The concrete working mode is as follows, because the installation positions of the outer drill sleeve 5 and the drilling rod 4 are fixed, the installation mode of the sample collection tube 9 through the fixed connecting block 901 and the fixed connecting groove 902 is constant relative to the installation position of the drilling rod 4, the installation positions of the guide disc 502 and the sample classification tube 903 in the sample collection tube 9 are corresponding, in the initial state, the discharge hole 504 at the upper end of the guide disc 502 is attached to the sample classification tube 903, the soil entering from the feed hole 505 is guided by the discharge hole 504 to enter the sample classification tube 903, the rotation angle of the sample collection tube 9 is 90 degrees each time, and after the rotation, the new sample classification tube 903 is attached to the discharge hole 504 at the same position.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, a disc cutter 503 is embedded and installed at a position of the upper end surface of the guide plate 502 near to the side of the discharge port 504;
when the sample classification tube 903 rotates, the circular cutter 503 outside the discharge hole 504 can cut off the lower end of the cylindrical sample inside the sample classification tube 903, so that the sample classification tube 903 can rotate conveniently, and the soil residue at the joint is reduced.
The invention also provides a method for using the on-site geological investigation drilling device for building design, which comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, starting a first driving mechanism to drive the drilling rod 4 to rotate, and then starting a second driving mechanism to drive the drilling rod and the outer mounting sleeve 7 to move downwards into a soil layer for exploration;
s2: the drilled sample enters a sample collection mechanism to complete collection of a group of sample data, and a steering mechanism drives the sample collection mechanism to rotate after the drilling of the group of samples is finished;
s3: when drilling is carried out next time, the drilled samples enter a sample collection mechanism after rotation to collect a second group of data samples, and the steps are repeated until the collection of a plurality of groups of samples is finished;
s3: at the next drilling, the drilled sample enters another set of sample sorting tubes 903 in the rotated sample collection mechanism, and the above steps are repeated until the collection of multiple sets of samples is completed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before drilling, by starting the first driving motor 606, the first connecting shaft 605 at the lower end of the first driving motor 606 rotates to drive the driving wheel 604 to rotate, and the driving wheel 604 rotates synchronously with the driven wheel 603 matched with the driving wheel through a belt when in rotation, so that the upper sliding rod 601 is driven to rotate, the lower end of the upper sliding rod 601 is fixedly connected with the drilling rod 4, and then the drilling rod 4 is driven to rotate.
When the drilling starts, the second driving motor 303 is started to drive the second connecting shaft 302 to rotate, finally, the connecting gear 301 is driven to rotate clockwise, and when the connecting gear 301 rotates clockwise, the outer mounting sleeve 7 meshed with the connecting gear 301 slides vertically downwards along the mounting housing 1 to drive the drilling rod 4 to move downwards, and the drill bit mechanism at the lower end of the drilling rod 4 stretches into a soil layer to start drilling.
The sample collection tube 9 is detachable, the sample collection tube 9 is jacked upwards into the cavity inside the drilling rod 4 through the outer drill sleeve 5 at the lower end when being installed, and the fixed connection block 901 is kept to be embedded into the fixed connection groove 902 when being installed;
four sample classifying pipes 903 are arranged in the sample collecting pipe 9, the outer mounting sleeve 7 slides downwards during drilling, the entering sample soil firstly enters one sample classifying pipe 903 along the guide mechanism, after drilling is finished, the outer mounting sleeve 7 is driven to return to the initial height upwards through the second drive mechanism, the outer mounting sleeve 7 can press and open the trigger mechanism, at the moment, the electric telescopic rod 1004 is electrified to open and extends downwards, the deflection plate 1005 can press the ratchet teeth on the left side of the ratchet 1009 until the ratchet teeth on the left side rotate to the lower side, the ratchet 1009 is driven to rotate clockwise, the positioning blocks 1006 on the surface of the ratchet 1009 also synchronously rotate, the elastic sheets 1007 on the two sides are pressed and opened, after the rotation is finished, the elastic sheets are reset and are attached to the two sides of the positioning blocks 1006 again, and the ratchet 1009 only rotates by 90 degrees when the positioning blocks rotate each time because the positioning blocks are square;
at this time, when the ratchet 1009 rotates 90 degrees, the mounting disc 1003 at the lower end and the sample collection tube 9 also rotate 90 degrees, and four sample classification tubes 903 inside the sample collection tube 9 rotate to rotate a new sample classification tube 903 to be attached to the guiding mechanism, so that samples in the next drilling process can enter the new sample classification tube 903, and the mutual contact between multiple groups of samples is avoided, and deviation is generated on detection data;
when the next drilling starts, the electric telescopic rod 1004 is closed and contracted, the deflection plate 1005 moves upwards, at this time, the positioning block 1006 is limited by the elastic sheets 1007 on both sides, the torsion force of the torsion spring 1005-1 at the joint of the deflection plate 1005 is insufficient to move the ratchet 1009, and the elastic sheet 1007 can rotate to be attached to the lower end arc surface of the left ratchet to move upwards to the initial position.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles, principal features and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the above embodiments and descriptions are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
