The belt conveying platform 3 comprises a first support 19 and a second support 20, the first support 19 and the second support 20 are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate 1, the second support 20 is higher than the first support 19, a first conveying roller 21 is arranged on the first support 19, a second conveying roller 22 is arranged in the middle of the second support 20, a conveying belt is connected between the first conveying roller 21 and the second conveying roller 22, the second conveying roller 22 is driven to rotate by a second motor, a horizontal transverse frame 4 is arranged at the top end of the second support 20, a scanning identification device is arranged on the horizontal transverse frame 4 and comprises a first scanning identification device 23 and a second scanning identification device 24, a first scanning identification device 23 and a second scanning identification device 24 are sequentially arranged on the horizontal transverse frame 4, the first scanning identification device 23 and the second scanning identification device 24 are all arranged above the conveying belt, the first scanning identification device 23 and the second scanning identification device 24 are all connected with a control device, and the first conveying roller 21 is located under the separating roller 10. Limiting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the width direction of the conveying belt, and can limit and guide the transmission of medical record paper.
The arrangement classifying unit 5 comprises a rotating motor 25, a rotating seat 26, a first lifting cylinder 27 and a conveying table 28, wherein the rotating motor 25 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, a rotating shaft of the rotating motor 25 is vertically upwards connected with the rotating seat 26 and drives the rotating seat 26 to rotate, the top surface of the rotating seat 26 is fixedly provided with the first lifting cylinder 27, and a piston rod of the first lifting cylinder 27 is fixedly connected with the conveying table 28. The conveying table 28 comprises a supporting plate, a third bracket 30 and a fourth bracket 31, a third conveying roller 32 is arranged on the third bracket 30, a fourth conveying roller 33 is arranged on the fourth bracket 31, a finishing conveying belt 34 is arranged between the third conveying roller 32 and the fourth conveying roller 33, and the fourth conveying roller 33 is driven to rotate by a third motor. The used paper recovery device is provided at the rear side of the conveyance table 28, and the paper ejection table is provided at the front side of the conveyance table 28.
The medical record transition frame 6 is arranged on the bottom plate 1 through a supporting frame 44, an automatic double-door structure is arranged at the left end of the medical record transition frame 6, and the automatic double-door structure is driven by a driving device to open and close an outlet of the medical record transition frame 6. If the medical record paper stack is pushed down together, the medical record paper is easy to scatter and confuse, and through the structure of the invention, the medical record paper in the medical record transition frame 6 can be ensured to fall onto the conveyor belt 47 of the binding and conveying unit 7 one by one, and the medical record paper can be prevented from scattering.
The bookbinding and conveying unit 7 comprises a base 36, an electric telescopic rod 37, a lifting plate 38, a fifth bracket 39, a sixth bracket 40, a seventh bracket 41, a conveying mechanism 42, a bookbinding mechanism and a clapping mechanism, wherein the bottom of the base 36 is arranged on the bottom plate 1 through a sliding structure 43, the sliding structure 43 comprises a sliding groove arranged at the bottom of the base 36, a sliding rail arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 1 and a sliding driving device arranged on the bottom plate 1 and used for driving the base 36 to slide back and forth, the sliding rail and the sliding groove are arranged in the front-back direction, the sliding driving device is a common reciprocating driving structure in the field (such as a cylinder, an electric telescopic rod, a motor screw rod structure and the like), and the sliding driving device is connected with a control device. The top surface of the base 36 is provided with an electric telescopic rod 37, the top end of the electric telescopic rod 37 is provided with a lifting plate 38, the top surface of the lifting plate 38 is sequentially provided with a sixth bracket 40, a fifth bracket 39 and a seventh bracket 41 from right to left, the conveying mechanism 42 comprises a driving conveying roller 45 and a driven conveying roller 46 which are respectively arranged on the fifth bracket 39 and the sixth bracket 40, a conveying belt 47 is arranged on the driving conveying roller 45 and the driven conveying roller 46, and the driving conveying roller 45 is driven by a sixth motor; the clapping mechanism comprises clapping air cylinders 49 and clapping plates 50, the tops of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the fifth bracket 39 and the sixth bracket 40 are connected through transverse plates 48, clapping air cylinders 49 are respectively arranged on the front transverse plate 48 and the rear transverse plate 48, piston rods of the clapping air cylinders 49 are connected with clapping plates 50, the bottom surfaces of the clapping plates 50 are flush with the conveying surface of the conveying belt 47, the piston rods of the clapping air cylinders 49 are perpendicular to the conveying direction of medical record paper, the front clapping plates 50 and the rear clapping plates 50 are parallel to each other, and the plate surfaces of the clapping air cylinders are parallel to the conveying direction of the medical record paper. The left end of the top surface of the lifting plate 38 is provided with an output roller 51 through a seventh bracket 41, the output roller 51 is driven by a seventh motor, the top end of the output roller 51 is flush with the conveying surface of the conveying belt 47, a second lifting cylinder 52 is vertically arranged at the position, between the conveying belt 47 and the output roller 51, of the top surface of the lifting plate 38, a piston rod of the second lifting cylinder 52 is vertically upwards and is connected with a blocking plate 53, when the piston rod of the second lifting cylinder 52 is contracted in place, the top surface of the blocking plate 53 is flush with or lower than the conveying surface of the conveying mechanism 42, the top of the right side surface of the blocking plate 53 is provided with a binding mechanism 54, and the binding mechanism 54 is used for binding the finished medical record paper; the distance between the conveyor belt 47 and the output roller 51 is smaller than the length of the medical record paper, and the output roller 51 is used for outputting the bound medical record to the medical record storage cart 8.
The medical record storage vehicle 8 comprises a frame 59, wherein a plurality of storage grids are arranged in the frame 59, and a storage tray 55 is slidably arranged in the storage grids; the middle part of the inner end of the storage tray 55 is connected with the inner end of the storage grid through an ejecting structure, and the ejecting structure comprises an electromagnetic switch 56 and a second spring 57; the outer end of the storage tray 55 is provided with a handle 58; the electromagnetic switch 56 is connected with a control device, the electromagnetic switch 56 comprises an electromagnet, the control device controls the electromagnet to be electrified and powered off, when the electromagnet is electrified, the storage tray 55 is kept in the storage grid, the second spring 57 is compressed, after the electromagnet is powered off, the compressed second spring 57 resets to eject the storage tray 55, and a user can push and pull the storage tray through the handle 58. The medical record automatic management system and the medical record automatic management method realize automatic management and archiving of medical records, and improve archiving efficiency.
