中配合规定量的脱落酸及/或其盐来配制。也可以在通常使用的猪用饲料中配合含有脱落酸及/或其盐的猪用饲料添加物。就本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料向猪的施予而言,没有特别限制,出于简便考虑,优选通过在猪用饲料中混合规定量的脱落酸及/或其盐来向猪施予。本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料也能够作为生产仔猪的雌猪(育成猪)的饲料来使用,但优选作为出生的仔猪的饲料来使用。
作为所配合的脱落酸及/或其盐的量,可举出0.1~10ppm,优选为0.5~5ppm,更优选为0.5~2ppm,进一步优选为1~2ppm。

本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料也可以还含有维生素类、矿物质类、胍基乙酸、色素等。
作为上述维生素类,可举出L-抗坏血酸、L-抗坏血酸钙、L-抗坏血酸钠、L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯镁、乙酰甲萘醌(acetomenaphthone)、肌醇、盐酸二苯甲酰硫胺素、麦角骨化醇、氯化胆碱、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、β-胡萝卜素、胆钙化醇、dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯、视黄醇乙酸酯、氰钴胺素、硝酸硫胺素、烟酸、烟酸胺、对氨基苯甲酸、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、D-泛酸钙、DL-泛酸钙、d-生物素、维生素A粉末、维生素A油、维生素D粉末、维生素D3油、维生素E粉末、25-羟基胆钙化醇、视黄醇丙酸酯、亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌、重亚硫酸烟酰胺甲萘醌、叶酸、核黄素、核黄素丁酸酯等。

本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料中也可以还含有风味剂(flavoring agent)、呈味料、酶、益生菌、有机酸等。
作为上述风味剂,可举出酯类、醚类、酮类、脂肪酸类、脂肪族高级醇类、脂肪族高级醛类、脂肪族高级烃类、萜烯系烃类、酚醚类、酚类、芳香族醇类、芳香族醛类、内酯类等。
作为上述呈味料,可举出糖精钠等。
作为上述酶,可举出淀粉酶、碱性蛋白酶、半乳糖苷酶、木聚糖酶、木聚糖酶·果胶酶复合酶、β-葡聚糖酶、酸性蛋白酶、纤维素酶、纤维素酶·蛋白酶·果胶酶复合酶、中性蛋白酶、植酸酶、甘露聚糖酶、乳糖酶、脂肪酶等。

另外,本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料中能够并用合成抗菌剂、抗生素。
作为上述合成抗菌剂,可举出氨丙啉·乙氧酰胺苯甲酯、氨丙啉·乙氧酰胺苯甲酯·磺胺喹噁啉、盐酸氯苯胍、柠檬酸甲噻嘧啶、地克珠利、癸氧喹酯、尼卡巴嗪、常山酮氢溴酸盐、常山酮聚苯乙烯磺酸钙等。
作为上述抗生素,可举出杆菌肽锌、阿维霉素、烷基三甲铵钙土霉素(alkyltrimethylammonium calcium oxytetracycline)、恩拉霉素、金霉素、盐霉素钠、生度米星钠、甲基盐霉素、那西肽、二环霉素、黄霉素、马杜霉素铵、莫能菌素钠、拉沙里菌素钠、磷酸泰乐菌素等。
另外,为了防止饲料品质的降低,本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料中也可以还含有抗氧化剂、粘结剂、乳化剂、调节剂等。
作为上述抗氧化剂,可举出抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸钠、抗坏血酸钙、α-生育酚、乙氧基喹啉、二丁基羟基甲苯、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、丁基羟基苯甲醚等。
作为上述粘结剂,可举出褐藻酸钠、酪蛋白钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠等。
作为上述乳化剂,可举出甘油脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯等。
作为上述调节剂,可举出甲酸等。
除上述以外,本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料中例如也可以单独或多种混用或并用菖蒲(Acorus calamus)、大蒜(Allium sativum)、莳萝(Anethum graveolens)、中亚苦蒿(Artemisia absinthium)、藏茴香(Carum carvi)、肉桂属(Cinnamomum)、芫荽(Coriandrum sativum)、孜然芹(Cuminum cyminum)、姜黄(Curcuma longa)、柠檬草(Cymbopogon citratus)、洋蓟(Cynara scolymus)、紫锥菊属(Echinacea)、小豆蔻(Elettaria cardamomum)、茴香(Foeniculum vulgare)、银杏(Ginkgo biloba)、洋甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra)、贯叶连翘(Hypericum perforatum)、月桂(Laurus nobilis)、欧当归(Levisticum officinale)、互叶白千层(Melaleuca alternifolia)、香蜂草(Melissaofficinalis)、留兰香(Mentha spicata)、胡椒薄荷(Mentha x piperita)、肉豆蔻(Myristica fragrans)、罗勒(Ocimum basilicum)、马郁兰(Origanum majorana)、牛至(Origanum vulgare)、人参(Panax ginseng)、欧芹(Petroselinum sativum)、多香果(Pimenta dioica)、茴芹(Pimpinella anisum)、黑胡椒(Piper nigrum)、广藿香(Pogostemon cablin)、迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis)、鼠尾草(Salviaofficinalis)、甜叶菊(Stevia rebaudiana)、丁香(Syzygium aromaticum)、菊蒿(Tanacetum vulgare)、西洋蒲公英(Taraxacum officinale)、百里香(Thymus)、阿育魏实(Trachyspermum ammi)、生姜(Zingiber officinale)等草本类。上述草本类之中,优选使用菖蒲(Acorus calamus)、大蒜(Allium sativum)、中亚苦蒿(Artemisia absinthium)、肉桂属(Cinnamomum)、紫锥菊属(Echinacea)、牛至(Origanum vulgare)、丁香(Syzygiumaromaticum)及百里香(Thymus)。除粉末以外,上述草本类也能够进行提取制成精油(essential oil)等形态来使用。
本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料能够作为肉猪用的饲料、作为出生仔猪的饲料来使用,能够改善体重增加。特别是本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料在冷应激及/或热应激的环境下使用的情况下,能够缓解冷应激及/或热应激。具体而言,能够预防及/或改善由冷应激及/或热应激引起的猪的生产性降低,改善仔猪的体重增加,能够预防及/或改善饲料效率及/或育成率的降低。向仔猪给予饲料的时间点为离乳后直至作为肉猪出栏的期间。特别是优选至少向离乳期(约21~70日龄)的仔猪给予本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料。
另外,本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料也能够作为生产仔猪的雌猪(种猪等)的饲料使用,能够使雌猪增重、提高饲料效率,并且提高生殖的生产性。特别是本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料在冷应激及/或热应激的环境下使用的情况下,能够缓解冷应激及/或热应激。具体而言,能够预防及/或改善由冷应激及/或热应激引起的猪的生产性降低,能够预防及/或改善饲料效率及/或育成率的降低。本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料能够在授乳期间、离乳后的交配、妊娠、分娩中的任意期间作为雌猪(种猪等)的饲料使用。
通过向猪给予本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料,能够增加猪体内的还原型谷胱甘肽的量。已知还原型谷胱甘肽捕获活性氧、即具有抗氧化作用。猪体内含有的还原型谷胱甘肽增加这一点意味着活性氧的积累被抑制,猪的抗氧化能力提高、即猪是健康的。
本说明书中,“日增重”是表示家畜的生长速度(体重增加量)的单位,一般以千克/天表示。也称为1日平均增重或日增重。
本说明书中,“饲料转化率(FCR:feed conversion ratio)”是指每生产1kg畜产品所需的摄取(或消耗)饲料数量,是饲料效率(feed efficiency)的倒数,由下式表示。

本说明书中,“冷应激”是指在低温下对温度的应激。低温是指比室温低的温度,通常为比作为猪的饲养温度的适宜温度(例如,26℃)低的温度,例如可举出22℃以下、20℃以下或15℃以下的温度。
本说明书中,“热应激”是指在高温下对温度的应激。高温是指比室温高的温度,通常为比作为猪的饲养温度的适宜温度(例如,26℃)高的温度,例如可举出30℃以上或35℃以上的温度。
实施例
以下,通过实施例具体地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限定。
试验例1
由脱落酸带来的减轻起因于冷应激的生产性降低的效果
(1)材料及方法
引入28日龄的三元杂交(LWD)仔猪84头用于试验。按个体测定仔猪的体重,每1个分区以平均体重相等的方式收容7头,分配成4个试验组,每1组3个分区(重复)。饲养期间为28~70日龄,受试物质使用S-脱落酸(以下,S-ABA)。将S-ABA以表1所示的浓度添加于饲料,将该配合有S-ABA的饲料连日供给至28~70日龄的仔猪。在36~70日龄中实施低温环境。
(2)试验组
设置以下4组。设置每1组3个分区(重复),如下表1所示分配各试验组。

所有组均从28日龄至35日龄于适宜温度进行饲养,在36日龄以后,使用空调进行管理,试验组1为适宜温度,试验组2~4为低温。饲养温度利用设置于饲养室内中央部附近的温湿度计或数据记录器进行测量并记录。适宜温度组的平均室温为26.1℃,低温组的平均室温为20.4℃。
就饲料而言,不间断喂食FEED ONE CO.,LTD.(茨城县神栖市东深芝2番6)制的MAMACOLO前期、中期、及后期饲料。将饲料成分示于表2。饮用水利用带拾取器的给水器进行自由摄取。35日龄之前喂食前期饲料、从36日龄至42日龄为止喂食中期饲料、43日龄以后喂食后期饲料。

(ii)体重:在28、35及70日龄时按个体测定体重,算出测定期间的从35至70日龄的分区平均增重。
(iii)饲料摄取量:对每个分区每日进行测定,算出每周每头的饲料摄取量。另外,由测定期间中的平均饲料摄取量和分区平均增重算出饲料转化率(饲料摄取量/增重)。
研究了通过将脱落酸(ABA)以0.1、0.5及1ppm的浓度添加于饲料,是否能够减轻起因于冷应激的生产性降低。将其结果示于表3~5。

在所有个体中未观察到异常。
(增重)
如表3所示,与适宜温度饲养组相比,以低温饲养并添加了ABA的各组虽然暴露于低温环境,但观察到增重的增加,确认到ABA的减轻冷应激(增重的降低)的效果。

试验例3
由脱落酸带来的增加还原型谷胱甘肽产生的效果
以下述方式验证S-ABA的施予效果。
(1)材料及方法
引入8月龄的未经产猪12头用于试验。从人工受精日开始约40天混料施予表11所示的量的S-ABA(粒径0.1-1mm)。

(2)观察及测定项目
(i)临床症状:每日观察。
(ii)肠道的采集:在妊娠约第40天进行解剖,采集小肠。
(临床症状)
在所有个体中未观察到异常。
(小肠粘膜及上皮细胞中的还原型谷胱甘肽)
将施予约40天后的小肠的还原型谷胱甘肽的测定结果示于表12。使用市售的谷胱甘肽测定试剂盒(同仁化学;GSSH/GSH Quantification Kit)对1g小肠组织中含有的还原型谷胱甘肽进行定量。与未施予S-ABA的试验(No.3-1)相比,向饲料施予10ppm S-ABA的试验(No.3-2)中,小肠组织中的还原型谷胱甘肽量显著增加。

产业上的可利用性
本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料是在猪的饲料中配合脱落酸及/或其盐而成的饲料,能够作为在增重、饲料效率方面优异的猪饲料而用于猪的饲养。本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料能够作为猪用饲料使用来提高生产性,缓解冷应激、热应激,预防及/或改善由冷应激及/或热应激引起的生产性降低,能够预防及/或改善饲料效率及/或育成率的降低。另外,本发明的配合有脱落酸的猪用饲料在向猪施予时能够增加猪体内的还原型谷胱甘肽,能够提高猪的抗氧化能力。
Claims (8)
1.猪用饲料,其中,在饲料中含有0.1~10ppm的脱落酸及/或其盐。
2.如权利要求1所述的猪用饲料,其用于冷应激及/或热应激的缓解。
3.如权利要求2所述的猪用饲料,其中,冷应激及/或热应激的缓解是由冷应激及/或热应激引起的猪的生产性降低的预防及/或改善。
4.如权利要求3所述的猪用饲料,其中,该生产性降低是饲料效率及/或育成率的降低。
5.猪的饲养方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取权利要求1所述的猪用饲料。
6.猪的由寒冷及/或炎热引起的生产性降低的预防及/或改善方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取权利要求1所述的猪用饲料。
7.提高猪的饲料效率的方法,其特征在于,使猪摄取权利要求1所述的猪用饲料。
8.如权利要求1所述的猪用饲料,其用于增加还原型谷胱甘肽。
