The valve body seal of claim 1, wherein a sealing surface which is attached to the valve ball is provided at an end of the seal body away from the sealing wave plate, the seal body is further provided with a stripper ring which is attached to the valve ball, and the stripper ring is gradually reduced in thickness from the valve body to the valve ball.
7. A process for manufacturing a valve body seal as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, selecting a pipe, wherein the middle part of the pipe is a diversion channel, turning the pipe to enable one end part of the pipe to form a spherical sealing surface, and the other end part of the pipe is an installation part, machining the installation part to enable the inner side of the installation part to form a sealing groove coaxial with the pipe, wherein one side of the sealing groove, which is close to the diversion channel, is a welding edge, and the machined pipe is a sealing element body;
s2, turning the mounting part in the step S1 to form an inclined surface on the outer side of the mounting part, wherein a convex ring is formed between the inclined surface and the sealing groove;
s3, processing the metal sheet through a pressing tool to form a sealed wave plate with a movable edge and a welding edge;
s4, inserting the welding edge of the sealing wave plate obtained in the step S3 into the sealing groove of the sealing piece body obtained in the step S2, abutting the movable edge against the convex ring, and abutting the sealing wave plate with the inclined surface;
