1. The method for monitoring and early warning the grounding lead of the lightning arrester is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the grounding resistance of the grounding lead of the lightning arrester is obtained through a resistance detector; the occurrence times of lightning current in a grounding lead of the lightning arrester are obtained through a pulse inductor;
detecting whether the grounding resistance is larger than a preset threshold value or not through the central processing unit, starting an audible and visual alarm and sending an alarm signal to the wireless communication unit when the grounding resistance is larger than the preset threshold value, so that the wireless communication unit sends alarm data to an external scheduling master station system according to the alarm signal; the alarm data comprise the occurrence times of lightning current in the grounding lead, the grounding resistance and a preset address number;
after the external dispatching master station system acquires the alarm data, determining a specific address for transmitting the alarm data according to a preset address number; determining a specific patrol personnel according to the specific address, and sending a patrol task containing the specific address to a patrol terminal of the specific patrol personnel;
generating a prediction result according to the occurrence times of lightning current in the grounding lead, the grounding resistance and a preset algorithm model; the prediction result comprises a prediction alarm reason, a prediction maintenance method, a prediction maintenance tool and a prediction maintenance time; according to the prediction result and the specific address, determining a specific maintainer, and sending a maintenance task containing the specific address of the prediction result to a maintenance terminal of the specific maintainer;
wherein, before the lightning current occurrence times, the grounding resistance and the preset algorithm model in the grounding lead are according to the method further comprises: acquiring the occurrence times of lightning current, the grounding resistance, the actual alarm reasons, the actual maintenance method, the actual maintenance tool and the actual maintenance time in the grounding lead corresponding to the actual dangerous alarm in the historical time period; importing the training algorithm into a preset algorithm model to finish training of the preset algorithm; obtaining a prediction result and an actual result corresponding to each alarm data; updating a preset algorithm model through the actual result of the preset time period when the error between the predicted result and the actual result is larger than a preset threshold value in the preset time period;
after the maintenance terminal receives a maintenance task ending instruction, automatically popping up a data acquisition dialog box to acquire an actual result uploaded by maintenance personnel through the data acquisition dialog box; the actual results at least comprise an actual alarm reason, an actual maintenance method, an actual maintenance tool and an actual maintenance time.
2. The lightning arrester grounding lead monitoring and early warning method according to claim 1, wherein determining specific maintenance personnel according to the prediction result and the specific address specifically comprises:
according to the current positioning address and the uploading state of the maintainer, determining that the uploading state is idle and the running time between the current positioning address and the specific address is less than the preset time, and determining that the maintainer is a specific maintainer; the running time is obtained by importing the current positioning address and the specific address into any navigation software.

the sending module is used for detecting whether the grounding resistance is larger than a preset threshold value or not through the central processing unit, starting the audible and visual alarm and sending an alarm signal to the wireless communication unit when the grounding resistance is larger than the preset threshold value, so that the wireless communication unit sends alarm data to an external scheduling master station system according to the alarm signal; the alarm data comprise the occurrence times of lightning current in the grounding lead, grounding resistance and address information;
the task module is used for determining a specific address for sending the alarm data according to a preset address number after the external dispatching master station system acquires the alarm data; determining a specific patrol personnel according to the specific address, and sending a patrol task containing the specific address to a patrol terminal of the specific patrol personnel;
the maintenance module is used for generating a prediction result according to the occurrence times of lightning current in the grounding lead, the grounding resistance and a preset algorithm model; the prediction result comprises a prediction alarm reason, a prediction maintenance method, a prediction maintenance tool and a prediction maintenance time; according to the prediction result and the specific address, determining a specific maintainer, and sending a maintenance task containing the specific address of the prediction result to a maintenance terminal of the specific maintainer; before the lightning current occurrence times, the grounding resistance and the preset algorithm model in the grounding lead are calculated, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring the occurrence times of lightning current, the grounding resistance, the actual alarm reasons, the actual maintenance method, the actual maintenance tool and the actual maintenance time in the grounding lead corresponding to the actual dangerous alarm in the historical time period; importing the training algorithm into a preset algorithm model to finish training of the preset algorithm; obtaining a prediction result and an actual result corresponding to each alarm data; updating a preset algorithm model through the actual result of the preset time period when the error between the predicted result and the actual result is larger than a preset threshold value in the preset time period; after the maintenance terminal receives a maintenance task ending instruction, automatically popping up a data acquisition dialog box to acquire an actual result uploaded by maintenance personnel through the data acquisition dialog box; the actual results at least comprise an actual alarm reason, an actual maintenance method, an actual maintenance tool and an actual maintenance time.
