Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the top-bottom hinge 3 includes a fixed base 31, a connecting bar 32 and a hinge base 33 connected in sequence, the fixed base 31 and the hinge base 33 are arranged in parallel, the connecting bar 32 connects the fixed base 31 and the hinge base 33, the fixed base 31 is fixedly connected with the cabinet 1, and the door frame 2 is rotatably connected with the hinge base 33; the side of the fixed base 31 far away from the hinge base 33 comprises a protruding part 34 protruding from the fixed base 31, at least one convex tooth 340 is arranged on the side of the protruding part 34 far away from the hinge base 33, the convex tooth 340 comprises an upper convex tooth 341 and a lower convex tooth 342 which are oppositely arranged along the direction that the top plate 11 points to the bottom plate 13, the protruding part 34 is embedded into a groove 73 of the hinge connecting seat 7, the groove 73 comprises an upper concave tooth group 711 and a lower concave tooth group 712 which are oppositely arranged, the upper concave tooth group 711 comprises 1-N concave teeth 710, and the lower concave tooth group 712 also comprises 1-N concave teeth 710; when the upper convex teeth 341 are engaged with the ith concave teeth 710 of the upper concave tooth set 711, the lower convex teeth 342 are engaged with the ith concave teeth 710 of the lower concave tooth set 712, i is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and both i and N are positive integers;
it should be noted that, in general, the large-sized aluminum frame door has a large weight, all the weight is all fallen on the lower hinge, the protruding portion 34 is embedded into the groove 73, the convex teeth on the protruding portion 34 are engaged with the concave teeth in the hinge connection seat 7, so that the connection between the upper hinge 3 and the hinge connection seat 7 is more stable, and the problem of tilting or skewing of the lower hinge can be avoided; the protruding part 34 is embedded in the groove 73, so that the fixed base 31 of the top-bottom hinge is attached to the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13, and a large gap is avoided, and the top-bottom hinge is attractive and safe.
Specifically, the male teeth 340 include an upper male tooth 341 and a lower male tooth 342 that are oppositely disposed along the direction of 11 top plate to bottom plate 13, the protruding portion 34 is embedded in the groove 73 of the hinge connection seat 7, the groove 73 includes an upper concave tooth set 711 and a lower concave tooth set 712 that are oppositely disposed, the upper concave tooth set 711 includes 1-N concave teeth 710, and the lower concave tooth set 712 also includes 1-N concave teeth 710; when the upper convex teeth 341 are engaged with the ith concave teeth 710 of the upper concave tooth set 711, the lower convex teeth 342 are engaged with the ith concave teeth 710 of the lower concave tooth set 712, i is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and both i and N are positive integers;

It can be understood that the upper concave tooth set 711 and the lower concave tooth set 712 each include a plurality of concave teeth 710, the areas of the upper concave tooth set 711 and the lower concave tooth set 712 are larger than the areas of the upper convex tooth 341 and the lower convex tooth 342, that is, the upper convex tooth 341 is engaged with a part of the concave teeth in the upper concave tooth set 711, the lower convex tooth 342 is engaged with a part of the concave teeth in the lower concave tooth set 712, and an adjusting space is reserved for the upper convex tooth 341 and the lower convex tooth 342; when the upper concave tooth set 711 is assembled, the upper convex tooth 341 is engaged with the concave tooth 710 at the middle part of the upper concave tooth set 711, the lower convex tooth 342 is engaged with the concave tooth 710 at the middle part of the lower concave tooth set 712, so that the upper convex tooth 341 and the lower convex tooth 342 both have an up-down adjusting space, and for example, when the upper concave tooth set 711 comprises 5 concave teeth 710, the lower concave tooth set 712 comprises 5 concave teeth 710, when the upper convex tooth 341 is assembled, the third concave tooth 710 in the upper concave tooth set 711 is engaged with the third concave tooth 710 in the lower concave tooth set 712, if the space between each concave tooth 710 in the upper concave tooth set 711 and the lower concave tooth set 712 is 1mm, the upper convex tooth 341 and the lower convex tooth 342 both have an up-down adjusting space of 2mm, and the number of concave teeth in the upper concave tooth set 711 and the lower concave tooth set 712 is not particularly limited. When the lower hinge 37 is deflected due to the bearing sinking, the clamping position of the convex teeth 340 in the upper hinge 30 and the concave teeth 710 in the hinge connection base 7 can be timely and downwardly adjusted, and the position of the hinge connection base 7 in the top plate 11 is not required to be adjusted or the hinge connection base 7 is required to be dismounted again, so that the damage of the repeated dismounting of the hinge connection base 7 to the top plate 11 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, at least one through hole 35 is provided in the protruding portion 34, at least one connecting hole 713 is also provided in the locking portion 71, and the protruding portion 34 is fixedly connected to the locking portion 71 by passing a screw 38 through the through hole 35 and the connecting hole 713; the fixed base 31 is further provided with a hollowed-out area 36, and a projection of the hollowed-out area 36 along the direction of the hinge base 33 pointing to the fixed base 31 is at least partially overlapped with the protruding portion 34.
Specifically, in fig. 5, only two through holes 35 are provided on the protruding portion 34 for illustration, and the number and shape of the through holes are not particularly limited; in fig. 4, only 4 connecting holes 713 are schematically illustrated, the number and shape of the connecting holes are not limited in detail, and a plurality of connecting holes are provided to facilitate the installation of the adjusting screw 38 when the space-to-ground hinge 3 and the hinge connecting seat 7 have errors; referring to fig. 1, when the door panel 2 is closed, the door frame 3 is embedded in the top-bottom hinge 3, and the protruding portion 34 is connected with the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 through the screw 38, the screw 38 is placed in the hollowed-out area 36, the hinge vertical frame 22 cannot collide with the screw 38, and the screw 38 is prevented from scratching the hinge vertical frame 22.
The cabinet with the adjustable connecting seat provided by the embodiment comprises a cabinet body 1, a door frame 2 and a top-bottom hinge 3 for connecting the cabinet body 1 and the door frame 2; the cabinet body 1 comprises a top plate 11, a left side plate 12, a bottom plate 13 and a right side plate 14 which are sequentially connected; the side, close to the door frame 2, of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 is provided with a hinge connecting seat 7, the hinge connecting seat 7 is embedded into the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13, and the top-bottom hinge 3 is fixedly connected with the hinge connecting seat 7; the top-bottom hinge 3 comprises a fixed base 31, a connecting strip 32 and a hinged base 33 which are sequentially connected, one side, far away from the hinged base 33, of the fixed base 31 comprises a protruding part 34 protruding out of the fixed base 31, one side, far away from the hinged base 33, of the protruding part 34 is provided with at least one protruding tooth 340, the hinge connecting seat 7 comprises a clamping part 71 and a limiting part 72, a plurality of concave teeth 710 are arranged in a groove 73 of the clamping part 71, and the protruding tooth 340 is clamped with at least part of the concave teeth 710; the protruding portion 34 of the top-bottom hinge 3 is further provided with at least one through hole 35, the clamping portion 71 is also provided with at least one connecting hole 713, and the protruding portion 34 and the clamping portion 71 are fixedly connected by passing a screw 38 through the through hole 35 and the connecting hole 713. The convex teeth 340 of the top-bottom hinge 3 can be clamped with any concave teeth 710 in the hinge connecting groove 7, so that the position of the top-bottom hinge 3 can be adjusted; the top-bottom hinge 3 and the hinge connecting groove 7 are locked by the screw 38, and the convex teeth 340 of the top-bottom hinge 3 are clamped with the concave teeth 710 of the hinge connecting groove 7 to avoid position deviation, so that the door frame 2 and the cabinet body 1 are more firmly fixed.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the through hole 35 is located between the upper and lower male teeth 341 and 342, and the connection hole 713 is located between the upper and lower female tooth sets 711 and 712.
Specifically, the through holes 35 are located on the axis of the fixed base 31, the connecting holes 713 are located on the axis of the clamping portion 71, only two through holes 35 are schematically illustrated in fig. 5, only 4 connecting holes 713 are schematically illustrated in fig. 4, and the connecting holes 713 are provided with a plurality of connecting holes 713 for connecting with different connecting holes 713 when the left and right positions of the hinge are adjusted;
it will be appreciated that, compared to the through hole 35 being provided only at the upper end or the lower end of the fixed base 31, the connecting hole 713 being provided only at the upper end or the lower end of the clamping portion 71, the through hole 35 is located between the upper convex teeth 341 and the lower convex teeth 342, the connecting hole 713 is located between the upper concave teeth group 711 and the lower concave teeth group 712, that is, the through hole 35 is provided at the center of the fixed base 31, the connecting hole 713 is provided only at the center of the clamping portion 71, and the screw 38 passes through the through hole 35 and the connecting hole 713 to make the fixed base 31 and the clamping portion 71 more firmly connected with the hinge connecting seat 7 even though the hinge 3 is connected with the hinge.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 7, connecting grooves 111 recessed toward the inside of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 are formed in the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 along the direction away from the door frame 2, the hinge connecting seat 7 is embedded in the connecting grooves 111, at least one limiting blind hole 112 is formed on one side of the connecting grooves 111 close to the limiting portion 72, and a limiting post 721 protruding from the limiting portion 72 is formed on one side of the limiting portion 72 close to the limiting blind hole 112 along the direction perpendicular to the plane of the limiting portion 72, and the limiting post 721 is inserted into the limiting blind hole 112 to limit the hinge connecting seat 7.
It can be understood that the limiting portion 72 of the hinge connection seat 7 is provided with a limiting post 721, the connecting grooves 111 of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 are provided with corresponding limiting blind holes 112, and the limiting post 721 is inserted into the limiting blind holes 112 to limit the hinge connection seat 7, so as to further improve the connection stability of the hinge connection seat 7 and the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13. In fig. 4, only two stopper posts 721 are schematically illustrated.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, and 6-10, the door frame 2 includes an upper transverse frame 21, a hinge vertical frame 22, a lower transverse frame 23, and a handle vertical frame 24 connected in sequence; the hinge vertical frame 22 is also provided with a receiving edge 25 protruding out of the hinge vertical frame 22 along the direction perpendicular to the plane of the door frame 2; along the extending direction of the edge folding strip 25, the length of the edge folding strip 25 is smaller than that of the hinge vertical frame 22, cylindrical grooves 251 which are recessed towards the inside of the edge folding strip 25 are formed in two ends of the edge folding strip 25, mounting grooves 331 corresponding to the cylindrical grooves 251 are also formed in the hinge base 33, and the edge folding strip 25 is rotatably connected with the hinge base 33 by inserting the cylindrical grooves 251 in two ends of the edge folding strip 25 and the mounting grooves 331 in the hinge base 33 through pins 4;
in the closed state of the cabinet, the upper transverse frame 21 is attached to the top plate 11, and the lower transverse frame 23 is attached to the bottom plate 13; when the cabinet is in an open state, the top-bottom hinge 3 is fixed with the hinge connecting seat 7 on the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13, the door frame 2 rotates by taking the central shaft of the pin 4 as an axis, the maximum included angle between the upper transverse frame 21 and the top plate 11 is larger than 180 degrees, and the maximum included angle between the lower transverse frame 23 and the bottom plate 13 is larger than 180 degrees.
It should be noted that, one end of the edging 25 close to the top plate 11 is a top end, and one end of the edging 25 close to the bottom plate 13 is a bottom end; in fig. 4, only the cylindrical groove 251 at the top end of the edging 25 is shown by way of example, the cylindrical groove 251 at the top end of the edging 25 is recessed toward the inside of the edging 25 along the direction in which the upper transverse frame 21 points to the lower transverse frame 23, and similarly, the cylindrical groove 251 at the bottom end of the edging 25 is recessed toward the inside of the edging 25 along the direction in which the lower transverse frame 23 points to the upper transverse frame 21;
it can be appreciated that, along the extending direction of the edge folding strip 25, the length of the edge folding strip 25 is smaller than the length of the hinge vertical frame 25, and the sum of the length of the edge folding strip 25 and the lengths of the upper hinge 30 and the lower hinge 37 is equal to the length of the hinge vertical frame 25, so that the space-to-ground hinge 3 is prevented from exceeding the edge of the door frame 2, and the material is saved and the appearance is more attractive.
In the cabinet with the large-angle opening and closing device provided by the embodiment, in the closed state, the upper transverse frame 21 is attached to the top plate 11, and the lower transverse frame 23 is attached to the bottom plate 13; when the cabinet is in an open state, the top-bottom hinge 3 is fixed with the cabinet body, the door frame 2 and the pin 4 rotate by taking the central shaft of the pin 4 as an axis, the maximum included angle between the upper transverse frame 21 and the top plate 11 is larger than 180 degrees, and the maximum included angle between the lower transverse frame 23 and the bottom plate 13 is larger than 180 degrees. In the opening process of the door frame 2, the top-bottom hinge 3 is fixed with the cabinet body 1, and only the door frame 2 and the pin 5 rotate without any shielding restriction, so that the opening angle of the door frame 2 is increased; the door frame 2 is exposed without a hinge in an open state, clean, simple and safe; the door frame 2 can be in an open state for a long time without affecting the indoor activity space and the indoor overall aesthetic requirement.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 8-15, the pin 4 includes a fixing portion 41, an adapting portion 42 and a spacer 43 connecting the fixing portion 41 and the adapting portion 42, where a plurality of barbs 411 protruding from the pin 4 are disposed on an outer periphery of the fixing portion 41, the fixing portion 41 is inserted into the cylindrical groove 251 to be fixedly connected with the edging 25, and the adapting portion 42 is inserted into the mounting groove 331 to be rotatably connected with the hinge base 33, so that the edging 25 is rotatably connected with the hinge base 33.
The fixing portion 41 of the pin 4 is inserted into the cylindrical groove 251 and fixedly connected with the edging 25, so that the door frame 2 and the pin 4 are connected to integrally rotate; the outer periphery of the fixing part 41 is provided with a plurality of barbs 411 protruding out of the pin 4, so that the relative position sliding of the edge folding strip 25 and the pin 4 can be further prevented; the adaptor 42 of the pin 4 is inserted into the mounting groove 331 to be rotatably connected with the hinge base 33, specifically, the outer periphery of the adaptor 42 is smooth, and friction between the adaptor 42 and the hinge base 33 can be further reduced by oil lubrication or grease lubrication.
It can be understood that when the hinge is used for connecting the door frame and the cabinet body in the prior art, the hinge is fixed on the door frame, and when the door frame is opened, the hinge rotates together with the door frame, so that the opening angle of the door frame is limited; when the door frame 2 is rotated in this embodiment, the top and bottom hinges 3 are fixed on the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 13, and the door frame 2 and the pin 4 actually rotate, and the door frame 2 and the pin 4 rotate in the hinge base 33 with the central axis of the pin 4 as the axis, so that the door frame 2 rotates without any limitation or shielding, and therefore the opening angle of the door frame 2 increases, and when the door frame 2 is fully opened, referring to fig. 2, the opening angle of the door frame is about 260 degrees.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 8-12, the top-bottom hinge 3 includes an upper hinge 30, a mounting groove 331 of the upper hinge 30 penetrates through the hinge base 33, a limiting groove 332 connected with the mounting groove 331 is further formed at the top of the hinge base 33, and an inner diameter of the mounting groove 331 is smaller than an inner diameter of the limiting groove 332; the pin 4 comprises an upper pin 44, a circle of clamping grooves 421 recessed towards the inside of the pin are formed in the outer periphery of the upper pin 44 adapting part 42, and the upper pin 44 is limited by arranging limiting check rings 5 on the limiting grooves 332 and the clamping grooves 421; the adapter part 42 of the upper pin 44 is inserted into the mounting groove 331 to be rotatably connected with the upper hinge 30, and the fixing part 41 of the upper pin 44 is inserted into the cylindrical groove 251 at the top of the edging 25 to be fixedly connected with the edging 25, so that the edging 25 is rotatably connected with the upper hinge 30.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the upper hinge only plays a limiting effect, and the bearing of door frame all falls down on the lower hinge, if lower hinge is not hard up, door frame and upper pin easily break away from the upper hinge and lead to the door plant to drop and have the potential safety hazard. In this embodiment, a limiting groove 332 is further provided in the hinge base 33 of the upper hinge 30, the inner diameter of the limiting groove 332 is larger than the inner diameter of the mounting groove 331, specifically, referring to fig. 11, the limiting groove 332 and the mounting groove 331 are connected into a T shape, and the limiting retainer ring 5 is clamped in the limiting groove 332 and cannot slide out from the mounting groove 331, so as to limit the upper pin 44. Specifically, along the extending direction of the upper pin 44, the length of the clamping groove 421 is greater than the thickness of the limit retainer ring 5, and a door plate sinking space is reserved to prevent the upper pin 44 from directly rubbing with the limit retainer ring 5; when the lower hinge 37 is seriously loosened, the upper pin 44 and the door frame 2 sink together, and at the moment, the top of the upper pin 44 and the limiting retainer ring 5 are contacted and rubbed to generate noise, so that a user is reminded of repairing the door.
It can be understood that the hinge base 33 of the upper hinge 30 is further provided with a limiting groove 332, the outer periphery of the switching portion 42 of the pin 44 is provided with a circle of clamping groove 421 recessed toward the inside of the pin 4, and the upper pin 44 is limited by arranging the limiting retainer ring 5 between the limiting groove 332 and the clamping groove 421, so that the problem that the upper pin 44 falls off from the upper hinge 30 due to loosening of the lower hinge 37 is avoided.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 8, 9 and 13-15, the top-bottom hinge 3 further includes a lower hinge 37, the pin 4 also includes a lower pin 45, and the adapter portion 42 of the lower pin 45 is inserted into the mounting groove 331 of the lower hinge 37 to be rotatably connected with the lower hinge 37, and the fixing portion 41 of the lower pin 45 is inserted into the cylindrical groove 251 at the bottom of the edging 25 to be fixedly connected with the edging 25, so that the edging 25 is rotatably connected with the lower hinge 37.
It will be appreciated that the mounting slot 331 of the lower hinge 37 does not extend through the hinge base 33, and the adapter 42 of the lower pin 45 is inserted into the mounting slot 331 of the lower hinge 37 for rotational connection with the lower hinge 37; the fixing portion 41 of the lower pin 45 is inserted into the cylindrical groove 251 at the bottom of the edging 25 to be connected with the edging 25 as a whole, when the door frame rotates, the switching portion 42 rotates in the mounting groove 331, and the friction between the switching portion 42 and the mounting groove 331 can be further reduced by oil lubrication or grease lubrication.
In some alternative embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 14, a steel ball 6 is also provided between the mounting slot 331 of the lower hinge 37 and the lower pin 45.
It should be noted that in the prior art, the switching portion of the lower pin directly falls into the mounting groove of the lower hinge, the spacer ring on the pin contacts with the top of the lower hinge to limit the pin, when the door frame is rotated, the spacer ring rubs with the lower hinge to generate harsh friction sound, burrs are generated after long-time friction, and the door plate is not smooth to rotate.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, the steel ball 6 is further disposed between the mounting groove 331 of the hinge 37 and the lower pin 45, and the lower pin 45 falls on the steel ball 6 without limiting the lower pin 45 through the spacer ring 43. The steel balls 6 have high hardness and high smoothness, and after a proper amount of solid lubricating oil is filled in the mounting groove 331, friction noise is hardly generated by the rotation friction between the lower pin 45 and the steel balls 6. Specifically, the end of the switching part 42 of the lower pin 45 far away from the fixing part 41 is a cambered surface, that is, the surface of the switching part 42 contacting with the steel ball 6 is a cambered surface, so that the lower pin 45 is attached to the steel ball, and the rotation is smoother.
In some alternative embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 9, the handle vertical frame 24 is provided with an L-shaped handle bar 26 protruding from the handle vertical frame 24 in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the door frame 2.
It will be appreciated that the handle vertical rim 24 is provided with an L-shaped handle bar 26 protruding from the handle vertical rim 24 to allow the handle vertical rim 24 to be self-locking to the handle slot. When the cabinet is additionally provided with the handle, the thickness of the handle is larger than that of the edge folding strip 25, and when the door frames of the plurality of cabinets are arranged side by side to open 180 degrees, the additionally provided handle can collide with the core plate of the side cabinet; the handle vertical frame 24 does not need to be additionally provided with a handle from the handle buckling groove, so that the glass core plate is prevented from being broken due to collision with the core plate.
In some alternative embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 6, a spacer 39 is also provided between the screw 38 and the tab 34.
Specifically, in fig. 6, only the area of the spacer 39 is equal to the area of the hollowed-out area 37 as an example, the spacer 39 may be disposed only at the position of the screw 38, so that the area of the spacer 39 is equal to the area of the screw 38. It should be noted that, the spacer 39 may be a flat spacer, and the contact area between the screw 38 and the protrusion 34 is increased to make the connection more secure; the spacer 39 may also be a resilient spacer that reduces friction between the screw 38 and the tab 34 and also prevents loosening.
According to the embodiment, the cabinet with the adjustable connecting seat provided by the invention has the advantages that at least the following beneficial effects are realized:
the invention provides a cabinet with an adjustable connecting seat, which comprises a cabinet body, a door frame and a top-bottom hinge for connecting the cabinet body and the door frame; the cabinet body comprises a top plate, a left side plate, a bottom plate and a right side plate which are sequentially connected; a hinge connecting seat is arranged on one side of the top plate and the bottom plate, which is close to the door frame, and is embedded into the top plate and the bottom plate, and the overhead hinge is fixedly connected with the hinge connecting seat; the top-bottom hinge comprises a fixed base, a connecting strip and a hinged base which are sequentially connected, wherein one side of the fixed base, which is far away from the hinged base, comprises a protruding part protruding from the fixed base, at least one protruding tooth is arranged on one side of the protruding part, which is far away from the hinged base, the hinge connecting base comprises a clamping part and a limiting part, a plurality of concave teeth are arranged in a groove of the clamping part, and the protruding teeth are clamped with at least part of the concave teeth; the protruding part of the top-bottom hinge is also provided with at least one through hole, and the clamping part is also provided with at least one connecting hole, and the protruding part is fixedly connected with the clamping part by passing through the through hole and the connecting hole through a screw. The convex teeth of the top-bottom hinge can be clamped with any concave teeth in the hinge connecting groove, so that the position of the top-bottom hinge can be adjusted; the convex teeth of the top-bottom hinge are clamped with the concave teeth of the hinge connecting groove to avoid position deviation, so that the door frame and the cabinet body are fixed more firmly.

1. A cabinet having an adjustable connection base, comprising: the door comprises a cabinet body, a door frame and a top-bottom hinge for connecting the cabinet body and the door frame;
