In actual use, the panel 16 is welded by a steel plate and grid stiffeners into a plurality of panels, and the panels are connected by bolts to form a side wall integral panel. The back frame 17 is made of profile steel, the panel 16 and the back frame 17 are connected into a whole through bolts by utilizing the holes on the stiffening ribs and the holes on the profile steel, and the back frame 17 sections correspond to the panel 16 sections.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the connection assembly includes a mounting plate 4 horizontally disposed on the tripod unit, and a plurality of connection bolts 5 each disposed on the mounting plate 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper connecting beam 3 and the mounting plate 4, and the lower connecting beam 22 and the mounting plate 4 are connected by the connecting bolts 5, and the upper connecting beam 3 and the lower connecting beam 22 are easily assembled and disassembled by the detachable connection.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the tripod unit includes a base plate 8 horizontally disposed, two triangular brackets vertically disposed on the base plate 8, and a plurality of horizontal connection beams 7 horizontally connected between the two triangular brackets, and the base plate 8, the triangular brackets, and the horizontal connection beams 7 are integrally formed; the plurality of horizontal connecting beams 7 are uniformly distributed along the height direction of the triangular bracket; the moving wheel 12 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 8, and the winch 15 is arranged on the bottom plate 8.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the tripod includes two diagonal braces 9 symmetrically disposed on the bottom plate 8 and a horizontal connecting rod 10 horizontally disposed between the two diagonal braces 9, where the diagonal braces 9 and the horizontal connecting rod 10 are integrally formed; the bottoms of the two diagonal support rods 9 are fixed on the bottom plate 8, and the tops of the two diagonal support rods 9 meet at a point; a top cross beam 11 is horizontally arranged between the tops of the two triangular brackets, the top cross beam 11 is horizontally arranged at the tops of the two diagonal support rods 9, and the jack 2 is vertically arranged on the top cross beam 11.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the lifting frame 1 includes two first lifting beams 19 each horizontally disposed at the top of the jack 2 and two second lifting beams 20 each horizontally disposed between the two first lifting beams 19, the second lifting beams 20 are disposed at the end portions of the first lifting beams 19, and the first lifting beams 19 and the second lifting beams 20 are integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the connection frame includes two vertical connection rods 24 vertically disposed on two sides of the first lifting beam 19, the tops of the two vertical connection rods 24 are connected by a top connection rod 25, and the top connection rod 25 is horizontally disposed on the top surface of the first lifting beam 19; the bottoms of the two vertical connecting rods 24 are connected through two connecting plates 26, and the two connecting plates 26 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the first lifting beam 19.
In this embodiment, the top of the boom 18 is disposed between the two connection plates 26 in a penetrating manner, and the top of the boom 18 is connected with the connection plates 26 through a hinge shaft 27, and the bottom of the boom 18 is hinged with the top of the back frame 17 of the box culvert inner side template.
The method for constructing the box culvert side wall by using the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure as shown in fig. 1 to 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, installing a box culvert side wall template and a box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure: installing the box culvert side wall template on the bottom concrete structure 13 according to the designed position; then installing a box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure between the two box culvert side wall templates and correcting the installation position of the box culvert side wall templates;
pouring the box culvert side wall section: casting concrete into the box culvert side wall casting cavity at one time by utilizing an automobile pump until the height of the concrete is equal to the height of the panel 16, closing the automobile pump, and forming a box culvert side wall section 23 in the box culvert side wall casting cavity after the concrete is coagulated;
step three, removing the box culvert side wall template, wherein the process is as follows:
step 301, removing bolts at the end parts of the inner pull rods 21, and adjusting a screw rod 6 between an upper connecting beam 3 and the top of a back frame 17 of the box culvert inner side template, wherein the upper part of the box culvert inner side template is inclined towards a direction away from a box culvert side wall pouring cavity, so that the upper part of the box culvert inner side template is separated from the box culvert side wall section 23;
step 302, synchronously starting a jack 2 to jack up the jacking frame 1, wherein the inner side template of the box culvert is driven by a hanger rod 18 to be lifted upwards, so that the lower part of the inner side template of the box culvert is separated from the bottom concrete structure 13;
step 303, adjusting a screw rod 6 between a lower connecting beam 22 and the bottom of a back frame 17 of the box culvert inner side template, wherein the lower part of the box culvert inner side template moves in a direction away from the box culvert side wall pouring cavity, so that the lower part of the box culvert inner side template is separated from the box culvert side wall section 23;
step 304, the box culvert outer side template 28 is removed in a blocking mode by utilizing an automobile crane or a crawler crane; wherein, the automobile crane or the crawler crane is arranged on one side of the box culvert outer side template 28 away from the box culvert side wall pouring cavity;
step four, moving a box culvert side wall template: fixing a traction steel wire rope of a winch 15 on an anchor point in front of the bottom concrete structure 13, starting the winch 15, pulling the template moving trolley body to travel along the extending direction of the track 14 until the template moving trolley body moves to the construction position of the next section of box culvert side wall section, and closing the winch 15; simultaneously, the outer side template 28 of the box culvert is moved by using the automobile crane or the crawler crane until the outer side template 28 of the box culvert is moved to the construction position of the side wall section of the next box culvert;
step five, installing a box culvert side wall template, wherein the process is as follows:
step 501, adjusting a screw rod 6 between a lower connecting beam 22 and the bottom of a back frame 17 of the box culvert inner side template, wherein the lower part of the box culvert inner side template moves towards the direction close to the box culvert side wall pouring cavity, so that the lower part of the box culvert inner side template is overlapped with the design edge line of the box culvert side wall section;
step 502, synchronously starting the jack 2 to retract, so that the jacking frame 1 descends, and the box culvert inner side template moves downwards under the drive of the suspender 18, so that the lower part of the box culvert inner side template is abutted with the top of the bottom concrete structure 13;
step 503, adjusting a screw rod 6 between an upper connecting beam 3 and the top of a back frame 17 of the box culvert inner side template, wherein the upper part of the box culvert inner side template is inclined towards the direction close to the box culvert side wall pouring cavity, so that the upper part of the box culvert inner side template is overlapped with the design edge line of the box culvert side wall section;
step 504, installing the box culvert outer side template 28 by using the automobile crane or the crawler crane, and connecting the box culvert inner side template and the box culvert outer side template 28 by using an inner pull rod 21;
pouring the remaining box culvert side wall sections: and repeating the second step to the fifth step, and pouring the rest box culvert side wall sections until the pouring of the box culvert side walls is completed.
In the first step, when the installation position of the box culvert side wall template is corrected, the effect of reinforcing the installation position of the box culvert side wall template is achieved through reinforcing the inner pull rod 21.
In the third step, in the process of dismantling the box culvert inner side template, the outer box culvert outer side template 28 can be dismantled and moved simultaneously, the box culvert outer side template 28 is dismantled and moved in a blocking mode by utilizing an automobile crane or a crawler crane, and the automobile crane or the crawler crane is arranged on one side, far away from the box culvert side wall pouring cavity, of the box culvert outer side template 28. In the fifth step, when the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure is used for installing the box culvert inner side template, an automobile crane or a crawler crane is also used for installing the box culvert outer side template 28.
And step four, when the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure is moved, a traction steel wire rope of a winch 15 is fixed on an anchor point in front of the bottom concrete structure 13, and the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure is moved to the next section of side wall position through traction of the winch.
In step 302, when the vertical distance between the lower part of the box culvert inner side template and the top of the bottom concrete structure 13 reaches 5 cm-10 cm, the jack 2 stops lifting; the lower connecting beam 22 and the screw rod 6 between the box culvert side wall templates are contracted to enable the lower part of the box culvert inner side templates to be separated from the bottom concrete structure 13 until the whole box culvert inner side templates are in a basically vertical state, and the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure can drive the whole box culvert inner side templates to move to the next casting area.
In the first embodiment, when the box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure is installed, a track 14 is installed on a bottom concrete structure 13 between two box culvert side wall templates, then a triangle moving support unit is installed on the track 14, the jacking frame 1 and the box culvert side wall templates are connected through a suspension rod 18, and meanwhile, the upper connecting beam 3 and the box culvert side wall templates, and the lower connecting beam 22 and the box culvert side wall templates are connected through a screw rod 6.

the template moving trolley body comprises two symmetrically arranged triangular moving bracket units, the two triangular moving bracket units are arranged along the extending direction of the box culvert side wall template, the two triangular moving bracket units are connected through an upper connecting beam (3) and a lower connecting beam (22), and the upper connecting beam (3) and the lower connecting beam (22) are horizontally arranged between the two triangular moving bracket units; the upper connecting beam (3) and the triangular movable support unit and the lower connecting beam (22) and the triangular movable support unit are connected through connecting components;
the upper connecting beam (3) and the box culvert side wall template as well as the lower connecting beam (22) and the box culvert side wall template are connected through a screw rod (6);
the moving mechanism comprises a plurality of moving wheels (12) which are all arranged at the bottom of the triangular moving support unit, a track (14) which is horizontally arranged on a bottom concrete structure (13) and matched with the moving wheels (12), and a winch (15) which is arranged in the triangular moving support unit and used for driving the triangular moving support unit to move; the rails (14) are arranged along the extending direction of the box culvert side wall templates;
the lifting rod assembly comprises a connecting frame arranged on the jacking frame (1) and a lifting rod (18) arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame, the top of the lifting rod (18) is hinged with the bottom of the connecting frame, and the bottom of the lifting rod (18) is hinged with the top of the box culvert side wall template.

The box culvert side wall template moving trolley structure according to claim 1, wherein: the box culvert side wall template comprises a box culvert inner side template and a box culvert outer side template (28) which are vertically arranged on a bottom concrete structure (13), and an inner pull rod (21) arranged between the box culvert inner side template and the box culvert outer side template (28), wherein the box culvert inner side template, the box culvert outer side template (28) and the bottom concrete structure (13) enclose a box culvert side wall pouring cavity, the box culvert inner side template and the box culvert outer side template (28) are identical in structure, the box culvert inner side template and the box culvert outer side template (28) comprise a panel (16) which is vertically arranged and a back frame (17) which is arranged on the panel (16), and the back frame (17) is arranged on one side far away from the box culvert side wall pouring cavity; the panel (16) and the back frame (17) are connected through bolts, and the end part of the inner pull rod (21) is mounted on the panel (16) through bolts; the upper connecting beam (3) is connected with the top of the back frame (17) of the box culvert inner side template through a screw rod (6), and the lower connecting beam (22) is connected with the bottom of the back frame (17) of the box culvert inner side template through the screw rod (6).
