The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different structures of the invention. In order to simplify the present disclosure, components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. They are, of course, merely examples and are not intended to limit the invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
A door handle 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to the door handle 200 of the embodiment of the present invention, the door 100 is provided with the installation groove 110 opened toward the outside, the door handle 200 is installed in the installation groove 110, and the door handle 200 includes: an opening assembly 40 and a shutter assembly 30.
Specifically, both the opening assembly 40 and the shutter assembly 30 are disposed within the mounting slot 110. Wherein the opening assembly 40 is coupled to the vehicle door 100, the shielding assembly 30 is spaced apart from the opening assembly 40 in the width direction of the vehicle 1000, and the shielding assembly 30 is adapted to shield or open the open mouth of the installation groove 110. The term "open to the outside" in the above description means that the side of the door 100 facing away from the cabin of the vehicle 1000, i.e., the mounting groove 110 is open to the side facing away from the cabin of the vehicle 1000 on the door 100.
Thus, the door handle 200 is easily installed in the installation groove 110 at the outer side of the door 100, which is advantageous in reducing the difficulty of installing the door handle 200.
Thus, the door 100 can be opened by the opening assembly 40, and the opening of the mounting slot 110 can be blocked or opened by the shielding assembly 30, for example, when the shielding assembly 30 is opened to open the opening, the user's hand can directly extend into the mounting slot 110, at this time, the user can hold the opening assembly 40 to open the door 100, or when the shielding assembly 30 shields the opening, the shielding assembly 30 can act as a shielding for the opening assembly 40, so that the opening assembly 40 is not directly visible on the outer side of the door 100, and the door handle 200 is hidden.
For example, in actual assembly, the opening assembly 40 may be mounted in the mounting slot 110 and attached to the vehicle door 100, and then the shutter assembly 30 may be mounted on the side of the opening assembly 40 facing away from the cockpit.
In this way, the shielding member 30 is enabled to shield the opening member 40 on the outside of the opening member 40, and further, the shielding member 30 and the opening member 40 are spaced apart in the width direction of the vehicle 1000, in other words, the shielding member 30 and the opening member 40 are provided separately, and the both do not affect each other.
It should be noted that, in the related art, the hidden door handle 200 generally needs to be configured with an electric actuator and a micro switch, and is matched with a corresponding electric control system and a series of complete signal feedback loops to operate, and the electric actuator is powered by the whole car to drive the connecting mechanism to fold and unfold the handle in a forward and reverse rotation manner, so that the folding and unfolding of the handle can be realized.
Therefore, in the present invention, the door handle 200 is divided into the shutter assembly 30 and the opening assembly 40, and the shutter assembly 30 and the opening assembly 40 are independently provided, the shutter assembly 30 is simply used for blocking or opening the open mouth, and the opening assembly 40 has only a pulling-open function, i.e., the opening assembly 40 is simply used for opening the door 100, i.e., the opening assembly 40 may be a mechanical structure.
In this manner, the door handle 200 can be "hidden" by the use of the shutter assembly 30 and the opening assembly 40 in combination. Meanwhile, the opening assembly 40 does not need to be provided with an electric actuator, an electric control system and the like, so that the integration level of the opening assembly 40 is reduced, the structure of the opening assembly 40 is convenient to simplify, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the weight of the door handle 200 is reduced, and the lightweight design of the door handle 200 is realized.
According to the door handle 200 of the embodiment of the invention, the opening assembly 40 and the shielding assembly 30 of the door handle 200 are installed in the installation groove 110 which is opened outwards of the door 100, the opening assembly 40 is connected with the door 100, then the opening of the door 100 can be controlled, the shielding assembly 30 can shield or open the opening of the installation groove 110, the shielding assembly 30 can achieve the effect of hiding the door handle 200, the opening assembly 40 and the shielding assembly 30 are independent from each other, the door handle 200 is not required to be integrated together, the structure of the door handle 200 can be simplified, less door 100 space can be occupied when the door handle 200 is hidden, and the cost can be effectively reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the shielding assembly 30 includes: the mounting bracket 31 and the cover plate 32, the mounting bracket 31 is fixed in the mounting groove 110, the cover plate 32 is movably mounted on the mounting bracket 31, and the cover plate 32 is suitable for shielding or opening the open mouth.
It will be appreciated that the mounting frame 31 of the shielding assembly 30 is secured within the mounting slot 110, the mounting frame 31 providing a fulcrum for the mounting of the cover plate 32, the cover plate 32 being movably mounted to the mounting frame 31 such that the cover plate 32 can shield or open the opening when moved over the mounting frame 31.
Thus, when the cover plate 32 moves on the mounting frame 31, the opening can be shielded or opened, and the mounting groove 110 can be hidden or the mounting groove 110 can be opened.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the mounting frame 31 is provided with a relief opening 311 facing the open opening, and the cover plate 32 is adapted to block or open the relief opening 311.
It should be noted that, the mounting frame 31 is provided with the avoiding opening 311 opposite to the opening, when the cover plate 32 shields or opens the opening, the cover plate 32 shields or opens the avoiding opening 311 at the same time, so that the shielding or opening process of the cover plate 32 and the shielding or opening process of the cover plate 32 are performed synchronously.
Thus, the avoidance opening 311 can make the mounting frame 31 not to cover the opening assembly 40, and after the cover plate 32 opens the opening, the avoidance opening 311 can be opened at the same time, so that a user's hand can pass through the opening and the avoidance opening 311 to contact the opening assembly 40.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the cover plate 32 includes a first sub-plate 321 and a second sub-plate 322, the first sub-plate 321 is movably mounted on the mounting frame 31, and the second sub-plate 322 is located on a side of the first sub-plate 321 facing away from the opening assembly 40 and the first sub-plate 321 is connected. Wherein, the first sub-board 321 is suitable for shielding or opening the avoidance hole 311, and the second sub-board 322 is suitable for shielding or opening the opening.
Therefore, the first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 can be utilized to shield or open the avoidance port 311 and the opening port respectively, and the first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 synchronously move, so that the movement process is convenient to simplify, and the control difficulty is reduced.
The second sub-plate 322 can be moved to block the open mouth, for example, when the first sub-plate 321 is moved to block the avoidance mouth 311 with respect to the mounting frame 31, or the second sub-plate 322 can be moved to open the open mouth, when the first sub-plate 321 is moved to open the avoidance mouth 311 with respect to the mounting frame 31.
Therefore, when the cover plate 32 moves on the mounting frame 31, the opening and the avoiding opening 311 can be synchronously shielded or opened, so that the movement process is simpler and more convenient.
It should be noted that, when the second sub-board 322 is connected to the first sub-board 321, the connection manner may have various forms, such as clamping, riveting, welding, and the like, which is not limited herein, and alternatively, in this embodiment, the second sub-board 322 is clamped to the first sub-board 321.
Therefore, the second sub-board 322 is connected to the first sub-board 321 in a clamping manner, so that the connection stability of the first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 can be enhanced, and the difficulty in assembling and disassembling the second sub-board 322 and the first sub-board 321 can be reduced.
The side of the second sub-board 322 facing away from the first sub-board 321 may be painted in a manner that is the same as the color of the vehicle door 100, so that the door handle 200 can better achieve a "hiding" effect when the second sub-board 322 shields the open opening.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the shutter assembly 30 further includes a driving member 33, the driving member 33 is mounted on a side of the mounting frame 31 facing the opening assembly 40, and the driving member 33 is adapted to drive the first sub-plate 321 to move.
Specifically, the driving member 33 of the shielding assembly 30 is mounted on the side of the mounting frame 31 facing the opening assembly 40, so that the driving member 33 does not appear on the movement path of the first sub-plate 321 and does not obstruct the movement of the first sub-plate 321 when driving the first sub-plate 321 to move.
Thus, the drive member 33 in the shutter assembly 30 enables the cover plate 32 to move on the mounting frame 31, thereby enabling the cover plate 32 to open or close the open and escape openings 311.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the output end of the driving member 33 is provided with an output gear 331, and a side of the first sub-board 321 facing away from the second sub-board 322 is provided with a rack 3211, and the output gear 331 is meshed with the rack 3211.
Specifically, the output gear 331 disposed at the output end of the driving member 33 is meshed with the rack 3211 on the side of the first sub-board 321 away from the second sub-board 322, so that the driving member 33 can drive the first sub-board 321 to move in different directions when driving the output gear 331 to rotate forward or backward, and further drive the second sub-board 322 to move in different directions through the first sub-board 321.
For example, when the driving member 33 drives the output gear 331 to rotate forward, the output gear 331 drives the first sub-board 321 to move towards the first direction, so that the first sub-board 321 opens the avoidance opening 311, and the first sub-board 321 drives the second sub-board 322 to open the opening, so that a user's hand can pass through the opening and the avoidance opening 311 to hold the opening assembly 40, and further the opening of the vehicle door 100 is achieved.
Or when the driving piece 33 drives the output gear 331 to rotate reversely, the output gear 331 drives the first sub-board 321 to move towards the second direction, so that the first sub-board 321 shields the avoidance opening 311, and the first sub-board 321 drives the second sub-board 322 to shield the open opening, so that the cover plate 32 can shield the opening assembly 40 at the outer side of the vehicle door 100, and the effect of hiding the vehicle door handle 200 is achieved.
The first direction and the second direction are parallel to the direction of the door sheet metal, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned rotation direction of the driving gear 331 and the movement direction of the first sub-board 321 are only for illustration, and are not meant to be limiting.
In some embodiments, the first sub-plate 321 is slidably mounted in the avoidance hole 311, and the first sub-plate 321 can move along the distribution direction of the mounting frame 31 and the opening assembly 40 toward a direction approaching the opening assembly 40.
In actual use, the driving member 33 drives the first sub-board 321 to move a distance in a direction approaching the opening assembly 40, and then controls the first sub-board 321 to move in the length direction of the vehicle 1000, so that the second sub-board 322 can avoid the door sheet metal when the cover 32 is opened, and the second sub-board 322 can not interfere with the door 100 when moving.
In the process of covering the open mouth by the cover plate 32, the movement path of the cover plate 32 is reversed along the path when the cover plate is opened, and will not be described herein.
When the cover plate 32 covers the open mouth, the outer side surface of the second sub-plate 322 is in the same plane with the outer side surface of the door 100, so the movement path of the second sub-plate 322 can not interfere with the door sheet metal by the above arrangement.
In some embodiments, the driving member 33 is electrically connected to the control assembly of the vehicle 1000, and after the vehicle 1000 receives the unlocking signal, the control assembly transmits a signal to the driving member 33, so that the driving member 33 opens the cover plate 32 to expose the opening of the mounting slot 110 of the door 100, thereby enabling the user to open the door 100 using the opening assembly 40, and after the vehicle 1000 receives the locking signal, the driving member 33 can cause the cover plate 32 to cover the opening of the mounting slot 110 of the door 100, thereby achieving the purpose of hiding the door handle 200.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, the opening assembly 40 includes: the base 42 is fixed in the mounting groove 110, and the outside handle 41 is movably mounted on the base 42, and the outside handle 41 is connected with the door 100. The outward opening handle 41 has a first position and a second position, when the outward opening handle 41 is in the first position, the outward opening handle 41 abuts against the limit rod of the base 42, and when the outward opening handle 41 is in the second position, the outward opening handle 41 is spaced apart from the limit rod.
Specifically, the base 42 of the opening assembly 40 may be mounted in the mounting groove 110 by a screw, and the connection mode of the base 42 may be more selected, for example, may be in a form of welding or the like, and the outside handle 41 is movably mounted on the base 42 and is connected with the vehicle door 100, so that the outside handle 41 may control the opening of the vehicle door 100, when the outside handle 41 is located at the second position, the outside handle 41 may be spaced apart from the stop lever, and at this time, the vehicle door 100 is in a closed state, and when the outside handle 41 is pulled to the first position, the stop lever of the base 42 may be pressed by the outside handle 41 during the movement process, so as to open the vehicle door 100, and after the outside handle 41 is located at the first position, the outside handle 41 abuts against the stop lever of the base 42.
Thus, the opening assembly 40 installed in the installation groove 110 of the vehicle door 100 can control the opening of the vehicle door 100, and meanwhile, the opening assembly 40 has a simple structure, occupies a small space, and has more arrangement modes.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, the base 42 is provided with a pin 43, and the out-turned handle 41 is rotatably connected to the pin 43.
It will be appreciated that the outside handle 41 is rotatably connected to the pin 43, and the pin 43 is located on the base 42, so that the outside handle 41 is connected to the base 42 through the pin 43 to enhance the connection stability of the outside handle 41 and the first position and the second position of the outside handle 41 are two limiting points when the outside handle 41 rotates on the pin 43.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, a resilient return member 431 is provided on the pin 43, the resilient return member 431 being adapted to resiliently pre-load the out-handle 41 from the first position toward the second position.
It will be appreciated that the resilient return member 431 may be configured as a spring that applies a force to the out-opening handle 41 after the out-opening handle 41 is in the first position, and automatically pulls the out-opening handle 41 to the second position when the user's hand is removed from the out-opening handle 41, i.e., automatically returns the out-opening handle 41, in preparation for the next opening of the vehicle door 100.
The invention also proposes a vehicle 1000.
According to the vehicle 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the vehicle 1000 includes: the door handle 200 of any of the above embodiments.
According to the vehicle 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the shielding component 30 of the door handle 200 can shield the opening of the mounting groove 110, so that the shielding component 30 can shield the opening component 40, thereby hiding the opening component 40, and the shielding component 30 can open the opening of the mounting groove 110, so that the user can extend the hand into the mounting groove 110 to hold the opening component 40 to open the door 100, and meanwhile, the shielding component 30 and the opening component 40 are independent from each other, thus, the effect of hiding the door handle 200 can be achieved, the structure of the door handle 200 can be simplified, and the cost of the door handle 200 and the weight of the door handle 200 can be reduced.
