Abstract

一种逆流防止装置,能在流体朝逆方向流动时防止向壳体内的流体逆流,并且,即使流体在管部件内朝左右方向持续流动,也能保持逆流防止装置的长寿命。其包括:在管部件的流路的一侧上形成的壳体,以及挠性材料制成的管,所述管设置成可与该壳体外部的一侧紧密贴合、并当流体在所述管部件内朝逆方向流动时可通过水压自由折曲而阻断流路。

Description

逆流防止装置
本发明涉及逆流防止装置,特别是涉及可完全防止在***中流体逆流时漏水的逆流防止装置。
如图1所示,现有的这种逆流防止装置在管部件1内配设有防止水逆流的阻止构件3,并且,该阻止构件3包括:在其内侧形成流路5a的壳体5、配设在该壳体5一端的盖部件7、配设在所述壳体5的内侧且在流体逆流时通过闭锁在前述盖部件7的一侧上形成的通孔7a而阻断流路的球部件9、配设在该球部件9的一侧、且在流体逆流时推压所述球部件9、使该球部件9用气密闭锁通孔7a的弹簧部件11。
如图1所示,为了与前述球部件容易接合,前述盖部件7在使流体流入的通孔7a的一端上穿设着倾斜形成的锥口部7b。
具有这样结构的现有的逆流防止装置,在流体以顺方向流动的情况下,流水会沿图1所示的箭头方向在盖部件7上形成的通孔7a中通过。再有,由于这种流动的流体压力会使球部件9从锥口部7b脱离并形成一定的间隙,流体会通过前述间隙而流入到在壳体5的一端上形成的通孔5b中。
另一方面,在流体逆流的情况下,流体穿过在前述壳体5的一端形成的通孔5b,通过流入水的逆方向的水压,弹簧部件11被加压。这样加了压的弹簧部件11将球部件9紧密贴靠在盖部件7的一端上所形成的锥口部7b上,使流路被阻断,防止逆流。
可是,这种构成的上述现有的逆流防止装置在球部件成形有误的情况下,所述球部件不能紧贴在形成于盖部件一侧上的锥口部上,存在着不能完成该紧贴动作的问题。并且,存在着由于在管部件内左右方向频繁流动的流体引起弹簧部件弹性上的问题而不能完成该紧贴动作的问题。
因此,本发明是为解决上述的种种问题而做出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种逆流防止装置,能防止流体在朝逆方向流动时朝壳体内的逆流,并且,即使流体在管部件内朝左右方向持续游动,也可长期保持装置的寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的逆流防止装置包括:在管部件流路的一侧上形成的壳体、以及设置成与该壳体外部的一侧紧密贴合,并当流体在前述管部件内逆方向流动时,通过水压可自由折曲,并使流路可阻断的由挠性材料制成的管子。
以下,结合附图对本发明的一实施例进行详细说明,其中,
图1是表示现有的逆流防止装置的断面图;
图2是表示本发明一实施例的逆流防止装置的断面图。
如图2所示,本发明的逆流防止装置在管部件1内侧形成的流路20a的一侧上配设有壳体20;以及用于使通过该壳体20外壁上的所述壳体20的流出孔20b而流出的流体朝顺方向流动的同时,防止其朝逆方向流动的管子21。
前述壳体20穿设有使沿着流路20a流入到其一侧上的流体排出的至少一个以上的流出孔20b,在所述壳体20的另一侧上配设有防止漏水的密封部件23。
如图2所示,在所述壳体20的一端上形成有防止所述密封部件23脱离的脱离防止突起20c,在壳体20的外周面一侧上形成有使所述管21紧固的突起部20d。所述管21由可动作的挠性材料制成。
以下,叙述上述构成的本发明的逆流防止装置的动作关系。
首先,叙述朝顺方向流出的流动情况,经过壳体20的流路20a而流出的流体顺着在所述壳体20的一侧上形成的流出孔20b而流出,在所述壳体20的外侧上所配设的可动作的管21通过所述流体压力而被压向外侧,由此,在所述壳体20的外壁与管21的内周面之间产生间隙而使流体流动。
另一方面,在流体沿逆方向、即沿图2的实线箭头方向流动的情况下,由于所述的流动压力使管21折曲,管21使在所述壳体20一侧上所形成的流出孔20b被阻断,因而防止水的逆流。
这种结构的逆流防止装置适用于象***那样的需使用流体的机器上。
如上所述,本发明的逆流防止装置在形成流路的壳体的外侧上配设可动作的具有柔软性的管,使部件简单化,能可靠地防止逆流,并且本发明是可极大延长机器寿命的有效的发明。

Claims (3)

1.一种逆流防止装置,其特征在于,包括:在管部件的流路的一侧上形成的壳体、以及由挠性材料制成的管,所述由挠性材料制成的管设置成可与该壳体的外部的一侧紧密贴合,并当流体在所述管部件内沿逆方向流动时可通过水压自由折曲而阻断流路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的逆流防止装置,其特征在于,所述壳体穿设有使流入到其一侧上的流体排出的至少一个以上的流出孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的逆流防止装置,其特征在于,所述壳体在其一端上形成有防止密封部件脱离的脱离防止突起,在其外周面的一定部位上形成有紧固管子的突起部。
