As shown in fig. 2, the fan assembly comprises a wind wheel, a driving motor and a wind scooper, the driving motor is installed in the shell through a fixing piece 30, the center of the wind wheel is connected with a power output shaft of the driving motor, the wind wheel is arranged in the wind scooper, two sides of the wind scooper are respectively communicated with the air purifying assembly and the equipment main air inlet, an opening end of the wind scooper is an air outlet of the fan assembly, a longitudinal air channel is formed between the air outlet and the inner wall of the shell, the stepped atomization box is installed above the wind scooper, and the longitudinal air channel extends upwards and then is communicated with an area above the stepped atomization box to form an air supply area. The lowest atomizing unit of the stepped atomizing box is located above the air outlet of the fan assembly, namely located on one side of the longitudinal air duct. The longitudinal air duct is also provided with a flow guiding structure 24 (shown in fig. 3), and one side of the flow guiding structure facing the air supply area is a smooth curved surface, so that the air flow direction can be effectively guided. The bottom of the longitudinal air duct is provided with a water outlet 25 communicated with the water tank, and the bottom of the air guide cover is also provided with an air guide cover water drain groove 26 communicated with the water tank.
The outside of air purification subassembly is equipped with the air inlet filter screen as the total air intake of equipment, and the air inlet filter screen inboard is equipped with first active carbon layer and HEPA (high-efficient air cleaner promptly) in proper order, and air purification subassembly is constituteed to air inlet filter screen, first active carbon layer and HEPA.
The water tank is also internally provided with a water purifying component A (shown in fig. 3 or 4) with a hidden structure, and the water purifying component comprises a medical stone layer 31, a silver ion cotton layer 32, a second activated carbon layer 33 and a filter material cover 34 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top as shown in fig. 2; the water pipe includes drinking-water pipe and delivery pipe, and the water inlet end and the water purification subassembly of drinking-water pipe are connected, and the play water end and the water pump of drinking-water pipe are connected, and the water inlet end and the water pump exit linkage of delivery pipe, the play water end and the water inlet of cascaded atomizing box of delivery pipe are connected. The water tank can adopt drawer type structure, the user of being convenient for changes or adds water, and wherein water purification module designs into hidden structure in the water tank, and the water in the water tank is filtered in proper order through medical stone layer, silver ion cotton layer, second active carbon layer back, is taken out through the suction pipe by the suction pump to in passing through the delivery pipe and delivering to ultrasonic atomization device.
The humidification and purification method of the humidification and purification integrated machine with the stepped atomization device in the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps: in the ultrasonic atomization device, after water enters the atomization unit at the highest position from the water inlet, the water overflows to the atomization unit at the next stage after being full along with the rising of the water level in the atomization unit at the highest position, and then overflows step by step until the atomization unit at the lowest position is full of water, and redundant water is discharged from the overflow tank; the ultrasonic atomization sheets in the atomization units at each stage atomize water in the atomization units to form water mist columns which are inclined upwards (as shown by a dotted line in fig. 4), meanwhile, the fan assembly sends purified air flow to the air supply area, the air flow is in an inclined upwards conveying mode (as shown by an arrow direction in fig. 4), on one hand, water mist in the water mist columns is carried in the air flow rising process to be sent to the equipment total air outlet together to form air after humidification and purification (large mist output is achieved, so that the mist is effectively stirred in a space to enable the humidity to be more balanced), and on the other hand, the air flow also enables the water mist columns in the atomization units to be beaten to the atomization units at the upper stage, so that a water backflow effect is formed in the stepped atomization box (the working times of the water pump can be effectively reduced, and the cycle utilization rate of overflow water is improved).

Claims (10)

1. The humidifying and purifying integrated machine with the stepped atomizing device is characterized in that an ultrasonic atomizing device is arranged in an air supply area formed between an outlet of a fan assembly and a main air outlet of equipment; the ultrasonic atomization device is of an inclined stepped structure and comprises a stepped atomization box and an ultrasonic atomization sheet, the stepped atomization box comprises a multistage atomization unit with an upward opening, baffles are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the multistage atomization units, the bottom surfaces of the multistage atomization units are respectively inclined surfaces, the ultrasonic atomization sheet is respectively fixed on the bottom surfaces of the multistage atomization units, a water inlet is formed in the side wall of the atomization unit located at the highest position, and an overflow groove is formed in one side of the atomization unit located at the lowest position.

The integrated humidification and purification machine with the step atomization device according to claim 1, wherein in the air supply area, the direction of the air flow is inclined upwards as a whole, and the height of each stage of atomization unit in the step atomization box is gradually increased along the direction of the inclined upwards of the air flow, and the lowest stage of atomization unit is arranged outside the longitudinal air duct at the outlet of the fan assembly.

The humidifying and purifying integrated machine with the stepped atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein the stepped atomizing box comprises three stages of atomizing units, namely a first stage atomizing unit, a second stage atomizing unit and a third stage atomizing unit in sequence from the highest position to the lowest position, and the bottom surfaces of the atomizing units at all stages are inclined inwards by 3-8 degrees.

The humidifying and purifying integrated machine with the stepped atomizing device according to claim 1, further comprising a shell, a water tank, a water pump, a water pipe, a fan assembly and an air purifying assembly, wherein the side wall of the shell is provided with a main air inlet, the top of the shell is provided with a main air outlet, the main air inlet is provided with the air purifying assembly, the main air outlet is provided with an air outlet grille, the water tank is arranged at the lower part in the shell, the fan assembly is arranged above the water tank, two sides of the fan assembly are respectively communicated with the main air inlet, the ultrasonic atomizing device is arranged above the fan assembly, and the water inlet of the ultrasonic atomizing device is connected to the water tank through the water pipe and the water pump.

The humidifying and purifying integrated machine with the stepped atomizing device according to claim 4, wherein the fan assembly comprises a wind wheel, a driving motor and a wind scooper, the driving motor is installed in the shell through a fixing piece, the center of the wind wheel is connected with a power output shaft of the driving motor, the wind wheel is arranged in the wind scooper, two sides of the wind scooper are respectively communicated with the air purifying assembly and the equipment main air inlet, an opening end of the wind scooper is an air outlet of the fan assembly, a longitudinal air channel is formed between the air outlet and the inner wall of the shell, the stepped atomizing box is installed above the wind scooper, and the longitudinal air channel is communicated with an area above the stepped atomizing box after being upwards extended and forms an air supply area.
6. The integrated humidifying and purifying machine with the stepped atomizing device according to claim 5, wherein a flow guiding structure is further arranged in the longitudinal air duct, and one side of the flow guiding structure facing the air supply area is a smooth curved surface.

The humidifying and purifying integrated machine with the stepped atomizing device according to claim 5, wherein a water outlet communicated with the water tank is arranged at the bottom of the longitudinal air duct, and a wind guide cover water draining groove communicated with the water tank is also arranged at the bottom of the wind guide cover.
