By adopting the embodiment, the checking personnel can pre-reserve checking time for the checking operation which is not reserved in advance, so that the checking operation can be efficiently scheduled, the checking personnel to be checked can also pre-prepare checking according to the reserved time, and the cargo checking efficiency is improved.
It can be understood that, for a checking person, there is not reserved checking job and reserved job to be checked, in order to make the checking person clearly grasp the condition of the checking job, based on this, the present application further provides a cargo checking method, applied to a cargo checking terminal, before S101-S106, the method further includes:
s1011, responding to the login instruction of the inspector, and displaying the inspection operation participated by the inspector on the interface of the goods inspection end.
S1012, responding to the reservation modification instruction, and processing the to-be-checked job information associated with the reservation modification instruction according to the reservation modification instruction.
In S1011, the check job includes: a job to be checked and an unreserved check job.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the inspector can input a work number and a password to log in at the goods inspection end and enter the goods inspection end. The goods checking terminal responds to the checking personnel login instruction and can display checking operation participated by the checking personnel on an interface, and the goods checking terminal comprises: the to-be-checked job and the non-reserved check job are convenient for the check personnel to perform related operations on the check jobs participated in by the check personnel. As shown in fig. 1-3, the goods checking terminal can also display the time period to be checked, the place to be checked, the group of checking staff, etc. of the operation to be checked, and can also additionally display the staff information of the checking staff in the operation to be checked on the same day of the checking time.
In S1012, if the inspector needs to modify the related information of the job to be inspected, an appointment modifying instruction may be initiated, and the goods inspecting end responds to the appointment modifying instruction and modifies the related information of the job to be inspected associated with the appointment modifying instruction according to the appointment modifying instruction. Specifically, the reservation modification instruction may include: deleting the job to be checked, modifying the job to be checked, and re-reserving the job to be checked. As an example, the inspector needs to obtain a preset authority to initiate the reservation modification instruction.
By adopting the embodiment, the inspection personnel can manage and arrange each operation to be inspected through the goods inspection terminal, the inspection work is convenient to orderly carry out, and the goods inspection efficiency is improved.
In one possible embodiment, before the inspector initiates the session connection instruction of the job to be inspected, the inspector needs to confirm whether the inspector corresponding to the job to be inspected is ready for inspection, so the application further provides a cargo inspection method, where S101 specifically includes:
s1011, responding to personnel login information sent by a cargo to-be-inspected end corresponding to the to-be-inspected operation, and displaying inspection prompt information.
S1012, responding to a session connection instruction input aiming at the checking prompt information, and sending a session connection request to a cargo waiting end corresponding to the operation to be checked so as to establish session connection with the cargo waiting end.
In S1011, the person login information is sent to the goods checking terminal by the goods checking terminal when the person to be checked has completed logging.
When a person to be inspected at the goods to be inspected at the corresponding goods to be inspected is logged in the goods to be inspected, the goods to be inspected can send personnel login information to the goods to be inspected, and the goods to be inspected displays the inspection prompt information to prompt the person to be inspected at the goods to be inspected to be ready for inspection of the goods to be inspected.
In S1012, after checking the checking prompt information displayed by the goods checking terminal, the checking personnel can know that the checking personnel corresponding to the checking operation has made accuracy, and start checking, and further input a session connection instruction for the checking prompt information to start the checking operation of the checking operation. By adopting the embodiment, the checking personnel can be informed in time under the condition that the checking personnel do the work accurately, so that the checking work of the checking work can be started, and the checking efficiency of the checking work can be improved.
In S102, after session connection with the cargo inspection end is established, the person to be inspected shoots an image of the cargo to be inspected through the cargo inspection end, and the image of the cargo to be inspected may be a photo or a video, such as a photo or a video of cargo code, cargo delivery time, cargo package, and the like of the cargo to be inspected. After the goods to be detected are shot, the goods to be detected are sent to the goods checking terminal through the conversation connection. The goods checking terminal receives and displays the goods to be checked through session connection, so that checking staff can check the goods to be checked according to the goods to be checked. Wherein the person to be inspected shoots the image of the goods to be inspected through the goods to be inspected end, the person to be inspected shoots the image of the goods to be inspected through the shooting function carried by the goods to be inspected end, the goods to be detected can be shot by controlling other shooting equipment which is in communication connection with the goods to be detected through the goods to be detected end, and the goods to be detected can be shot from other shooting equipment.
In S103, the inspector inspects the information of the to-be-inspected goods according to the to-be-inspected goods image displayed by the goods inspection end, and inputs the inspection result information of the to-be-inspected operation at the goods inspection end, specifically, the inspection result information can be input through voice or text, which is not limited in this application. The check result information may include information such as an evaluation of the operation to be checked, whether the goods pass the check, and the like. As one example, the audit result information may include the following three cases: through inspection, the goods in the batch are not abnormal; after inspection, the batch of goods needs subsequent treatment operation; after inspection, the lot is transferred to field operation. The inspector can select one condition which is consistent with the inspection condition of the current operation to be inspected from the three inspection result information as the inspection result information.
The goods checking terminal responds to checking result information input by checking staff, sends the checking result information to the goods checking terminal, enables the goods checking terminal to display the checking result information to the checking staff, checks the checking result information and determines relevant content of the checking result information, inputs confirmation information aiming at the checking result information, specifically, the confirmation information can be an electronic signature of the checking staff, the checking staff draws the electronic signature in a hand drawing signature area through a touch pen or a hand, after drawing is completed, the checking staff controls the goods checking terminal to send the electronic signature to the goods checking terminal through clicking a 'confirmation' button to serve as confirmation information, and if the checking staff needs to draw the electronic signature again due to various reasons, such as errors, touch pen faults and the like in the process of drawing the electronic signature, the checking staff can be controlled to clear the electronic signature already drawn by clicking a 'clear' button, and the checking staff can be used for drawing the electronic signature again. The goods to-be-checked end responds to the input confirmation information and sends the confirmation information to the goods checking end, and the goods checking end displays the confirmation information to a checking person, such as the confirmation information shown in fig. 1-7, so that the checking person finishes the checking flow of the to-be-checked operation at the goods checking end, and the goods to-be-checked end displays prompt information that checking is finished.
By adopting the embodiment, the checking staff acquires the to-be-checked cargo image of the to-be-checked cargo by establishing session connection between the cargo checking end and the cargo to-be-checked end, checks the to-be-checked cargo in detail by checking the to-be-checked cargo image, and sends checking result information to the cargo to-be-checked end so that the to-be-checked staff can know the checking result to confirm, and the checking flow is completed. The remote checking can be performed by checking staff, and the checking efficiency is improved.
It can be understood that, only shooting the image of the to-be-inspected goods through the shooting function of the to-be-inspected goods end may not fully display the related condition of the to-be-inspected goods, and further the inspection personnel may not be able to perform detailed inspection, based on this, the application further provides a goods inspection method, which is applied to the goods inspection end, and on the basis of S101-S103, the method further includes:
s301, receiving and displaying an area image shot by a camera of a preset area in a to-be-checked place of the to-be-checked operation.
S302, responding to shooting instruction information input for a to-be-detected cargo image and/or an area image, sending the shooting instruction information to a cargo to-be-detected end through session connection, so that the cargo to-be-detected end outputs the shooting instruction information, and receiving an instruction shooting image which is input for the shooting instruction information and is shot according to a shooting mode indicated by the shooting instruction information; acquiring and displaying an indication shooting image; and/or, responding to the equipment control instruction input for the to-be-detected cargo image and/or the area image, and sending the equipment control instruction to a camera for acquiring the to-be-detected cargo image and/or the area image so that the camera adjusts the shooting mode according to the equipment control instruction; and acquiring and displaying the image acquired by the adjusted camera.
Wherein, in S301, the preset area includes a loading area and/or a checking area. The loading and unloading area is an area for loading or unloading cargos in the to-be-inspected place, and the checking area is an area for checking the cargos in the to-be-inspected place. And according to different application scenes, the preset area can also comprise other areas except a loading and unloading area and a checking area, such as an entrance area for entering and exiting a place to be checked, a storage area where a goods shelf is located, and the like.
A camera may be installed in a preset area of the place to be inspected to take a picture of the preset area. And the regional image shot by the camera can be directly sent to the goods checking terminal, and the goods checking terminal receives and displays the regional image, so that checking staff can check the to-be-checked operation according to specific conditions of the goods to be checked in the loading and unloading area and/or the checking area.
In S302, the cargo inspection end may instruct a camera of the location to be inspected to photograph a picture (area image) and may instruct a photograph of the cargo inspection end (cargo image to be inspected), specifically, the inspection personnel inputs photographing instruction information for the cargo image to be inspected and/or the area image to be inspected displayed by the cargo inspection end, and the cargo inspection end sends the photographing instruction information to the cargo inspection end in response to the photographing instruction information, so that the cargo inspection end outputs the photographing instruction information, so that the inspection personnel may operate the cargo inspection end to photograph the photographing instruction photographed image according to the photographing instruction information of the inspection personnel, and send the indication photographed image to the cargo inspection end to be displayed by the cargo inspection end. The shooting indication information carries the requirement of the inspector on the image to be shot, for example, the number of shooting a specific goods to be inspected, the delivery date and the like.
The form of the shooting indication information can be different according to different application scenes, and the shooting indication information can be text information, voice information or video information. Taking the example that the checking staff needs to instruct the checking staff to shoot the number of the goods to be checked, the checking staff can input the text of 'please shoot the number', the goods checking terminal sends the text as shooting instruction information to the goods checking terminal, the checking staff can also use the goods checking terminal to record the voice or video when the checking terminal speaks the 'please shoot the number', and the goods checking terminal sends the recorded voice or video as shooting instruction information to the goods checking terminal. In addition, taking the interface shown in fig. 2 as an example, when the inspector needs to record his/her own voice to instruct, the inspector may switch to a non-mute state by clicking the voice control at the lower left corner of the area screen 1, so as to enable the audio recording function of the goods inspection end, and when the inspector does not need to record his/her own voice, the inspector may switch to a mute state (as shown in fig. 2) by clicking the voice control at the lower left corner of the area screen 1, so as to close the audio recording function of the goods inspection end. The goods checking terminal records the voice of the checking personnel under the condition that the audio recording function is enabled, and sends the recorded voice to the goods checking terminal as shooting indication information, and the voice of the checking personnel is not recorded under the condition that the audio recording function is closed.
In S302, if the inspector needs to control the camera of the place to be inspected, a device control instruction may also be input at the goods inspection end, and the goods inspection end sends the device control instruction to the camera of the place to be inspected, so that the camera directly adjusts the shooting mode according to the device control instruction, and sends the shot image to the goods inspection end for display. The device control instruction is a requirement of an inspector on a shooting picture of a camera, for example, the camera in a place to be inspected is controlled to adjust the shooting angle to shoot, so that an image meeting the inspection requirement of the inspector is obtained, wherein the image can be a video or a photo, and a picture displayed by a goods inspection end can be shown as a picture shown in fig. 2.
The live photo may be the shooting indication image, or an image shot by the person to be inspected according to the actual requirement and sent to the cargo inspection end, or an image shot by the inspection person by clicking the camera control corresponding to each camera picture area in fig. 2. For example, if the inspector considers that the current camera screen 1 needs to be recorded, the inspector may click on the camera control at the lower right corner of the area of the camera screen 1 to control the goods inspection end to intercept the image in the area of the camera screen 1 as a live photo.
It will be appreciated that fig. 2 is only one screen displayed by the cargo inspection end, and in other possible embodiments, the number of camera screens included in the screen displayed by the cargo inspection end may be 1, 2, 4 or more, and the patterns and positions of the camera controls and the voice controls may be different from those shown in fig. 2.
As an example, after the goods waiting-to-be-inspected end shoots the indication shot image, if the person to be inspected selects to submit, the goods waiting-to-be-inspected end responds to the submitting instruction, sends the indication shot image to the goods checking-up end, and displays a prompt that the image submitting is successful. If the person to be inspected selects to cancel, the goods to be inspected end responds to the canceling instruction, cancels the sending of the indication shooting image and displays a shooting interface of the indication shooting image so as to enable the person to be inspected to shoot the indication shooting image again.
As another example, the goods inspection terminal receives an instruction input by the inspection person for the instruction photographed image, and the instruction photographed image may be enlarged or reduced in response to the instruction of the inspection person so that the inspection person carefully views the instruction photographed image.
By adopting the embodiment, the inspection personnel can acquire the indication shooting images of all angles meeting the inspection requirement through the goods inspection end and display the indication shooting images at the goods inspection end, so that the inspection personnel can carefully inspect the goods to be inspected, and further accurate inspection result information can be obtained.
In a possible embodiment, the application further provides a cargo checking method, where on the basis of S101 to S103, the method further includes:
s107, in response to the checking start instruction, the storage device is driven to start storing the image received by the goods checking end.
S108, responding to the checking ending instruction, driving the storage device to stop storing the images received by the goods checking, and associating the stored images with the records in the current checking.
In S107, the inspection start instruction is used to instruct the storage device to start storing the image received by the cargo inspection end, which may be initiated when the inspection to be inspected starts or during the inspection of the inspection to be inspected, and in one possible embodiment, the inspection start instruction may be a session connection instruction, where the storage device is driven to start storing the image after the cargo inspection end receives the session connection instruction.
In S108, the inspection end instruction may be an instruction for the inspector to close the job to be inspected, or may be an instruction sent by the inspector after receiving the confirmation information sent by the goods end to be inspected, where it is understood that the inspection end instruction identifies that the inspection of the job to be inspected has ended.
The goods checking terminal responds to the checking ending instruction, drives the storage device to stop storing the image sent by the goods to be checked terminal, and correlates the acquired checking result information, the confirmation information and the image stored from the checking starting instruction to the checking ending instruction with the checking personnel information and the goods identification information of the goods to be checked, so that the follow-up checking personnel or the personnel to be checked can search and inquire records according to the checking personnel or the goods identification information, and check the operation to be checked.
As an example, the content of the job to be checked stored by the storage device may further include: the method comprises the steps of checking a place name, a place contact person to be checked, a contact person telephone, a place number to be checked, checking personnel, checking date, checking result information, confirmation information and remark information. Specifically, the goods checking record supports retrieval, inquiry and export, but only supports modification of remark information part in order to avoid tampering of checking result information.
In one possible embodiment, the query and export is also supported by the corresponding images of the job to be checked stored by the storage device. As an example, to avoid excessive consumption of storage resources of the storage device, the shelf life of an image is two years.
In a possible embodiment, when the inspector inspects the goods to be inspected through the goods inspection end, session interruption of the goods inspection end and the goods to be inspected end may occur due to technical or network reasons, if the goods inspection end and the goods to be inspected end reestablish session connection, a new image is obtained after the second connection, based on which, in the record generated for the operation to be inspected at this time, the image obtained by the goods inspection end in the first connection and the image obtained by the goods inspection end in the second connection may be combined, and the session interruption time is noted and uploaded to the storage device. Thus, a situation of confusion of recording due to communication reasons is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3-1, if other personnel need to check the record, a check record instruction for the record can be input at the goods checking terminal, and the goods checking terminal can call the record from the storage device and display the record in response to the check record instruction. The checking and recording instruction can be initiated by inputting the goods identification information of the goods to be checked, or can be initiated by clicking a recorded option through a mouse. As shown in fig. 3-2, when the record is displayed, the name of the place to be inspected, the contact person of the place to be inspected, the telephone of the contact person, the goods identification information, the inspection personnel, the inspection date, the inspection result information, the confirmation information and the remark information can be displayed, and all the images can be displayed.
By adopting the embodiment, the corresponding record is generated for each operation to be checked after the checking is finished, so that the subsequent inquiry and rechecking of the operation to be checked are facilitated, and the checking accuracy of the checking staff is improved.
It can be understood that the operations of the inspection by the inspection staff in the present application are all pre-established, for example, the information of the goods to be inspected, the places to be inspected, etc. is confirmed in advance, and the information is required to be established by the inspection staff, specifically, the non-reserved inspection operation is established by the goods inspection end through the following modes:
s401, displaying all places to be inspected in response to the place to be inspected displaying instruction.
S402, responding to a place to be inspected input instruction, displaying an inspection information collection interface of the place to be inspected aiming at the place to be inspected input instruction, wherein the inspection information comprises: cargo identification information of the cargo to be inspected and inspection groups of the place to be inspected.
S403, responding to the check submitting instruction, and generating an unreserved check job according to check information carried by the check submitting instruction.
In S401, the inspection staff makes the cargo inspection end display the relevant identifiers of all the places to be inspected through the place to be inspected displaying instruction, so that the inspection staff determines the places to be inspected for which the operation of unreserved inspection is to be established from the places to be inspected.
In S402, the inspector selects a place to be inspected, for which an unreserved inspection job needs to be established, through a place to be inspected input instruction, where the place to be inspected input instruction may be initiated by inputting an identification number of the place to be inspected, or may be initiated by selecting an icon corresponding to the place to be inspected through a mouse. The cargo checking terminal responds to the input instruction of the to-be-checked place, and displays a checking information collecting interface of the to-be-checked place aimed at by the input instruction of the to-be-checked place, as shown in fig. 4, and the checking information comprises: the system comprises a to-be-inspected place, an inspection group of the to-be-inspected place and cargo identification information, wherein the to-be-inspected place inspection group represents the group of inspection personnel for inspecting the to-be-inspected operation of the to-be-inspected place. In one possible embodiment, the audit information may further include: name of the place to be inspected.
In S403, after the inspector inputs each inspection information of the place to be inspected at the inspection information collection interface, the inspection information is submitted by the inspection submitting instruction, and the cargo inspection end responds to the inspection submitting instruction initiated by the inspector and generates an unreserved inspection job according to the inspection information carried by the inspection submitting instruction.
By adopting the embodiment, the checking personnel can establish the unreserved checking operation for the to-be-checked place to be checked in time, so that the subsequent to-be-checked operation can be normally performed, and the fluency of the checking flow is improved.
It can be understood that the premise of establishing the unreserved check job is to determine a to-be-checked person responsible for the unreserved check job, and the to-be-checked person needs to be checked for checking, based on this, the application further provides a setting mode of the to-be-checked person, which is applied to the goods checking terminal, and the method includes:
s501, acquiring and displaying a to-be-inspected personnel application sent by a goods to-be-inspected end.
S502, in response to an audit application instruction, sending an audit result applied by an audit personnel to a cargo to-be-inspected end by the audit personnel so that the cargo to-be-inspected end displays the audit result.
In S501, the application of the person to be inspected includes: the information of the place to be inspected and the information of the personnel to be inspected.
The goods waiting-to-be-checked end sends a to-be-checked personnel application to the goods checking end, and after the goods checking end receives the to-be-checked personnel application sent by the goods waiting-to-be-checked end, the to-be-checked personnel application is displayed on an interface of the goods checking end, so that the checking personnel can check the to-be-checked personnel according to the to-be-checked personnel application. As shown in fig. 5, the examination place information may include: the name of the to-be-detected place, the address of the to-be-detected place and the code of the to-be-detected place, and the information of the personnel to be detected can comprise: the name of the person to be checked, the telephone of the person to be checked, the photo of the person to be checked and the application time of the person to be checked.
In S502, after checking the application of the person to be checked, the checking person initiates an application checking instruction according to the related information applied by the person to be checked, where the checking result carried by the application checking instruction may include: and if the auditing is passed or not, the goods checking terminal responds to an auditing application instruction of an inspector, and sends an auditing result carried by the auditing application instruction to a goods checking terminal, and after the goods checking terminal receives the auditing result, the auditing result is displayed.
In one possible embodiment, the inspector can also query the application of the inspector at the goods inspection end by inputting and querying the name of the inspector and the name of the place to be inspected.
By adopting the embodiment, the checking staff can efficiently set the checking staff meeting the conditions for the checking place, so that the follow-up checking operation can be smoothly carried out, and the efficiency of the checking operation is further improved.
In order to enable each inspector to normally log in a cargo inspecting end to perform inspecting work, authority of each inspector needs to be set in the cargo inspecting end in advance, and based on the authority, the application further provides a setting mode of the inspectors, and the method is applied to the cargo inspecting end and comprises the following steps:
S601, responding to an administrator login instruction, and displaying inspector information on an interface of a first goods inspection end.
S602, responding to the checking maintenance instruction, and setting grouping of checking personnel according to checking personnel setting information carried by the checking maintenance instruction.
S603, responding to the log calling instruction, and displaying and/or deriving an operation log corresponding to the check maintenance instruction aimed at by the log calling instruction.
In S601, the inspector information includes: check person group, name, user name and login password.
The administrator is used for managing the information of each checking person of the goods checking terminal and has higher authority of the goods checking terminal. The administrator logs in the goods checking terminal through the administrator login instruction, and the goods checking terminal responds to the interface of the goods checking terminal by the administrator login instruction to display the current checking personnel information, as shown in fig. 6-1, wherein the checking personnel information comprises: the inspector group, name, user name, and login password may also include the inspector's creation time, enablement status, and the like.
In S602, the administrator may set the group of the inspectors through the inspection maintenance instruction, and the first cargo inspection end responds to the inspection maintenance instruction and sets the group of the inspectors according to the inspection personnel setting information carried by the inspection maintenance instruction. As an example, the administrator may also maintain other information of the inspector at the goods inspection end, such as the inspector name, job number, login password, cell phone number, mailbox, etc., as shown in fig. 6-2.
In S603, the manager may retrieve the operation log maintained for the inspector through the log retrieving instruction. The goods checking end responds to a log access instruction aiming at the checking maintenance instruction, and displays and/or derives an operation log corresponding to the checking maintenance instruction so that a manager can check maintenance history information.
With the adoption of the embodiment, an administrator can set the inspector according to the requirements of the inspector and maintain the information of the inspector so that the inspector can perform inspection work subsequently, and the efficiency of cargo inspection is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the administrator may maintain information not only about the inspector, but also about a third person who is supervising the inspector to inspect the personnel of the job.
Specifically, the application also provides a cargo checking method, which is applied to a cargo checking terminal on the basis of S101-S106, and the method further comprises:
s109, in response to receiving a third person access instruction sent by the third goods checking terminal, sending an image of the to-be-checked operation aimed by the third person access instruction to the third goods checking terminal, so that the third goods checking terminal displays the image and checking result information to a third person.
S1010, responding to a third person communication instruction, and establishing session connection between a third goods checking terminal and the goods checking terminal so as to enable the third person to communicate with the checking personnel through the third goods checking terminal.
In S109, the third cargo inspection end is a cargo inspection end dedicated to the third person and used for supervising the inspection work of the inspection person. A third person logs in a third goods checking terminal, initiates a third person access instruction at the third goods checking terminal, responds to the third person access instruction, sends the instruction to the goods checking terminal, receives the third person access instruction, and sends an image corresponding to the to-be-checked operation and checking result information aimed at by the third person access instruction to the third goods checking terminal, so that the third goods checking terminal receives and displays the image to-be-checked operation, and the third person performs supervision and rechecking on the to-be-checked operation, as shown in fig. 7-1.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7-2, the third person may also retrieve, at the third cargo inspection end, a video image related to the to-be-inspected location of the cargo inspection end corresponding to the reserved to-be-inspected job that has not yet been inspected.
In S1010, the third person may also communicate with the inspector according to the image during the inspection of the inspector, and establish a session connection between the third cargo inspecting end and the cargo inspecting end through the third person communication instruction, so that the third person communicates with the inspector through video, voice, text, and other manners, thereby perfecting the inspection work.
By adopting the embodiment, a third person is added for supervision in the operation to be checked, and can communicate with the checking person in the checking process, so that the error rate of the operation to be checked is reduced, and the checking accuracy is improved.
Corresponding to the cargo inspection method applied to the cargo inspection end, the application also provides a cargo inspection method applied to the cargo inspection end, as shown in fig. 8-1, the method comprises:
s801, receiving a session connection request sent by the goods checking terminal, and establishing session connection with the goods checking terminal.
S802, shooting the goods to be checked or controlling the shooting equipment to shoot the goods to be checked and sending the images of the goods to be checked to the goods checking terminal through session connection.

In S801, as described above, the cargo inspection end sends a session connection request to the cargo inspection end under the initiation of a session connection instruction of the inspection person, and the cargo inspection end displays the session connection request sent by the cargo inspection end after receiving the session connection request, so that the inspection person performs the next operation according to the communication connection request, as shown in fig. 1-2.
The operation to be checked has specific checking time, and the checking personnel and the operation to be checked can start checking operation in reasonable time, based on the operation, the application also provides a goods checking method which is applied to a goods end to be checked, and before S801-S804, the method further comprises the following steps:
s8011, displaying an unreserved check job, wherein the unreserved check job comprises a place to be checked and a job identifier.
S8012, receiving synchronous information of the operation to be checked, which is sent by the goods checking terminal.
And S8013, updating the check job corresponding to the synchronous information from the check job which is not reserved to the to-be-checked job.
In S8011, the goods waiting end may also display all the unreserved checking operations of the waiting place corresponding to the goods waiting end at the goods waiting end, where the specific unreserved checking operations include the waiting place and the operation identifier, so that the waiting person can master the goods checking condition of the waiting place.
In S8012, the inspector confirms the inspection time of the non-reserved inspection job at the goods inspection end, and the goods inspection end sends the relevant synchronization information of the reserved time of the job to be inspected to the goods inspection end.
In S8013, the goods waiting terminal updates the previous non-reserved checking operation according to the synchronization information after receiving the goods waiting terminal, updates the checking operation corresponding to the synchronization information into the checking operation, and displays the interface after the login of the checking personnel as shown in fig. 8-2, specifically, the checking time, the checking personnel information, the checking personnel group, the goods identification information of the goods waiting terminal can be displayed, so that the checking personnel can timely and accurately correspond to the goods waiting terminal according to the reservation, and the checking efficiency in the subsequent checking process can be improved.
In S802, if the person to be inspected confirms that the person to be inspected is to initiate a connection instruction at the end to be inspected, for example, click on the answer icon shown in fig. 1-2, the end to be inspected responds to the connection instruction initiated by the person to be inspected, and establishes session connection with the end to be inspected. After session connection with the goods checking end is established, the goods checking end controls the shooting function of the goods checking end to be started, starts shooting the image of the goods to be checked, or controls shooting equipment outside the goods checking end to shoot the image of the goods to be checked. The goods to be checked end sends the goods to be checked image to the goods checking end through session connection with the goods, so that checking staff of the goods checking end can check the goods to be checked in the goods to be checked image.
In S803, the inspection personnel makes an inspection result at the cargo inspection end according to the image, and makes the cargo inspection end send the inspection result information to the cargo inspection end, and the cargo inspection end displays the inspection result information after receiving the inspection result information of the cargo inspection end, so that the inspection personnel can confirm the inspection result information.
In S804, the person to be inspected checks the check result information, then confirms the check result information, and inputs confirmation information at the goods to be inspected end, where the confirmation information may be an electronic signature of the person to be inspected, and the goods to be inspected end responds to the confirmation information input by the person to be inspected and sends the confirmation information to the goods to be inspected end, so that the check person checks, and then ends the check flow.
As an example, after the inspection personnel finishes the inspection process, the goods waiting end displays an inspection finishing prompt so that the inspection personnel can complete the inspection work in time.
By adopting the embodiment, the to-be-inspected place can be remotely inspected with the inspecting personnel to finish the inspection of the to-be-inspected goods, so that the inspection delay of the goods caused by the fact that the inspecting personnel cannot arrive at the to-be-inspected place in time due to special traffic conditions is reduced, the situation that the goods cannot circulate on time is further caused, and the goods inspection efficiency of the to-be-inspected place is improved.
In addition, some special cargoes such as medicines are inconvenient to open boxes and check in common places to be checked, the boxes are required to be opened in professional areas such as a specific laboratory, and if a check person performs the cargo check in the field, a series of entering procedures are required to be transacted to enter the professional areas for checking, so that the cargo check efficiency is reduced. By adopting the embodiment of the application, the checking personnel do not need to enter the professional area for checking through a remote checking mode, and further do not need to transact related procedures, so that the checking efficiency of special goods is improved.
As described above, the related situation of the to-be-inspected cargo may not be fully displayed by shooting the to-be-inspected cargo image only through the shooting function of the to-be-inspected cargo end, so that the present application further provides a cargo inspection method, which is applied to the to-be-inspected cargo end, based on S801 to S804, the method further includes:
S901, receiving and displaying shooting indication information sent by a goods checking end.
S902, responding to an indication shooting image which is input for shooting indication information and is obtained by shooting or controlling shooting equipment to shoot goods to be detected according to a shooting mode indicated by the shooting indication information, and sending the indication shooting image to a goods checking terminal so that the goods checking terminal receives and displays the indication shooting image.
In S901, the cargo checking end may indicate a shooting picture (a cargo image to be checked) of the cargo checking end, specifically, the checking personnel inputs shooting indication information for the cargo image to be checked displayed by the cargo checking end, the cargo checking end responds to the shooting indication information and sends the shooting indication information to the cargo checking end, so that the cargo checking end displays the shooting indication information, and thus, the checking personnel can operate the cargo checking end to shoot the shooting indication shooting image of the checking personnel according to the shooting indication information of the checking personnel to operate the cargo checking end to control other shooting equipment to shoot the cargo to be checked. The shooting indication information carries the requirement of the inspector on the image to be shot, for example, the number of shooting a specific goods to be inspected, the delivery date and the like.
In S902, the person to be inspected shoots an indication shooting image meeting the requirement of the person to be inspected through the goods inspection end according to the shooting indication information, and the goods inspection end sends the indication shooting image shot by the person to be inspected to the goods inspection end for displaying.
As an example, after the goods waiting-to-be-inspected end shoots the indication shot image, if the person to be inspected selects to submit, the goods waiting-to-be-inspected end responds to the submitting instruction, sends the indication shot image to the goods checking-up end, and displays a prompt that the image submitting is successful. If the person to be inspected selects to cancel, the goods to be inspected end responds to the canceling instruction, cancels the sending of the indication shooting image and displays a shooting interface of the indication shooting image so as to enable the person to be inspected to shoot the indication shooting image again.
By adopting the embodiment, the inspection personnel can acquire the indication shooting images of all angles meeting the inspection requirement through the goods inspection end and display the indication shooting images at the goods inspection end, so that the inspection personnel can carefully inspect the goods to be inspected, and further accurate inspection result information can be obtained.
In a possible embodiment, after the to-be-inspected person makes an inspection preparation, the to-be-inspected person may be notified in time to start the inspection operation, so the application further provides a cargo inspection method applied to a cargo to-be-inspected end, where S801 specifically includes:
S8011, in response to the personnel login instruction, the personnel login information is sent to the corresponding goods to be checked end, so that the goods checking end displays checking prompt information.
S8012, receiving a session connection request sent by the goods checking terminal in response to the session connection instruction input for the checking prompt information, and establishing session connection with the goods checking terminal.
In S8011, the personnel login information corresponds to the operation to be checked, and the goods checking terminal corresponds to the operation to be checked.
When a person to be inspected at the goods to be inspected corresponding to the operation to be inspected logs in the goods to be inspected, the goods to be inspected displays the operation to be inspected corresponding to the person to be inspected, and sends personnel login information to the goods inspection terminal, so that the goods inspection terminal displays the inspection prompt information to prompt that the person to be inspected at the goods inspection terminal is ready for the inspection of the operation to be inspected.
In S8012, after checking the checking prompt information displayed at the goods checking end, the checking personnel can know that the checking personnel corresponding to the checking operation has made accuracy, and start checking, and further input a session connection instruction for the checking prompt information to start the checking operation of the checking operation. Specifically, a session connection request is sent to a cargo to-be-inspected end corresponding to the to-be-inspected operation, after the cargo to-be-inspected end receives the session connection condition, session connection with the cargo to-be-inspected end is established, and inspection is started.
By adopting the embodiment, the checking personnel can be informed in time under the condition that the checking personnel do the work accurately, so that the checking work of the checking work can be started, and the checking efficiency of the checking work can be improved.
After the goods inspection is completed, if the inspection process is in doubt, the inspection process also needs to be carried out, and based on the inspection process, the application further provides a goods inspection method which is applied to the goods inspection end, and on the basis of S801-S804, the method further comprises:
s805, in response to a record checking instruction for records in the storage device, acquiring the records from the storage device and displaying the records.
S806, in response to the material replenishment instruction for the record, the replenishment material carried by the material replenishment instruction is uploaded to the storage device and replenished in the record.
In S805, as shown in fig. 8-3, the goods waiting end may display all the goods checking records of the places to be checked corresponding to the goods waiting end, and specifically may display the information of the codes, the checking personnel, the checking time, the checking personnel groups, and the like of the checking operation corresponding to the goods checking records. The person to be checked can select the record to be checked through the check record instruction at the interface. The goods checking end responds to the goods checking records selected by the checking record instruction of the person to be checked to display, as shown in fig. 8-4, including information, images, supplementary material inlets and the like of the person to be checked.
In S806, if the person to be inspected considers that the record corresponds to the check operation and related materials need to be supplemented, an upload option may be selected at the supplement material inlet shown in fig. 8-4, the materials to be supplemented may be uploaded, a material supplement instruction may be initiated, the uploaded materials may be supplemented to the record, and the storage device may be kept.
By adopting the embodiment, the personnel to be checked can know the whole checking flow in detail through recording and check, so that the false checking condition in the checking process is reduced, and the accuracy of the checking operation is improved.
As described above, the to-be-inspected person in the to-be-inspected place needs to be inspected after being inspected before the inspection operation, and based on this, the application further provides a setting mode of the to-be-inspected person, and the method is applied to the to-be-inspected end of the goods, and includes:
s1001, responding to an addition instruction of the personnel to be inspected, and sending an application of the personnel to be inspected carried by the addition instruction of the personnel to be inspected to the goods inspection terminal.
S1002, receiving and displaying an audit result which is sent by the goods inspection end and applied by the person to be inspected.
In S1001, the person to be inspected applies for a request including: the information of the places to be inspected and the information of the personnel to be inspected.
At the cargo to-be-inspected end, to-be-inspected personnel can be added through to-be-inspected personnel adding instructions, as shown in fig. 9-1, relevant information is added by clicking an adding option to send to-be-inspected personnel application, and specifically, the to-be-inspected personnel application comprises: referring to fig. 9-2, fig. 9-2 is an input field of an exemplary application of a person to be inspected, after inputting graphic information, a submitting option is clicked, and a goods to be inspected end can respond to an adding instruction of the person to be inspected to send the application of the person to be inspected to a goods inspection end.
As an example, the information of the person to be inspected further includes a photo of the person to be inspected, the goods to be inspected end collects the photo of the person to be inspected through a face frame, and the face photo is stored in the face comparison terminal and used for subsequent login verification of the person to be inspected at the goods to be inspected end.
In S1002, an inspector applies for an audit to a person to be inspected, sends an audit result to the cargo to be inspected through the cargo inspection end, displays the audit result received by the cargo to be inspected, and if the audit result is not displayed, the audit result is not displayed in a personnel information management column of the cargo to be inspected, so that the person to be inspected confirms the audit result, and performs subsequent personnel adding operation.
As an example, as shown in fig. 9-1, the person to be inspected may further delete the generated information of the person to be inspected by the cargo inspection end through the deletion instruction, so as to facilitate management of the person to be inspected. Taking fig. 9-1 as an example, when the person to be inspected wants to delete the second person to be inspected, the person to be inspected can click or press (or can perform other operations) the second person to be inspected in the selected interface for a long time, and in response to the operation, the goods to be inspected end pops up a "delete" button at the second person to be inspected information, and the person to be inspected clicks the delete button to input a delete instruction for the second person to be inspected information to the goods to be inspected end.
By adopting the embodiment, the to-be-inspected place can manage the to-be-inspected personnel according to the situation, and the inspection personnel can also inspect the to-be-inspected personnel of the to-be-inspected place so as to facilitate the subsequent inspection operation, thereby improving the inspection efficiency of the inspection operation.
In one possible embodiment, the present application further provides a registration manner of the location to be inspected, which can be understood that the location to be inspected needs to be registered at the cargo end to be inspected, and then the subsequent inspector can inspect the cargo to be inspected of the location to be inspected through the cargo end to be inspected.
Specifically, when the goods to be checked end registers in the to-be-checked place, a form as shown in fig. 9-3 is displayed to collect the place name, the place address, the place code of the to-be-checked place and the related information of the checking staff in charge of the to-be-checked place, and in response to the submitting instruction for the information, the goods to be checked end displays a verification interface as shown in fig. 9-4 to verify whether the submitted registration of the to-be-checked place is true registration or not. The goods checking terminal responds to the verification submitting information, an information collecting interface shown in fig. 9-5 is displayed to collect manager information of the places to be checked, such as names, telephones and photos of the managers, and responds to the manager information submitting instruction of the places to be checked, the goods checking terminal sends a registration request of the places to be checked to the goods checking terminal so that check staff of the goods checking terminal check registration of the places to be checked, and the goods checking terminal displays a prompt interface shown in fig. 9-6 to prompt that registration application of the places to be checked is sent.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, as shown in fig. 10-1, including:
a memory 1001 for storing a computer program;
the processor 1002 is configured to execute the program stored in the memory 1001, and implement the following steps:
responding to a session connection instruction initiated aiming at a to-be-checked operation, and sending a session connection request to a cargo to-be-checked end corresponding to the to-be-checked operation so as to establish session connection with the cargo to-be-checked end;
receiving and displaying the to-be-detected cargo image sent by the cargo to-be-detected end through the session connection;
and transmitting the check result information to the goods to be checked in response to the check result information input for the to-be-checked operation, so that the goods to be checked end displays the check result information, and transmitting the confirmation information to the goods to be checked in response to the confirmation information input for the check result information.
And the electronic device may further comprise a communication bus and/or a communication interface, through which the processor 1002, the communication interface, and the memory 1001 communicate with each other.
The embodiment of the application also provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 10-2, including:
A memory 1003 for storing a computer program;
a processor 1004, configured to execute a program stored in the memory 1003, performs the following steps:
responding to a session connection instruction initiated aiming at a to-be-checked operation, and sending a session connection request to a cargo to-be-checked end corresponding to the to-be-checked operation so as to establish session connection with the cargo to-be-checked end;
receiving and displaying the to-be-detected cargo image sent by the cargo to-be-detected end through the session connection;
and transmitting the check result information to the goods to be checked in response to the check result information input for the to-be-checked operation, so that the goods to be checked end displays the check result information, and transmitting the confirmation information to the goods to be checked in response to the confirmation information input for the check result information.
And the electronic device may further comprise a communication bus and/or a communication interface, where the processor 1004, the communication interface, and the memory 1003 may communicate with each other via the communication bus.
The communication bus mentioned above for the electronic devices may be a peripheral component interconnect standard (Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, etc. The communication bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, or the like. For ease of illustration, the figures are shown with only one bold line, but not with only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic device and other devices.
The Memory may include random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or may include Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the aforementioned processor.
The processor may be a general-purpose processor, including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a network processor (Network Processor, NP), etc.; but also digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
Corresponding to the goods checking method provided by the application, the application also provides a goods checking system, which comprises the two electronic devices and a camera;
and the camera is used for acquiring an area image of a preset area in the place corresponding to the operation to be checked and sending the area image to the goods checking terminal, wherein the preset area comprises a loading and unloading area and/or a checking area.
In a possible embodiment, the camera is further configured to adjust a shooting mode according to the device control instruction; and sending the new region image obtained by shooting after the shooting mode is regulated to a cargo checking end.
The application of the cargo inspection end, the cargo to-be-inspected end, and the camera has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and specific reference may be made to the foregoing description, which is not repeated herein.
In one possible embodiment, the system further comprises a storage device;
the goods checking end is also used for responding to the session connection instruction and sending a video-on instruction to the storage device; responding to the checking ending instruction, sending a video recording stopping instruction to the storage equipment, and sending checking result information, confirmation information, personnel information of checking personnel and goods identification information for identifying goods to be checked to the storage equipment;
the storage device is used for responding to the video-recording starting instruction and storing the image received by the goods checking and examining device; and in response to the video recording stopping instruction, stopping storing the image received by the goods checking terminal, and storing checking result information, confirmation information, personnel information of checking personnel, goods identification information for identifying goods to be checked and stored image data in a correlated mode.
The detailed description of the cargo checking end and the stored application in the foregoing embodiments may be referred to in the foregoing description, and will not be repeated here.
Corresponding to the cargo checking method provided by the application, the application also provides a cargo checking device, which is applied to a cargo checking end, as shown in fig. 11, and the device comprises:
the checking starting module 1101 is configured to respond to a session connection instruction initiated for a to-be-checked job, and send a session connection request to a cargo to-be-checked end corresponding to the to-be-checked job, so as to establish session connection with the cargo to-be-checked end;
the image receiving module 1102 is configured to receive and display, through the session connection, a to-be-inspected cargo image sent by the cargo to-be-inspected end;
the checking and confirming module 1103 is configured to send the checking result information to the cargo checking end in response to the checking result information input for the checking operation, so that the cargo checking end displays the checking result information, and send the confirmation information to the cargo checking end in response to the confirmation information input for the checking result information.

The area module is used for receiving and displaying an area image shot by a camera of a preset area in a to-be-checked place of the to-be-checked operation, wherein the preset area comprises a loading and unloading area and/or a checking area;

a receiving session module 1201, configured to receive a session connection request sent by a cargo inspection end, and establish session connection with the cargo inspection end;
the shooting module 1202 is used for shooting the goods to be detected or controlling shooting equipment to shoot the goods to be detected and sending images of the goods to be detected to the goods checking terminal through the session connection;
the result confirmation module 1203 is configured to receive and display the inspection result information sent by the cargo inspection end;
and the confirmation sending module 1204 is used for responding to the confirmation information input for the checking result information and sending the confirmation information to the goods checking end.
In one possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the information display module is used for receiving and displaying shooting indication information sent by the goods checking end;

In the technical scheme of the application, the related operations of acquiring, storing, using, processing, transmitting, providing, disclosing and the like of the personal information of the user are all performed under the condition that the authorization of the user is obtained.
Note that, the head model in this embodiment is not a head model for a specific user, and cannot reflect personal information of a specific user.
In yet another embodiment provided herein, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored therein, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any of the cargo inspection methods described above.
In yet another embodiment provided herein, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform any of the cargo inspection methods of the above embodiments.

1. A method for inspecting goods, applied to an inspection end of goods, the method comprising:
responding to a session connection instruction initiated aiming at a to-be-checked operation, and sending a session connection request to a cargo to-be-checked end corresponding to the to-be-checked operation so as to establish session connection with the cargo to-be-checked end;
receiving and displaying the to-be-detected cargo image sent by the cargo to-be-detected end through the session connection;
and transmitting the check result information to the goods to be checked in response to the check result information input for the to-be-checked operation, so that the goods to be checked end displays the check result information, and transmitting the confirmation information to the goods to be checked in response to the confirmation information input for the check result information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving and displaying an area image shot by a camera of a preset area in a to-be-checked place of the to-be-checked operation, wherein the preset area comprises a loading and unloading area and/or a checking area;

receiving and displaying the checking result information sent by the goods checking terminal;

receiving and displaying shooting indication information sent by the goods checking terminal;
and responding to the indication shooting image which is input for the shooting indication information and is obtained by shooting or controlling shooting equipment to shoot the goods to be checked according to the shooting mode indicated by the shooting indication information, and sending the indication shooting image to the goods checking terminal so that the goods checking terminal receives and displays the indication shooting image.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
displaying an unreserved check job, wherein the unreserved check job comprises a to-be-checked place and a job identifier;
receiving synchronous information of to-be-checked operation sent by the goods checking terminal;
and updating the check job corresponding to the synchronous information from the check job which is not reserved to the to-be-checked job.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving the session connection request sent by the goods checking terminal, and establishing the session connection with the goods checking terminal, comprises:
responding to a personnel login instruction, and sending the personnel login information to a corresponding goods checking end so that the goods checking end displays the checking prompt information; the personnel login information corresponds to an operation to be checked, and the goods checking end corresponds to the operation to be checked;
receiving a session connection request sent by the goods checking terminal in response to a session connection instruction input for the checking prompt information, and establishing session connection with the goods checking terminal.
