Because the transmission ratio between the first gear 20 and the gear ring 26 is 1 to 1, the rotating circle of the gear ring 26 just drives the first gear 20 to rotate for one circle, so that the moving frame 44 can complete a whole reciprocating movement, namely, when the old film cloth 9 is sheared and falls on the third fixing plate 10, the moving frame 44 just moves to the rightmost side of the third fixing plate 10, and the dropped old film cloth 9 can be pushed to the right side of the third fixing plate 10, and at the moment, a medical staff can take out the sheared old film cloth 9 from the side of the bed body 1 without extending hands under the bed body 1, so that the working strength of the medical staff is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the reciprocating movement of the second disc 25 also drives the third connecting block to reciprocate in the left-right direction, so that the piston rod 47 can also reciprocate in the left-right direction, so that the piston cylinder 12 can perform a piston movement, and external air can be sucked into the piston cylinder 12 and discharged from the plurality of air outlets 34 on the surface of the air outlet pipe 15, so as to clean the surface of the bed body 1, and further enhance the cleanliness of the surface of the bed body 1.
