At present, the problems that the data of the weighing controller is distorted, the ash discharge weight of each time has larger error, the uploading network data is not in agreement with the actual severity (the accumulated number of each ash discharge hole is about 4 tons in each day), the weighing controller is halted and controlled to be out of order sometimes, and the production and data acquisition are seriously affected.
