Background
Along with the continuous development of natural resources by human beings, the current shortage of water resources and the reasonable utilization of water resources have become main problems in China. Through operation for many years, the adverse effects of water eutrophication, soil hardening, yield reduction, serious energy waste and the like are gradually highlighted in the arid regions in the middle and the west due to unbalanced and unreasonable fertilization in the fields. The integration of the water and the fertilizer is an effective method for solving the contradiction, the state greatly promotes water-saving irrigation, and the drip irrigation fertilizer is the main stream of the market.
China is a large agricultural country, and is numerous in population, and one of effective means for increasing grain yield is by means of fertilization. At present, fertilizer is mainly applied worldwide, but due to excessive or unreasonable application of the fertilizer for a long time, the nutrition proportion in the soil is maladjusted, so that the soil is hardened, the utilization rate of the fertilizer and the quality of agricultural products are reduced, and the production and application of the fertilizer can cause pollution of the atmosphere and water resources, so that the environment is greatly damaged. Meanwhile, china is one of countries with poor global fresh water resources, and the problems of uneven agriculture seasonal and industry distribution, regional water shortage and the like are outstanding. The water-soluble fertilizer is convenient to use as a novel environment-friendly fertilizer, can be sprayed and flushed, can be used by combining spraying or flushing with spraying and drip irrigation, and has obvious advantages in the aspects of improving the fertilizer utilization rate, saving agricultural water, reducing ecological environment pollution, improving crop quality, reducing labor force and the like.
However, the quality of the water-soluble fertilizer in the prior art is unstable, the water solubility is often poor, caking is easy to occur, and the phenomenon of pipe blockage of drip irrigation facilities is finally caused; even some water-soluble fertilizers can not meet the requirements of crops, and the effects of optimizing the quality of the crops and increasing the yield can not be realized.
