1. An intelligent knob, characterized in that it comprises:
the shell assembly is internally provided with a cavity, a pressing part is embedded in the upper end face of the shell assembly, and the upper surface of the pressing part is exposed;
the control rod is sleeved at the upper end of the control rod, and the control rod is used for being inserted into a valve core of the kitchen range;
and the micro switch is arranged in the cavity, and is configured to be triggered when the pressing part is pressed so as to send a trigger signal for shifting the range hood to the range hood.

The intelligent knob according to claim 1, wherein the housing assembly comprises a housing and a base, the housing comprises a cylindrical member sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the base and an end plate connected to the upper end surface of the cylindrical member, and the cavity is formed between the end plate and the base;
the pressing part is made of silica gel, a through hole is formed in the end plate, and the pressing part fills the through hole.

The intelligent knob of claim 6 further comprising a cooktop control unit, wherein the micro switch and the cooktop control unit are electrically connected by a connection assembly, the connection assembly comprises a circuit board and a plug assembly, the circuit board is placed in the cavity, the micro switch is mounted on the circuit board, and the plug assembly is connected to the cooktop control unit through the base;
the first communication module in the kitchen range control unit is interconnected with the corresponding second communication module in the smoke exhaust ventilator.

The intelligent knob according to claim 7, wherein the connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector, the base is provided with a through hole, the first connector is connected to the circuit board and penetrates through the through hole to be inserted and fixed with the second connector, and the second connector is connected to the kitchen range control unit through a wire harness assembly;
the first connecting piece is provided with an extending part, the diameter of the extending part is larger than that of the mounting hole, and the extending part is positioned below the mounting hole.

the circuit board is connected with the base through a second support column.
