Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cooling member 9 is symmetrically disposed at the lower side of the n+2th and n+3rd lock pipe mechanisms 1 at the rear side of the lower row, and is used for performing blowing cooling on the pipe connectors of the n+2th and n+3th groups of the lower row, the cooling member 9 includes a cavity formed in the pallet 6 corresponding to the pipe connectors of the n+2th and n+3th groups of the lower row, a plurality of air injection holes 91 are formed in the side wall of the cavity, close to the pipe connectors, of the cavity, a side wall pipeline of the cavity, far away from the pipe connectors, is connected with the output end of the air pump 92, the air pump 92 is fixedly connected with the outside of the outer casing 12, and the air pump 92 is electrically connected with the intermittent switch controller.
Referring to fig. 1, the blanking member 10 is disposed on the upper side of the n+4 group pipe locking mechanism 1 at the rear side of the lower row, and is used for pushing and blanking the n+4 group pipe connectors of the lower row, the blanking member 10 includes a second electric push rod 1002 fixedly connected to the inner supporting plate 11 corresponding to the middle part of the n+4 group pipe connectors of the lower row, the lower end of the second electric push rod 1002 is fixedly connected with a push fork 1001, and the second electric push rod 1002 is electrically connected with an intermittent switch controller.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 7, in specific operation, the intermittent switch controller controls the heating resistance wire 71 to operate, then the heating resistance wire 71 is utilized to generate heat to dry the paint on the surface of the pipe connector quickly, the intermittent switch controller controls the air pump 92 to operate to pump air, the air jet hole 91 on the supporting plate 6 jets out flowing air to dry and cool the paint on the pipe connector, the intermittent switch controller controls the second electric push rod 1002 to extend, the push fork 1001 is driven to push the pipe connector, the pressing pressure of the pipe connector is higher than the clamping force of the clamping fork 103, and the pipe connector is automatically separated from the pipe locking mechanism 1 after the attractive force of the magnetic ball 101.
Referring to fig. 4, a section of the guide clamping roller 113 located inside the connecting block 112 is provided with a ring groove, a side surface of the connecting block 112 is connected with a clamping bolt in a threaded manner, and an inner end of the clamping bolt extends into the ring groove.
During specific work, the pipe locking mechanism can be detached through separation of the clamping bolts and the annular grooves, so that maintenance inside the equipment is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the side shield 131, which is not in contact with the inner support plate 11, has its outer connecting wall of the loop-shaped connecting cover 135 and the outer casing 12 connected in a detachable and fixed manner.
