s3: the cutting machine 5 and the telescopic rod 4 are started in sequence, and the telescopic rod 4 slowly drives the cutting machine 5 to cut on the surface of the resin plate body 1, so that the resin plate body 1 is cut into a finished resin plate with moderate size.
