Description

Cosmetic balm capable of being carved and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to a cosmetic balsam capable of being carved and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cosmetic balms are generally formed by mixing liquid oil (melting point less than 20 ℃), semisolid oil (melting point 35-45 ℃), wax (melting point greater than 50 ℃) and essence and perfume, and can be divided into stick-shaped balms and disc-shaped balms according to the shape of the final product.
The quality of the cosmetic balm formulation can be assessed in two dimensions: firstly, the application sense requires that the material body is soft when being smeared, and enough material body can be transferred from the paste body to the skin surface, so that the full fragrance and moistening sense are brought; secondly, the paste is hard (strong) enough to withstand high temperature softening (logistics and express in summer) and external impact (package loss of logistics and express) during transportation. A good cosmetic stick product needs to be balanced between the two.
The balsam is usually prepared by directly pouring a heated and melted material body into a packing material disc (such as an aluminum disc, a tinplate disc and the like), cooling and solidifying the material body, wherein the top surface of the material body is a plane or a concave surface formed by natural cooling. Stick-shaped balm is usually obtained by pouring a heated and melted material into a mold (metal or silica gel), cooling and solidifying, drawing, and demolding, and the shape of the top surface and the side surface is determined by the mold. To increase the ornamental value of the balm, an elegant pattern may be engraved on the top surface of the balm.
The existing production process for carving the top surface of the balsam comprises the following steps:
prior art 1: firstly, heating and melting the paste, filling the paste into a pouring tray, imprinting the shape of a mould (namely, carving an exquisite pattern on the mould in advance) on the top surface of the paste in the cooling process of the paste, and forming the exquisite pattern on the top surface of the paste after the paste is solidified; however, this solution has a very high requirement on the softness of the paste formulation, otherwise the paste is easily broken.
Prior art 2: firstly, heating and melting paste, and then filling into a mold; after the material body is cooled, the packing material disc is buckled on the surface of the paste body, and the pattern drawing and demoulding are carried out to obtain the balsam with carved characters on the surface. However, since the cover opening of the packing material disc is shallow and the ribs are lack to bite the paste, the packing material disc must use a large pressure and paste pressing in order to obtain enough biting force to make the demoulding smooth. In this process, the paste itself is subjected to a high pressure, and the top surface of the paste, which contacts the mold, is also subjected to a high pressure. In order to ensure the integrity of the fine pattern on the top surface of the paste and that the paste itself is not broken, the paste must be made extremely hard. Although the above preparation method can obtain the balm with the top surface carved pattern, the balm is too hard to be used as a normal cosmetic.

Preferably, the liquid oil consists of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cocoyl-caprylic/capric ester and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate; the semisolid grease consists of butter tree (BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII) fruit grease, C10-18 fatty acid triglyceride and di-diglycerol polyacyl adipate-2; the wax consisted of hydrogenated palm oil, beeswax, PEG-8 beeswax and sunflower (HELIANTHUS ANNUUS) seed wax.
The preparation method of the cosmetic balsam capable of being carved and carved comprises the following steps:
step one: heating liquid oil, semisolid oil, wax and essence to 85deg.C, and stirring to obtain hot material;
step two: punching the back of the aluminum disc, wherein 1 filling hole is arranged, and 3 small holes are arranged as exhaust holes; assembling an aluminum disc and a silica gel module;
step three: pouring the hot material prepared in the step one through a filling hole on the back of the aluminum disc, so that the hot material fills the inner cavity of the aluminum disc and the hot material fills the exhaust hole;
step four: placing the filled aluminum plate in a cold air tunnel for cooling for 3-5 min;
step five: removing the demolding and the silica gel mold; the balm with carved patterns on the top surface is obtained.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the invention adjusts the compatibility mechanism of the balsam formula, the aluminum plate and the silica gel module and the preparation process; the top surface of the balsam can be provided with carved patterns, and experimental data tests show that the production yield, the smearing performance, the high temperature resistance and the impact resistance and the adhesive force performance of the paste and the packing material meet the requirements.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the description is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
Table 1 experimental formulations of examples and comparative examples
The pastes prepared by each formulation were poured into a mold, respectively, and the following tests were made for compatibility between different formulations and the mold, respectively. The mold was tested by selecting scheme 4 in table 3 below.
Table 2 results of formulation testing
The materials prepared in example 2 were filled into 4 different molds in table 3, and compatibility between the paste and the mold was checked.
Table 3 die test protocol is as follows
As available from the mold test schemes of table 3, scheme 4 holes were punched in the back of the aluminum tray, wherein 1 was a filling hole and 3 holes were vent holes; the production yield, the smearing performance, the high temperature resistance and the impact resistance and the paste and packing material grabbing force performance can all reach the qualified standards. The 3 exhaust holes are arranged to exhaust the air in the aluminum plate completely, so that the inner cavity of the aluminum plate is filled with the material body; when the quantity of the exhaust holes is small, the gas in the aluminum plate cannot be exhausted, the paste cannot be filled in the aluminum plate, and the defect of material or poor hollowness is caused, so that the formation of the carved patterns on the top surface of the paste is influenced.
As can be seen from the formulation test results in table 2, the comparative example 1 was not added with PEG wax, and the addition amount of caprylic/capric triglyceride was increased. The production yield is only 35%; the smearing performance can reach 0.25g, and the standard of the smearing performance is reached, and the product is judged to be qualified; the gripping force performance of the paste and the packing material reaches the identification standard, and the paste and the packing material are judged to be qualified; however, the paste is deformed and peeled off in the high temperature resistance and impact force performance test, and is judged to be unqualified; i.e., the test result of comparative example 1 was failed.
In comparative example 2, no PEG wax was added, and the amount of beeswax added was increased. The production yield rate reaches 99%, and the high temperature resistance and impact resistance, and the paste and packing material grabbing force performance all reach the qualified requirements; however, the amount of the paint is only 0.05g, and the paint does not meet the standard, namely the paint is judged to be unqualified.
In summary, in comparative examples 1 and 2, hardness and softness of the paste were adjusted by beeswax or caprylic/capric triglyceride, and the requirements of the balm in the process of preparing the engraved pattern could not be met.
In the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the PEG wax is added into the formula, and the raw material components such as caprylic/capric triglyceride and butter tree (BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII) fruit fat are compatible, and the crystallization of the wax is changed by adding the PEG wax, so that the smearing performance can still keep a good state after the hardness of the paste is improved, the performance of the balsam formula is adjusted, and when the performance test of the balsam after being filled in a mould for molding meets the identification standard, the pattern with carved characters and carved patterns on the top surface of the balsam can be obtained, and the integral aesthetic feeling of the balsam is improved.
As can be obtained by combining the experimental data in the above tables 2 and 3, the pattern with the carved characters and the carved patterns is stamped on the top surface of the balsam, and the pattern is closely related to the compatibility mechanism of the balsam formula, the type of the mould and the filling process and is ring-shaped; through the technical scheme of the application, patterns with carved characters and carved patterns (shown in fig. 5 and 6) can be embossed on the balsam, and the decorative sense is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the silica gel module is provided with a convex platform according to the inner diameter of the aluminum disc, and patterns or characters are designed on the convex platform in advance; the aluminum plate can be just reversely buckled on the silica gel module protruding platform. The height of the raised platform is preferably 0.6mm higher than that of the silica gel module, when the hot material is filled into the filling hole, the flow speed is controlled to be 0.5-1m/s, so that the hot material cannot flow out through a gap between the silica gel module and the aluminum disc; and after the material body is solidified, taking out the silica gel module.
The detailed description is important to fully disclose, understand and reproduce the invention, as well as support and explain the claims. The description of the embodiments should be consistent with the technical solution adopted to solve the technical problem, and for a simple technical solution, only one example may be given, and for a technical solution with a wider protection scope, more than one example should be given to support the scope of protection claimed.
