The prior art does not provide a method for continuously producing and rubberizing a battery string without a main grid structure, and how to continuously rubberize a battery piece becomes a problem to be solved in the field.

Preferably, after the lower tape set 8 is attached to the battery sheet 9 from bottom to top, the lower tape set 8 is rolled by a liftable roller 11 to ensure firm attachment. In the process of adhering the bottom of the battery piece 9, a carrying mechanism (a sucker) above the battery piece 9 and a rolling mechanism below the lower adhesive tape group 8 apply pressure in opposite directions (the direction of the battery piece 9) to bear the battery piece 9, after the adhesive tape of the lower adhesive tape group 8 is contacted with the battery piece 9, the fixing of the lower adhesive tape group 8 is loosened, and the firm adhesion of the lower adhesive tape group 8 is realized through reciprocating rolling.
S4: if there are other battery cells 9 in the next battery cell station of the currently operated battery cell 9, all battery cells 9 downstream of the currently operated battery cell 9 are moved downstream by one battery cell station.

S5: the battery piece 9, the welding band group 7 and the lower band group 8 which are operated currently are moved downstream by one battery piece station; after the movement, if the next battery piece station of the battery piece 9 currently operated has the battery piece 9, the cut part of the welding band group 7 longer than the lower band group 8 is placed above the battery piece 9 on the next battery piece station (i.e. the fixed table 4), the battery piece 9 and the welding band group 7 on the next battery piece station (i.e. the fixed table 4) are adhered by using the rubberizing band group, and the adhering face of the rubberizing band group is downward.
The battery piece 9, the welding band set 7 and the lower band set 8 are moved downstream by one battery piece station using the movable suction cup 3.
The tape-feeding and tape-pulling cutting device uses a tape-feeding group to paste the battery piece 9 and the welding group 7 on the next battery piece station. The step of attaching the battery 9 and the solder strip set 7 on the next battery station using the tape set may be performed simultaneously with steps S1-S3 to improve efficiency.
S6: and repeating the steps S1 to S5 until the corresponding welding strip pasting actions of all the battery pieces 9 are completed, namely, the pasting work of the welding strip group below the last battery piece and the pasting work of the welding strip group above the last-last battery piece are completed.
S7: a solder ribbon set 7 above the last battery piece 9 is glued.
The method for pasting the welding band group 7 above the last battery piece 9 comprises the following steps: the method from step S1 to step S3 is adopted to enable the welding strip group 7 to be stuck on the bottom surface of a battery piece 9 by the adhesive tape of the lower adhesive tape group 8, the battery piece 9 is the first battery piece of the next battery string, and the length of the welding strip group 7 is larger than the lengths of the two battery pieces 9; the length direction of the battery piece 9 is consistent with the length direction of the welding strip group 7;
all downstream battery pieces 9 are moved downstream by one battery piece station;
the first battery piece 9, the welding band group 7 and the lower adhesive band group 8 of the next battery string are moved downwards, part of the welding band group 7 is arranged above the battery piece 9 on the station of the last battery piece, the first battery piece 9 and the last battery piece 9 of the next battery string are separated, and the first battery piece 9 and the last battery piece 9 of the next battery string are separated by a preset distance;
the last battery piece 9 and the welding band group 7 are stuck by using the upper adhesive tape group, and the sticking surface of the upper adhesive tape group faces downwards;
and cutting a welding band group 7 and a lower band group 8 between the last battery piece 9 and the first battery piece 9 of the next battery string.
The scheme is that the welding strip group and the battery piece are adhered to the lower adhesive tape from bottom to top, after the battery piece is moved, the upper adhesive tape is adhered to the upper battery piece and the welding strip group from top to bottom, and by adopting the mode, the upper surface and the lower surface of the battery piece can be adhered with the welding strip at the same time, and the method can be applied to continuous production of battery strings. The movement of the prepared battery strings and the pasting of the welding strips on the upper surfaces of the battery pieces can be realized by using the second movable carrier, the fixed table and the second conveyor belt. The upper surface and the lower surface of the welding strip are adhered simultaneously, so that the working efficiency of battery string preparation is improved. The method has the following advantages:
1. the continuous string making process is applied to battery strings, and the process is used for pasting the adhesive tape groups corresponding to the welding tape groups on the upper surface and the lower surface of the corresponding battery pieces, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be considered, the use cost of equipment can be reduced, and the continuous string making process can be applied to continuous production in the production process.
2. The upper surface and the lower surface of the battery piece can be rolled simultaneously in the process flow, so that the adhesive tape group with a narrower shape has more firm bonding effect.
3. The flexible adsorption structure on the movable sucker can prevent the battery piece from being hidden and cracked due to hard contact, and can reduce the stress concentration on the surface of the first conveyor belt while guaranteeing the adsorption function.
4. The design of the gap matching structure of the second conveyor belt and the supporting plate can make the battery piece softer in the process of placing the battery piece, and can provide basic structural support for the equipment to realize the functions of the battery piece.

s1: pulling out the lower adhesive tape group and the welding tape group, so that the lower adhesive tape group is positioned below the welding tape group and the adhesive surface of the lower adhesive tape group faces upwards, each adhesive tape of the lower adhesive tape group corresponds to one welding tape of the welding tape group, and the width of the adhesive tape is larger than that of the welding tape;
s2: cutting a lower adhesive tape group, adhering a welding tape group from bottom to top, cutting the welding tape group, wherein the cut welding tape group is longer than the lower adhesive tape group, and the part of the cut welding tape group longer than the lower adhesive tape group extends downstream; the method comprises the steps that a first movable carrier is used for moving a lower adhesive tape group, the first movable carrier comprises an adsorption device and a first lifting device, the adsorption device is positioned at the top of the first movable carrier and used for adsorbing the lower adhesive tape group, and the first lifting device is used for lifting the first movable carrier;
s3: pasting the lower adhesive tape group from bottom to top with the battery piece and/or pasting the battery piece from top to bottom with the lower adhesive tape group, so that the welding tape group is adhered to the bottom surface of the battery piece by the adhesive tape of the lower adhesive tape group; the first movable carrier further comprises a liftable roller positioned at the upper part of the first movable carrier, and the liftable roller is positioned below the lower adhesive tape group; after the lower adhesive tape group is stuck with the battery piece from top to bottom, rolling the lower adhesive tape group by using a lifting roller;
s4: if the next battery piece station of the currently operated battery piece has other battery pieces, all battery pieces downstream of the currently operated battery piece are moved downstream by one battery piece station;
s5: moving the currently operated battery piece, the welding belt group and the lower adhesive belt group to a battery piece station downstream; after moving, if the next battery piece station of the currently operated battery piece is provided with a battery piece, placing a part of the cut welding strip group which is longer than the lower adhesive tape group above the battery piece on the next battery piece station, and adhering the battery piece and the welding strip group on the next battery piece station by using the adhesive tape group, wherein the adhering surface of the adhesive tape group faces downwards;
s6: and repeating the steps S1 to S5 until the corresponding welding strip pasting actions of all the battery pieces are completed.
2. The method of rubberizing a battery string according to claim 1, further comprising S7: sticking a welding strip group above the last battery piece;
the method for pasting the welding strip above the last battery piece comprises the following steps: the method from step S1 to step S3 is adopted to enable the welding strip group to be stuck on the bottom surface of a battery piece by the adhesive tape of the lower adhesive tape group, the battery piece is the first battery piece of the next battery string, and the length of the welding strip group is larger than the lengths of two battery pieces; the length direction of the battery piece is consistent with the length direction of the welding strip group;
all downstream battery pieces are moved to one battery piece station;
moving the first battery piece, the welding band group and the lower adhesive tape group of the next battery string downstream, and arranging a part of the welding band group above the battery piece on the station of the last battery piece, wherein the first battery piece and the last battery piece of the next battery string are separated;
using the upper adhesive tape group to adhere the last battery piece and the welding tape group, wherein the adhesive tape group is adhered face down;
and cutting a welding band group and a lower band group between the last battery piece and the first battery piece of the next battery string.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S1, each of the solder strips is located at a center position of the corresponding tape in the width direction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S3, the movable suction cup is used to move the battery piece above the lower tape group;
in the step S5, a movable sucker is used for moving the battery piece, the welding belt group and the lower adhesive belt group to the downstream by one battery piece station;
the movable sucker comprises a moving device for moving the battery piece.
5. The method for rubberizing a battery string according to claim 1, wherein a second moving carrier, a stationary table, and a second conveyor belt are provided in this order downstream of the first moving carrier along a conveying direction of the battery piece;
