On the one hand, the inventor considers that neck, shoulder, waist and leg pains belong to the category of 'arthralgia syndrome', and the occurrence of the pain is closely related to aging or long-term strain of human organisms, viscera deficiency, liver, spleen and kidney hypofunction, qi and blood deficiency, malnutrition of tendons and bones, exogenous wind-cold-dampness evil or traumatic strain, and causes channel stasis and qi and blood obstruction. The disease is characterized by deficiency of the root and excess, the root of the disease is deficiency of the liver and kidney, deficiency of the body, and invasion of exogenous excessive pathogenic factors such as wind, cold and dampness, and the pathogenic factors enter the channels and collaterals, and the channels and collaterals are blocked, and the qi and blood stasis is caused. Liver governs tendons, and liver blood nourishes whole body fascia; kidney governs bone, kidney essence produces bone marrow, and bone marrow fills and nourishes bone. If liver and kidney deficiency occurs, the tendons and bones are malnourished, the striae and striae are loose, and exogenous pathogenic factors invade the meridians and tendons of the neck, shoulders, waist and legs, and even the internal organs. Meanwhile, the patients have symptoms of blockage of tendons and vessels, local pain and discomfort, and can be accompanied with symptoms such as limited activity, numbness of limbs, dizziness and the like, the normal work and life of the patients are affected by the symptoms, the emotion also fluctuates, or the patients are depressed or impatient, the emotion is uncomfortable, the liver qi is depressed, the liver qi is easy to take advantage of spleen, and the liver qi is easy to take advantage of spleen.
The prescription disclosed by the invention is mainly used for treating deficiency of liver and kidney and exogenous excessive evil, and is capable of treating spleen deficiency; meanwhile, the product of the invention is considered to be an external traditional Chinese medicine, so the raw material medicines only need to be selected from the components entering liver, kidney and spleen channels, and the components for tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening bones and muscles, promoting blood circulation, dredging channels, removing blood stasis and relieving pain are mainly used in the efficacy, and a small amount of components for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness are added. Specifically, in the raw material medicine of the invention, angelica and safflower are used for nourishing blood, activating blood and dredging blood vessels; is prepared from Notopterygii rhizoma, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, caulis Sargentodoxae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae, underground pearl, rhizoma Cibotii, rhizoma homalomenae and caulis et folium bovis Seu Bubali by dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness and dispelling cold; du Zhongjie soreness and pain of the waist and back; radix sileris has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening exterior, and dry Jiang Wenzhong has the effects of dispelling cold and tonifying spleen and qi; dispelling wind-cold, dredging collaterals, and relieving pain; qi and blood are sufficient, and tendons and vessels are soft, so that acid and tingling are removed.
On the other hand, in the prior art, two common external traditional Chinese medicine forms are presented for neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain. Firstly, medicinal liquor or plaster is required to be added with certain specific components such as capsaicin if warm sensation is required to be generated, but the temperature of the medicine is not increased, the content of the components is low, and the osmotic power of the active ingredients is insufficient; secondly, the common medicine bag is used for wrapping various medicines by cloth, and before the medicine bag is used, the medicine bag is heated by a microwave oven, hot water or hot steam and then subjected to hot compress, and the medicine bag has the defects that the medicines are isolated by the wrapped cloth and cannot directly contact with skin, and the heating process can cause loss of active ingredients in the medicine, in particular to certain volatile oil ingredients with poor thermal stability. To this end, the inventors have made the following technical improvements:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the traditional Chinese medicine package of the present invention, the traditional Chinese medicine package includes a heating package 1 and a plurality of patches 2, the heating package 1 is internally wrapped with a component a, the patches 2 are detachably arranged on the same surface of the heating package 1, the patches 2 contain a component B, and the component a and the component B are made from the raw materials, and the preparation method thereof includes the following steps: 1) Soaking radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Saposhnikoviae, notopterygii rhizoma and radix Angelicae Dahuricae in water for 0.1-48 hr, obtaining essential oil by steam distillation, and filtering to obtain residue; 2) Taking the dregs obtained in the step 1), drying, and cutting to obtain the component A; 3) Pulverizing caulis Sargentodoxae, carthami flos, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae, rhizoma Menispermi, rhizoma Cibotii, rhizoma homalomenae, caulis et folium bovis Seu Bubali, zingiberis rhizoma and Eucommiae cortex into powder, and mixing with the essential oil obtained in step 1) to obtain component B.
Optionally, in step 1), the water consumption is 4-6 times of the total weight of the soaked material, the soaking time is 1-3 h, and the extraction time of the steam distillation method is 4-10 h; the extraction rate is preferably from 4 to 10 hours since the extraction rate cannot be significantly improved after the distillation time exceeds 10 hours.
Optionally, in the step 2), drying is performed by hot air until the weight water content is not more than 10%; of course, other drying methods are also conceivable.
Optionally, in the step 3), the weight ratio of the powder to the essential oil is 1:0.1-2, and the granularity of the powder is 60-120 meshes.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine bag and the components thereof has the advantages that: 1. the angelica, the radix sileris, the notopterygium root and the angelica dahurica are raw material medicines containing a large amount of volatile oil components, and the essential oil is firstly extracted, so that volatilization and loss in a heating step before reuse can be avoided; 2. chinese angelica, divaricate saposhnikovia root, notopterygium root and dahurian angelica root are rhizome traditional Chinese medicines, and after being cut up, the Chinese medicines are put into a medicine bag for heating, the heat can be kept for a longer time, and the warm sensation exceeding 30 minutes can be kept; 3. the obtained essential oil is mixed with other components, and then directly contacts human skin in a patch form, so that medicinal components in the essential oil and other raw materials, particularly oil-soluble components, can permeate into the skin, and the treatment effect is improved.
Optionally, two sides of the heating bag 1 are respectively provided with a fixing belt 3. The fixing belt 3 is used for binding and fixing during hot compress to prevent the medicine bag from falling.
The heating pack 1 is typically a cloth pack wrapped with the component a. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the present invention further provides a patch 2 and a detachable connection structure between the patch and a heating pack 1, specifically: the connecting part of the heating bag 1 and the medicine patch 2 is provided with a connecting ring 4, the connecting ring 4 comprises a ring body 41 fixedly connected to the heating bag 1 and a limiting ring 42 encircling the top of the inner side wall of the ring body 41, a notch 43 is formed in the limiting ring 42, the medicine patch 2 comprises a barrel 21, an adhesive tape 22 encircling the top of the outer side wall of the barrel 21, a film 23 adhered to the adhesive tape 22 and covering the opening of the top of the barrel 21, the adhesive tape 23 can be torn to expose the adhesive surface of the medicine patch 2 and the opening of the barrel 21, the barrel 21 is used for containing a component B, the lower part of the barrel can be tightly adhered to the inner wall of the limiting ring 42 and inserted into the ring body 41, a limiting block 22 is arranged on the side wall of the barrel 21, and the limiting block 22 can be placed below the limiting ring 42 through the notch 43 when the barrel 21 is inserted into the ring body 41. Therefore, the medicine patch 2 can be prevented from easily falling off from the heating bag 1 through the limiting effect of the limiting ring 42 on the connecting ring 4 on the limiting block 22; the patch 2 needs to be taken down or replaced, the patch 2 is rotated, the limiting block 22 is rotated to the notch 43, and then the patch 2 is pulled out.
Optionally, a convex leakage-proof layer 25 is arranged in the middle of the film 23, and the outer edge of the leakage-proof layer 25 is mutually attached to the opening edge of the barrel 21. The leakage preventing layer 25 can further prevent the oily component in the tub 21 from exuding before use.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention also provides an embodiment of patch 2 of another construction. The main differences between this structure and the embodiment of fig. 4 are: the connection ring 4 and other structures associated therewith are omitted. Specifically, the patch 2 includes a tub 21, an adhesive tape 22 surrounding the top of the outer sidewall of the tub 21, a film 23 adhered to the adhesive tape 22 and covering the top opening of the tub 21, and a plurality of spikes 26 disposed at the bottom end of the tub 21. In this way, the patch 2 can be detachably connected at any position by penetrating the heating pack 1 through the spike 26.
