本发明提出了一种用于防治皮肤干痒和皲裂的含蟒蛇油的护肤品及其制备工艺,包括如下组分:蟒蛇油、保湿剂、舒缓剂、乳化剂和水;所述舒缓剂包括马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;所述保湿剂包括鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油。本发明制备得到的含蟒蛇油的护肤品具有较好的保湿性能,在25±2℃、相对湿度80±1%的环境下,24时的保湿率在85.24~86.46%之间,48h的保湿率在71.65~75.57%之间,并对皮肤皲裂程度有良好的缓解作用。

背景技术
蟒蛇(学名:Python bivittatus)是蟒科,蟒属大型爬行动物,由蟒蛇脂肪经过加工提炼形成的油脂,为蟒蛇油。蛇油是中国传统的纯天然护肤品,早年间已有记载其用于调理烫伤、烧伤、冻疮等皮肤疾患,对皮肤具有滋润和修复的作用。但蛇油的腥味较重,限制了蛇油在现代护肤品中的应用。市面上的膏霜类产品中,其含有的蛇油量较低,对于皮肤皲裂、冻伤等恢复作用并不明显,通常仅是将这类含有蛇油的霜膏类用于皮肤疾患的预防应用上,导致皮肤疾患的恢复周期较长。久而久之,这类含有蛇油的霜膏类护肤品则成为日常皮肤护理所用,降低了蛇油的功效。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种用于防治皮肤干痒和皲裂的含蟒蛇油的护肤品及其制备工艺,通过搭配马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油作为舒缓剂,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油作为保湿剂,使蟒蛇油与舒缓剂和保湿剂协同,达到增强含蟒蛇油的护肤品对皮肤疾患的功效。

进一步的,本发明提供上述蟒蛇油的加工方法包括:取蟒蛇脂肪,冷冻干燥,加入提取溶剂进行超声提取,蒸干去除溶剂,得粗蟒蛇油;将粗蟒蛇油进行水蒸气蒸馏后,得蟒蛇油。
进一步的,所述提取溶剂为正己烷和/或丙酮溶液,料液重量体积比为1g:10~12mL。
更进一步的,所述超声提取的功率为180~220W,超声提取的时间为30~50min,超声提取的温度为40~50℃;所述水蒸气蒸馏的温度为160~180℃,水蒸气蒸馏的压力为0.01~0.02MPa。
进一步的,本发明还提供上述的护肤品的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:将保湿剂、舒缓剂和水混合,搅拌,加入蟒蛇油和乳化剂,水浴搅拌,均质,得所述含蟒蛇油的护肤品。
进一步的,所述水浴搅拌的温度为40~50℃,水浴搅拌的时间为30~50min。
进一步的,所述均质的转速为5000~8000rpm/min,均质的时间为10~15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过搭配马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油作为舒缓剂,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油作为保湿剂,使蟒蛇油与舒缓剂和保湿剂协同,制备得到的含蟒蛇油的护肤品具有较好的保湿性能,在25±2℃、相对湿度80±1%的环境下,24时的保湿率在85.24~86.46%之间,48h的保湿率在71.65~75.57%之间。
本发明获得的含蟒蛇油的护肤品对皮肤皲裂程度有良好的缓解作用,并有助于改善皮肤营养状态,渗透滋润皮肤细胞,起到促进创面快速愈合的功效;通过与舒缓剂、保湿剂的相互配合,有效达到增强含蟒蛇油的护肤品对皮肤疾患的功效。
本发明通过真空冷冻干燥、有机溶剂超声提取、水蒸气蒸馏等一系列提取步骤,提炼得到的蟒蛇油,具有乳白色色泽、软膏半固体状态的质地,同时无异味、无腥味,酸值符合要求,精制率较高,蟒蛇油富含多种微量元素和脂肪酸,有效促进皮肤新陈代谢,滋润皮肤细胞、缓解皮肤干痒,增强皮肤的抵抗能力。

为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1-蟒蛇油的制备
取蟒蛇脂肪,真空冷冻干燥后粉碎,加入提取溶剂正己烷或丙酮溶液,进行超声提取,旋转蒸干去除提取溶剂,而后进行水蒸气蒸馏,蒸汽流量调到最大,蒸馏完成后抽真空1h去除水蒸气,得成品蟒蛇油,提取条件如下:

依据GB/T 35252-2017《动植物油脂2-硫代巴比妥酸值的测定直接法》的方法,测定蟒蛇油的酸值;精制率(%)=成品蟒蛇油重量/粗蟒蛇油重量×100%,结果如下:

由表2看出,丙酮提取的蟒蛇油酸值较低,但精制率低于正己烷,综合考虑选用正己烷作为提取溶剂,通过真空冷冻干燥、有机溶剂超声提取、水蒸气蒸馏等一系列提取步骤,可获得乳白色色泽、质地呈现软膏半固体状态、无异味与腥味的成品蟒蛇油,酸值符合要求,精制率较高。超声功率提高,但时间较短,则蟒蛇油的色泽稍差;超声温度升高,酸值有所增加,且对气味和颜色有影响,温度过高对蟒蛇油中的热不稳定物质存在影响,易产生副产物,降低精制率。
实施例2-含蟒蛇油的护肤品的制备
各配方如下:

注:配方A中,马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油的质量比为3:3:2,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油的质量比为1:3:1:1,甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80的质量比为1:1:1;
配方B中,马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油的质量比为3:2:2,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油的质量比为1:3:1:2,甘油亚油酸酯和甘油硬脂酸酯的质量比为1:1;
配方C中,马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油的质量比为3:3:2,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油的质量比为1:3:1:1,甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80的质量比为1:1:2;
配方D中,马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油的质量比为3:3:2,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油的质量比为2:3:1:2,甘油亚油酸酯和甘油硬脂酸酯的质量比为1:1;
配方E中,马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油的质量比为6:1:1,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油的质量比为0.5:0.5:1:4,甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80的质量比为1:1:1。
上述配方的含蟒蛇油的护肤品的制备工艺,步骤如下:将保湿剂、舒缓剂和水混合,搅拌,加入蟒蛇油和乳化剂,45℃水浴搅拌40min后,以7000rpm/min进行均质12min,得所述含蟒蛇油的护肤品。
试验例1
取上述各个配方的含蟒蛇油的护肤品1.0g,记录为M0,置于25±2℃、相对湿度80±1%的环境下,分别于24h和48h后取出称重,记录为M1,计算保湿率,保湿率(%)=M0/M1×100%,结果如下:

由上表4可见,含蟒蛇油的护肤品的体外保湿率随时间的延长均有不同程度的降低,24时的保湿率在85.24~86.46%之间,48h的保湿率在71.65~75.57%之间,由结果表明,本发明制备的含蟒蛇油的护肤品具有较好的保湿性能,可防止角质层的水分流失,降低水分流失的速率,选用蟒蛇油,搭配马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油作为舒缓剂,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油作为保湿剂,可提高组分的渗透效率,达到有效滋润皮肤细胞、缓解皮肤干痒等症状的效果。
实施例3
含蟒蛇油的护肤品的配方如下:
蟒蛇油65份、保湿剂240份、舒缓剂48份、乳化剂48份和水1000份;舒缓剂为质量比3:0.5:0.5的马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;保湿剂为质量比0.2:3:0.2:1的鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油,乳化剂为质量比1:1:1的甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80。
制备上述含蟒蛇油的护肤品的工艺方法如下:
将保湿剂、舒缓剂和水混合,搅拌,加入蟒蛇油和乳化剂,45℃水浴搅拌40min后,以7000rpm/min进行均质12min,得所述含蟒蛇油的护肤品。
经检测,24时该护肤品的保湿率为80.84%。
对比例1
含蟒蛇油的护肤品的配方如下:
蟒蛇油65份、保湿剂240份、舒缓剂48份、乳化剂48份和水1000份;舒缓剂为质量比1:1的红花油和α-红没药醇;保湿剂为质量比1:3的蜂蜡和透明质酸钠,乳化剂为质量比1:1:1的甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80。
制备上述含蟒蛇油的护肤品的工艺方法如下:
将保湿剂、舒缓剂和水混合,搅拌,加入蟒蛇油和乳化剂,45℃水浴搅拌40min后,以7000rpm/min进行均质12min,得所述含蟒蛇油的护肤品。
经检测,24时该护肤品的保湿率为75.22%。
试验例2
选用SD雄性大鼠30只,SPF级,体质量约180~200g。适应性饲养一周后,采用氢氧化钠制备大鼠皮肤皲裂模型,大鼠背部脱毛后,5M氢氧化钠溶液涂抹背部脱毛区域,每天于18℃冷风刺激背部脱毛区域2次,每次30min,连续冷风刺激7d后,致使大鼠背部皮肤发生皲裂,得到大鼠皮肤皲裂模型。
实验组均匀涂抹0.5g配方A的含蟒蛇油的护肤品,至皲裂皮肤吸收,每天涂抹两次,连续涂抹7d。
对照组涂抹等量的市售蛇油防冻润肤霜。
空白组不做任何处理。
实验结束后,观察大鼠背部皮肤皲裂程度,进行评分,评分标准和结果分别如下,评分越高表明皲裂程度越厉害:

由表6可知,实验组和对照组对大鼠皮肤皲裂模型的外观皲裂程度的影响,随着时间的增加对皮肤外观皲裂程度则有所缓解,涂抹本发明的含蟒蛇油的护肤品7d后,皲裂程度评分仅有1.62分,对照组3.19分,表明本发明选用蟒蛇油,搭配马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油作为舒缓剂,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油作为保湿剂,制备获得的含蟒蛇油的护肤品,对皮肤皲裂程度有良好的缓解作用,并有助于改善皮肤营养状态,渗透滋润皮肤细胞,起到促进创面快速愈合的功效。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于防治皮肤干痒和皲裂的含蟒蛇油的护肤品,其特征在于,包括如下组分:蟒蛇油、保湿剂、舒缓剂、乳化剂和水;
所述舒缓剂包括马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;
所述保湿剂包括鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肤品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:蟒蛇油60~82份、保湿剂220~380份、舒缓剂45~60份、乳化剂40~50份和水900~1200份;
所述舒缓剂包括质量比为3~4:2~3:1~2的马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;
所述保湿剂包括质量比为1~2:2~4:1~2:1~2的鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的护肤品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:蟒蛇油60~70份、保湿剂220~260份、舒缓剂45~50份、乳化剂40~50份和水900~1200份;
所述舒缓剂包括质量比为3~4:2~3:1~2的马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;
所述保湿剂包括质量比为1~2:2~4:1~2:1~2的鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油;
所述乳化剂包括甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯或吐温80中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的护肤品,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:包括如下重量份的组分:蟒蛇油65份、保湿剂240份、舒缓剂48份、乳化剂48份和水1000份;
所述舒缓剂包括质量比为3:3:2的马里苷、植物鞘氨醇和红花油;
所述保湿剂包括质量比为1:3:1:1的鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、透明质酸钠、凡士林和甘油;
所述乳化剂包括质量比1:1:1的甘油亚油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯和吐温80。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述蟒蛇油的加工方法包括:取蟒蛇脂肪,冷冻干燥,加入提取溶剂进行超声提取,蒸干去除溶剂,得粗蟒蛇油;将粗蟒蛇油进行水蒸气蒸馏后,得蟒蛇油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述提取溶剂为正己烷和/或丙酮溶液,料液重量体积比为1g:10~12mL。
7.根据权利要求5所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述超声提取的功率为180~220W,超声提取的时间为30~50min,超声提取的温度为40~50℃;所述水蒸气蒸馏的温度为160~180℃,水蒸气蒸馏的压力为0.01~0.02MPa。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的护肤品的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将保湿剂、舒缓剂和水混合,搅拌,加入蟒蛇油和乳化剂,水浴搅拌,均质,得所述含蟒蛇油的护肤品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的护肤品的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述水浴搅拌的温度为40~50℃,水浴搅拌的时间为30~50min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的护肤品的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述均质的转速为5000~8000rpm/min,均质的时间为10~15min。
