Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, which are generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, as provided in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the application, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
In the related art, in order to improve office efficiency, various office systems have appeared, and when processing a business, the office systems generally form a business processing flow according to the order of each person in a business line. In a complete business process, personnel at different posts participate in the business process sequentially. However, in actual operation, a person may take a different post, that is, a person may take a role in both life and time, especially when the person takes a different position in a different enterprise, and when the person wants to process a procedure of a different enterprise, the person must log out of the currently logged-in account and log in accounts of other enterprises to process services in other enterprises. It is obvious that this way of handling the traffic is very inconvenient.
In view of the above problems, the present application provides an information display method, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s101, a terminal device initiates a login request to a server according to account information provided by a target user; the login request carries identity information and verification information of the user;
s102, the server performs login verification on the login request according to the identity information and the verification information, and after verification is passed, the server retrieves information to be handled corresponding to the identity information; the to-be-handled information comprises: backlog and position information corresponding to each backlog;
s103, after receiving the backlog information, the terminal equipment confirms that the target user logs in successfully, and selects backlogs to be displayed from the backlogs according to the position information input by the target user;
s104, the terminal equipment displays backlog to be displayed in the graphical user interface.
First, in the method provided in the present application, information in each enterprise is stored in the same server, which is the execution subject of the present application.
In step S101, before starting to process the backlog (a node in the service processing flow), the user needs to log into the system first, that is, the account information is input by the user, the identity information carried in the login request is a user name used during login, the verification information is a password, and the password may be temporary (such as a short message verification information) or long (such as a password corresponding to the preset identity information).
In step S102, after receiving the login request, the server needs to verify the validity of the login, and the verification work is similar to that in the related art, and is to check whether the identity information is pre-entered into the server (whether the identity information is pre-registered), and whether the verification information corresponding to the identity information is the same as the preset verification information. After the verification is passed, the user can be allowed to log in, a login allowing instruction can be returned to the terminal equipment (equipment operated by the target user) at the moment, the terminal equipment is a network terminal (such as a PC) opposite to the server, and then the terminal equipment can establish a normal communication link with the server; the instruction for allowing login may also be that the terminal device is informed in the form of the to-be-handled information in step S103, that is, in step S102, the server needs to call the to-be-handled information after verification is successful, and sends the to-be-handled information to the terminal device, and after the terminal device receives the to-be-handled information, the terminal device considers that login can be successful and establishes a normal communication link.
Note that, the backlog corresponding to the identity information retrieved in step S102 is all backlogs corresponding to the identity information. That is, no matter how many positions the identity information corresponds to, and no matter whether the position is in an enterprise or not, the backlog is called out and sent to the terminal device. The purpose of this mode of operation is to reduce the number of interactions between the terminal device and the server, and at the same time, since the content of each backlog is generally smaller and the backlog is more, if the terminal device accesses the server each time, the server only provides a part of backlogs, the pressure of the server will be too high (the pressure is on the one hand the number of accesses, that is, the accepted access frequency is too high, and on the other hand the processing pressure caused by the excessive number of searches and calls of the server).
In step S103, after receiving all backlog corresponding to the identity information, the terminal device may let the user input the position information, further select, according to the position information, a backlog corresponding to the position information provided by the user from all backlogs as a backlog to be displayed, and in step S104, display the backlog to be displayed in the graphical user interface.
In step S103, by inputting job information by the user, the backlog expected by the user can be selectively displayed on the screen, so that all backlogs are not concentrated on the screen, and the user cannot find the corresponding information. When the step is realized, the method can be divided into two stages, wherein the first stage is to display preliminary information, and the second stage is to display specific information. In the first stage, after receiving all backlog, the terminal device may display all job names corresponding to all backlog on the gui, or may further display thumbnail information (such as thumbnail, abstract, and first several characters of backlog) of the backlog behind the corresponding job names (in the first stage, after the user passes the verification, the backlog information corresponding to the default job reserved by the user may be displayed on the screen instead of all the backlog information). Meanwhile, an interface (which may be a dialog box or a selection menu, as shown in fig. 4, which shows a selection menu provided for the user, where the user may select a corresponding position in the menu) is required to be displayed, and after the user inputs position information in the interface, the user may select to-be-handled information to be displayed from all to-be-handled items according to the position information input by the user.
After the backlog is presented in the graphical user interface, the user may process the backlog to push the business to other nodes.
When the backlog is displayed specifically, there are two cases, one is that the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to the same position, and the other is that the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to a plurality of positions, and the corresponding scheme provides two processing modes, that is, the step terminal device displays the backlog to be displayed in the graphical user interface, where the step terminal device includes:
if the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to the same position, determining the display sequence of each backlog according to the first priority of the backlog, and displaying each backlog in the graphical user interface according to the display sequence;
if the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to the plurality of positions, displaying a backlog area corresponding to each position in a graphical user interface, and displaying the backlog of the position corresponding to the backlog area in each backlog area; the background color of each to-Do region is different.
That is, when backlog to be displayed is backlog of the same job position (the user may input only one job position information, or may input a plurality of job position information, but only one job position has backlog in the plurality of job positions), the backlog may be displayed only according to the first priority of the backlog. The first priority may be determined in particular according to the following information:
the processing time of the backlog at the current node, the average processing time of the backlog at each node, the approval deadline of the backlog, and the type of the backlog. Because a service is completed by sequential processing of a plurality of nodes, the time when each node completes processing is the time when the processing of the whole service is completed, so that the processing time of the service at the current node can be monitored (if the service stays at the current node for too long, the overall processing time is also greatly affected). At the same time, the average processing time of the traffic in the nodes that have completed can also be monitored (this is mainly to observe how much time it takes to process the traffic in the nodes before the current node). Meanwhile, the time length between the current time and the cut-off time can be also considered, and if the time length is too small or the ratio of the time length to the number of the rest nodes is too small, the approval of the service is also very tense. Finally, the backlog may be different types, or the service where the backlog is located may be different types, the importance degree of the different types of services may naturally be different, and how the specific type affects the first priority may be set by the administrator according to the specific situation.
After the first priority is determined, the presentation order may be determined, and in general, the higher the first priority, the more forward/apparent the presentation order. Specifically, when the display is performed, the larger the display space occupied by the backlog with the front display sequence, the closer to the center position. Alternatively, if all backlog are arranged in a certain order, the backlog with the front display order may be displayed in the front, or the backlog with the front display order may be displayed in the time order.
When the backlog to be displayed is a backlog corresponding to a plurality of positions, the backlog of different positions needs to be divided into the displayed areas, namely the backlog areas. In addition, since a large number of backlog are required to be displayed on the screen at the same time, in order to enable the user to clearly distinguish, different background colors should be coated in different areas after the backlog areas are divided, so that the user can clearly distinguish the different backlog areas, and the occurrence of operation errors is avoided. Generally, the to-Do area is square or rectangular.
Further, the color conspicuity of the background color of the to-do region may be determined based on the first priority of the to-do item presented in the to-do region. That is, the higher the first priority of the backlog presented in the backlog area, the more obvious color of red or yellow may be used. Specifically, the first priority of the backlog displayed in the backlog area may be an average value of the first priorities of the backlogs in the backlog area, or may be a sum value calculated according to a preset weighted calculation mode.
In addition to prompting the user by coating different background colors to avoid operation errors, the probability of misoperation can be reduced by hiding the backlog with conflict. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, if the backlog to be displayed is a backlog corresponding to a plurality of positions, displaying a backlog area corresponding to each position in the graphical user interface, and displaying the backlog of the position corresponding to the backlog area in each backlog area includes:
s201, if the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to a plurality of positions and the reference enterprises of at least two positions are different, judging whether the business between the different reference enterprises has conflict;
s202, if the business between different reference enterprises has conflict, selecting a target enterprise from at least two reference enterprises;
s203, displaying backlog corresponding to the position of the target enterprise in a backlog area corresponding to the target enterprise, and displaying backlog corresponding to positions of other enterprises which do not conflict with the target enterprise in the corresponding backlog areas respectively.
The sub-schemes shown in S201-S203 are mainly directed to the case where the job entered for use exists in different enterprises and there is also a conflict between different enterprises. In step S201, it is mainly determined whether or not there is a collision. Generally, there are two judging modes, the first is to use a mode pre-stored by the user, that is, a form can be stored in the terminal device, and the form records the enterprise with the conflict. The second method is to use a temporary calculation method, for example, the method can be judged according to the similarity degree of the backlog contents, if the backlog contents in different enterprises are similar, the user may take a wrong look, and in order to avoid misoperation, the backlog with similar contents in different enterprises needs to be hidden, that is, when the backlogs with similar contents in different enterprises exist, the two enterprises are considered to be in conflict.
In step S202, the branch unit needs to select a target enterprise from two conflicting reference enterprises, where the selection may be selected randomly, or may be selected according to the importance level of the enterprise or the importance level of the backlog. The importance degree of the backlog may be determined according to the first priority, and the importance degree of the enterprise may be obtained by weighting the first priority of the backlog, or may be a list of importance degrees preset by the user. Then, the enterprise having the higher importance level may be the target enterprise, or the enterprise having the backlog having the higher importance level may be the target enterprise.
In step S203, in order to avoid the misoperation, the backlog of the other enterprise having the conflict with the target enterprise is displayed in a manner of hiding. That is, the target enterprise will normally show, but backlog of other enterprises having conflicts with the target enterprise will not show, and at this time, backlog areas of other enterprises having conflicts with the target enterprise will not show.
Meanwhile, in order to enable the user to fully know information, the corresponding identification can be displayed in a prompting mode under the condition that backlog of other enterprises which conflict with the target enterprise is not displayed. That is, the method provided by the present application further includes:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal device displays conflict identification in a to-be-handled area where a target enterprise is located, wherein the conflict identification is used for representing reference information of a reference enterprise which conflicts with the target enterprise and is not displayed in a current page; the reference information includes any one or more of the following: the number of businesses, the name of the business, the second priority of the reference business, and the to-do information.
The enterprise number refers to the total amount of other enterprises having conflicts with the target enterprise, and the enterprise name is the name of at least one enterprise among the other enterprises having conflicts with the target enterprise. Referring to the second priority of an enterprise refers to the importance level of the enterprise mentioned in the foregoing, and backlog information refers to some related information of backlogs under the name of the enterprise, such as the number of backlogs, the size of the first priority, and so on.
In order to avoid long-time no personnel handling of backlog, the application also provides a monitoring mechanism, a clamp body, and the scheme of the application comprises the following steps:
the server monitors the residence time of each backlog at the current node;
after finding out the target backlog with the residence time exceeding the preset value at the current node, the server sends prompt information to the administrator, establishes the subordinate position of the target backlog corresponding to the current node under the operation of the administrator, and adjusts the processing right of the current node to the subordinate position.
Because the user updates the processing results to the server synchronously after the backlog is processed, the server periodically monitors the residence time of each backlog (or the residence time of each ongoing service at the current node), and after the residence time exceeds a predetermined time, a prompt message needs to be sent to an administrator of the system, after which the administrator of the system can establish a position (an affiliated position) of the auxiliary processing for the current node, and then give the processing authority to the position of the auxiliary processing (the corresponding user should be notified at the same time). It should be noted that, the responsibilities between the auxiliary position and the original position are the same, the auxiliary position may run the entire functions of the original position, and after the business of the backlog is completed, the auxiliary position should be selected to be reserved according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 3, an interface for the resume of the auxiliary position is shown, in which the main position is the position in the normal processing business process, and the auxiliary position is the auxiliary position, in some cases, the auxiliary position may not be the temporary resume, may be long-existing, and provides a bypass for the processing of the business process. The average staff in fig. 3 refers to the flexibly adjusted post.
The application also provides an information display device, as shown in fig. 5, including:
an initiation module 501, configured to initiate a login request to a server according to account information provided by a target user by using a terminal device; the login request carries identity information and verification information of the user;
the verification module 502 is configured to perform login verification on the login request according to the identity information and the verification information, and retrieve information to be handled corresponding to the identity information after the login request passes the verification; the to-be-handled information comprises: backlog and position information corresponding to each backlog;
a confirmation module 503, configured to confirm that the target user logs in successfully after receiving the backlog information, and select a backlog to be displayed from the backlogs according to the position information input by the target user;
and the display module 504 is used for displaying the backlog to be displayed in the graphical user interface by the terminal equipment.
Optionally, the display module includes:

the second display unit is used for displaying the backlog area corresponding to each position in the graphical user interface and displaying the backlog of the position corresponding to the backlog area in each backlog area if the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to the plurality of positions; the background color of each to-Do region is different.
Optionally, the first priority is determined according to the following information of the to-do:
the processing time of the backlog at the current node, the average processing time of the backlog at each node, the approval deadline of the backlog, and the type of the backlog.
Optionally, the second display unit includes:
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the business between different reference enterprises has conflict or not if the backlog to be displayed is the backlog corresponding to the plurality of positions and the reference enterprises where at least two positions are located are different;
a selecting subunit, configured to select, if there is a conflict between the services of different reference enterprises, a target enterprise from at least two reference enterprises by the terminal device;
the display subunit is configured to display backlog corresponding to a position of the target enterprise in a backlog area corresponding to the target enterprise, and display backlog corresponding to positions of other enterprises that do not conflict with the target enterprise in the corresponding backlog areas respectively.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes:
the system comprises an identification module, a target enterprise, a conflict identification module and a display module, wherein the identification module is used for displaying a conflict identification in a to-be-handled area where the target enterprise is located by the terminal equipment, and the conflict identification is used for representing reference information of a reference enterprise which conflicts with the target enterprise and is not displayed in a current page; the reference information includes any one or more of the following: the number of businesses, the name of the business, the second priority of the reference business, and the to-do information.
Optionally, the color conspicuity of the background color of the to-do region is determined according to a first priority of the to-do item presented in the to-do region.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes:
