Description

Automobile overhead display screen mechanism device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of display equipment accessories, in particular to an automobile overhead display screen mechanism device.
Background
The existing automobile is provided with a display screen of a rear seat arranged at the top in a mode that: and (5) automobile remanufacturing and original display screen configuration of an automobile.
(1) And (3) automobile refitting: most of the display screens are ceiling display screens, one end of each display screen is provided with a rotating shaft, and the other end of each display screen is provided with a magnetic suction device which is connected to the roof of the automobile. The motor controls the display screen to rotate so as to realize the opening or closing of the display screen. The stability of opening and closing of the display screen is guaranteed only by the self-locking force of the motor, and if the display screen shakes on a bumpy road, the display screen has a falling risk.
(2) Original display screen configuration of an automobile: the front end of the display screen is provided with a rotating shaft, the rear end of the display screen is provided with a bolt telescopic device, the bolt is inserted into the rear part of the display screen, the display screen is closed, the bolt is pulled out of the rear part of the display screen, and the display screen is opened. The bolt is controlled by the actuator, when the screen is required to be opened, the actuator controls the bolt to shrink, the motor starts to work after the shrinkage is completed, and the display screen rotates around the rotating shaft to descend until the display screen is at a full opening position; when the screen is required to be closed, the motor works to enable the display screen to rise around the rotating shaft in a rotating mode, the actuator control bolt is inserted into the groove structure of the other end of the display screen to ensure the closing stability of the display screen. The internal motion control of the mechanism is two sets of systems, the structure is complex, and the cost is high. And if the display screen has faults, the plastic cover of the vehicle roof needs to be detached, and then the whole assembly of the plastic cover is detached from the vehicle roof for replacement, so that the maintenance cost is high.
The existing mounting mode of the display screen of the automobile overhead rear seat leads to a slightly smaller screen size and no independent mechanism locking structure. The automobile is changed to be opened and closed by the motor. The original display screen of the automobile is configured, and the automobile is locked by a motor after being opened. The stability of opening and closing the display screen cannot be ensured, and the risk of shaking or falling off of the display screen on the roof exists.
