Description

Control method, device, equipment and medium for exhaust temperature of compressor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clothes dryers, and particularly relates to a control method, a device, equipment and a medium for exhaust temperature of a compressor.
Background
When the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too high, not only can the refrigerant and the lubricating oil be decomposed under the contact of substances such as metal and the like to generate carbon deposits, acids and the like, but also the viscosity of the lubricating oil can be reduced, so that the compressor is undesirably worn, and even the built-in motor of the compressor is burnt. In summary, excessive discharge temperatures can affect compressor life. Currently, in practical applications, such as a dryer provided with a compressor, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is lowered by increasing the compressor radiator fan. However, this solution requires adding an additional cooling fan in the dryer, which is costly, and results in an increase in the price of the dryer, which is not conducive to popularization.

Hereinafter, a method for controlling the discharge temperature of the compressor according to the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for controlling exhaust temperature of a compressor according to an embodiment of the invention. The method as shown in fig. 1 may be applied to an electric home appliance configured with a compressor and an induced air valve, which may be an electric home appliance applied to adjust an exhaust temperature of the compressor, for example, including but not limited to a clothes dryer, an air conditioner, an air conditioning fan, a fresh air appliance, an electric heater, or other devices. The method comprises the following implementation steps:
s101, when the compressor is detected to be in a target operation stage, acquiring exhaust parameters of the compressor, wherein the exhaust parameters at least comprise the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
The target operation stage of the present invention refers to the current operation stage of the compressor, and the division standard is not limited, for example, the target operation stage can be divided into a heating stage and a cooling stage according to the change trend of the exhaust temperature of the compressor. The discharge parameters refer to parameters associated with describing the compressor discharge, which may include, but are not limited to, discharge temperature, discharge pressure, discharge time, discharge amount, or other discharge parameters, etc.
In practical application, in the household appliance (such as a clothes dryer or an air conditioner), in the running process of the household appliance, the control scheme of the exhaust temperature of the compressor provided by the invention can be implemented to protect the compressor from being stopped or damaged by over-temperature.
It can be understood that, in order to save energy consumption of the apparatus, the target operation stage of the present invention may specifically refer to an operation stage in which the compressor is operated for a certain period of time. For example, the heating stage after the compressor runs for a first preset time period may be specifically mentioned, the cooling stage after the compressor runs for a second preset time period may also be mentioned, so as to avoid collecting the exhaust parameters of the compressor before the first preset time period, at this time, the compressor just starts to run, and the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a safe preset standard range, for example, still in a range of 0-105 ℃.
S102, adjusting the opening degree of the induced air valve in the target operation stage according to the exhaust temperature so as to adjust the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
In an embodiment, the opening degree of the induced air valve in the target operation stage can be directly adjusted according to the exhaust temperature, for example, when the exhaust temperature is greater than a preset upper temperature threshold value, the induced air valve can be closed. When the exhaust temperature is less than a preset lower temperature threshold, an induced draft valve and the like can be opened.
In another embodiment, before step S102, the present invention may acquire the trend information of the exhaust parameters over time.
The change trend information is used for representing the change information of the exhaust parameters along with the change of time, and can comprise, but is not limited to, a change trend such as a rising trend, a falling trend or a stable trend; the rate of change, such as the rate of rise (also referred to as the rate of rise), the rate of fall (also referred to as the rate of fall), and the like.
Then in step S102, the present invention may adjust the opening of the induced air valve in the target operation stage according to the exhaust temperature and the variation trend information, so as to adjust the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
The air inducing valve is a valve configured in household appliances and is used for introducing air into the household appliances so as to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor, thereby ensuring that the compressor is not stopped or damaged.
In a specific embodiment, the target operation stage is a temperature raising stage, and the change trend information is used for indicating a change trend of the exhaust temperature over time. Specifically, when the change trend information is used to indicate that the exhaust temperature changes with time to be in an ascending trend, and the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold value, the present invention may increase the opening of the induced air valve to a preset valve opening (for example, a preset opening 1, etc.). Further, the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor can be continuously increased, the invention can continuously obtain the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor, and when the temperature of the exhaust gas is increased to exceed a second threshold value, the invention can continuously increase the opening of the induced air valve until the opening of the induced air valve is at the preset upper limit, for example, the opening of the valve is continuously increased according to the preset step or the preset grade, so as to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor. Wherein the second threshold is greater than the first threshold.
In practical applications, the first threshold and the second threshold may refer to a single preset temperature threshold, or may refer to any temperature threshold in a preset temperature threshold range, etc., which is not limited by the present invention. For example, the first threshold may be any preset value from 60 ℃ to 105 ℃, the second threshold may be any preset value from 70 ℃ to 110 ℃, etc.
In yet another embodiment, the target operation stage is a temperature reduction stage, and the change trend information is used to indicate a change trend of the exhaust temperature over time. Specifically, when the change trend information is used for indicating that the exhaust temperature changes with time to be in a decreasing trend, and the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold value, the opening of the induced draft valve can be reduced, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is maintained within a preset standard range, for example, within a preset safe operation range of 60-105 ℃.
In yet another embodiment, the target operating phase is a warm-up phase, and the trend information is used to indicate a rate of change of the exhaust temperature over time. Specifically, when the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold value, the present invention may increase the opening of the induced air valve to a preset valve opening (e.g., a preset opening 1, etc.). Further, the invention can continuously acquire the exhaust parameters of the compressor, and analyze and acquire the change trend information of the exhaust parameters along with the change of time, wherein the change trend information is particularly used for indicating the temperature rising rate of the exhaust temperature along with the change of time. When the temperature rising rate exceeds the first speed and the exhaust temperature exceeds the first threshold, the invention can continuously increase the opening of the induced air valve until the opening reaches the preset upper limit opening, for example, continuously increasing the opening of the valve according to the preset step length or increasing the opening of the valve according to the preset grade, and the like, so as to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
In still another specific embodiment, the target operation stage is a cooling stage, the change trend information is used to indicate a change rate of the exhaust temperature changing with time, and the embodiment of the invention is specifically used to indicate the cooling rate of the exhaust temperature changing with time. Specifically, when the cooling rate indicated by the change trend information exceeds the second rate and the exhaust temperature is lower than the first threshold value, the opening of the induced air valve can be reduced, for example, the opening of the induced air valve is continuously reduced according to a preset reduction step length, or the opening of the valve is reduced according to a preset grade, and the like, so as to maintain the exhaust temperature of the compressor within a preset standard range.
In yet another embodiment, the target operation stage is a temperature increasing stage, and the change trend information is used to indicate a change trend of the exhaust pressure with time. Specifically, when the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold value, the present invention may increase the opening of the induced air valve to a preset valve opening (e.g., a preset opening 1, etc.). Further, the present invention may obtain the trend information, and when the trend information is used to indicate that the exhaust pressure changes with time to be in an upward trend, and the exhaust temperature exceeds the first threshold, the present invention may continuously increase the opening of the induced air valve until reaching a preset upper limit opening, for example, continuously increase the opening of the valve according to a preset step size or increase the opening of the valve according to a preset grade, so as to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
In yet another embodiment, the target operation stage is a temperature reduction stage, and the change trend information is used to indicate a change trend of the exhaust pressure with time. Specifically, when the change trend information is used for indicating that the exhaust pressure changes with time to be in a decreasing trend or a steady trend, and the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold value, the opening of the induced air valve can be reduced, for example, the opening of the valve is continuously reduced according to a preset reduction step, or the opening of the valve is reduced according to a preset level, so as to maintain the exhaust temperature of the compressor within a preset standard range.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention may further adjust the opening of the induced air valve according to other exhaust parameters and the change trend information thereof, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the exhaust temperature of the compressor. For example, referring to the foregoing embodiments of adjusting the valve opening according to the exhaust gas temperature and the rate of change of the exhaust gas temperature, the present invention may adjust the valve opening according to the rate of change of the exhaust gas pressure (e.g., the rate of pressure increase or the rate of pressure decrease) and the exhaust gas temperature. Or, as another example, the present invention may adjust the opening of the air intake valve according to the exhaust temperature and the current exhaust time, specifically, when the exhaust temperature exceeds the first threshold value and the current exhaust time exceeds the first preset time (reflecting that the compressor is operated for a long time, etc.), the opening of the air intake valve may be gradually increased to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor, etc., which is not limited by the present invention.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, how to adjust the exhaust temperature of the compressor by controlling the opening of the induced air valve will be described below with reference to fig. 2 and 3, taking the trend and the rate of change of the exhaust temperature as examples.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of another method for controlling the exhaust temperature of a compressor according to an embodiment of the invention. The method as shown in fig. 2 comprises the following implementation steps:
s201, when the compressor starts to run, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is obtained.
After the household appliance (such as a drying mode of a clothes dryer) is started, the compressor operates, and the invention can collect and acquire the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
For example, taking home appliances as an example of a dryer, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a back view of a dryer. In the dryer shown in fig. 4, a compressor is disposed at a position corresponding to 401, and 402 is denoted as an induced draft valve, and the dryer shown in the figure further includes other components, such as a condensation duct, an evaporator, a drum, etc., which are not described herein.
S202, when the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold T1, increasing the opening of the induced air valve to a preset valve opening (also referred to as a first opening, opening 1).
The first threshold value may also be referred to as an early warning temperature T1, and may specifically be a lower limit value or any value of a preset first threshold range (for example, 60-105 ℃), for example, 60 ℃. The first threshold value may also represent a preset first threshold value range (e.g., 60-105 ℃), and specifically, when the exhaust temperature is in the first threshold value range, the present invention may increase the opening of the induced air valve to the opening 1 or the like.
S203, continuously acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and analyzing and acquiring that the exhaust temperature changes with time to be in an ascending trend.
S204, judging whether the target exhaust temperature of the compressor exceeds a second threshold T2, wherein the sampling time of the target exhaust temperature is positioned after the sampling time of the exhaust temperature.
The invention can continuously monitor the exhaust temperature of the compressor in real time, if the exhaust temperature of the compressor continuously rises, when the target exhaust temperature of the compressor reaches/exceeds a second threshold T2, the invention can continuously execute step S205; otherwise, step S206 is continued.
In practical applications, the second threshold may also be a lower limit value or any value of a preset second threshold range (e.g. 70-110 ℃), for example 70 ℃. The second threshold may also represent a preset second threshold range (e.g., 70-110 ℃), and specifically, when the exhaust temperature is within the second threshold range, the present invention performs step S205; otherwise, step S206 is performed.
S205, continuously increasing the opening of the induced air valve.
According to the invention, after the exhaust temperature is detected to be in an ascending trend along with the time change and the exhaust temperature of the compressor reaches/exceeds T2, the opening of the induced air valve can be increased until the preset upper limit opening, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is reduced.
S206, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a preset standard range.
The invention can continuously monitor the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and if the exhaust temperature of the compressor begins to cool, i.e. the compressor is in a cooling stage, whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a preset standard range can be judged. If yes, go on to step S209; otherwise, step S207 is continued. The preset standard range is a safe operation range set by system user definition, the lower limit value of the preset standard range is greater than or equal to the first threshold value, preferably the first threshold value, for example, the preset standard range is T1 60-105 ℃.
S207, judging whether the discharge temperature of the compressor is reduced to a third threshold value or not, wherein the third threshold value is larger than the first threshold value.
In the invention, when judging that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is not maintained/within the preset standard range, the invention can judge whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is reduced to a third threshold value T3, wherein the third threshold value T3 is larger than the first threshold value T2. If yes, go on to step S208; otherwise, step S209 is performed.
S208, reducing the opening degree of the induced air valve so as to maintain the exhaust temperature of the compressor within the preset standard range.
In the invention, when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is detected to be reduced but not lower than the first threshold value, the opening of the induced air valve can be reduced, and the steps S207-S208 are circularly executed until the exhaust temperature of the compressor is maintained within the preset standard range.
S209, determining the opening degree of the induced air valve.
When the exhaust temperature of the compressor is maintained within the preset standard range, the opening of the induced air valve can be sent to a user for confirmation, for example, the induced air valve is displayed on a display interface of the household electrical appliance in the forms of short messages, characters, pictures or captions for confirmation by the user, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of another method for controlling exhaust temperature of a compressor according to an embodiment of the invention. The method as shown in fig. 3 comprises the following implementation steps:
s301, when the compressor is started to run, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is obtained.
After the household appliance (such as a drying mode of a clothes dryer) is started, the compressor operates, and the invention can collect and acquire the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
S302, when the exhaust temperature exceeds a first threshold T1, increasing the opening of the induced air valve to a preset valve opening (also referred to as a first opening, opening 1).
S303, continuously acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and analyzing and acquiring the temperature rising rate of the exhaust temperature changing along with time.
S304, judging whether the temperature rising rate exceeds a first rate K1.
The invention can continuously monitor the exhaust temperature of the compressor in real time, and if the exhaust temperature of the compressor continuously rises (namely, the temperature rises) and the temperature rising rate exceeds the first rate K1, the invention can continuously execute the step S305; otherwise, step S306 may continue to be performed.
The first rate is set by the system in a self-defining way, and can be a single preset rate threshold value or any rate value within a preset first rate range, for example, any value in a range of 0.1 ℃/min-5 ℃/min. The first rate may also represent a preset first rate range, and specifically, the present invention may determine whether the heating rate is in the first rate range, if yes, step S305 may be executed; otherwise, step S306 is performed.
And S305, continuously increasing the opening of the induced air valve.
The invention can continuously increase the opening of the induced air valve until the preset upper limit opening so as to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor.
S306, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a preset standard range.
The invention can continuously monitor the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and if the exhaust temperature of the compressor begins to cool, i.e. the compressor is in a cooling stage, whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a preset standard range can be judged. If yes, go on to step S309; otherwise, step S307 is continued. The preset standard range is a safe operation range set by system user definition, the lower limit value of the preset standard range is greater than or equal to the first threshold value, preferably the first threshold value, for example, the preset standard range is T1 60-105 ℃.
S307, judging whether the cooling rate of the compressor exceeds a second rate K2 and whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is lower than a first threshold.
The invention can further monitor and acquire the cooling rate of the compressor and judge whether the cooling rate exceeds a second rate and whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is lower than a first threshold. If yes, go on to step S308; otherwise, step S309 is performed.
The description of the second rate according to the present invention may refer to the description of the first rate, and will not be repeated here. The first rate and the second rate may be the same or different, and the present invention is not limited.
And S308, reducing the opening degree of the induced air valve so as to maintain the exhaust temperature of the compressor within the preset standard range.
When the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor is detected to be reduced, the opening of the induced air valve can be reduced when the temperature reduction rate is lower than the second rate or the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor exceeds the first threshold value, and the steps S307-S308 are circularly executed until the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor is maintained within the preset standard range.
S309, determining the opening degree of the induced air valve.
