printing and cutting single sheets: a plurality of printers print in a rotary mode at the same time, each printer performs form printing, cuts off the printing into single semi-finished products to output, and marks the printing marks according to the set number of pages;
stacking and dividing: stacking the single semi-finished products in order in a vibration mode, and separating out big books according to the marks;
transfer conveying: conveying a semi-finished product orderly stacked to a preset position of a conveyor belt I or a conveyor belt II through a mechanical arm;
and (3) carrying out fixed cost: when the semi-finished products from each printer on the conveyor belt I or the conveyor belt II reach the set number, the conveyor belt I or the conveyor belt II starts to convey the semi-finished products to the next working procedure;
trimming: cutting off redundant parts of the edge of the semi-finished product according to the size required by the product through a paper cutter I to enable the edge to be flat;
the method comprises the following steps: dividing a large cost into small costs according to the cost dividing marks marked by the printer on the transition table, and putting the small costs into a laminating machine;
over-shrink film: packaging the product by a heat shrinkage film through a film laminating machine II;
