the gas well generates gas and water with foam, which is collected in a single well gas collecting pipe and enters a cluster defoaming device;
the operation parameters of the cluster defoaming device are input into a cloud or mobile terminal platform for optimization, and then the cluster defoaming device automatically executes the optimized operation parameters to defoam the air and water;
and (3) mixing the defoamed air and water, and then carrying out a separation process to complete the whole foam drainage gas production operation.
The split flow was performed by a separator.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, production dynamic data of gas fields and gas wells are collected in real time through the internet of things equipment installed in each gas field; then, the acquired data are input to the established cloud end, mobile end and other platforms through the oil field wireless transmission system to carry out intelligent analysis and optimization on the hydrops state of the gas well, the bottom hole hydrops amount and the optimal consumption of the foam discharging agent; and finally, pushing the intelligent analysis and optimized result data to automatic filling equipment of the well site through a wireless transmission system of the oil field, and automatically executing foam drainage gas production agent filling system adjustment by the automatic filling equipment according to the optimized result.
Further, the production dynamic data of the gas well comprises the state of effusion, the amount of effusion at the bottom of the well and the amount of foam discharging agent.
Further, the liquid medicine injected into the gas well by the automatic filling device is foam discharging agent or foaming agent, and the cluster defoaming device is used for injecting the defoaming agent into the single well gas collecting pipe.
The automatic filling device is used for filling foam discharging agent (or foaming agent) into a gas well, so that accumulated liquid in a shaft can be formed into foam under the stirring of air flow, and the air flow is conveniently carried out to the ground. The automatic filling device is placed in a gas well site, and one filling device is needed for each well.
It is further described that after the foam returned from the shaft reaches the wellhead, foam is firstly defoamed for facilitating gas-water separation, and the cluster defoaming device is used for defoaming by adding a defoaming agent, so that the gas and water produced by each gas well in the gas field can be uniformly separated after being collected at the gas collecting station, and therefore, the cluster defoaming device is arranged on the gas collecting station, and one device can be used for managing a plurality of wells.

Further, parameter data of the automatic filling device and the in-station cluster defoaming device are accessed to a cloud or mobile terminal platform through wireless transmission.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, because the direct distance between the wellhead of the dispersed gas well is relatively far, an automatic wellhead filling device is installed beside each wellhead, production dynamic and automatic filling device operation data of the gas well are collected through the oil field internet of things equipment and are input to the cloud end, the mobile end and other platforms through the wireless transmission device, and the automatic filling device automatically executes the optimized feedback result; then, the acquired data are input to the established cloud end, mobile end and other platforms through the oil field wireless transmission system to carry out intelligent analysis and optimization on the hydrops state of the gas well, the bottom hole hydrops amount and the optimal consumption of the foam discharging agent; finally, collecting the gas and water produced by each wellhead and containing a large amount of foam at a single-well gas collecting and collecting pipe, and feeding the collected gas and water into an in-station cluster defoaming device, wherein the device injects defoaming agent into the gas and water containing a large amount of foam after being collected by each passing well to eliminate all foam, and each operation parameter of the in-station cluster defoaming device is input into a cloud end, a mobile end and other platforms through a wireless transmission device in real time to be optimized, and then automatically executing the filling system and the consumption of the optimized defoaming agent; and finally, the defoamed gas-water mixed flow enters a subsequent separator flow to finish the whole foam drainage gas production operation.
A filling device for foam drainage and gas production of a gas well, as shown in fig. 4, comprises a solar panel 1 and a device housing 2;

The base 11 may keep the device case 2 stable.
Further, both the dosing tube 3 and the outlet tube 6 extend outside the device housing 2.
The chemical feeding pipe 3 is connected to an external supply vehicle, and the liquid outlet pipe 6 is connected to a gas well.
Further, a flow meter 5 and a valve 7 are installed on the liquid outlet pipe 6.
It should be noted that, the flow meter 5 may monitor the flow rate passing through the liquid outlet pipe 6, and the valve 7 may be opened or closed automatically to control the working state of the liquid outlet pipe 6.
Further, a wireless transmission device 10 is further arranged on the equipment shell 2, and the wireless transmission device 10 is electrically connected with the plunger pump 8 and the liquid level meter 9 respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, the solar panel 1 has the main functions of filling foam discharging agent into the plunger pump 8, transmitting data by the wireless transmission device 10, switching the valve 7, measuring the liquid level of the liquid level meter 9 and measuring the flow of the flowmeter 5 to provide power; the medicine storage tank 4 is used for storing the foam discharging agent solution; the plunger pump 8 has the function of injecting the foam discharging agent into a gas well according to the design dosage of the foam discharging agent pushed by a cloud end platform, a mobile end platform and the like; the wireless transmission device 10 is used for transmitting data of the automatic filling device of the solar foam discharging agent to a cloud end, a mobile end and other platforms and receiving an optimal design result of the platform; the function of the device housing 2 is to protect the internal core components; the function of the liquid level meter 9 is to measure the liquid level position in the medicine storage tank 4 in real time; the function of the flowmeter 5 is to measure the filling amount of the medicament in real time; the valve 7 is used for switching a medicament injection pipeline entering the wellhead; the function of the drug adding tube 3 is to supply the drug to the case where the solution of the foam discharging agent in the drug storage tank 4 is insufficient.

It should be noted that, at present, the invention has been developed and applied, the manual work load on site is reduced by 4/5, and the equipment does not need other manual intervention except for supplying the medicament. The foam discharging effect is improved by 23%, the dosage of the medicament is reduced by 29.5%, the comprehensive cost is reduced by 55%, and the effect is good.
FIG. 5 is a graph showing the integrated production of one well before and after intelligent bubble drainage. The intelligent foam discharging is started in 13 days of 1 month, after the measures are taken, the gas production is increased by 0.73%, the water production is reduced by 40.1%, the oil sleeve pressure difference is increased by 4.25%, and the dosage of the medicament is reduced by 62.6%. The cost reduction and synergy effects are remarkable, and the production of a gas well is effectively ensured. The method is characterized in that an automatic filling mode is adopted before intelligent filling, namely, a field technician roughly sets a reagent filling amount according to analysis of the production state of a gas well, and foam discharging agent is added into the gas well at regular time and quantitatively by automatic filling equipment every day to maintain stable production of the gas well. Because the dynamic connection with the production of the gas well cannot be realized, the daily reagent injection amount is a fixed value, and in order to prevent the risk of unstable gas well yield caused by the too small reagent dosage, the reagent dosage is often too large, and the reagent dosage in the state is not in real time and directly connected with the production state of the gas well, and can not be changed along with the production dynamic state. The dosage of the medicament in the intelligent filling stage is analyzed in real time according to the production dynamics of the gas well, the dosage of the medicament can be accurately designed, manual participation is not needed, and the dosage of the medicament in the intelligent filling stage is less, and the yield is stable and increased.
Although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
