Abstract

It is therefore desirable to provide an antitheft storage case having an antitheft function, and an express cabinet employing such an antitheft storage case.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an anti-theft storage compartment, comprising: the anti-theft storage box comprises a box body, a tray, a box door and a cabinet door electromagnetic lock, wherein the box body, the tray and the box door enclose a closed storage space of the anti-theft storage box, and the box door seals the front side of the anti-theft storage box; the cabinet door electromagnetic lock is configured to lock or unlock the cabinet door; the box body is provided with an electromagnet, the tray is provided with an adsorption plate corresponding to the electromagnet, and the adsorption plate is made of ferromagnetic materials; when the door is unlocked, the electromagnet is energized to attract the attraction plate.

Fig. 1A shows a schematic view of the anti-theft storage compartment 1 when the tray according to the present invention is not adsorbed to the case, the anti-theft storage compartment 1 including a case 2 enclosing a closed storage space (as shown in fig. 1B) of the anti-theft storage compartment 1, a tray 3, and a door 4. As shown in fig. 2, the door 4 is used for a user to take goods, when the user needs to take goods from the anti-theft storage box 1, the door 4 can be unlocked by inputting an unlocking password to enable the door electromagnetic lock, and then the door 4 is opened to take the goods from the anti-theft storage box 1; after the user finishes taking goods, the box door 4 is closed, so that the box door 4 is locked by the electromagnetic lock of the box door, and meanwhile, the box door 4 seals the front side of the anti-theft storage box 1. It should be noted that the term "closed" as referred to herein means that the corresponding outlet of the item of merchandise from the anti-theft storage compartment 1 is closed, and does not necessarily mean that there is no gap at all between the two.
The case 2 is provided with an electromagnet 204, and the tray 3 is provided with a ferromagnetic attraction plate 303 for attracting with the electromagnet 204. The cabinet door electromagnetic lock may be further configured to unlock the cabinet door 4 when energized. When the usual anti-theft storage box 1 is in a closed state, the cabinet door electromagnetic lock is not electrified, and only when a user needs to open the cabinet door 4, the cabinet door electromagnetic lock is electrified, so that the service life of the cabinet door electromagnetic lock is prolonged, and meanwhile unnecessary energy waste is reduced.
The corresponding adsorption plate 303 having an appropriate adsorption force may be selected for the anti-theft storage case 1 of different specifications, and for example, an adsorption plate having a thickness of 1-3mm may be selected.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a case 2 according to the present invention, where the case 2 includes a top plate 201 for closing the top of the anti-theft storage case 1, and a left side plate 202 and a right side plate 203 for closing the left side and the right side of the anti-theft storage case 1, respectively, and the top plate 201, the left side plate 202, and the right side plate 203 may be integrally formed by bending a door plate substrate, thereby reducing processing difficulty. Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a tray 3 according to the present invention, the tray 3 comprising a bottom plate 301 closing the bottom of the anti-theft storage compartment 1 and a back plate 302 closing the back side of the anti-theft storage compartment 1, the bottom plate 301 and the back plate 302 being integrally formed, reducing the processing difficulty.
As shown in fig. 3, an electromagnet mounting hole 205 may be disposed in the top plate 201 of the case 2, and the electromagnet 204 is mounted at the rear end of the case 2 through the electromagnet mounting hole 205. As shown in fig. 4, a suction plate mounting eave 304 may be disposed on the back plate 302 of the tray 3, and the suction plate 303 is mounted on the top front side of the suction plate mounting eave 304. As shown in fig. 4, the tray 3 may further include first guide eaves 305 and second guide eaves 306 disposed at both left and right sides of the base plate 301 and extending in the front-rear direction, the first guide eaves 305 protruding upward from the upper side of the base plate 301, and the second guide eaves 306 protruding outward in the left-right direction from the top of the first guide eaves 305. The wear strips 206 of the case 2 may act as rails for the tray 3 when the tray 3 is being fed into or out of the case 2. The guiding eaves 305, 306 of the tray 3 are caught in the wear strips 206 of the case 2, the first guiding eaves 305 may be in contact with the side surfaces of the wear strips 206 in the wear strip mounting grooves 207, and the second guiding eaves 306 may be in contact with the top surfaces of the wear strips 206 in the wear strip mounting grooves 207. This manner of feeding or discharging the tray 3 restricts the movement of the tray 3 in the left-right direction and the up-down direction with respect to the casing 2, makes the movement of the tray 3 into or out of the casing 2 more stable and improves the positioning accuracy of the tray 3 into the casing 2.
The wear strip 206 forms a wear strip guide surface 208 (shown in fig. 5) at its rear end that gradually widens rearward, and the second guide ledge 306 forms a guide ledge guide 307 at its front end that gradually narrows forward. 1. An antitheft storage case, characterized by comprising:

the box body comprises a top plate for sealing the top of the anti-theft storage box, and a left side plate and a right side plate for respectively sealing the left side and the right side of the anti-theft storage box, wherein the top plate, the left side plate and the right side plate are integrally formed;
the tray comprises a bottom plate for sealing the bottom of the anti-theft storage box and a back plate for sealing the rear side of the anti-theft storage box, and the bottom plate and the back plate are integrally formed.
6. The anti-theft storage compartment according to claim 5, further comprising an electromagnet mounting hole provided in the top plate, the electromagnet being mounted at a rear end of the compartment through the electromagnet mounting hole.
7. The anti-theft storage compartment according to claim 6, further comprising an adsorption plate mounting eave provided at the back plate, the adsorption plate being mounted at a top front side of the adsorption plate mounting eave.
8. The anti-theft storage compartment according to claim 5, further comprising a waterproof eave extending forward and upward from a front end of the top plate and shielding a gap between the top plate and the door.
9. The anti-theft storage compartment of claim 5, wherein,
the box body comprises wear-resistant strip mounting grooves which are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the left side plate and the right side plate and extend along the front-rear direction, and wear-resistant strips are placed in the wear-resistant strip mounting grooves;
the tray comprises a first guide eave and a second guide eave, wherein the first guide eave and the second guide eave are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate and extend along the front-back direction, the first guide eave protrudes upwards from the upper side of the bottom plate, and the second guide eave protrudes outwards from the top of the first guide eave along the left-right direction;
when the tray is sent into or out of the box, the first guiding eave is contacted with the side face of the wear-resistant strip, and the second guiding eave is contacted with the top face of the wear-resistant strip.
10. The anti-theft storage compartment according to claim 9, wherein the wear strip forms a wear strip guide surface that gradually widens rearward at a rear end thereof, and the second guide eave forms a guide eave guide portion that gradually narrows forward at a front end thereof.
11. The anti-theft storage compartment of claim 10 wherein the wear strip is made of a nylon material.
12. Express delivery cabinet, its characterized in that includes:
a plurality of anti-theft storage bins according to any one of claims 1 to 11;
an actuator configured to:
withdrawing the tray from the specific anti-theft storage bin;
placing the goods on a tray;
and sending the tray carrying the goods back to the anti-theft storage box.
13. The till according to claim 12, further comprising:
and the sorting mechanism is configured to detect the size of the goods put into the express cabinet and select a specific anti-theft storage box according to the size of the goods.
