the first adjusting unit comprises a fixed disc fixedly sleeved on the first funnel, the bottom ends of the fixed disc are fixedly connected with connecting struts distributed in a circumferential array, and the bottom ends of the connecting struts are fixedly connected with each other;
the second adjusting unit comprises a fixed ball fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting support rod, the fixed ball is fixedly connected to a through hole formed in the top of the blocking cylinder, first elastic sheets distributed in a circumferential array are fixedly connected to the fixed ball, the outer side wall of each first elastic sheet is fixedly connected with the blocking cylinder and the inner side wall of the second funnel, the bottom end of each first elastic sheet is fixedly connected with a mounting sheet body, and the mounting sheet body is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second funnel;
