本发明是一种亚铵法草浆生产胶版印刷纸的方法,包括备料、蒸煮、筛选、洗涤、净化、浓缩、漂白、打浆、配浆、抄纸、压光、卷取工序,特点是蒸煮时,液比为1∶2-2.5,亚铵用量15-17%,缓冲剂用量2-3%,蒸煮压力0.75-0.8MPa,蒸煮温度160-175℃,保温2:00-2:30小时,蒸解硬度10-12K值,残留亚铵8-10g/l,残液pH≥7,该工艺污染轻,得率高,纤维强度高,能生产高质量胶版印刷纸。

Description

亚铵法草浆生产胶版印刷纸
本发明涉及草类原料,特别是麦草原料亚铵法制纸浆工艺。
目前,国外生产胶版印刷纸大都以木材为原料,碱法制浆,虽然能得到高质量的胶版印刷纸,但成本高、污染严重、浪费资源;国内一些造纸厂用草类为原料,碱法制浆生产胶版印刷纸,虽然解决了资源问题,但仍存在严重的污染,个别厂家试验用亚铵法草浆生产胶印刷纸,但一直没有实际应用。
本发明的目的是提供一种污染轻、成本低的亚铵法草浆生产胶版印刷纸的方法。
本发明是这样实现的:工艺流程为,备料(切草→除尘)→蒸煮→筛选→洗涤→净化→浓缩→漂白→打浆→配浆→抄纸→压光→卷取。其特征是在蒸煮工序,草与水的比为1∶2-2.5,亚铵用量占绝干草重15-17%,缓冲剂用量占绝干草重2-3%,蒸煮压力0.75-0.8MPa,蒸煮温度160-175℃,保温时可2:00-2:30,粗浆质量为:硬度10-12K值,残亚铵8-10g/l,残液PH≥7。
本发明蒸煮工序中,蒸煮条件比较缓和,对纤维破坏小,容易打浆,纤维强度高,使成纸裂断长增大,制浆得率高,易于漂白。造纸废液为中性,可作肥料。
下面以麦草为原料,结合实施例进行详述。
(1)备料:以100%麦草为原料,切草规格20-30mm,含尘率≤5%,切草合格率≥85%。
(2)蒸煮:装球量3400kg/球绝干草,亚安用量占绝干草17%(按100%亚铵计),尿素用量占绝干草2%(按100%N计),液比1∶2.5,蒸气压0.75MPa,蒸煮曲线:

粗浆质量:硬度11-12(K值),残亚铵8-10g/l,黑液PN≥7。
(3)筛选:跳筛筛孔φ5-10mm。
(4)洗涤:水平带式真空洗浆机,洗后残亚铵≤0.1g/l。
(5)净化:CX筛筛选,606锥形除渣器除渣。
(6)浓缩:圆网和侧压浓缩机。
(7)漂白:35m3漂白机一段二次漂白,漂率10%,白度≥70%。
(8)打浆:草浆叩解度35-40°SR,木浆叩解度40-48°SR,草浆中加入25%的木浆。
(9)配浆:施胶量1.5%,(Al3)2SO4用量5%,增白剂用量0.5%。
(10)抄纸:定量70g/m2,抄宽1768mm,成品宽1760mm,车速150m/min。
(11)压光。
(12)卷取。
成品纸质量指标如下:
定量g/m2:70±3。
水份%:5-7
施胶度mm:双胶纸大于0.75。
白度:≥82%
裂断长度m:纵向4100,横向2700。

Claims (2)

1、一种亚铵法草浆生产胶版印刷纸的方法,包括备料、筛选、洗涤、净化、浓缩、漂白、打浆、配浆、抄纸、压光、卷取工序,其特征是在筛选前的蒸煮工序,蒸煮时,草与水的比为1∶2-2.5,亚铵用量占绝干草重15-17%,缓冲剂用量为N含量占绝干草重2-3%,蒸煮压力0.75-0.8MPa,蒸煮温度160-175℃,保温时间2:00-2:30,蒸球出浆质量为:硬度10-12K值,残留亚铵8-10g/l,残液PH≥7。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于缓冲剂为尿素或氨水。
