The invention discloses a frozen food packaging film with a long-acting antibacterial and antivirus function, which is of a multi-layer structure, wherein the multi-layer structure sequentially comprises an inner film, a bonding layer and an outer film from inside to outside, the bonding layer bonds the inner film and the outer film together, the inner film is formed by compounding a plurality of PE films, the outer film is formed by compounding a plurality of layers of copolymerized nylon films, the outermost side of the outer film is also compounded with a layer of PA long-acting antibacterial film, and the raw material of the PA long-acting antibacterial film is copolymerized nylon particles added with inorganic antibacterial agents in the synthesis stage. Through the mode, the packaging film disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the physical protection performance of the packaging film can be improved, the long-acting killing effect on harmful bacteria in the surrounding environment is improved, on one hand, the food deterioration problem caused by the damage of the packaging film is reduced, and on the other hand, the harmful bacteria such as the new coronavirus are prevented from being attached to the surface of the packaging film, and the safety of cold chain transportation is endangered.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inorganic antimicrobial agent is a zinc ion antimicrobial agent. The zinc ion antibacterial agent comprises zinc oxide, zinc amine adipate, zinc acetate or zinc pyrithione or a combination thereof.
The addition amount of the zinc ion antibacterial agent is 50-5000 PPM, and the preferable addition range is 500-1500 PPM.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner film is formed by compounding 3 to 5 PE films.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the total thickness of the inner film is 150 to 500 microns, wherein the thickness of each PE film is 30 to 100 microns.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the raw material of the PE film is metallocene polyethylene.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer film is formed by compounding an outermost PA long-acting antibacterial film layer and 1-3 copolymerized nylon film layers.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the total thickness of the outer film is 50-100 microns, wherein the thickness of the PA long-acting antimicrobial film layer is 15-30 microns.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive material used for the adhesive layer is TIE resin, and the inner film, the outer film and the adhesive layer may be integrally formed by blow molding, casting or biaxially stretching in a multilayer coextrusion manner.

The long-acting antibacterial effect is increased on the basis of reducing the damage probability of the packaging bag, the problems of virus pollution risk and food deterioration caused by breaking of the packaging film of the existing frozen food are avoided, the transmission of viruses and bacteria along a cold chain is effectively prevented, and the safety of field workers is improved.

The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is provided to enable those skilled in the art to more readily understand the advantages and features of the invention and to make a clear and concise definition of the scope of the invention.
The invention relates to a frozen food packaging film with a long-acting antibacterial and antivirus function, which is of a multi-layer structure, wherein the multi-layer structure sequentially comprises an inner film, a bonding layer and an outer film from inside to outside, the bonding layer bonds the inner film and the outer film together, the inner film is formed by compounding 3-5 PE films with the inner film, the outer film is formed by compounding a plurality of layers of copolymerized nylon films, and the outer film is formed by compounding an outermost PA long-acting antibacterial film layer and 1-3 copolymerized nylon film layers. The bonding material used for the bonding layer is TIE resin. Through the multilayer structure, on one hand, the water vapor transmission blocking effect can be improved by utilizing the PE film compounding of the plurality of layers, and on the other hand, the fresh-keeping effect of frozen packaging food is enhanced, and meanwhile, the integral strength of the finished frozen food packaging film product with the long-acting antibacterial and antivirus functions is improved by utilizing the multi-layer copolymerized nylon film, moreover, the PA long-acting antibacterial film on the outermost layer can effectively prevent the generation of infectious viruses and bacteria, blocks the way of diffusing bacterial viruses along the cold chain transmission process, and has a practical effect on the current epidemic of new coronaries in cross-region. Finally, as the materials of the inner film, the outer film and the bonding layer are all resin, the inner film, the outer film and the bonding layer can be integrally formed after being extruded in a multilayer coextrusion mode and subjected to film blowing, tape casting or biaxial stretching treatment, and the processing and forming method is rapid and convenient.
In the embodiment of the invention, the raw material of the PA long-acting antibacterial film is copolymerized nylon particles added with zinc ion antibacterial agent in the synthesis stage. The copolymerized nylon particles are one or a combination of PA66/6, PA66/610 or PA66/612, and the zinc ion antibacterial agent comprises zinc oxide, zinc adipamide, zinc acetate or zinc pyrithione or a combination thereof. The specific adding mode is that zinc ion antibacterial agent is added into monomer solution before polycondensation and uniformly mixed, and then ion zinc element is fixed by entanglement among macromolecules during polycondensation to form constant antibacterial and antivirus capability. The addition amount of the zinc ion antibacterial agent is 50-5000 PPM. The preferable addition range is 500-1500 PPM. Too small an amount of the additive may not be sufficient to achieve an ideal sterilization effect, while too large an amount may affect the softness of the frozen food packaging film having a long-acting antibacterial and sterilization function.
In the embodiment of the invention, the PE film is prepared from metallocene polyethylene, and the total thickness of the inner film is 150-500 micrometers, wherein the thickness of each PE film is 30-100 micrometers. The total thickness of the outer film is 50-100 microns, and the thickness of the PA long-acting antibacterial film layer is 15-30 microns. The frozen food packaging film with the long-acting antibacterial and antivirus functions is composed by the combination, and the inner film composed of the multi-layer metallocene PE films can effectively lock moisture in food, prevent moisture loss, and the PA antibacterial outer film on the outermost layer is compounded with the multi-layer copolymerized nylon film on the inner side in common use, so that the whole product is provided with higher physical strength, good oxygen isolation performance and excellent antibacterial performance, and the protective performance against puncture injuries of the inside and the outside is improved, on one hand, oxygen molecules can be prevented from entering the packaging film to cause oxidation reaction of food, the freshness is reduced, on the other hand, harmful bacteria in surrounding space can be killed, the packaging film is prevented from being polluted by bacteria to cause food, and the spread of pathogenic bacteria along a cold chain is blocked. And the whole cold resistance is good, and the softness can be kept to be good under the low temperature condition, so that the cold chain type cold chain is very suitable for cold chain transportation.

Wherein each metallocene PE film has a thickness of 100 microns, the tie layer has a thickness of 50 microns, and the PA66/6 film has a thickness of 30 microns. The thickness of the PA66/6 long-acting antibacterial film layer is 15 microns, wherein the zinc ion antibacterial agent added in the PA66/6 long-acting antibacterial film layer is zinc oxide, and the addition amount is converted into 1500PPM by zinc element.

The structure is as follows: the inner film is a 4-layer metallocene PE film, the bonding layer is TIE resin, and the outer film is 2 layers of PA66/6 film layers and one layer of PA66/610 long-acting antibacterial film layer. Wherein each metallocene PE film has a thickness of 50 microns, the tie layer has a thickness of 50 microns, and the PA66/6 film has a thickness of 30 microns. 5. The long-acting antimicrobial frozen food packaging film according to claim 4, wherein the zinc ion antimicrobial agent is preferably added in a range of 500 to 1500ppm.
6. A long-acting antimicrobial frozen food packaging film according to claim 3, characterized in that the zinc ion antimicrobial agent comprises zinc oxide, zinc amine adipate, zinc acetate or zinc pyrithione or a combination thereof.
