wherein the antifreezing agent comprises a mixture of propylene glycol and ethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 5:2, and the film forming auxiliary agent is ethylene glycol butyl ether;
B. preparing a primer: adding the water-based self-crosslinking elastic acrylic acid polymer into a stirring kettle, stirring at the speed of 450r/min, sequentially adding water, an antifreezing agent, a Ph regulator, an anti-flash rust agent, a defoaming agent, an adhesion promoter and color paste scarlet during stirring, stirring at the speed of 700r/min for 20min, and then adding a thickening agent according to the principle of a small amount of multiple times, and stirring uniformly to obtain a primer;

Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 only in that the top coat in comparative example 1 was free of scratch resistance aids.

Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 only in that the primer in comparative example 3 does not add an adhesion promoter.
2. Performance testing
The primer and the top coat prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were applied by spraying, the primer was applied on the substrate, then the top coat was applied on the primer, and then performance test was performed according to the coating HG/T4758-2014 standard, and the test results are shown in tables 1-2.

As shown in Table 1, the crack paint prepared by the invention has the water resistance of not less than 240H, the acid resistance of not less than 96H, the alkali resistance of not less than 72H, the oil resistance of not less than 24H, the gasoline resistance of not less than 24H, the hardness of H, the adhesion of 0 level, the impact strength of 50cm passing, the artificial aging resistance of 1000H, no pulverization, bubbling, falling and cracking, and the abrasion resistance of not less than 0.5mm.
As is clear from comparison between the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-2, the comparative example 2 is not added with the hand feeling wear-resistant agent, so that the prepared crack paint is poor in hardness, adhesive force and wear resistance, while the comparative example 1 is added with the hand feeling wear-resistant agent, but not with scratch-resistant auxiliary agent, the hardness, adhesive force and wear resistance of the crack paint are improved to a limited extent, but the example 1 is added with the hand feeling wear-resistant agent and the scratch-resistant auxiliary agent at the same time, the hardness, adhesive force and wear resistance of the crack paint are improved to a great extent, and the effect brought by the single addition of the hand feeling wear-resistant agent or the scratch-resistant auxiliary agent is far better than that brought by the single addition of the hand feeling wear-resistant agent, the scratch-resistant auxiliary agent and other components in the finish paint are enhanced in a synergistic manner, so that the hardness, adhesive force and wear resistance of the crack paint are improved to a great extent.
As can be seen from the comparison of the example 1 and the comparative example 3, the adhesion promoter is not added in the comparative example 3, and experiments show that the added adhesion promoter not only can enhance the adhesion of the finish paint, but also can enhance the wear resistance and the hardness of the crack paint, thus indicating that the adhesion promoter and other components in the invention generate a synergistic enhancement effect.

Claims (9)

1. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint is characterized by comprising a primer and a finish paint, wherein the primer comprises, by weight, 40-55 parts of a water-based self-crosslinking elastic acrylic polymer, 25-35 parts of water, 0.15-0.4 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of a Ph regulator, 1.5-2.0 parts of an anti-rust auxiliary agent, 0.8-1.3 parts of a thickening agent, 0.8-1.5 parts of an adhesion promoter, 5-15 parts of color paste and 0.9-2.5 parts of an antifreezing agent;
the finishing paint comprises, by weight, 55-65 parts of a water-based self-crosslinking acrylate copolymer, 15-20 parts of water, 0.05-0.15 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-0.9 part of a Ph regulator, 0.5-1.5 parts of a flash rust prevention auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.0 part of a thickening agent, 1.3-2.2 parts of a scratch resistance auxiliary agent, 8-15 parts of color paste, 0.5-0.8 part of an antifreezing agent, 0.5-1.0 part of a hand feeling wear-resistant agent and 3.0-4.5 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent.
2. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the water-based self-crosslinking elastic acrylic polymer comprises the following steps:
a1: uniformly mixing 15-30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 20-35 parts of butyl acrylate, 0.03-0.05 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.05-0.07 part of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 10-15 parts of water to obtain a dispersion liquid;
a2: taking 12-20 parts of water, uniformly mixing with 0.03-0.06 part of dimethylethanolamine, heating to 80-90 ℃, adding 0.01-0.03 part of dispersion liquid and azodiisobutyronitrile, and reacting to obtain seed liquid;
a3: sequentially adding 5-10 parts of water, 0.01-0.05 part of azodiisobutyronitrile, 0.1-1 part of acrylonitrile and 0.05-0.1 part of silane coupling agent into the seed liquid, preserving heat for 60-100min under stirring, then adding a PH regulator to adjust PH to 7-8, then adding 0.02-0.05 part of defoamer and 0.02-0.05 part of preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based self-crosslinking elastic acrylic acid polymer.
3. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the water-based self-crosslinking acrylate copolymer comprises the following steps:
b1: adding 15-20 parts of water and 0.1-0.2 part of emulsifier into a container, uniformly stirring, heating to 75-90 ℃, then sequentially dripping 15-25 parts of styrene monomer, 20-35 parts of methyl methacrylate, 10-15 parts of ethyl acrylate, 0.1-0.15 part of allyl polyoxyalkyl epoxy ether and 0.01-0.05 part of initiator, controlling the dripping time to 2-3h, preserving heat for 1-2h, then adding 0.02-0.05 part of defoamer, regulating the PH to 7-8 by using a PH regulator, and filtering to obtain the water-based self-crosslinking acrylate copolymer.
4. The environmentally friendly aqueous high performance crack decorative paint of claim 1 wherein said hand wear resistant agent comprises a modified ultra high molecular weight polysiloxane emulsion.
5. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antifreezing agent comprises a mixture of propylene glycol and ethylene glycol, and the mass ratio of the propylene glycol to the ethylene glycol is 2-3:1.
6. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scratch-resistant auxiliary agent contains polyether modified silicone oil solution.
7. The environmentally friendly aqueous high performance crack decorative paint of claim 1 wherein said thickener is a nonionic polyurethane associative thickener.
8. The environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint according to claim 1, wherein the film forming additive comprises one or more of alcohol ester twelve, diethylene glycol butyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether.
9. A method for preparing the environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following steps:
A. weighing all the components for standby according to the proportion of the environment-friendly water-based high-performance crack decorative paint;
B. preparing a primer: adding the water-based self-crosslinking elastic acrylic polymer into a container, stirring at the speed of 300-500r/min, adding water, an antifreezing agent, a Ph regulator, an anti-flash rust agent, a defoaming agent, an adhesion promoter and color paste into the stirring, stirring at the speed of 600-800r/min for 15-25min, adding a thickening agent and stirring uniformly to obtain a primer;
