Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent automobiles, in particular to an intelligent automobile display safety device.
Background
The full-digital automobile instrument is a networked and intelligent instrument, has more powerful functions and richer display content, is simpler and more comprehensive in wire harness connection, and meets the driving requirement more humanizedly.
Compared with the traditional automobile, the new energy automobile needs to display more vehicle information: current driving mode of the vehicle, condition of an energy recovery system, information of residual electric quantity of the vehicle and the like. The use of the full liquid crystal instrument can also meet more personalized requirements of users while improving the technological sense in the vehicle. The user can select different display modes according to his own preference, and even can select which information contents are desired to be displayed on the dashboard by himself.
The screen for the virtual automobile instrument replaces the most representative parts on the existing instrument panel such as pointers, numbers and the like, and has the advantages that an instrument system can be defined by a user to meet different requirements, so that the screen is more powerful and flexible in function and is easier to connect with networks, peripherals and other applications. The virtual automobile instrument benefits from stronger graphic processing and display effects, and more indicator lamps are designed in a pseudo-physical mode, so that the acceptance process of users is effectively reduced; the multimedia entertainment information and the basic information of the vehicle can be displayed in a logic mode, centralized display is beneficial to improving driving safety, and the sight distance of a driver does not need to be frequently switched at a plurality of positions; in addition, the simplified design can also leave more space for riding areas or storage and the like. It can be said that the virtual instrument is the most advanced automobile instrument so far, and is also the future development direction and trend.
To display more information and a cool effect, the resolution of digital meters is typically around 2K. A large number of video data transmission links are highly likely to be disturbed in the vast system and complex electromagnetic environment of an automobile.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, if the screen model is disturbed according to the conventional display scheme, the screen will appear black, flower and freeze. This may affect the judgment of the driver to cause traffic accidents.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an intelligent automobile display safety device for solving the problem that any one of the problems of a local area controller, a twisted pair, TX and RX can cause the phenomenon of screen blackout and dead.
The intelligent automobile display safety device is realized by the following technical scheme: the system comprises a screen, a screen backboard and a cabin domain controller;
the cabin domain controller is connected with the screen backboard, and the screen is connected with a module on the screen backboard; an MCU is arranged on the screen backboard, and the MCU is connected with a controller local area network.
As a preferable technical scheme, the module on the screen backboard comprises an LVDS data checking IC, a storage device and a deserializer, wherein the screen is connected with the LVDS data checking IC through an LVDS signal wire, and the LVDS data checking IC is connected with the storage device; the cabin domain controller is provided with a serializer, the serializer is connected with a deserializer, and the deserializer is connected with an LVDS data checking IC through an LVDS signal line.
As an optimal technical scheme, the serializer wraps five LVDS signal lines into double stranded wires and is connected with the deserializer;
as a preferred technical solution, the deserializer deserializes the signal of the serializer into five LVDS signal lines and connects with the LVDS data check IC.
As an optimal technical scheme, the MCU is connected with the controller local area network through the CAN bus.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention provides a backup link for the display screen to acquire data from the CAN, and drives the screen through the CA 100. When the main link from the domain controller to the screen end fails, a backup link with higher reliability can be displayed; traffic safety problems due to display faults can be avoided to the greatest extent

FIG. 1 is a prior art connection diagram;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the connection of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is a circuit diagram of the present invention;
fig. 4 is a flow chart of the present invention.
Detailed Description
All of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in a method or process disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except for mutually exclusive features and/or steps.
As shown in fig. 2-3, an intelligent automobile display safety device of the present invention includes a screen, a screen backboard, and a cabin controller;
the cabin domain controller is connected with the screen backboard, and the screen is connected with a module on the screen backboard; and the screen backboard is provided with an MCU, the MCU is connected with a controller local area network, and the MCU is used for controlling the deserializer and the screen power-on drive.
In this embodiment, the module on the back panel of the screen includes an LVDS data checking IC, a storage device and a deserializer, where the screen is connected with the LVDS data checking IC through an LVDS signal line, and converts the original RGB data and control signals (high-low level) of the video screen into differential signals for transmission through low-voltage differential signals; the LVDS data check I is connected with the storage device and used for storing information; the cabin domain controller is provided with a serializer, the serializer is connected with a deserializer, and the deserializer is connected with an LVDS data checking IC through an LVDS signal line.
In the embodiment, the serializer wraps the five LVDS signal lines into a double stranded wire and is connected with the deserializer;
in this embodiment, the deserializer deserializes the signal of the serializer into five LVDS signal lines and connects with the LVDS data check IC.
In this embodiment, the MCU is connected to the controller area network through the CAN bus, and is used to read the security information such as the fault code and the vehicle speed in the controller area network.
When any one of the cabin domain controller, the serializer, the deserializer and the twisted pair is out of order, the MCU controls the LVDS data to check the IC driving screen, and displays safety information such as the vehicle speed, the fault light, the residual driving mileage and the like acquired on the local area network of the controller so as to prevent the screen from being blacked.
Providing a backup link for acquiring data from the CAN for the display screen, and driving the screen through the CA 100; when the main link from the domain controller to the screen end fails, a backup link with higher reliability can be displayed.
The working principle is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, initializing an LVDS data checking IC, reading CAN information (vehicle speed, power, oil quantity, fault code, etc.), judging whether the LVDS data checking IC has an error, if not, returning to the step of reading CAN information, if so, judging whether the spe reading fault information affects screen display; when the display of the screen is affected by the spi reading fault information, the spi controls the LVDS data checking IC to display the information read by the CAN on the screen, judges whether the fault is recovered, reads the CAN information if the fault is not recovered, and displays the information read by the CAN on the screen again, and if the fault is recovered, clears the display; and if the display of the screen is not affected by the spe reading of the fault information, the fault information is sent to the CAN.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, but any changes or substitutions that do not undergo the inventive effort should be construed as falling within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the protection scope defined by the claims.
