Referring to fig. 2, an intelligent processing device 12 is disposed in the handheld integrated box 1, and the intelligent processing device 12 may be a single chip microcomputer or an MCU. The intelligent processing device 12 is coupled with the microsensor 11, the alarm device 13 and the display device 14, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an intelligent processing device 12 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the intelligent processing device 12 includes various program modules, and the program modules in the intelligent processing device 12 may specifically include: a data receiving module 121, a data processing module 122, a discrete data searching module 123, a discrete data clearing module 124, a data averaging module 125, a data analyzing module 126, an environmental poor result processing module 128 and a display module 127.
The data receiving module 121 in the intelligent processing device 12 is respectively coupled to the micro temperature sensor 111, the micro humidity sensor 112, the micro gas sensor 110 and the micro dust sensor 117, and the data receiving module 121 is configured to receive environmental data measured by the micro sensor 11, where the environmental data includes: temperature data, humidity data, gas data, and dust data. The temperature data is measured by the micro temperature sensor 111, the humidity data is measured by the micro humidity sensor 112, the gas data is measured by the micro gas sensor 110, and the dust data is measured by the micro dust sensor 117.
After the inspector turns on the environment detecting device, the temperature, humidity, concentration of various gases and concentration of suspended dust of the air in the area where the environment detecting device is located are detected by the micro sensor 11, and the environmental data detected by the micro sensor 11 are received by the data processing module 122.
After the data receiving module 121 receives the environmental data, the data processing module 122 in the intelligent processing device 12 performs a format normalization process on the received environmental data, where the format normalization process refers to unifying the format of the environmental data, for example, unifying the temperature data into data with a unit of degrees celsius, unifying the humidity data into relative humidity, and the relative humidity refers to a percentage value of the density of water vapor actually contained in the air and the saturated water vapor density at the same temperature.
In other embodiments, after the data processing module 122 in the smart processing device 12 performs the format normalization processing on the received environmental data, the data processing module 122 may be further configured to: the method comprises the steps of intercepting the environmental data in a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval can be 1 second or 2 seconds, the method is reasonable, the method is not limited, whether the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable data or not is judged through the existing unit root checking algorithm, the unit root checking algorithm can adopt an ADF (automatic direct-Fuller) checking algorithm, if the p value of a checking result is smaller than 0.05, the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable data, and if the p value of the checking result is larger than or equal to 0.05, the environmental data in the preset time interval is not stable data. When the environmental data in the preset time interval is not stable data, the display module 127 in the intelligent processing device 12 controls the display device 14 to display waiting information, and the waiting information can be text information of "please check personnel is happy to wait for a measurement result", so that accurate environmental data of a to-be-measured area is detected stably.
The specific process of judging whether the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable data or not through the existing unit root checking algorithm comprises the following steps: assuming that the time sequence of the environmental data in the preset time interval is unstable, performing Monte Carlo simulation on the distribution of the environmental data in the preset time interval to obtain probability distribution of the environmental data in the preset time interval, calculating the P value of the environmental data in the preset time interval under the condition, which is taken as the probability (P value) of the occurrence of the actual situation under the unstable condition, and if the P value is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the probability of the occurrence of the assumption is extremely small, namely indicating that the time sequence of the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable.
In other embodiments, since the micro gas sensor 110 may remain gas in an area after detecting the replacement area, and it takes a lot of time for the micro gas sensor to naturally complete gas exchange, after the detecting personnel turns on the environment detecting device, it is determined whether the gas data in the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable data, if the gas data in the environmental data in the preset time interval is not stable data, the display module 127 in the intelligent processing device 12 may control the display device 14 to display shaking advice information, which may be text information of "please the detecting personnel shake the environment detecting device to increase the detecting speed". Thereby accelerating the gas circulation speed in the micro gas sensor 110 by manually shaking the environment detection device, and further improving the environment detection speed. It should be noted that the priority of the shake advice information is higher than the priority of the waiting information, that is, the shake advice information is preferentially displayed.
After the data processing module 122 performs format normalization processing on the received environmental data and the environmental data in the preset time interval is stable data, the discrete data searching module 123 in the intelligent processing device 12 searches for discrete data in the environmental data in the preset time interval, where the discrete data searching module 123 specifically includes: an average value calculation unit 1231, a standard deviation calculation unit 1232, a discrete threshold calculation unit 1233, and a discrete data determination unit 1234.
The discrete data searching module 123 searches the discrete data in the environment data specifically comprises the following steps: calculating an average value of environmental data in a preset time interval; calculating a standard deviation of the environmental data within a preset time interval by a standard deviation calculating unit 1232; calculating, by a discrete threshold calculating unit 1233, a discrete threshold of the environmental data in the time interval, where the discrete threshold includes a highest discrete threshold and a lowest discrete threshold, the discrete threshold is calculated according to an average value, a standard deviation, and a preset threshold calculation rule, where the preset threshold calculation rule is that the highest discrete threshold=average value+standard deviation×3, and the lowest discrete threshold=average value-standard deviation×3; the discrete data judging unit 1234 sequentially judges whether the environmental data in the preset time interval exceeds the discrete threshold, wherein the exceeding of the discrete threshold refers to that the environmental data is larger than the highest discrete threshold or smaller than the lowest discrete threshold, if the judgment result is that the environmental data in the preset time interval which does not exceed the discrete threshold exceeds the discrete threshold, the environmental data in the preset time interval which does not exceed the discrete threshold is confirmed to be non-discrete data, and the environmental data in the preset time interval which exceeds the discrete threshold is confirmed to be discrete data.
After the discrete data searching module 123 searches the discrete data in the environmental data in the preset time interval, the discrete data in the environmental data in the preset time interval is cleaned by the discrete data cleaning module 124 in the intelligent processing device 12.
After the discrete data clearing module 124 clears the discrete data in the environmental data in the preset time interval, the data averaging module 125 in the intelligent processing device 12 averages the environmental data in the preset time interval after clearing the discrete data, where the obtained environmental data is the average environmental data for clearing the discrete points in the preset time interval.
In other embodiments, after obtaining the average environmental data of the discrete point clearing process in the preset time interval, in order to determine whether the environmental detection device detects an error, the device detection module of the intelligent processing device may execute the following steps to determine whether the average environmental data in the current time interval exceeds the discrete threshold in the previous time interval, if the average environmental data exceeds the discrete threshold in the previous time interval, confirm that the current environmental data has a mutation phenomenon, and if the current environmental data has a mutation phenomenon, determine whether the related environmental data also has a mutation phenomenon, where the related environmental data is environmental data that may change with other types of environmental data at the same time in general, for example, the temperature data and the humidity data are related environmental data, and when the temperature increases, the humidity decreases, and each gas data is related environmental data. If the related environmental data also has mutation, the current environmental data is reserved, and if the related environmental data does not have mutation, the display module 127 in the intelligent processing device 12 controls the display device 14 to display device abnormality warning.
After the data averaging module 125 averages the environmental data within the preset time interval after the discrete data is cleared, the data analysis module 126 in the intelligent processing device 12 analyzes the environmental data processed by the data averaging module 125, where the data analysis module 126 specifically includes: a data comparing unit 1261 and a result generating unit 1262.
The specific process of analyzing the environmental data processed by the data averaging module 125 by the data analysis module 126 is as follows: judging whether the acquired environmental data exceeds the preset corresponding standard data threshold value or not through the data comparison unit 1261, wherein the preset corresponding standard data threshold value is the value range of the temperature, the humidity, the concentration of various gases and the concentration of suspended dust in the air under the normal environment, the preset corresponding standard data threshold value can be the value range of the environment suitable for the human body commonly used in the field, and the corresponding standard data threshold value can also be set by personnel in a personalized way; the environmental analysis result is generated by the result generation unit 1262, and includes an environmental good result and an environmental bad result, if the acquired environmental data has environmental data exceeding a preset corresponding standard data threshold value after the data comparison unit 1261 determines that the environmental data has environmental data exceeding the preset corresponding standard data threshold value, the environmental bad result is generated, and if the acquired environmental data does not have environmental data exceeding the preset corresponding standard data threshold value, the environmental good result is generated. Therefore, as long as one item of environment data exceeds the corresponding standard data threshold value, an environment poor result is generated, and all items of environment data do not exceed the corresponding standard data threshold value, an environment good result is generated.
For example, formaldehyde concentration is 0.1mg/m, formaldehyde concentration corresponds to a standard data threshold of 0.09mg/m, formaldehyde concentration exceeds the corresponding standard data threshold, and poor environmental results are generated.
In other embodiments, the data analysis module 126 may also be a trained environmental analysis model, which may specifically be a neural network model, and the environmental data is input to the trained environmental analysis model to obtain environmental analysis results. The trained environmental analysis model acquisition method comprises the following steps: acquiring a training data set and an initial environment analysis model, wherein the training data set is historical environment data of a local area, the training data set is marked with a real environment analysis result, and the initial environment analysis model is trained by using the training data set until the initial environment analysis model converges, so that a trained environment analysis model is obtained.
After the data analysis module 126 analyzes the environmental data to obtain an environmental analysis result, the display module 127 in the intelligent processing device 12 controls the display device 14 to display the environmental data and the environmental analysis result, and the display device 14 is a touchable display screen, so that man-machine interaction can be realized in terms of the touchable display screen, for example, an operation of setting a corresponding standard data threshold value is performed. For example, when generating an environmentally benign result, the specific content displayed by the display device 14 may be: temperature: 24 ℃, humidity: 45%, methane concentration: 0.3vol%, formaldehyde concentration: 0.03mg/m, oxygen concentration: 20.3%, carbon monoxide concentration: 25PPM, dust concentration: 2mg/m by way of analysis: excellent. When generating an environmental worse result, the specific content displayed by the display device 14 may be: temperature: 24 ℃, humidity: 45%, methane concentration: 0.3vol%, formaldehyde concentration: 0.1mg/m < o > (exceeding the threshold), oxygen concentration: 20.3%, carbon monoxide concentration: 25PPM, dust concentration: 2mg/m by way of analysis: poor.
After the data analysis module 126 analyzes the environmental data to obtain an environmental analysis result, if the environmental analysis result is a poor environmental result, an alarm signal is sent to the alarm device 13 through the poor environmental result processing module 128 in the intelligent processing device 12, so that the alarm device 13 sends an alarm. The alarm means 13 may particularly be a vibration or display of an alarm message of poor environment.
In other embodiments, after the data receiving module 121 receives the environmental data, the intelligent processing device 12 may be in communication connection with an external device through the internet of things access module 15 coupled to the intelligent processing device 12, and the intelligent processing device 12 may send the environmental data and the environmental analysis result to the external device by calling the internet of things access module 15, where the external device may be a terminal, a computer, a central control system, etc., and the internet of things access module 15 may be a 5G communication module.
